My wife and I love this place! Chuys has the best Tex-Mex anywhere. We usually go to the Nashville locations and there all delicious with a friendly and professional staff. They should put a location in Jackson Tennessee so we could go more! Highly recommended!
Lovely meal! Husband had the chicken formerly known as Elvis, I opted for rice, refried beans with tortillas. Chips are the best on earth.. Manager made sure I knew which options were vegan, our waitress made sure we were never thirsty - can't wait to go back!!
I had fun at this place other day. It was my 1st time there. I didn't care about the hot sauce, salsa, it was too watered down. And i would rather have gotten a little bowl of cheese dip. Not ranch dressing. When she brought me my plate, one of those great big burritos with rice i told my waitress these hot peppers, jalapeño peppers were to me like candy is to a kid. I told her i couldn't even taste them. Its hotter the better for me. I told her im half Mexican. Lol. She said well no wonder and busted out laughing. The people close to me kinda heard me and laughed I think. So she went back and brought me some seronoe peppers. She said I'll diffinitly taste those. And I'll need to keep my glass full of tea. But i had already eaten half my food. She stood there & watched. Along with a couple other waitresses. After i ate a couple i just looked at them weird and shook my head and rolled my eyes at them. They all gave me crazy looks & busted out laughing. And said crazy remarks. AGAIN. They were a little hotter. But not all that much. My waitress would glance at me every once in a while, or come over and check on me when she has the chance. When I got through eaten there was still some seronoe peppers in the bowl. She asked why I didn't eat all my peppers. But i had eaten my whole plate by then. I told her I'll eat all the rest of the peppers. With no food. If she'll give me a free t-shirt. She laughed & said im not the manager. But i was still hungry. I could have eaten a 2nd plate. I sat there trying to decide if I want a 2nd big burrito and rice. Along with all the rest of the seronoe peppers. We just looked at each other when I was leaving. Laughing at each other. And shaking our heads. Lol. I'll definitely visit this place once a month. Lol. When I come down from Cabot. But the food was great. I loved it. I'll sample the red seronoe peppers next time. Lol.
We had an amazing experience at Chuy’s, and it was our first time dining there. We were seated right away, which was a great start to the evening. We’re vegetarian, and Taylor truly made our night by giving us amazing recommendations that were perfect for us. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She checked in on us consistently and somehow always knew exactly what we needed without us even having to ask. Our drinks were never empty, the food came out perfectly timed, and everything was handled with such professionalism and kindness. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in providing great service. This first visit left such a great impression, and we’ll definitely be coming back
I recently ate at Chuy’s Tex Mex and it was an excellent experience. The veggie enchiladas were amazing and full of flavor, and the service was fast. I practically ate my weight in chips and salsa because they were fresh, warm, and impossible to stop snacking on. Our server Jae took great care of us. Friendly, attentive, and quick with refills and check ins. The whole visit felt easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend and I will be coming back.
The service was exceptional and the food was great as well. I was served by Rainey, one of the best servers in the history of mankind, and I loved every bit of it. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was electrifying. Please give that girl a raise. She deserves it the most. Go Rainey!
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This is a must-try Tex-Mex spot! I haven't dined in for a long time, but my go-to order is always the Elvis Presley Memorial Combo with the essential Creamy Jalapeño and cheese dip. The thin, crispy chips are amazing. I always prefer waiting inside for my takeout—the atmosphere is so cool! Looking at the hubcaps all over the ceiling (which always reminds me of a T. Rex song, lol) and checking out the T-shirts makes the wait fly by. Great food and a unique vibe. Keep the freshness coming! Honorably, Mr. Adams
The food is standard Tex-Mex, but what I ordered was done well and reasonably priced. Service was good, though. The building seems to be a little bit on the Warren and dingy side. It was not dirty, just a little bit dated. Food service was reasonably quick, quality of the food was good, I will say the booths are a little bit small if you are a taller person.
It would have to be for something they can't control if I took a star away, so you get 5 stars on a technicality. Everybody I know loves this place. Like, freakishly a lot. I just think it is another texmex restaurant. They have a ranch dip you get for your table, but I don't like ranch. I'm weird. You also get some salsa too. I LOVE salsa. Also the salsa is delicious. My fiancé, brothers, sister, parents, friends, coworkers and everyone else I know would probably kick a famous person in the crotch for the ranch dip. The food is good. It's taco. It's chimi. It's fajita and enchilada. They have alcohol for us 21+ folks. The service was stellar when I went a few days ago. It's a place people like.
We came here to celebrate my friend's birthday because she loves this restaurant. It was my first time visiting, and while the menu isn't extensive, everything we tried was delicious. Our food arrived at the table in just about 10 minutes, which was impressively fast! The chips were warm, and the salsa was very fresh and tasty!
Went for lunch. Got right in. Plenty of seating. Service was fast and friendly! Food was great! We had queso, salsa and chips, the chuey chimi, chicken fajitas and a blackberry margarita swirl! Wonderful atmosphere! Cute tshirts for purchase. Fresh made tortillas!!! And the salsa is also freshly made! Many different sauces to pick from! Enjoy!
shame on anyone who leaves a bad review on this place. the service was amazing and the portions are HUGEEEEE. everything tasted wonderful and the steak burritos were loaded with meat and my meal was also very good. if i lived close to little rock i would be coming here with my friends 24/7.
Excellent! Great service and food. They were able to serve us with a big party with no wait in between lunch and dinner. They have a large seating area as lots of other places do not and we'd have to wait 1+ hours. Their salsa was excellent. Not like other places of similar style that always have the red tomato based liquid salsa. Theirs is chunky and looks to be freshly made. Food and drinks were good. Service was good and quick. Friendly and helpful as well. The steak burrito was huge. Hatch chili sauce was delicious on it. Not as spicy as I'd like though. The Elvis meal was a great assortment of items and huge as well. Refried beans were different than most similar style places as well and were great. Overall I highly recommend this place for great Mexican food that is delicious but different a bit than most.
We love Chuy's. We went on New years Eve and it wasn't as busy as I expected. Food was delicious. We are way too much. My only complaint is drinks not being refilled fast enough. But I feel like they were a little understaffed for the day. Probably quite a few people off for the holidays. Otherwise I love this place. Definitely recommend.
I have probably been here 40 times but my first review. Love this place. A little quirky but cool. We always sit at the bar and enjoy the chips and salsa. Food is always fresh and delicious and everyone that works here is friendly and helpful. I’m a creature of habit and pretty much always get the crunchy tacos which are consistently great. My wife has had the tortilla soup and enjoys it as well as fajitas. The fajitas look good but the portion is not huge but plenty to eat.
Another great chuy's experience. Their chips and salsa are fabulous. Thin warm flower chips, you cannot beat them. Their premade margaritas are a little bit sweet so just order the Mexican beer. …
Ambiance is always the same. I like it. Peyton waited on us and she is very nice and great attention to detail. The food was exceptional.

Our waitress was so great! She anticipated our needs before we even asked. She kept our drinks filled. She took the time to talk to a 4 year old! Today was a good experience. The food here is always good - queso and chips along with cheese enchiladas. Yum! Beware of their salsa - it can be pretty hot!
I tried the Elvis Presley combo which includes 3 enchiladas (chicken, beef, cheese) and a taco. Everything was pretty tasty. I wasn't a big fan of the green chile sauce on the chicken but otherwise it was fine. The salsa for the chips was a bit on the spicy side but still good. The service was excellent.
Great food and drinks! I love their Cobb salad with creamy jalapeño dressing, nachos and shrimp tacos. Don’t miss having the Texas Tini, New Mexican Martini or a margarita. The food and service at this location is significantly better than the North Little Rock location. We sat at the bar and had a very attentive bartender who kept the chips, salsa and drinks flowing to accompany our food.

Update 12/5/24 With sadness they didn't quite make the mark. We had to wait a few minutes before anyone showed up to seat us. Our server took several minutes before bringing water, chips and salsa. We ordered the Happy Hour queso, and Margaritas. The server stood for approximately 7 to 8 minutes talking with someone before she brought the dip (which was in her hands) to the table. I ordered the Comida Deluxe and my husband ordered Beef Fajitas. My food wasn't hot and the rice was clumpy with no spice. The beans, hmmm, not what I remembered and different. Everything was bland. My husband thought the fajitas were just okay. I believe I will continue to support our local Mexican Restaurant "Los Cabos" Sorry Abraham, I should have known better😞 We were seated swiftly and our server appeared immediately to take our drink orders. We ordered the queso with extras and it's worth the little bit extra in price for sure. Their salsa was chunky and delicious. Note it does have some heat but it was tasty. We both ordered fajitas (chicken and beef). Sizzling hot, bursting with flavor and large portions. I'm very particular about how to cook my meat and they did it with perfection. Definitely plan to revisit at a later date. Well Done!

overpriced but pretty tasty. You're not gonna find many genuine Mexican dishes here, but it does the job. Also, their jalapeño ranch is dang near drinkable. Probably the best thing in the place.

Every time I eat at Chuys in Little Rock I immediately regret coming. The food tastes like it’s been reheated in a microwave every time I eat here, no matter what I order. This is the most sorry excuse for a restaurant I have ever experienced. I hate this place with a passion, but I would love to see it turn around for the better. Mainly because my family who wouldn’t know what good food taste like if it bit them on the face insist we go here at least once a week. Hopefully I’ve eaten here for the last time. If Chuy’s would ban me from being able to come in their restaurant at the Little Rock location that would be fantastic. I loathe you Chuy’s West Little Rock. Please get better or go away FOREVER.
Food was 24 minutes late when picking a Togo order, had to go inside to get food. Got home, food was cold, cheese was hard, beans overly salty and rice was bland. $20 for one person and including tip. Never ordering from here again. No excuses why food was late, no apology and no standards on food or service. The location was not busy and customers that were leaving were not happy or satisfied either. Avoid the Chenal Parkway location.
I ordered just a tres leches cake and they gave me a burnt and dry one. The worst one I ever had. They serve a good at dining but when we place the same order to go it’s going to be the worst. Also added a photo. So that they don’t say it’s a fake one or something
Taco salad isn't even a Taco salad! It's a regular salad mix! & they don't have rice water! Service was awful! Cheese dip was basically chilli cheese dip! Velveeta & chilli with some added ground beef! Kid's quesadillas were made with sliced American cheese 🧀 would not recommend & will not waste money here ever again! Worst $85 ever spent!
I love Chuy's, but this location has consistently failed in service and for quality. The tortillas are crispy, not warm and fluffy. The salsa is watery with just heat and some veggie chunks. We stopped by for dinner and ordered a veggie enchilada and chicken quesadillas. The enchilada was standard fare. But the quesadillas had burned onions. When staff finally stopped by to ask about the food, I showed her the food. The black stuff was inedible. When the manager stopped by to chat, I was told that it takes an hour to caramelize the onions and then it is saved. That batch had been made at 4 pm (and it was 7 pm now) and that was standard. Really?? It tasted like the scrapings from the grill. No taste and looked terrible. They offered to make me a new order. This time they added onions and peppers. It was ok, but by the time I got the food, the others at the table were done eating. I took it home and it was ok but it was NOT a quesadilla. I have eaten this meal at many Chuy's in Texas and even here. Very disappointed. I included photos of both versions of the meal. An hour wasted and money spent on low quality food and service. We had to wait for drink refills and tortillas. I love Chuy's but I'm not sure I want to waste any more time or money at this location.
