Quality is always good, only sometimes I saw sanity not take care of with folks without hand gloves and also customer service sometimes lacks due to new recruits. Overall I always prefer this local store and is better than most out there.

Domino's Pizza Always a great experience! The team here is super friendly and the service is quick — pizzas are always ready right on time. The quality is consistent, and it’s so convenient being close to Santa Rita Ranch. Definitely my go-to Domino’s for a tasty and fast meal! 🍕👏

The delivery drivers park everywhere on both sides of the entrance. I don't like that. The food is always quick and hot. Usually made correctly even though they forget items sometimes. Mainly sauce. Once it was my brownie cookie. They're nice. Our go to for pizza. I used to do pizza but only but this is closer and pizza but stopped having spinach as an option some time ago.

Usually, I will have a great experience! Always hot, yummy and just as I ordered! It’s also more affordable than most other places. But I splurged on a dessert for the family tonight and ordered the marbled brownie cookie….. and it left much to be desired. Not at all impressed with this item. My kids asked, “What is it, Mom?” I said I thought it was maybe a brownie pizza with cookie pepperonis?!?! In any case, it was super thin, almost seemed uncooked but crispy and burnt(ish) on the bottom. Not a fan. But otherwise a great location!

We found a long brown hair in our spinach and feta bread, Lucky it was my husbands first bite! Still not okay, what happened to wearing hair nets? They did resend us another hairless bread, but we're still not able to bring up an appetite to eat here again.

Inconsistent experience. I order light cheese everytime and some times it's so heavy and other times it looks like this - 10 shreds of cheese. Not to mention you pay so much for a topping to only get 6 pieces? I want to love this place since they have gf but I pay too much to receive this.

The quality control at this location is non existent. Absolutely none of my cesar salad was edible. This is how people get Salmonella!

BEWARE: Two weeks ago there was a large, sharp piece of plastic in my thin crust pizza. Talked with the manager and all I got was an apology and a refund. Just not good enough. Talked with corporate and they forwarded my complaints to this store. I gave them a settlement option after speaking with my lawyer. Never got a response or anything in the mail. Now we are moving forward and going to court. Not sure how long this process will take but they had a chance and decided to just ignore it. The piece of plastic got lodged in my throat and caused me to choke. Somehow I was able to get it out. This could have happened to a child and the situation could have been much worse. Again, I gave them a chance before my lawyer got involved but they chose to ignore it, maybe hoping I would go away. That won't happen. My lawyer is hoping to get this place shut down and after how things were handled, I hope they do get shut down. Get your pizza from here while you can. Soon it may be closed. Corporate office and this store chose to ignore my option I gave them. So here we go. Needless to say, this situation does not make me ever want to eat dominos again.

Make note if you order wings for delivery make sure they put sauce on it…these were supposed to be buffalo.

A worker inside putting boxes together let us wait outside a locked door for 10 minutes before the delivery driver arrived and told us to go around back to a drive-through window to get the pizza. Then wordlessly shoved the pizza at us at the window. Not bad pizza just rude workers.

I placed a timed-ahead order this morning and did not receive any sort of confirmation email when the screen went blank and I had entered in my CC number. That’s a problem. I then ordered a second order an hour later, still didn’t get a confirmation email, but got a text from the chat bot DOT indicating my food was on its way. Then, I got the FIRST order as well. So…charged twice and got two orders. Not great! How is it that you place an online order and NOT get confirmation emails? That would have solved the issue. And when I went through the chat bot DOT to resolve the issue they said…call the store. So I did! When I called the store they said…call corporate! Needless to say, all I wanted was a refund for the first order. Heck, offer me a coupon, an apology, SOMETHING! But this particular team member/manager said it’s not possible. So…it looks like I will not be purchasing food from this brand anymore, because of this location. Too many other options that will do the right thing next time. I would be happy to edit this if someone did the right thing, but that seems extremely unlikely. 1/5 stars and

If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would 100%! Totally unacceptable service we placed our order online got the email that it was ready and to pick up at the window. Pulled up to the window waited for over 5 minutes nothing no one! We then proceeded to honk 3 separate times and were ignored by staff. I parked my car at the window and walked inside to find the staff on their phones and a girl finally looks up and gets to find my order but is unable to. The manager then came over and found it in no time because it had been sitting on the shelf ready the whole time. When I talked with the manger about this all I got was a sorry we didn’t see or hear you and that has to be complete BS! We won’t be ordering from this location Also there wasn’t a single other customer waiting so it’s good to know the 10 plus staff that you had working were just wasting your payroll and not doing anything especially their job.
