Amazing! Best donuts and kolaches. The owners are so kind and welcoming. It’s hard to find a good donut place but this is one that I will definitely be coming back to! Try it out!

We enjoyed coming here. They had a very nice selection of different kinds of donuts-fancy. One of my favorite breakfast is bacon croissant sandwiches I’ve ever had. Definitely worth a stop in.

Donut Palace is a nice spot for a quick morning breakfast on your to work. I didn’t experience any bad odor in my donuts and kolaches. So I heard it is under new ownership of the place… I would definitely go back again. Very friendly staffs and great customer service.

I can say that they are the best Donuts I have ever eaten in Austin. The cappuccino, magnificent, creamy and perfect! 👌 And the attention is 10000/10. It is a family business, it is served by its own owners and they are extremely nice, everything looks clean and fresh.

It took a lot of self control to not just ask for one of everything, but I ended up narrowing my options down to four excellent choices: Christmas tree, gingerbread, christmas stockings, and snowflakes. They really created for holiday donuts, very friendly people, and donuts look good & yummy. Highly recommend.!

My son said this is the best glazed donut he has ever had. They have a drive thru in the back. It just doesn’t have much seating that’s why there are less stars for the atmosphere.

I went to Donut Palace in Liberty Hill in honor of my mom’s birthday. She loved maple donuts, so I had to get one (and a kolache and other donut). Friendly staff here and a busy place on a Sunday morning. The donuts were great! I’ll be back.

This place is great! For starters, they didn’t yell “NEXT??” at me after every selection. Lol! Very laid back and friendly. The donuts and kolaches are delicious. The kolaches were especially good; warm, yeasty bread and a decent amount of sausage. The ham and cheese croissant was perfect. The soft donuts had perfect texture and the old fashioned and cake donuts were slightly crispy around the edges and less crumbly. The place is very clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is homey and they have a huge selection of beverages in their cooler. The digital menu is simple and easy to read. Handicap accessible and plenty of parking. The bathrooms were clean and well lit. Overall, I’m really glad that they are the closest donut shop to me and will be giving them all of my pastry business! Check them out!

I have 2 kids, so I have been to so many donut places. Normally they pretty much all taste the same. These donuts tasted so much better! I don't know if they use better ingredients or what, but they were so good, a teenage boy voluntarily talked about how amazing they tasted. Wonderful service, atmosphere and donuts - I will now drive 15 minutes for this place every time we get donuts!

The best donuts in the area in my mind. Extremely well-priced compared to other nearby options, good variety, and very tasty. I'm a jelly donut guy and the owners here are the most generous jelly-fillers I've ever met. Any time I buy a filled donut it's always about the burst with the amount of filling they inject. Their kolaches are also excellent. It's a small place, so not necessarily the best location to grab a donut and sit-down, but I still do with my wife and 3-4 kids in tow at any time and we make it work. Worth a visit!

At 10:30 am the donut was already dry and hard. I was disappointed becauseIdon'tget donuts very often. The last time I went seemed better. The mocha coffee machine was not working either. The worker there (could have been owner) was exceptional though. Very sweet.

Good apple fritters (crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle), which are my favorite here. The sausage crossaints were good. And they have some Cajun influenced items that are good and unusual. But their Bavarian creme has a weird aftertaste, so I don't get that anymore after a few different tries. And the old fashioned donuts also have some sort of strange flavor that didn't work for me. I ended up throwing it out, which is unusual for someone who loves donuts and will eat just about anything. And old fashioned (sour cream) donuts are usually my favorite.

The kolaches are actually pretty good but the chocolate glazed donuts taste like chemicals. I came to read the reviews to see if other people agreed with me and sure enough there are other reviews that say they taste like nail polish or bugspray.

Went to the Donut Palace on our way to do stuff when we didn't have time to eat food at home. It's been many years since I've last been here and I mean it's Donuts so how badly can you mess up? I always get the same thing an apple fritter but never before have I experienced a flat apple fritter. I requested that it be warmed up as she did throw it in the microwave, but when I got it it was just as cold as it would have been out of the case. The flavors were okay. My boys that I was traveling with also not impressed. Overall it was okay, it was Donuts, but it was not amazing

Went in to get some donuts, the lady that was taking our order ended up taking another order and didn’t even ask if I was done ordering whenever I was about to add more to our order. I find that extremely rude and unprofessional, because she also wanted to talk to her friends and co workers instead of paying attention to what she was doing.

For a “Palace” this place sure is dirty. They weren’t the friendliest but I can’t say they were rude. I ended getting one donut which tasted like a regular ol’ donut. 2 stars because of that. I love donuts so I’m in a way glad that this place is nothing to get excited about. Otherwise, I might be a regular and maybe 10 lbs heavier!

Very dirty place, very terrible service. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese large breakfast thing, however, they gave us a sausage one only. When I brought it up to them they argued that the person who took my order heard the other thing, however, they refused to correct it. Took the one back and threw it away without giving me a refund. Obviously, I was angry, so the owner came over and basically gave me a threatening attitude. They never fixed it. There are always bees and flies inside of the place flying inside the donut shelves. The place looks never cleaned. The donuts, when fresh, are pretty good though. Just wish the owner and business actually cared about their customers and establishment.

This was my first visit and I'm very disappointed. I said, "do you have vanilla filled donuts?" She says, "yes, we do." I get to work and they are creamed filled, NOT vanilla filled, but it tasted gross, like she took a regular glazed donut and squirted some cream, NOT vanilla, in them just before putting them in a bag. Grand donuts is by far the best donut place in Liberty Hill, TX...sorry, never again...

Donuts are terrible. The worst I've ever had. I asked for half a dozen donuts half glazed half chocolate and he gave me a whole dozen half a dozen glazed and half a dozen chocolate. Never going there again.

The donuts do not taste fresh. Also, customer service is poor. I made a large order and when I got home I found a donut missing. I called ahead before I made the trip all the way back to the shop. The employee was extremely rude and argumentative. He tried telling me every excuse in the book before finally giving me what I paid for and a cold taco for my inconvenience. There are much better donuts to be had elsewhere.

Everything tastes off and a day old. Also the size of some donuts is almost hostess small. Took one bite of a maple glazed and spit it out. Update: tried again to see if we hit them on an off day. Once again the donuts taste like they were baked last week. Disgusting.

Donuts are great but the other food is awful! The croissant bacon was salty as heck and bacon egg and cheese biscuit was over cooked and salty as heck too! And a ask for sausage egg and cheese. Because last time I ate here it was salty as heck too!
