Went in a bit before closing. There wasn't any crazybread ready. I felt a bit guilty to request a fresh batch, but my kids wanted some. Angelo assured me that it wasn't a problem. Great customer service and attitude on the guy. I should add, the breadsticks were bomb!!

I remember long time ago that their pizza quality wasn't that great, especially the cheese had looked like it was plastered on the pizza and it didn't looked and taste fresh at all. However, just recently I had bought their pizza and the quality is waaaaaayyyy much better than from before. I saw new friendler faces too. It must have to deal with the new management that makes the pizza and company run better. Well anyways, good job and keep up the good work. :)

My favorite pizza for "fast food" pizza. Great taste for the price. My only issue is they don't put as much vegetables as they do with meat. I ordered a couple of pizzas with mushrooms and some slices didn't even have mushrooms. Next time I got extra mushrooms and there wasn't much added. Oh well, meat pizzas only.

Staff is friendly they are quick to prepare your pizza but perhaps the only bad thing is sometimes they get very busy but on a positive note you usually don't have to wait if you just want to pick up a ready-made Pizza.

Recently they've been under new ownership, but apparently it's been difficult. I had a coupon for free bread sticks, no other purchase necessary. The photo showed bread sticks and marinara sauce. I figured if the marinara sauce wasn't included, the cashier would attempt to upsell it. He didn't, so I felt we were good. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza, but he apologized that none were ready yet. He looked a little upset when all I had to pay with was my debit card. We waited about ten minutes, and then went in to check, and still had to wait. Then he looked at us and grabbed our pizza and bread sticks. When I asked about the marinara sauce, he rudely said it didn't come with it, and didn't ask if I wanted to purchase it. Maybe he remembered I only had my debit card? A lot of people were waiting, so I'm sure he just has to get used to the Little Caesar's rush.

I love the convenience of Little Ceasars. Good pizza and the app doesn't trick me into spending more like dominoes. Whatever you do, do NOT get delivery! LC uses Door Dash which is the absolute worst of the worst...2 deliveries missing items, one of which delivered it to the neighbors house and left the pizza on the ground in the rain....classy. Little Caesars needs to utilize a different delivery company, plain and some.

We got the most bestest pizza for 10 bucks it was damn good lots of cheese and pepperoni and plenty of sauce also it was ready in 13 minutes For 10 bucks u cant go wrong

I love Lil Ceasar's , the thin crust pepperoni is awesome , however I tried the Pretzel pizza last night took one bite and hated it. Called Lil Ceasar's and asked if I could get it replaced and was told by Kayla that 'NO' that wasn't possible because I bought it last night at 8:30pm since it was last night and 12:23pm next day to much time has passed. If I want another pizza I'd have to buy it.

Food is okay, for the price. I can't stand walking into a little ceasars. The atmosphere is super cheap, White walls, white floors, tiny lobby. Warm the place up. The service is usually friendly. There are a few waiting room chairs, but those in line have to bunch up into this little lobby.

They forgot part of my order. And the pizza was lukewarm when I got home even though I drove straight there. Maybe 15 minutes. The worker was friendly and got the forgotten part right away. There were people laying on the sidewalk right outside the restaurant. It was just ok. I definitely won't go to this location again. And I might just stick with our normal pizza place. Which is not Little Caesars.

Ordered from little Caesar’s tonight at 10 pm. I didn’t get the pizza/cheese bread combo, the garlic sauces and marinara sauce. They told me they delivered through phone, but never said anything else, so I waited 45 minutes for pizza and had to rush over 10 minutes before closing. I paid for the items I didn’t get

Had better at a different Little Caesars location. This one the cashier seemed upset or angry. Even the customer behind me asked if they were mad or something. The pizza looked more flat especially in the crust area where it normally looks fluffy. I most likely will not come by this place again for a while. Hopefully staff will be altered and QA will kick in when I decide to give them another try.

I got a pizza twice around 10.30,am and they were both made the night before. They are selling leftover pizza.do want people sticking baseband in your food for your family to eat.

The cashier was rude over the phone, she had no manners. She also got both my order and my name wrong. The cashier's name on the receipt was a guys name also. Honestly, she has no business working in customer service.

The cashier didn’t want to take my order because I arrived 15 minutes before closing even though I tried calling in and she said it was carry out only. She told me I could only order a regular pepperoni pizza even though I wanted stuff crust. When I called in she said I would be able to order stuff crust when I got there but when I arrived she said otherwise.

This locations manager needs to retrain their employees on customer service and on how to properly take order when they are busy!! ALSO, to tell them that if they are going to talk about customers to either wait tell the customers are gone or go to the back because we heard what the young lady was saying and if she did her job correctly by asking for the customers name to go with receipts, then it would have ran more smoothly. Common sense is not that very common it seems!!!

This is the first time that I have had a issue with little ceasers I come here quiet often for a fast pizza I placed my order and was told it would be 10-15 minutes and it ended up with me waiting over 30 minutes for 2 pretzel pizzas and 2 orders of wings they let my pizza site on the cold counter for 10 plus mins before they asked me what my order was then when I got my pizza it was cold so they remade it and the assistance manager melody said she could only give me free bread for the inconvenience and when I asked for there customer service number she sent the manager Erik over and he said he did not know it and that there policy when there is a issue is to remake the pizza and give free bread..... What kind of bull is that I work in customer service and know that they could have done a better job I hope that they give there managers better training on how to take better care of there customers

Worst experience I've ever had here. Normally it's runs smoothly but today they had messed up so many orders. Giving customers orders they didn't want. Took over 30 minutes just to get a 6 dollar pizza, crazy bread, & a 2 liter soda because they would give another customer the wrong pizza. It was ridiculous. The line was long and it's understandable but when you ordered before 7 other people and get your pizza after the 7 other people it's frustrating and inconvenient. The new guys need to get it togther. If I see the same kids working there I won't even bother purchasing a pizza from that little caesars. Period

My dad ordered a pizza through the phone and went to pick it up and then got home and I open the box to see we didn’t get the pizza that we ordered this Little Caesars is in lemon Grove we live in Spring Valley my poor dad had to go back to get the pizza that we ordered I wish the workers would pay more attention

Why put take-out orders in the number one slot that does not work when every other slot is empty? And if you're aware that the number one slot is broken then why bother emailing me a code? The whole point of ordering and paying ahead is that you don't have to stand in a long line to have someone hand you your pizza! Come on people!

Workers messing around in the back not paying attention to customers waiting. Charged $2 extra for a sausage pizza compared to other stores. Had the front counter guy make my pizza and the kitchen guy take my order. Pizza is not pleasant looking at all. Place is a joke.

When I asked for Parmesan Cheese the cashier said 'we don't do Parmesan'. When I asked for Crushed Peppers I was told I could buy the equivalent of a 6 month supply but they don't 'do free crushed peppers' either.

This place is usually top notch. Their online says they aren’t accepting orders even tho they are open for another 40 mins. So then I call, and get told “because we close soon” lol bro… it’s hot and ready in under 10 mins. Don’t give me that because you’re lazy. Unfortunately this earned this review hahaha. FORTUNATELY this is not the one i usually go to! So no harm done. This location is just garbage. Haha the manager on duty, Evan… shouldn’t allow such behavior from staff members. Just wowwww I don’t even write reviews but you know what this location just pissed me off. First of all I went to go get a pizza a whole hour before this location closed. Keep in mind this location closes at 11 pm. Why the hell do I walk in and they say ‘we not doing walk ins at the moment’ Ummm ok I guess With no explanation so I decided to go to the app and it says ‘No online orders’ So how tf am I supposed to get a pizza ? Can’t even call cause nobody picks up the damm phone. If your lazy just say that, you don’t want to be there just say that. But this is so unprofessional, whoever the general manager is needs to get there store in order. I as a district manager would get rid of everyone in that store. This is not good business at all. Upon reading some of these reviews this isn’t the first time a customer has had this experience. DO BETTER

So I sent my friend here to buy pizza and they gave us 2 cheese pizzas and 1 pepperoni when we ask for all pepperoni. I called around 7:45pm to confirm if we can go back and get the right ones they said “Okay well come and get your pizza.” Talking to me like I’m stupid when I was confirming they’d do the exchange. No apology just sounded annoyed by our call. Not going back for my pizza because we don’t feel welcome. A male answered the phone.

I ordered my food then went out to my car to wait and came back inside to wait for my pizza to be ready, while i’m sitting and waiting for my pizza I noticed the female cashier (white girl) was going from handling money to putting pepperoni on pizzas without washing her hands. After waiting 10 minutes inside the store she says my pizza is ready and it was in the hot n ready machine just there, I also confronted the cashier about not washing her hands, all she could tell me was, “I was using hand sanitizer” and I could clearly see she was not. If you could go to a different little caesar’s I would recommend doing so!

Placed an order on their online page for delivery. When delivered I was missing my soda. so I called the text number of the delivery person. He told me that It wasn't his fault to call the store, that they didn't give it to him. So I called the store and the guy was so rude. He was speaking over me and told me that it wasn't his fault. To call the company that delivered it to me and to tell them. Remind you that I never went through a third party. I told him how isnt it not your fault if I ordered directly from their page. He said if I wanted to handle it the good way or bad, I asked for his name, he said for what , I asked again he said his name was nobody. I asked to speak to manager on site he said he was the manager. Hung up on me.

First time ordering from this little Caesars pizza 🍕 thin crust pizza 🍕totally is bad 👎. Didn't like the taste, pure bead that I'm eating. It's blanched, has a weird horrible taste to it.😪don't let the TV commercials fool you, once you place a order & pay for it, Take it home opened the box. its amazing how different it looks. This pizza is good for schools/colleges cafeteria lunches to be served to all students. The cheese was so awful & very little proportions of it. Too much brunt & So expensive. I'm not coming back to this or any little Caesars pizza place. 😝👎👎

Came into little Cesar at 7:45 pm Paid Cash and Card told cashier the girl working Only girl out of 4 other guy employees to do $25 cash and $2.59 card She made a Big “oh wow noise “” like it was a big deal which was WIERD AND SAID $2.59 insert your card “” Because I wanted to pay what I didn’t have cash in Card Second After when my pizza is ready There was No Name Calling Or anything when I procedded to ask if my pizza was ready The guy Said I called out your order When he never did please look at cameras him and the cashier girl came Laughing saying she heard him Call out my name when Clearly he did not say my name Poor service that Girl in register should have better manners !! To people making people feel Less for paying cash and card !!
