Really awesome experience! My friends were in line next door for their food, I ran over and ordered, got my food, and back in car before they got their order. Jill was soooo nice and helpful. Food was hot and delicious.

I work right across the street so I swing by at least 3 times a week for lunch and have for a whileeee. Nvr had anything go astray. Today I ordered a veggie power bowl and they accidentally gave me a chicken power bowl. Not a big deal at all but 6 bucks is 6 bucks, yaknow. Becky, the queen she is, had me come back by after work to get a fresh one and didn’t make me feel like I was being a Karen at all.

So.. I'm kind of a difficult person to get along with / make happy . Ha. But let me tell you . I just went here thru the drive thru. Right off the top the dude who took me order was awesome ! He was genuine and extra pleasant . Then when I got to the window , ( even though it took a little longer ) I could see another guy mopping every inch inside like cleaning cleaning . The girl that gave me the food was awesome and pleasant also. My food was fresh and made perfect AND there were plenty of napkins!! The little things .. I swear . If I could give today's visit ten stars I would !! Keep up the great customer service !!

Thus store is amazing! Food is always hit and good. Employees are always friendly. I order online and arrive at the store in less than 5 minutes to find my order already sitting on the counter, ready!! Like magic! Keep up the good work.

I was recently at this Taco Bell during the so-called blizzard. The customer service was out of this world. Jackie, Darla and Mallory were great. They were super kind and courteous. To the boss of this location, you are lucky to have such a great staff.

Awesome customer service. I ordered a cup of water with my food and received 2 large cups of water because the lady at the window wanted both me and my dog to have to drink. I love that!!!! Awesome job caring for both of us.

Been here a year & a half. We have Terminex out every couple of months.Therefore,we do not see roaches at all. We Love living here. Sure is nice feeling like we're in the country but hospital is 2 exits away & plenty of stores as well. Nice & quite.

The drive through was long so, I decided to go inside. The dine in area was clean upon observing, the staff was in good spirits, (even sung along to the music that played through the speakers)! Lol Beside that, I orders i the touch order screen(👌🏾I guess). Then I sat to wait for my order to be filled, unbothered…. Took a long while but they at least got my order right 👏🏾Thx goodness

This location always does an exceptional job and never misses any of my order modifiers. It is a very busy location , but they built a long car line into the parking lot design and don’t let the line fool you- this location is fast!

I always get great service here, but today this was exceptional. The lady Alexa who helped serve me was extremely friendly. You'd think that was enough. The manager David literally brought my food out to where I was sitting in the back. This is great service at its finest.

And also John thank you for your compliment that you gave me this morning I was trying a new look and it really gave me the extra boost of confidence I needed for the day. I came to this Taco Bell over the summer, and ordered/payed for a 6pack of their Cinnabon Delights, however their fryer was having some difficulties and they weren’t able to give them to me. Along with refunding my order & giving me a pack of their cinnamon twists at the time, their lovely manager also wrote me a note for a free 12 pack of the delights. Fast forward 6 months later, I found the note and went to their location to see if they’d still take it. The same manager hopped on the intercom when she heard me explain the note, and remembered instantly!!!! She was so kind, and also threw in 2 free Baja blasts. Shoutout to the managing staff at this location!! Thank you!!

We observed a group of five young people actually operating as a fine, well organized group. Taking care of their customers and producing complete and accurate orders. In the fast food world, this is such a rarity these days that it was an actual pleasure to observe. I hope their employer recognizes their dedication for working New Years Eve and still having exceptional attitudes.

Fast and friendly service, food is always hot and fresh with plenty of sauce. Way better than the location across town which is always busy and inconsistent. Nice lady working the window in the morning let me try their new Mountain Dew before it was for sale. Cool points for that! Thank you!

I picked up an uber order here and was not greeted nor asked what I needed. One employee came in and wasn’t even clocked in yet and asked me if I had been helped / if I needed anything. Which I appreciated.. (According to the other employees his name is Chase) So shoutout to CHASE for reading the room and making sure I was getting what I needed, even though he just came in the door a minute or two before hand.

It's taco bell do I really need to say more. One of the best late night grub places. Easy on the wallet and they do have a nice rotation of 5 dollar boxes and specials. The only real down side is the cost of drinks if they don't come with a meal, they are way to expensive and worth just stopping by a QT or even McDs just for the drink.

They was really busy. We went thru drive, we ordered two cheezy melt burrito and two chzy bean rice with no rice. We had to go inside because we wasn't ready so when I did go inside I observed the lady who was in drive at front counter she had to call her manager but he was busy and a gentleman who appeared to be the gm there seemed agitated and very short with me because i couldn't remember what I ordered he said he just gonna charge me the two bean and rice no rice burritos cus he thought the two other burritos went somewhere? Nor sure what he said he lowered his voices I told him well i still have to order something if it ain't in there. I remembered what it was ordered two beefy melt burritos. He seemed annoyed I wanted to purchase them. I understand I work at jack in the box as a manager there's so much you gotta do and to have to sit patiently while a customer is not ready can be annoying but as a restaurant gm he should be trained in thar position have be a little more patient and spend time with the customer you want that customer to feel welcomed and you glad they chose you outnof all places they could of went that made me feel like I was getting rushed through. Again he was still nice and at the end of the service I realized my two burrito were in the bag So I got extra. I got more food then paid for cus he was impatient cusnhe would of known by taking a second to look in the bag. Don't get me wrong it was a great environment my only suggestion would be take a longer break get extra help to lighten the load or something calm down and take a look at your team let them do their job your customer is the reason you get that paycheck so focus on spending time with them don't show them they just money you about to get just another profit for your books to show your store progress.

Food was the same as always, but it was fairly slow going through the drive through. About 15 minutes of waiting in line. There were seven cars in the line when I pulled in. I think they are training new employees. Staff was nice and apologized for the wait.

What can I say, it's taco bell. Staff is always friendly, though the drive through can be a little slow due to the pandemic. One thing of note--when the pandemic started, the staff never handled your credit or debit card, instead they'd hold the card reader out the window. Now though, they're taking your card with their gloved hand and swiping it in the machine, then hand it back to you. The same hand they're touching the register and other people's cards with. That I don't particularly like, to be honest. I realize this isn't a big deal for a lot of people, but I'm pretty risk adverse and don't like.

Love our taco bell, but recently the last couple of times we have been the chips are just covered in salt. Like make your tongue burn salty. So hopefully that gets resolved. Good food and always nice if they make a mistake and fix it.

Drive thru. Very nice cashier. Food was quick and good. It would be nice if my burrito had the red sauce evenly placed all through the inside of the tortilla. It was only on one half and the other half had the beans and cheese. Just evenly place the sauce all down the inside of the tortilla when making the burrito. Thank you !

Taco Bell's just never going to be the same for some reason. The food taste good but the helpings have been anything but generous over the years.Service is usually always friendly. So I don't know if it's a case of nobody wants to heat it Anything in meat because it's too close and the evening or what to deal this but I know they make enough money to address this issue and to be a little bit more generous.

Ordered a drink with no ice, and the screen said no ice, yet came full of ice! Also ordered 4 tacos and got zero sauce....how the hell do you eat tacos without sauce?!? Wow. Great stuff TB

My husband and I ate lunch at taco bell we always like the taco bell in liberty but not this time our tacos were cold to much lettuce and the burritos were so runny . We will never go back and this bad experience cost as much as a good sit down meal is a nice restaurant . What happened to this place where you could eat cheap and take your kids? And have a good snack not anymore ! To bad!!!!!!!!!

Usually okay, but today drive thru was extremely slow and order almost completely wrong. Five BEEF chalupas ordered, received three chicken and two beef. Pepsi and Root Beer ordered, received two root beers. The food was good, just totally mixed up. Staff is friendly but check everything close before getting home to a surprise. The parking lot and drive thru are very tight. If you have a trailer best to find a different location.

If I’m being completely honest I have eaten at this location many of times but this time I was really disappointed in my food. Got two five layer burritos and they were literally only beans basically, Got two crunch wraps and there was little to no filling literally eating just a tortilla. The only good thing from my order was the Mountain Dew Baja Blast.

You go through the drive-thru, and you will get what they want to give you. You can tell them several times what you want, and you still get what they want to give you. I make them repeat back my order, and they repeat it back right, but it's all wrong when they hand over the order. They have horribly long lines that barely move. Certain staff are rude. I used to like this store, but I don't now. Before, it was always clean, had prompt service, and staff was busy doing their jobs. I believe in teamwork, keeping busy at all times except at break, keeping work place clean and sanitized. Pay attention to your customers, and do not side track by speaking to other staff or friends during the time with a customer. Get the customer's in and happy and out happy. They will always come back. I give this store a 2 star because management is not taking enough time to train in these areas. Bad Buissness. There have been a few times i have ordered a meal, which includes cinnamon twists. When i started eating them, i could taste that they were old, nasty taste. Just like the taste of a box of old spaghetti noodles, YUK🙃😔. Just a heads up, try your best to avoid the headache of going to this store until things straighten up there.

For $16, no, thank you! Chicken Fiesta Quesadilla with hardly no chicken on it and dripping grease. Cheesy Potato Bowl hardly any cheese but a glob of sour cream. The Cinnabon Delights were good! Okay so this taco bell is usually good on the actual food but we just went through and one of the girl workers there i think she was a manager with dark brown hair and a bun. She was talking to a new person very rudely basically yelling at him and throwing things, I really hope better management is found because it was sad to see the workers getting treated poorly.

Absolutely awful customer service. The manager you have at this location is a joke. Handed wrong bag of food at drive thru. Upon arriving back to correct issue, manager was extremely rude. Told him this bag of food isn't right bag and his response was "Looks right to me" without ever looking in bag. Definitely need new management here

This is the 2nd disappoint from this taco bell. I will not be going back 1st time they forgot food. This time 1 ordered a number 6. They nvr asked beef or chicken. .just gave me chicken. My surperm burrito was half beef and bean and half supreme. And my crunch wrap surpreme had no beef in it. Also only filled the nacho cup half way. Very very disappointed. Done with this location.

I bought two of the new 1.00 burritos. They looked nothing like the picture depicted. They maybe had a tablespoon of food on each. I knew that for 1.00 they would not be much, but I expected them to have more than a tanlespoon of food. I do not recommend them at all.

So Taco Bell is temporarily closed and I see no reason for it listed anywhere. Rumor has it that two employees tested positive for Covid19. If this is true shouldn't it be posted somewhere to let the public know? I haven't been by there so I don't know if it's posted at the store. The building and Google listing says they open at 8am. I went through the drive thru at 8:05 and no one came onto the speaker, I went ahead and drove up to the window and saw 2-3 workers inside. Took a few mins but one finally came to the window to talk to me and I asked if I could order. He said “we aren’t open”, I informed him the sign said 8am and that it’s past that and he just shrugged his shoulders. I said “when are you going to open?” And he just responded with “idk man 20 mins, maybe 40”

Ordered my food went to the window proceeding to pay needed something taken off but still charged my account. I was smoking in my car and put it out as my drinks were being handed to me. the guy making my food was acting like the smoke was effecting him from the window to the kitchen witch was not possible and started to cough on my food that he was making the guy at the window closed it so he could tell him to stop he apologized. I handed the drinks back didn’t get any food nor did they put the money back in my account. I was shocked that a employee would purposely cough on food I have never experienced this before but with Covid and other stuff going around I feel the public should know. This is my first review that I’ve made and hopefully will be my last review like this

Worst Taco Bell to ever order at go to the other one. Ordered online only for 20 mins later for the STORE to cancel the order. Door dash directed me to the store because it was indeed them who canceled, upon calling the store I was met with attitude and no reason and she just decided to hang up on me.

I was so disappointed in our trip through drive thru today. 11/1/2020. We were the only car in line. Lady employee had me stop our order 4 times. It took over 10 minutes to get 2 meals ordered. Then we pull up to window and she is talking on her cell phone rather than us. Basically threw our drinks and food at us as her phone conversation was more important than a paying customer. Did not say a word to me and still did not get correct order or sauce that I asked for 3 different times. Most disappointing experience in my life.

I have had bad experiences at this location before, be it from rude staff to poor quality service, but that's the kind of quality that I expect from taco bell nowadays anyways. However this time I had just got off work at my nightshift job and got off early to get some food because my other job was at 6 am so I did not have much time to sleep. I arrive at 11:55 (this location closes at 12 ) and sit in a line for about 30 minutes only to be told that they were closed. Mind you you their lights only shut off as I got to the order speaker. I love taco bell tacos, but it is absolutely not worth it nowadays.

The manager of the location Wesley answered the phone Told me I Could order the tacos over the phone .. he was not going to accept my order due to the fact that he was understaffed and had been too busy today He told me either do doordash or download the tacobell app. I so wish I could give no stars..As a member of management for over 10yrs I would not want someone like Wesley representing my Company..simply disgraceful 😞

literally the worst taco bell i have ever been to. they couldn’t care less about their customers and they get my order wrong every single time i am there. we sat in line for 20 minutes only to be told they were out of beef when we got to the speaker and all they could tell us was “sorry” and they could replace the beef with potatoes. horrible customer service and they clearly can’t read their expo menu boards.

Every single time I go here, they manage to screw up my order somehow. I am not complicated by any means. I make no changes to any items. I just always get shorted an item, the item doesn't have the correct ingredients, and I hardly ever get any sauce. The wait time are awful during the busy hours. Haven't had a chicken taco salad from here for years so I ordered one. Terrible. See the pictures. All I see was a lot of lettuce, very little else. Definitely not worth it for the price!!

To say I am appalled would be an understatement. I repeatedly told the man at the drive-thru I didn’t want something, but he gave me a large and charged me for it anyways. I went in to let the management know that there speaker was possible broken or the guy couldn’t hear me but instead he laughed at me and made fun of me where I could see and hear him. He gave me a refund and told me I could leave. I am shaking unable to believe that someone that horrible somehow works there and is even a manager. I understand that people try to complain to get refunds but that doesn’t mean you make fun or laugh at them where they can possibly see. I’m disgusted.

Don't go there if you don't like lettuce. They always put extra lettuce on my tacos when I ask for no lettuce. Literally every time. It's a joke.

We walked in at 9 am to get breakfast. Walked up to the counter and the guy working there said that they were short handed and that we had to order thru the kiosk. Then proceeded to tell us that they are planning to do away with ordering at the counter. I detest having to use self check out. When we asked for help, we got attitude. The food was good. I had to ask for our cups to get them filled before the food came out. It took almost 10 minutes to get our food. There was no lights on inside. Not very happy with the service.

Don't order the Chicken here. I just ordered the chicken from here for my lunch break. Chicken was raw and I definitely got food poisoning from this location. Currently posting this as my insides are twisting and cramping on the toilet. Don't eat here. Avoid this location. Ohh God. Pray for me.

The employees at this location are extremely rude. They claimed their debit card machine wasn't working in the drive through, but it was in the lobby. They didn’t bother to put the sign saying that at the entrance of the drive through though. There is no option to back out so I had to sit and wait over 20 min for the cars ahead of me so I could drive through. I asked at the window for the manager or her number. They refused to give it to me. And one of the employees flipped me off. I can only imagine the horrible things they do to the food. I highly recommend avoiding this nasty location.

That was the worst experience and I hate to say worst but wow it was a train wreck. The management needs I am not joking or trying to be funny I am 100 worried for his mental health. I was asked to pull forward. There is such a small drive thru I thought I would be nice and go in to save them the trip out with my food. Instead I get yelled out to just stay in my car next time. It was never a good conversation. I was told to go kick rocks at one point. My wrap tasted great which was the reason I came in.

Employee Noel was just awful and rude not only to me but to her co-worker. Been in 4 times today for doordash orders and she was hateful everytime. Even once tossing an order down so hard it slide across the counter.

Horrible customer service I didn’t end up even ordering originally I went back through because the attitude immediately. I was asked if I wanted to use my tacobell app and I replied oh yeah sorry hold on to which the tacobell employee responded with OH MY GOD🙄 because I didn’t have the app ready, there was no one in line before or after me.

They should keep BOTH sides open to prepare food on Weekends for DoorDash until midnight-1am at least .

I ordered 3 items from this particular Taco Bell and they messed up every single bit of it.Then the manager said, oh I will replace your order.No problem, just come back later.I come back.They said they will only replace one item because my name didn't show up in the book.Go to any other taco bell , but this one cause I will never return!!!!!

No customer service! We came to this one but have to order in kiosk. No menu or anything up for you to look at. I had a question I needed answered and no person would look out way so we left. We left and didn't order anything.

Service is terrible. I came in twice just to get a large drink first time I waited 15 MINUTES without anyone saying a damn word. Came back about 30 minutes later, same thing but I had cash in hand to order and all 3 employees walked into the back. Avoid this store.

New general manager is asking delivery drivers to get out of their car and come into the store at 11:30 at night to pick up orders. Their employees don’t even go into the parking lot alone at 11:30 at night, but they refuse to let single women pick up doorDash orders through drive-through even when they’re told that there’s people standing outside the laundromat and they feel very uncomfortable with it manager Charles refused to hand DoorDash order out window. I sat there and drive-through for over 20 minutes waiting and then still had to wait in lobby. Completely unprofessional and unsafe to be asking delivery drivers to get out of their vehicles and go through the parking lot this late at night .

This place has gone downhill over the past few months. Especially at night between 9pm-1am. Food missing, sloppyly wrapped with sauce everywhere, and rude staff at the window. Food is stale or old and just disgusting. Within the past 2 weeks we’ve gone at least 4 times and each time we’re missing something. This last time there’s barely any topping on this nacho order (#5)… point blank this place sucks.

Once again another TB out does the last one as the worst in KC area. Went into PU online order. Waited 10 minutes after checking in just to be told they were out of something and they were making it. Waited another 10 minutes for order. No apology or concern for me from management. Worthless.

I came through the other day and made the mistake of asking for fresh potatoes for my potato soft tacos since most the time when I get them from ANY Taco Bell they are shriveled up and old, and when I was eating my food I found a bit of plastic in one of the tacos. The type that holds a tag to an article of clothing. Didn’t bother to call and report it since this is what happens when someone just asks for their food fresh, I don’t want to imagine what they’d do to someone who was actually rude or something.

UPDATE : they also didn’t give me silverware or a straw. No one else was in line either . Terrible customer service. 3/16/25 at 7:30pm. I ordered my usual like I have multiple times, I always add rice to it. They try to argue with me telling me that they can’t do that and there’s no way that’s what I order. Even though I’ve ordered it multiple times from that location. I explained that I’ve ordered it before and asked if there was a way that they can make it possible this time and was left in silence for over a minute unsure if they even heard me. They told me I can take it apart at home and do it myself??? I asked if they could just do it and was told “there’s nothing in the computer for it” Literally just charge me for the rice and add a small scoop. I don’t understand why they were so rude.
