Had an online order messed up by a manager from a different store who was at this location, I came back later and spoke with Ashley and she resolved the issue and assured me it wouldn’t happen again, I would highly recommend this location to others, Ashley and the rest of the team at this location have always been excellent!

The man that made my sandwich was very friendly polite helpful and knowledgeable.
Wraps are a complete disappointment, might as well take them off menu since they are always a disaster. They try to over compensate and over stuff it but more isnt always better! And always waaaaay too much sauce on everything and its a pile of mush by the time you can eat it. They are fine really other than that in my eyes lol I wanna love them, then i see things like this 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ Its hard to find people that care about their jobs.
Food was good as expected and service was OK. It was a little awkward as they seem to be training someone new, but whatever. Tables could be cleaner, but, I mean, it's at a gas station sharing with another restaurant, Dunkin' Donuts. But I enjoyed my food and had a place to sit so I can't complain.
not very good at all,it was all very very rushed and no real interest in any of the employees at all,not one of them really wanted to interact with any of us customers or be there for that matter, the sandwiches were thrown together and smashed full of redicules amounts of meats and veggies,it was so messy fro. the amount of musterd and mayo that you couldn't even eat it,it went right onto the garbage,I won't be going back there again for a sandwich
made a online order, pickup said it would be ready by 12:30, the receipt wasn’t printed out, waited about 15 mins for them to even start it. the guy, not sure if he’s the manager or what but wasn’t wearing a hairnet and he had pretty decent amount of hair. my receipt had everything on it that i ordered, and he kept asking if i wanted something added, when i directly put everything i wanted on the online order. overall, probably worst subway i’ve been too.
Every single Wednesday the place closes more than an hour before the time they say they are closed. I just went in at 530 and the guy says they're closed as he's literally making a to go order sandwich. Ever since the last manager left the place has gone down hill.
Terrible service. The didnt put all the meat that comes on a cold cut combo on my sandwich. Cheddar cheese is apparently shredded taco mix. Girl at the register had to ask me what I got 4 times before ringing me out correctly. I'll never come back here again.
Don't go here, the worker Taz refuses to help or give you the correct food, I asked for the chipotle sauce and was told "we don't have any" and another coworker said they did, to which Taz got angry and said "no we dont" quite loudly, and the other wonderful lady went out back for 10sec and grabbed it for the next person. And today I ordered a chicken bacon ranch, and Taz put rotisserie chicken on the sandwich instead of the chuncked, and when I asked about it at checkout, I was told "I think it's better that way". Are you serious?
Don't order online with this location. I have a few times now and they do not put what you ask for on the sandwich. Order # 3273B456-CD 1 condiment on the sandwich.
Walked in to order buffalo chicken. Was told that it was discontinued. So I proceeded to order two meatball subs for me and my girlfriend. They made the first one, double checked to make sure they had enough meatballs for the second one, and then proceeded to make an online order before telling me the second sandwich was impossible to make. After expressing how reasonably upset I was before getting an actual meatball sub made for me, I was told that "it would be okay" in a sarcastic manner. Absolutely disrespectful, never coming back to this Subway again. Only thing I wish is I knew the lady's name because she was absolutely rude and condescending.
The soda machine is either broken, DIRTY or has run out of syrup. The employees are not taking care of the soda machines. Both Diet Coke and regular Coke were disgusting. this is happening at multiple subways in this area. If they cant clean or fix the soda machines then how clean is the rest of the restaurant?
Tuesday, Feb 20th. 3:30 pm. Walk up to counter and nobody was there to wait on me. I stood there for well over a minute before Thad, the store manager comes out from the back kin no particular hurry. He finally approaches me and says, “Yeah?” like he’s annoyed with something. I tell him what kind of bread I want. He gets the bread and then looks at me and says, “Yeah?” again sounding annoyed. Completely unprofessional. He puts on the meat and cheese I requested then asks if I want it toasted and if I want any dressings. I decline both. Then he JUST STARES AT ME. I suppose he wants me to read his mind. Let me remind you, the reader, that he is the STORE MANAGER. So I tell him I want ALL the veggies. He then proceeds to put on paltry amounts of MOST of the veggies. I say MOST because he’s about to wrap up the sandwich and he didn’t even put on olives or spinach. Hey THAD…all the veggies means ALL the veggies. Now he really seems annoyed and puts on the olives and spinach. Question: How does someone with zero people skills and a ridiculous level of incompetence get to be a store manager? Reflects poorly on the entire Subway franchise. Note to Thad: Hate your job, but don’t hate the customers. I will never go back and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place.
I have tried my best to be patient, but I am at my wits end. This place can't get a simple order correct, unless your standing there watching them. Don't go here. Save yourself the hassle. They can't refund one sandwich if they get it wrong from an online order unless you go in. Super dissatisfied.
Ya know... it takes me a HOT MINUTE to get to the point that I end up leaving a bad review. But at this point... I HAVE HAD IT!!! EVERY TIME WE COME HERE, there's a problem!!! Last time- I ordered cookies , PAID FOR THEM & when I got there to pick up our order and at 4pm I was told there ARE NO COOKIES!! I asked how.. when they can just make more? I was snapped at by the dude who said "WHY WOULD WE JUST MAKE COOKIES FOR YOU? YOU THINK YOUR SPECIAL OR SOMETHING? I'M NOT GUNNA MAKE COOKIES FOR JUST YOUR ORDER. WE ARE OUT. CANT HELP YA"... so I asked for a replacement or a refund since I paid for them! He told me he I couldn't have a replacement and IF I wanted a refund to "get it online or call the 800 number Bro! w.e you wanna do" umm.. well what I wanna do is get my money back "BRO" ?! He walked outback and left me standing there without a resolution. I swore I wouldn't go back. But tonight, My fiancé convinced me to get freaking subway from you again. Against my better judgment, I agreed. We put in the order online. He got a ft long turkey sub I got a 6in. Meatball sub. And wouldn't you know! DISPITE THE ORDER BEING WRITTEN CLEARLY IN BLACK AND WHITE to NOT toast the bread, ADD 50% more meatballs & ADD Extra Cheese (WHICH COSTS MORE MIND YOU) I was given 3 meatballs. THREE!!! The basic 6in meatball sub has 4. The 50% more should have 6! But I was given 3! I was also only given a 1/2 a piece of cheese. Not the extra we paid for and not even the normal 2 full slices! no oregano, or parmasan like I also asked for. HOW HARD IS IT TO READ AND COMPREHEND THE MOST SIMPLE AND EASY SUB KNOWN TO MAN KIND? AND ON TOP OF IT ALL WE TIP THEM ONLINE AND ALSO a min. of $5 CASH IN PERSON EVERY SINGLE TIME! Tonight they got an $8 tip - on a $15 order that they didn't even give the regular amount of stuff in forget the amount we paid the upcharges for!! I threw the majority of mine out because it was dry and ROCK HARD. The minimal bites I did consume TASTED ROTTEN AND OUTDATED. And now... its about 11:40pm - roughly 5 hrs later AND LOW AND BEHOLD..... I HAVE FOOD POISONING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM OFFICIALLY DONE HAVING OUR MONEY STOLEN FROM US BY YOUR EMPLOYEES AND YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR TONIGHTS ORDER!!!!! AND I WILL BE CALLING THE NH HEALTH INSPECTOR FIRST THING IN THE MORNING TO FILE A COMPLAINT FOR THE FOOD POISONING!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS SOOOOOOO UNETHICAL AND YOU NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD!!!!!!!!!
Had a pit stop here on the way to new Hampshire. The servers were polite but the lady manager not so much. Spoke very rudely to my mother which I found out later when we were driving away. My mother went to the restroom after we ate and tried to pick up some napkins for my leftover wrap (which was meant for eating on the way). The manager assuming that she was taking the napkins for cleaning up after the washroom asked her in a condescending tone whether there were no tissues in the restroom which my mother replied politely that they were there. She proceeded to tell her co workers to "check" the people who are taking the napkins. I was the one ordering for my parents as well before this manager showed up and my parents and I were paying customers at this establishment and didn't expect someone would talk so rudely about two napkins to my mother.
Lady was nice and helped out calling to see what else could be done. But man it’s hot out and there should be way more bread in stock to make sandwiches. People don’t like to cook on hot days. Got my order cancelled and now I wait for 50.00 just about to return to my account. Out plans for dinner and 50.00 so I can’t buy more dinner stuck cooking again. This is not the first time they ran out of bread it’s been multiple times. Please fix this. Or make the subs from online orders before lines orders?
