My father in law was in from Dallas took him here and he loved it!! Also my husband works for coke and has been in the kitchen and says it's VERY clean and food is FRESH!! YUM AND CLEAN!!!

By far the best place to eat in the area, customer service is top notch, the food is fresh, hot and amazing, the burgers are a half pound, made to order, the potatoes are huge and loaded with toppings try the chicken fried steak spud you won't regret it. Just an amazing place to eat.

NEW MANAGEMENT!!! Thank you Jesus! The staff all seem so happy and the food was amazing! The new night manager Wendy is very professional and went above and beyond. We actually wasn't sure if they closed at 9pm or 10pm. My husband walked in the building at 9:45pm to ask. Wendy and the ladies working said to come on in and they would take care of us. I felt really bad but I am telling you they were awesome. We will be going back.

My family and I have been going to something different a lot recently, and we are always pleased by their service! The employees are super nice and the service is on top. Was passing through for work, hard to find good food in small towns. Showed up thinking it would me so so, man was I surprised! The chicken alfredo was better than olive garden's! Let the staff and manager know how much I loved it, 22 year old recipe and very cheap! Please try the alfredo and share a review if you loved it as I did!

We had food delivered from here. I had the traditional spaghetti, and it was delicious. Spaghetti is my favorite, so I try it everywhere I can. The sauce was exactly what I expected, full of flavor with the right ratio of sauce and noodles. I would order it again. My husband had the chicken fried steak. He enjoyed every last bite. We ordered the New York cheesecake for our anniversary. It was the perfect end to our dinner. Thank you. We will order from here our next time through.

We were in town on a Saturday in early March and decided to pop in for lunch. They greeted us immediately and were really friendly. They told us we could sit anywhere we liked. The waitress was great and told us that the chicken fry was "a decent size". We ordered and the first surprise was the good side salad that my wife got with her order. We both ordered the chicken fried steak and when they arrived, we were kind of shocked. To say they are a decent size is an understatement. They are very large portions. If we had known the size beforehand we would have split one. We ended up boxing parts of them both and sending them home with out son for dinner that night. The steak was great, gravy was wonderful and I would definitely recommend you try the chicken fry. We will be back.

Sense the change SDG has become something to greatly be desired to me as a sit down eatery, they can be fairly expensive but their cooks are well trained and far from amateur, I highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat here even if you're just grabbing a table alone. The service is very quick to get back to you and wastes no time to get your order set to be made. It is a sit down eatery so expect a wait time depending on what you are getting, their appetizers are all to die for, really recommend a variety even the Zucchini chips, I can assure you won't be disappointed.

Stopped by for some lunch with my wife and we had beef teriyaki bowl side salad and zucchini chips. The food was good but the service was great. Our waitress was Jenni and she was very polite and the service was quick. If you read any of my reviews you'll know that service is a big deal to me and they knocked it out of the park. Incredibly good food, atmosphere and service.

Overall this place was pretty good! The mozzarella sticks looked homemade and tasted delicious. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and it was okay.. the pasta was not al dente which is what I prefer and the sauce was a little bit too salty for my liking but overall it tasted well with the garlic bread they gave me. Our waitress was super sweet! I love when waiters treat my kids like customers also and give them menus and ask them what they would like to order... Can't wait to try some more items on the menu!

This place was a new try and the minute we came in the door we were greeted and seated. We ordered an app and got it in less than 5 minutes, along with our drink. Ordered a chicken fried steak, chicken Alfredo, and the fish lovers platter. I can’t say the chicken Alfredo was the best, but the chicken fried steak was delicious. Crunchy, huge, perfectly battered. The fish lovers was Incredible. The hush puppies are made with jalapeños and are delicious. The manager came over and made sure everything was as ordered. Waitress was very attentive and very helpful with recommendations. And for the dessert, the brownie, cheesecake, and turtle cheesecake were the absolute shiiiiiznit. Please try this.

I’m 17 and often my younger brother is in my care. I had already called to order my food and headed to McDonald’s for my brothers meal. While checking my account balance I saw that I only had enough money to pay for my brothers food. When I called back, one of the workers, Amanda M, payed for my meal after I explained my situation. I live in Sundown and cried the whole 20 minutes after that interaction. It made both my mother and my grandmother cry from how sweet she was. I really hope she is rewarded in a special way for the special feeling she gave me.

Just ate here while passing through town, it is a cute and delicious grill. The portions are big and the prices are small —just the way a I like ‘em. Roxana, our waitress, was super friendly and delivered everything correctly and in a timely fashion. If I lived closer, I would make this a frequent stop. Highly recommend for anyone passing through town.

This place exceeded expectations. Having food allergies, i wasn't hopeful that I would find anything in town. But then I met Wendi!!!! Unfortunately she and her daughter have food allergies. But lucky for us she knows every ingredient in that restaurant and guided me to some great food.

My family and I came from out of town for a baseball game and we were recommended this place by a friend. On a Saturday, we expected it to be busy and there were several large groups in the restaurant. When we arrived it seemed that the other servers didn't want to serve us but there was this one girl who was sweet as pie! She immediately invited us in and did such a good job even though she was very busy. When we were leaving, we asked for a manager to tell them how well she did and she told us she was the manager. Makes total sense because she was GREAT. The food was delicious and in large portions. Their drinks are also phenomenal. We will definitely be back!!!

I ordered a turkey wrap(minus the bacon) super fresh & delicious. Hubby ordered Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo. He said it was tasty. The app is super easy to use.

I've brought my family here before and as always, the food is excellent. Today though, there was a ridiculous amount of flies and our waiter seemed nonchalant because he helped us only once.

It was a good place for people who have picky eaters. The johnny balls were pretty good. A little soggy but I got the jist of it. Sad they didn't have texas toast with the spaghetti but was good.

I had the BBQ sandwich meal and do not recommend ordering it. I thought the meal was pricey for a hot dog size sandwich, not much meat and not real hot. I am willing to go back to try another meal since the restaurant looks like a good establishment. The place was busy since it was lunchtime.

Food is always great! But the kids that are working there omg it’s embarrassing. Me and my husband went to check out and there was 2 employees and girl and boy and both were on there phones. me and my husband were standing there waiting for them to notice us to us out. Then girl sees us and tells the boy to check us out and she was real rude while telling him and she walked off. After that, the boy still didn’t check us out and made a comment that his working the window. Till our waitress came and checked us out. I wish there was better communication.

Monday is Chicken bowl day. I've had many chicken bowls there in the past. They were good. Today I got one. Veggies were raw, not even sauted! Rice n chicken cooked. I asked waitress n she said they were told from higher up to cook this way. SORRY but this is totally wrong!. I brought mine home n cooking it the RIGHT WAY!

Food quality has gone down quite a bit in the past several months. Used to have good burgers, and the best mozzarella sticks I've ever tasted. Now the burgers are just okay, and the mozzarella sticks are stereotypical, nothing more than I could pick up anywhere else. It's not bad, but not as good as it used to be.

We had went 2 days ago and our waitress seemed lost the whole time we had 6 people in our group and she for got half our stuff messed up a fue drinks. But other then the wait the food was great really enjoyed my Philly cheese steak sub but I asked it with peppers and didnt get um and my husband waited a good 45 min for his polled pork sub when we all got our food way before him. They could have dont better I feel!

Last night was our second time going to this locations. Service and food were pretty decent, but nothing was really a wow factor for us. Picture is of my Cali spud. We also had 3 apatizers and my husband had a teriyaki bowel. Overall my 3 start rating is simply because it really was just an okay meal and wasn't really anything special in our opinions. It was my birthday and we had to change from original plans so we came here.

For a small west Texas town this place had a pretty good selection of Asian stir fry bowls that are absolutely delicious 🤤 Must visit if you are looking for a place offering fresh grilled bowls. 💯 Update to this review in regards to my last visit today: The bowls here are still amazing and my fave is the shrimp and beef. So delicious. However, I tried the avocado burger today and was massively disappointed. According to the staff they are not allowed to cook their burgers any other way than well done. Well done being an understatement. This burger was charred black on both sides. It was terrible. I sent it back and had them remake it and the second one came out the same. Dry with zero flavor. 😞. Hopefully this review makes its way up the ladder to upper management so they can change the protocol on ordering a burger medium versus burnt on both sides. Until then I'm sticking with the bowls because they haven't met me down once. So, in review, avoid the burgers and get a bowl. You'll be glad you did. 🤙

Ordered fried green beans and a steak and cheese the menu said loaded with bell pepers and onions...... There where zero bell peppers and a few small pieces of onion. The picture shows how unappealing it looked. The back potato would have been good if it was hot it was room temp. I didn't take one bite of my food and he ate a few bites of potato but it was too cold to eat. The fried green beans where very good.

The waiter was very rude slamming the plates on the table and had to repeat ourself on refills she made ugly faces to my wife and kids as we ordered people walked out when she approached them good food but rude waiter. She was a Hispanic girl.

Place is nice and clean. Good staff. Ordered a grilled chicken salad. Got a giant bowl of salad. About ten pieces of cubed chicken 4 slices of cucumber about a teaspoon of diced tomatoes and a teaspoon of onion. Maybe a handful of croutons. I feel like I Paid $11 for A HEAD OF LETTUCE. It was definately not worth 11 dollars. That was my experience. Will not be ordering from there again.

Not usually disappointed like tonight. Ordered through the app to make "everything convenient" and selected drive-thru / curbside. All right through window informed them I was there she said it would be 10 minutes after 30 minutes I had to go in and ask about my order. Which apparently had been sitting on the counter for a while. Because when I got it home it was cold and . Stale. ** Food had flavor, atmosphere is quaint, service was outstanding... Quite a nice surprise, and definitely "different"! I don't understand how some of these reviews can be of this particular location (Levelland) when it wasn't here "5 years ago"...???

Our glasses had dried gravy on them and we're dirty . Silverware had spots on them The waitress was concerned more with her phone than her customers. Seem to be only high school kids working, no adults. Waitresses brought out the ticket with the food, instead of waiting till we were finished eating. Food was decent.

The food was okay. I ordered online and paid extra, for extra shrimp, in my teriyaki bowl and chose the low carb version, which would be cabbage instead of rice. No extra shrimp. They also gave me rice instead of cabbage. Literally! it was even on the ticket and they still messed up my order. Not happy at all.

Every time we try to order a delivery order, it is always wrong. We will order, it will be wrong, we will call, and then we won’t order for a few a months. Against our better judgment, we will call a few months later to place a carry out order and it will be wrong. This time we got our order, we called and asked for the manager, he said his name was James, he was extremely rude and very argumentative. This will be our absolute last time ordering from this restaurant. Always poor service and rude costumer service.

Not sure what the obsession is with this place. My standards are quite low and even I was disappointed with this place. First time we ordered delivery, our food was dry and they forgot part of our order. I figured whatever, maybe a bad day. Ordered delivery a second time later and the brownies were hard as a rock and again the food was dry. Will never order from here again.

This was our first time here and we will not be back. Burger was over priced and the wrap was gritty. When we payed out we were asked how it was and when we told them, they did nothing about it. Only excuss was that they make the ranch dressing and it might not have gotten mixed good. Waitress never checked on us. I would give it no stars if I could.

I'm not sure if the locals actually enjoy this place we stopped in for lunch they had 2 younger ladies waiting tables who would rather sit and talk playhouse on there phones that help a customer we had a baby and a toddler with us we repeatedly ask for high chairs over and over and over we kept getting a oh sorry I forgot after holding our kids on our lap for 30 mins I wish we had gotten up and went some place else to eat . I ended up walking around the place e with my little one until I found the high chairs my self I graber 2 of them and brought them back to our table as I was getting g the kids in them one of the young women said if you would have asked us we would have gotten those for you . I told her thank you any way . I was hoping not to get bad food . That was not the case we fondly got food about 1hour and 30 mins after getting our seats . All of it was over cooked and cold could you imagine that after over cooking it was cold . Not good food horrible service . Never again ! If I could give -- stars we would have I dont think this place will be around long .

Service was okay but the food was not very good. Very disappointed. I have ordered from this restaurant for several years but wow they have gone down hill. We get tired of cooking at home so we enjoy having a delivered meal. Our order was late, wrong, and cold. The rice was hard, and baked potato was over cooked. The kitchen manager was unhelpful and defended her food. They have officially lost our business. And we spent plenty each time.

We ordered two chef salads, ..well the chicken and ham was nasty!! Looked days old, very dried up and hard looking!! Definitely not freshly made at all!! I have eaten here or ordered to go from here several times. Twice I’ve had awful experiences. Once was a couple months ago: ordered delivery of a Thai chicken bowl with only rice, chicken, broccoli and Thai sauce. Paid for the an extra sauce on the side as well. When my food was delivered not only was there no extra Thai sauce on the side, but none in the bowl either. I had to call back to ask for it. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Finally got irritated and hung up and called right back and was put on hold again for at least 5 minutes. The gentleman on the phone apologized and said they would bring me my Thai sauce. Fast forward 45 MINUTES (!!!!) later and I had to call back because it still wasn’t delivered. I was told they wouldn’t charge me for the extra Thai sauce now and that the delivery guy was out dropping off other orders and should be back by soon. Absolutely ridiculous. The second time was almost three weeks ago. (7/5/19) Went there for lunch with a coworker. Ordered egg rolls as an app. Waitress asks if we want soy sauce, sweet sauce or both. Coworker says both. We get our egg rolls and I am a couple bites into one and bite into a frozen inside. All three weren’t cooked all the way through. They took them back and eventually brought us new, fully cooked egg rolls. Then when we get our check I notice the egg rolls were down as $4.38 instead of the $3.48 they showed up as on the menu. I asked the waitress and she had no idea why and kept asking if I wanted her to get the manager. Well obviously if you don’t know the answer, then yes. The manager then tells her that they charged extra for both sauces.... a soy sauce bottle and the packets of the sweet sauce. They charge an extra 90 cents for packets of sauce?? We would not have ordered both sauces if the waitress had informed us of this policy that is not written anywhere on the menu. After going back and forth with the waitress, she brings the manager over and he takes the egg rolls off of the ticket completely, which I will say was nice. I will not be eating here again with the customer service I have received on these two occasions, which sucks because I used to eat here frequently. You need to train your waitresses better and update your menu prices if you are going to charge extra for things.

I don’t even know where to begin! Honestly I didn’t even want to leave a 1 star. My parents and I arrived at 1115, on feb 25th 2023, ordered our food, sat there for 40mins and still no food. We ask our waitress what was going on, apparently the stove broke. They failed to tell us anything was malfunctioning, that’s not the best part. As we continue to wait a cockroach was crawling up the wall! Absolutely disgusting, I’m sure this place is invested, as those type of bugs don’t crawl on the walls during the day unless you have an infestation. This business needs some serious attention from the city inspectors .

Our server stopped by our table to bring food.... period. To get drink refills we had to ask. She left our dessert sitting on the counter and proceeded to check out 3 tables and get to go drinks for a fourth table before she fixed our dessert. Not impressed. Won't eat here again.

Called in order yesterday for a party of 6. . Ordered 4 burgers. Requested pickles. Didnt get them. All burgers were overcooked so far they were crispy and we couldnt eat them. It was a birthday party and it was embarrassing that I recommended this place. THE last time we ate there the burgers were overcooked but I just thought it was a bad day for them. Will not be returning!

This place was terrible! My food was cold on one side and then scolding hot on the other, my broccoli was soggy and ICE cold, my son couldn't even eat his food because it tasted awful. The food was obviously not fresh what so ever!!!!! The eating utensils we received were dirty, there was a large black bug on the floor(possibly a waterbug) the waitress was neglectful to our table after she gave us our ticket she never came back to check on us,we had to flag her down just to get her to come over. I will NEVER eat here again!!!!

We were in a large group, and arrived 10 minutes after everyone else, due to circumstances. So we understood a difference in times of the food arriving at the table, however, after 25 minutes, and everyone else in the group finished eating, we were apologized to for the delay. Seems that carry out orders took presidence. When the food arrived I was informed, that they had run out of the shrimp I ordered, and that I would have extra catfish instead. Not impressed. Management needs a lesson in manners. I won't be back.

I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. It had no veggies mentioned. As I prefer. Instead I was served unsuspectingly, gigantic sliced mushrooms that literally looked squid shaped. If I liked mushrooms it would have been no big deal. However, I have major texture issues, and my dinner experience at that moment stopped. The meal itself tasted great before I found the 3rd gigantic slice of mushroom. Our waitress never came by and inquired, or I would have mentioned the mishaps, and perhaps it could have been fixed. Im not a fan of complaining when eating out because I dont want food tampered with.

I visited the establishment and I usually walk in to a good vibe like environment all the waitresses have a very positive “can do” attitude, though the manager Jennifer gave me a rude look and she made me feel like this once very friendly loving environment turned into a what feels like a psychological warfare.
