Carlos became one of my favorite stores when i walked in a couple of years ago and saw that the have all their sauces and dips out for you to take as much as you like and they dont bug out at you but unfortunaly due to covid they stopped. of course you have to get the classic and get the cedarhurst. the popcorn chicken is amazing and they load up the nachos. their best burger in my opinion is the texas wrangler. prices are also not to bad pretty decent.

It's complicated, because the store itself looks like a one star hotel. But, the food is very good. If I didn't walk into the store and ordered out it would've been 5 stars.

I came in here for dinner around 5pm. Food came out super quick. Everything tasted decent. Got a regular burger and some chicken fingers on the side. The burger was reasonably priced at just $10. The fountain sodas here are a mess. Most of them are off brands and they are legit warm. Only reason I got it is because of the free refills. Ice machine didn’t work but the staff was nice enough to get me some from the back. Overall service was pretty good. Will update next time I go.

I ordered wings and wraps. Gordon Ramsay would have a field day at this restaurant; it seems like the kitchen has given up on serving quality food to their customers. The wings were nearly burnt, and you could taste the old oil in every bite. As for the chicken wraps, they were just tortillas with a few onions and chicken, lacking any seasoning or flavor. This was my first time ordering from here, and I’m very disappointed. Please gather your staff and let them know that this isn’t the level of quality food they should be serving their customers.

This place is literally falling apart. When we were there it was raining and there was a massive leak right in the middle of the dining room. In addition, the place hasn’t been updated in what looks like 50 years. Unbelievable. The real reason for 1-star is not even the leak…we order wings that were spoiled, took it back to the counter and was told I would receive a refund in 2-3 days. Why can’t they just take back money that they took? It doesn’t make sense. Anyway, the refund never came. And there wasn’t even so much as an apology. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I followed up with on these issues with an email to the parent company and never heard back.

Was completely disgusted by the service. The food was fine. Other than the fact that we were unable to eat together as a family. We ordered four meals and wanted to eat as a family. Unfortunately, each meal came out at different times. When we asked the manager to leave some of the meals under a hot lamp so we could eat together as a family, he screamed at us and told us that it is a Mexican restaurant, and that is not how they operate. Very upsetting for the kids to be eating food before Other meals came out. When we expressed greater complaints to the manager. He told us we just don’t have to come back anymore. I don’t know what happened to this restaurant. But our experience was very upsetting. And no we won’t be back.

So sad, there were 2 workers. Cashier working as waiter and one working in back with the cooks. We waited an hour and still no one came to take our order. There was only a few people in restaurant and they weren't served yet either. We left. Ate somewhere else and when we were done, there were the same people sitting there no sure if they were eating as yet. Great place to hang out if not in rush. Not great to eat if you're hungry.
