This particular day the waiter was outstanding I wish I can remember his name. Young man with a ponytail good hair. Carmel complexion. He was on point. The fajita trio was perfect.

Yum. Tasty food. I had chicken margarita(sp), and friend had chicken and waffles. So much and leftover to take home. Reasonable price too. Atmosphere good and clean. Efficient staff.

I must say out of all the Chili's I have visited This one has been my all time favorite so far. The staff were excellent and the food was great. The company at my table was even better. The manager Pete has great customer service presence and is easy to talk to. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

We’ve gone a handful of times in the past month including one to go order. Each time the servers were courteous and attentive. The food has been delicious and prices are affordable. Very happy we went back. Hadn’t been there in about ten years due to poor service and mediocre food. Definitely recommend this Chili’s now!

I have to say, Chili's is one of the last affordable spots. You can get a soup, burger, fries, and a drink for less than a fast food joint. They get 5 stars for that alone. You know it's not a fancy restaurant when you head over, but they do what they do well. It's enough to keep me coming back.

A classic. My family has been going to Chili's for years. We went so often for a time that we knew all many if the waitresses and would check in with them about their families. Always a place for a solid meal and a good price. Definitely the best of the main American food chains, and have innovated with new options over time.

A weekly tradition for my family. You cannot match the speed and accuracy of this location. They are a well oiled machine, and everyone in the team kicks in to make it smooth. Good prices, friendly team. And my wife and I love those margs!

My husband and I go to Chili's for a nice night out, and often, I will have some sort of complaint. This Chili's was exceptional with fantastic service as well. The food was fresh and we'll prepared.

Services is friendly and prompt. The food quality is same throughout the franchises. Parking is easy.

Enjoyed Happy Hour after 6pm on a Friday evening. Came after 6pm and had some appetizers and shared some shrimp tacos. Delicious! Also had a good selection of drinks and cocktails. We got there and made a reservation for 2 when we got there. They said it would be about 20 minutes. So we went to the bar and found a couple of seats right away. We found out we can order at the bar so we did and cancelled our table for two with the hostess. Good service there as well! :-) The prices were comparable to other similar restaurants. :-)

I sat at the bar and the bartender was excellent. I had two margaritas from the happy hour menu and a sampler. I haven't been to Chili's in years for no specific reason but me dining in on this afternoon brought me back to why I used to love visiting.

What a pleasure...our waitress was sooooo inviting and attentive! I tried their Texas cheese fries,,☺️I know, I know calories, calories...well ...they are delish!! My husband had his baby back ribs 😍😍😍 couldn't stop talking about how delicious and tender they were! We even order something to go for our daughter. Only gets four stars because the automatic thing on each table where you're supposed to be able to pay wasn't working and it caused like a five minute mix up. Also kind of sad I went in to get mozzarella sticks and they don't serve those anymore

I had the "no guilt" steak with pesto and pico and grilled asparagus with a side of shrimp. Very good and will definitely order again! I also had the cheesecake with strawberry sauce. It was light and not too sweet.

One of our regular go to restaurants. On this particular night we were seated rather quickly but our server ignored us and walked past us multiple times. Another server finally took our order. Manager came by to check on things which was a nice touch. With everything going on right now, over all a good experience.

The go-to quick dinner spot for my family. Always get great service with a smile. The food is pretty consistent in tasting good. I've only had a couple of instances where I've gotten something I wouldn't order again.

I can't believe how good this place. We came after a hike and were starving. The food came out right away. The one server was also tending bar and she was super busy and just nailed it. The bathrooms were clean and everything came out together. None of the food was too under flavored like I was expecting. The chips were those light and salty types. They came with two different salsa types and cheese. The plates were actually very good portion sizes. There was some nice people watching to do also with the strange people at the bar. The food didn’t take too long either. We got a refil without asking which is always nice and pretty much unexpected at restaurants these days. The girl did a really great job juggling all of us. The cheese was that delicious stuff similar to what they have at Chipotle and Taco bell. It’s almost a chalky texture. None of that melted velveeta trash here. I really enjoyed our time at this location and I would definitely come back and visit. Especially if never ending cheese to the never ending chips becomes a thing. Thank you Chili’s for your service. Smash burger brought me in, been wanting to try it. I tried it, Smash just wasn't for me. Fries on the salty side, good attentive server, clean restaurant.

Felt good to be back inside. My cajun pasta was cold and I only ate the shrimp out of it but I didn't make a big deal out of it. The kids had cheeseburger bites and a cheese pizza and they liked it so all was fine!

i eat at Chilis quite often but this review is about something different. Had a problem with my meds last night and got quite faint. Made it outside for fresh air but ended up sitting on sidewalk near the door. The employee who came out to help me was so kind and caring. Stayed with me for a while and went inside to find my friend. Another employee and a very concerned customer helped me to a bench where I sat umtil I felt well again. I mean it's a chilis, so it's not gourmet fine dining which is expected, and it's pretty hit or miss with their normal pared down menu, but you can't go wrong with their burgers or chicken sandwiches. I take my elderly clients there once a week almost for the $13.99-$16.99 lunch specials, which include soup or salad, a basic main course, and your fountain drink. The service is always fantastic. Shout out to our regular friendly face who takes care of us, Estee. She's a gem. Be forewarned, though: I do not recommend any type of quesadilla. It is very little food compared to other options for the same price and just isn't flavorful or fresh tasting. Nothing against this chilis, as it is a standardized recipe, and it is what it is. Can't wait til it drops off the menu and is replaced with something else.

I have been a regular here. However several times they try to seat you in the smallest table even though there are tons of others available. This last time I asked if I could sit at a booth, she said no we only have 2 servers. 2 servers at lunchtime? So a server can't serve you in a booth? We left.

I just didn't feel welcome there. Chips were greasy requested fresh ones and they were greasy as well. Shrimp tacos we're good, but overall it was not up to the Chili's experience.

We have had bartenders we liked and others that were snobby and insincere. They tend to come and go though so it's hard to predict. The food seems to fluctuate as well as they tend to change their menu around a bit. We really liked these pretzels they had for a while and then they took them off the menu. We have had some things we liked and other things that were meh at best.

Service deserves 5 stars! Staff is great. But the food is so cheap and salty and no good anymore. Chilis has succumbed to corporate garbage food. No soul. No thanks. Is the steak even real? I think its mushed meat smashed into a steak mould. Applebees sells the same lie.

I've tried this place several times and never had a good experience. Not uncommon to be served on chipped plates which concerns me with the amount of kids and elderly served at this location, long waits, chicken was so over cooked that it was dry and not worth eating. Good points- friendly, clean, and manager always tries to correct problems.

We enjoy going to Chili's because of the selections there is something for everybody. The last couple trips, two or three, we've had problems with orders coming out wrong, multiple times, with seating... just a lot of little things that people don't seem to think much of at this location to do anything about, except tossing a "sorry" over their shoulder. We used to eat here a couple times a month, now it's every couple months we try again. When it's right the food is great! Everything else is pulling this place down.

Very poor service. Our waitress seemed like it was her first day. She took a long time to get started even longer to get us served. I had the combo with brisket quesedilla and chicken fingers. The quesegilla was cheese, jalapeño and a little brisket (almost) and the chicken was over cooked. The bathrooms in this place need cleaned. Disgusting. This particular restaurant needs more people who care about their jobs and take pride in their work. My score would actually be 2.5 stars not 3

Not too fond of the recent remodel personally. But not much else has changed. I used to love this restaurant about 20 years ago. It has really changed for the worse in many areas since then. Fajitas used to be fresh chicken that was yummy. Now it tastes like rubber and has a fake look and feel to it while eating. I won't ever order it again. Chips are hit or miss...sometimes good and crispy with a good salt ratio. And salsa is now always kinda bland and boring. Overall, sometimes its good and sometimes not so good. Can always drown it out with the nice selection of margaritas though. UPDATE 4/17/23 Chili's is really a dying brand. They have run this place into the ground over the last couple decades. Somehow it finds ways to stay alive. I tried the baby back ribs a month ago, which I have not had in probably 15 years. They are terrible! Skinny ribs, overcooked, small amount of meat is not flavorful, but the sauce hides it somewhat. Never ever will order these again. Fajitas still use their rubber chicken. I mostly go here for the basic nachos with a president'e margarita.

It's a chain built for big families to gather, a cheap date night for teens, or a quick workday lunch. If you don't expect much, you will be fine. Not the great little burger place it once was. Menu gotten too big to keep up quality. Nice servers.

Had the 3 for $20 deal. Smash burger was smackin, fries were too. Chips and salsa are always a good choice. (plus you can get some to go) Margarita was OK but it's the best deal out right now. Definitely will be satisfied.

I'm going to be honest I normally would rate chili's here higher. The regular bartender is amazing and on it. His service and speed as well as the drinks are always amazing. On Monday when I came in he was not there. I ordered my food and drink I got my drink I didn't see anyone until I got my food which I was done with my drink they said nothing and walked off. No one ever came back to offer a refill or anything until they wanted me to pay. Huge let down. If it was not for the normal service I revcieve from this establishment I would of ranked everything 1

Went there for dinner, waiter disappeared for a good 15mins after dropping off our drinks, smh! I nearly got up to place a food order at the bar, but the waiter showed up after taking drinks order from another table, but nothing spectacular about this chili's, Service was kinda eh! Food ok and decent, like I said nothing spectacular, but wait staff tend to hang around the wall in front of the kitchen and they may lag on coming back to your table from what I seen.

Ordered 6 Oz sirloin from 3 for $10 menu. Steak was smallest I've ever seen. Plus, it was super tough. Usually pretty decent quality at this location. I should have ordered the burger.

Not a great experience at this location. Our waiter took our drink order then brought out our chips and salsa, which was very very watery. We waited and waited for our drinks until the waiter finally came back to the table saying he forgot our drink order....which was 2 waters. We have the app/club membership, which gives us free chips and salsa each visit, and we got the 3 for $10 deal for lunch. When it came time to pay, the waiter couldn't seem to understand that the chips and salsa didn't count as the appetizer in the bundle. We were supposed to get that anyway. He charged us $10 for the bundle and then charged us for the appetizer separately, as well as the chips and salsa initially. The only reason I'm not giving this a one-star is because the food itself was pretty good. I would recommend that the restaurant please train your employees to be familiar with the discounts,bundles, and specials that you offer. This will save a lot of frustration for both your customers and your employees.

This is what the fried pickles looked like....... So greasy & gross looking We didn't touch them & the waitress didn't even ask if our meal was ok.

I ordered the sirloin with asparagus and a side of broccoli. The broccoli looked like warmed up frozen broccoli and for $2.99 there was about 5 florets (small). The asparagus were old and woody. The waitress offered a salad instead. I was charged for substituting the salad. Discussed with waitress who had to call someone over to credit it. After 15 minutes, we just got up and left. The bar was very busy and she already got her tip since we paid for the entire amount at the table. Obviously they don't care about their customers, just the bottom line.

OK, so it isn't bad, it just isn't what Chili's once used to be. The place was one of the best chains around until about 10 years ago, when it began to slip. Service could be sketchy and gradually the menu began to shrink. Many locations closed. This location is OK, been here a couple of times. Service was passable, but not great, which pretty much describes the rib eye steak I had the first time and the baby back ribs the second time. A step up from the fast food burger joints, and a good place to bring kids. I ate the fries without needing ketchup, which is good.

Went in for dinner with my husband and 5 year grandson. They say us in a section where there was a party of 20 people. The waitress was overwhelmed. She took our order and brought our beverages. My coffee was bitter and cold. When the food came out, my grandson's pizza was raw and the broccoli was cold and raw. My burger was burnt and I didn't eat it. The food was horrible. It is always good but not this time. Will call to speak with the manager.

Well I ordered the Pepper Pals® Cheeseburger Bites from Chill’s Grill and Bar and I was honestly disappointed, the burger meat was very dry and unseasoned. I think they should be a little more careful and more efficient with their takeout service because I don’t think they are paying adequate attention to customers who order takeout. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to sit down and eat inside the restaurant because my job is very demanding and busy, so the only option I have left is to order takeout, so I would like them to appreciate customers who order takeout more. Ordered 16 wings zing and naturally hot flavors, cup of loaded baked potato soup and quesadilla explosion crispers salad. The soup was great. The salad could have used more sauce, but was good and edible. The wings were horrible and not edible. The were hard and chewy. They tasted like day old wings that had gotten refried in oil and dipped in the sauce we picked. We couldn't even enjoy the wings which we love eating 😡.

I went in around 2:30 this afternoon I stood at the desk for five minutes and no one approached us at all. I did see one waiter go to a table and say "family". But said nothing to us. A father and son came in and stood waiting. I got aggravated and left. As we were pulling out of the parking lot I saw the father and son also leaving. Sorry Chilis you lost money today.

Warning! Check your food! The worst experience ever. I am a stay at home mom, I cook everyday of the week and cant wait for the weekend. We ordered about $140, to go, worth of food only to find a lady's whole blue finger nail the French fries. The manager assured me all employees use gloves but obviously someone didn't. Do the fries go in by hand?Disgusting! I am appalled! What Covid health guidelines do they follow? If I had the option for 0 stars I would have taken it.

In general, I’m a big fan of chili’s. Not this one. I ordered (to go) 3 times from here. BAD experiences. The chicken, in the chicken fajitas, I had to fry in a pan every time to be safely cooked. The chili Texas fries were great. The chicken Caesar salad was horrible. Six thinly sliced pieces of chicken on a very small plate of salad. No croutons. No cheese. No tomatoes. Truthfully, a bagged Caesar salad w no chicken from the grocery store is 10 times better. Ate there in person and it was great. To go orders are a disaster.

Food and service isn’t what it used to be. While waiting for to go order watched and counted all seven people in the kitchen that were ALL TOUCHING FOOD THAT WAS READY TO SERVE WITH BARE HANDS, including the cashier whom just handled the cash I gave her and the guy who was going in and out to do curbside service. I watched him pick up a piece of garlic bread and place it on top of the food and smash it down with his dirty hands so that the container would close more easily. At first I assumed this was his food and maybe he was going on break but no-another girl then took it to a customer. The girls were handling tortillas again bare dirty hands...surprising to see during a pandemic like were in and omicron spreading like crazy! Didn’t feel comfortable eating any of my order and threw it in the trash. Not sure why a box of gloves is such a hard thing for them to acquire but I’m not going back that’s for sure!

If i could give one star i totally would! I ordered my food 6:17 i got to the place 17 minutes later. I return home which is FOUR minutes away. I open my food it’s alot smaller than when i usually order, I notice i dont have the EXTRAS i ordered which is Ranch, and Alfredo. I ignore it and start to eat my first bite my food is COLD! My husbands food is cold. Not just one bite but the more bites (Which was 4 bites) i take the colder it gets.! I call and speak to the manager and he literally tells me of I remember that order nothing was wrong with the portion size, and the food wasn’t cold....EXCUSE ME? I literally don’t complain about food at all i just roll with the punches but my food literally tasted like it was sitting there for awhile. He goes on to say I don’t know what you want me to do about it i know it wasn’t small nor cold. I offered to take my food back so he could feel it. I’m highly upset. I’ll NEVER return to this location! I’m sad i had to leave a bad review i never try to leave negative reviews. Smh

I went today with my family. Bar area was busy but the restaurant was fairly empty. Our party of 5 was seated right away. After about 15 minutes we we're all ready to order but we still had not received a server. Someone was then seated next to us. After another 5 minutes we asked the host where our server was. She went and spoke to someone. That person then came and took the order of the people who arrived after us, and then she left, without even coming to our table. At that point I asked to speak to the manager. She went to the back and came back to say the manager was coming. 5 minutes later she said the manager was in a meeting and that she would leave a note on her door. We left. The situation was just all around incompetent. My question is why seat us if you were not ready (or willing) to serve us? But taking the order of people who arrived well after us then just skipping our table was the worst. Especially after we just told the host that we were still not helped.

HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!! If you can even call it that. Ordered for delivery through grubhub for myself, fiance and our 2 small children, we had 2 kids meals on the order as well, but they opted to cancel our order 20 minutes into making the order, and cited the restaurant was "closed." Come here to Google and they are open til 10pm, I completed my order at 8:04pm. Went back to grubhub to check the status of chili's, and it shows open and accepting orders. Oh I also called to try and figure out what the issue was, if I could reorder, etc. attempted to call 3 times, no answer each time. The owner of this particular franchise should really reassess their current group of employees. I will NEVER attempt to bring business or my money to this establishment again, and why tf would I or anyone else?? They don't want to work, just collect a check to hang out all night, probably pouring free drinks for their friends whilst canceling paying orders from actual customers.

I ordered a meal to go from the app and received instructions to arrive at the restaurant at a certain time and wait to receive a text message and then go inside to get my food. After waiting outside for 15 minutes, and being past the time frame for when the food was supposed to be done, I went inside and spoke with one of the employees who directed me towards the to-go pick up area. I saw my food sitting on the counter, and an employee came to hand me my food. I asked him if the instructions I was given from the app were incorrect, and was told that because there wasn't someone specifically assigned to handle to-go orders, they don't message people waiting for their orders. Terrible oversight and directly opposed to formal instructions customers are given.

On the website said they close at 11.. walked in 10:40 and they refused to sit us? Seems a little ridiculous! Might as well make it close at 10:30!!!

First off my wife and I didn't get any servers for 15 minutes until I got up and asked the hostess if I had too stand on my head to get service then they did get someone to take are order the order came with tomatoes when I ordered it with none so I had to wait some more time so no I will not eat at Chili's in my town of Livermore so that was $37.00 wasted also the meal just didn't taste good I have eaten their several times but this was the worst.

STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE AUTISTIC CHILDREN AND OR ARE A MINORITY. On 12/28/2025 my party of 4 walked into the establishment and were immediately met with a vile and disgusting individual at the host stand. The Caucasian girl with thick glasses threatened my 3 year old autistic child after he INNOCENTLY and ACCIDENTALLY bumped into her as she was reaching for menus. She then said “ If he does that again, we’re gonna have a problem” in an aggressive and condescending tone. We immediately called the manager “Frank” and he told us that she was new, and was still in training, and did not seem fazed by the hostess’s actions. He was no help. When we asked for her name, we were told her name was “PAIGE or FINN.” As we sat down we didn’t feel one bit welcome and decided to take our business elsewhere. We as patrons do not deserve to be spoken to in such vile and disrespectful tone, especially young children who are still learning and navigating through the world. We came in peaceful and did NOT come in to be treated unfairly and to be discriminated against due to our brown skin and disabled children.

I showed up at 9:40 pm to pick up my order that was already paid for. The restruant was closed which is weird because online it says it closes at 10pm. I had to call the restaurant to give me the order and the lady kept going on about how my order was waiting since 9 and I should have been here…in that case I will never order again. Adjust your hours to 9:30 pm to be clear. Extremely rude blonde lady couldn’t even say you’re welcome

I did curbside delivery for chips and salsa and the salsa was very watery and not full and chips were mostly broken. I live 10 miles away so it would be a waste of my time and gas and the heat to go back. We haven't touched them. The salsa taste horrible. Very upset 😡 I do have a video but it won't post. Shows the salsa not shippable and just like water. Never experienced this before.
