Good food and better than what you would get at McDonalds or Jack in the Box. It is a drive-thru, but they cook everything fresh so don't expect it to be ready in 30 seconds, just because I notice this place seems to rile up karens and get reviews on "bad customer service" that I doubt are entirely honest... There were some rude people behind me who got out of their car and started yelling and throwing a fit at the employees "IVE BEEN WAITING FOR AN HOUR!" when only 5 minutes had passed... I order a double bacon cheeseburger, and peanut butter chocolate shake, and chili cheese fries. I was really pleased the bacon was crispy and not all soft like other fast food places! I'll be going again.

Grew up around the area, and finally gave this place a shot 20 years later, We got the double burger and cheese fries, we got the food to go, so there was some travel time before eating. Burgers were homemade tasting but fresh and good, the ingredients were fresh and tasty lettuce was cold and the special sauce was fire. First time, it's a drive in. It looks a bit run down. There was only one car ahead of us. We ordered chili cheese fries, a burger, and a peanut butter, banana chocolate shake. Honest Review – Spent ~$35 and got a Triple Bacon Burger, a Double Chicken Sandwich, two chili cheese fries, and two drinks. First off, the staff was cool and clearly trying their best (though not the fastest). I went through the drive-thru, so here's my take… The Triple Bacon Burger was just okay—nothing special, but definitely not bad. It was solidly average; I wouldn't call it horrible, just forgettable. My girlfriend's Double Chicken Sandwich, though? It basically fell apart before she even fully unwrapped it. The first bite made it completely deteriorate. She said the chicken itself wasn't good at all—she didn't like it one bit. (Full disclosure: I tried it and I'm not really a chicken sandwich guy anyway, so it wasn't my thing either.) On the positive side, the chili cheese fries were actually pretty good. My only real complaint is that the fries weren't crispy—they were a bit soft—but the chili and cheese combo still hit the spot. Overall, if I had to score this meal out of 10, I'd give it a 6.2. (Note: I basically never hand out 10s, and I've only given a couple of 9s ever.) If you're curious and want to try it yourself, go for it—this is just my honest opinion.

Cheeseburger was terrible. Bread was stale and burger was cooked to an almost-burned crisp. fries were a soggy mess.

I don’t understand how this place is still in business, especially selling burgers. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was terrible. The chicken was so overcooked it was literally falling apart in my hands, and the bun was completely soggy and flavorless. The whole thing just tasted bland and poorly made. It was honestly such a disappointing experience that I wish I could forget I even went. And to make it worse, it was way overpriced. Definitely not worth it.

I do not think I will ever return. I was there today and ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings. The cheeseburger was cold and lacked any seasoning. Both the meat and the bread was cold. The onion rings were okay but had a mixture of a few fries in them. Definitely a lack of attention. I have been there three or four times before and had had problems with my prior orders. I want to support them, but I don't think I can anymore.

I’ve always loved the food here, and my husband usually picks it up for us without any issues. However, on 8/8 around 10:30 PM, I went through the drive thru myself and had an extremely unpleasant experience with the man taking orders. He was unnecessarily rude when I asked simple questions like what comes on the burger, and even when I asked him to repeat the order to ensure it was correct. His tone was condescending, and he wore an odd, off-putting smile that made the whole interaction extremely uncomfortable. I honestly felt uneasy about eating the $40 worth of food I purchased because of how I was treated. It’s disappointing because the food is great, but this kind of customer service makes me hesitant to return, or recommend to anyone. This employee is doing the owner a disservice, because the food is delicious.

I was told because of an error on their end and how they input the order they would not remake my food. I literally asked for a burger no spread ketchup and mustard instead, I was told because they input the order with something else they could not redo or remake my food. Terribly disappointed because this was a spot I visited whenever I’m on this side of town visiting my grandmother who lives in the senior community across the street. This is not the first issue I’ve had, but I let the first one pass. This will be the last time I spend money here since the customer is not being treated with respect. Unacceptable. I can and will gladly take my money elsewhere if this is how I am being made to feel. If you are okay with anyone making your food how THEY interpret, be my guest and patron here. 2024 update: I have not been back to this location since 2023. Reason being they messed up on two orders and were very rude and not helpful about correcting orders. If the customer is right, then why is it so hard to fix a burger or fries? The fries are from a separate order also in 2023. They were an order of chili cheese fries but as you can see it’s primarily cheese. I was only going to share this with the staff but I feel it’s better for the public to know and see this. Thank you and enjoy wherever you spend your hard earned $$.
