This is THE slowest Chick Fil A around. I see tons of reviews saying the same but every single time I come it’s the exact same so I guess they don’t really listen to the feedback. Short line long line doesn’t matter, it takes forever. Most chickfilas keep the lines moving which is what sets Chick Fil A apart from other fast food chains but this one in Lewisville on Main Street is so slow you might as well go sit down and eat somewhere. So disappointed and will go to Highland village or flower mound next time.

Slowest Chick Fil A I have ever been to. Went at 2:30 and they were not busy and it still took over 15 minutes for a simple mobile drive thru order. The regular drive thru line was barely moving. There were 4 cars in line when I pulled in. Ridiculous!!!

Loved this new location when it opened and service/food was great. We usually always use the Mobile Thru lane and in the last several months service has declined terribly. Just came from there and I was only the 5th or 6th car online. It took 7 min to move one car length. 13min total for a mobile order. By the time I left the Mobile Thru lane was backed up almost to the drive-thru entrance. This has been a common occurrence lately and makes the Mobile Thru process pointless.

The people here are great but you never know what your going to get when you order. Missing items, long wait times and incredibly salty food making it almost inedible. We know this is a new location and was really hoping it’d be the best one around.

If you are spending a small fortune to have it delivered, just know they will not send you everything or any utensils even when you ask for them. But they will supply about 500 salt and pepper packets. I spent $33 and am stuck eating my salad without the toppings or dressings and I have no utensils. This sucks.

For the past few months, every single time my order has been missing something. So inconvenient having to drive back and waiting in line again because they forgot a chicken sandwich or salad tortilla strips. I never had to check my order previously, but I guess now after 4 times will have to.

This Chick-fil-A constantly misses the mark. I always get a salad here and somehow the last three times my prepackaged salad has been missing items or completely wrong. When I went to exchange my incorrect salad, a bunch of high schoolers standing around acted like we were interrupting their hangout. This, while they were essentially telling the manager no when he tried to assign other tasks other than standing. And forget about using the “mobile thru” line… you will wait even longer than ordering there somehow. Signs of mismanagement all around.

The food was normal, but the service and the unclean tables/floor and the overflowing trash bins, etc Getting a refill was forever as I watched staff visiting or talking on phones. I wish I would’ve counted how many workers walked past me and never looked up to see if somebody might be standing there needing something… and it wasn’t busy. Like chick but probably won’t be back at this one.

I don’t like to write negative reviews without contacting the restaurant. They did not respond satisfactory. We were coming back from a ball game. And ordered $50 of food ahead on the app. We arrived around 8pm and waited for 12 minutes to receive our food. At the time we arrived there was only 1 car in front of us. So it was excessive wait. We got back home and started passing out the food, only to discover my $11 salad was missing entirely. I immediately opened a case in the app to report the excessive wait in line, and ask for a refund. Usually they go above and beyond when there’s a service issue. This instance they did not address the wait nor satisfactory resolve my missing meal. There are other choices to feed my family. And this instance definitely missed the mark.

The chicken specifically at this CFA is so terribly bad. Rarely have bad chicken other locations. Happens every sandwich with this one. Our company (8 peoples orders) used to go to chick fil an every Monday and Friday but unfortunately the food is so bad we do not go to this location anymore. When it was near 35 the food was way better quality

Absolutely terrible. I sat in the drive through line just to trade in a toy for an ice cream, which I have done COUNTLESS times, even at this very location. The guy taking orders told me to just tell them at the window and they’d do it. So I waited in line over 7 minutes just for this lady to tell me they don’t do it in the drive through! Again I have don’t this at least ten times, sometimes ordering other food, other times just trading it in. I’ve literally done it at this very location. Absolutely unbelievable.

I thought CFA was supposed to have exceptional customer service? Apparently not at this location. I mistakenly thought the inside lane was for drive thru, but it turns out it was for mobile orders. Did the two snobbish girls taking orders inform me of my mistake? No. They literally stood next to my car pretending I didn’t exist while waiting for other cars to show up. It took me 5 minutes of waiting until lowering my window and calling over to them before they even looked at me. Turns out I’d have to drive around before they would serve me. I could understood their attitudes if it was peak lunch time and they thought I was trying to cut the line. But there was literally no one else in the drive thru. Not the type of friendly CFA employees I’ve come to appreciate in Texas.

Ive been a regular here, but the service is consistently sloppy. Tonight was the second time my order was wrong. I ordered two spicy southwest salads with four ranches—got only two. Had to drive back for the missing ranch, and when I checked, the pepitas and tortilla strips that are supposed to come with the salads weren’t there at all. Two salads, one fork. When I went inside to fix the order, nobody wanted to acknowledge me, let alone correct it properly. Management clearly isn’t paying attention. For a place that prides itself on service, this location is falling apart. Upon reading other reviews this apparently is an ongoing issue and as of today, despite management promising improvements they’ve failed to meet the mark

Avoid this location at all costs!!! We have been sitting in the mobile line for over TWENTY minutes (we got teas). This continuously is the slowest Chick-fil-a. There was no apology for taking so long and TM’s were just standing around. Cars were getting mad and honking. Lucky for the drive thru line because they had some room to just leave (which a lot ended up doing), we were stuck or we would have left.

I ordered a Chicken Biscuit with egg and cheese, but what I got was just a biscuit with egg and cheese, no chicken at all. How do you forget the main ingredient in a Chicken Biscuit? This isn’t a small mistake, it’s a complete failure in accuracy and quality control. Extremely disappointing and not what I expect from Chick-fil-A.
