Came here right at the busiest time and waited a good amount of time as expected, but the very young man working was very efficient and handling several tasks on his own while training someone else as well. He was very polite and did a fantastic job at serving myself and many other customers!
Always good food. Queso is a must everytime I go.
Place was pretty empty when I showed up, it 20 minutes to close. The young guy at the counter was incredibly accommodating and seemed to be running everything on his own. There were a few other guys in the back I’m sure cleaning up but this young sir made sure multiple times that I knew he was going to be with me quickly as he was in the middle of a to go order. I would have to say this was the best customer service I have seen in a restaurant in a long time, never did I think it would be at a moes. This employee needs a raise or something, a joint like that is lucky to have someone with that work ethic. The man could be working in fine dining. ANYWAYS, ya a customer service experience at moes that was good enough for me to leave a review about…. Thanks man!

Moe's why do you rock do hard tho? This was my daughter and myselfs first time having Moe's, but had heard great things. We decided to go for an evening drive and get dinner and we placed our order and when I got there I was immediately greeted by a young man and asked if I was getting pick up and my name. Before he could even get my stuff, another gentleman behind the counter asked if I had been helped. They were all so pleasant and it was so quick! The food was soo, so good! It surpassed chipotle and taco bell by far, I can't believe we have never stopped here before, but we definitely will be back again! The restaurant was full and clean, everyone seemed to be in a very pleasant mood. Was such a rarity to see in a restaurant nowadays. Thank you for such a Grade A experience that we truly didn't set out to experience tonight 👍🏻👍🏻 Great job guys!
Clean, fast service. Soda fountain worked flawlessly as it should. Could hardly move after a homewreaker sirloin steak burrito. The steak was very juicy and tender. I asked for everything on it and the guy added generous portions and still managed to get the burrito to close!
I think Moe’s is way better than chipotle. I am a pescatarian so it is nice that they have a tofu offering. I came right at a lunch rush and they were on point. They got the line taken care of without being rude or dismissive.
The food was fresh, and I especially enjoyed their burrito, which was packed with flavorful ingredients. I went for the steak burrito, and the meat was tender and well-seasoned, with a great balance of heat and flavor. The toppings were fresh, and the salsa was tangy, adding a nice kick. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly.
We ordered dinner from Moe's on Friday night. We try to support local businesses during this pandemic. The ordering process was easy and straightforward. Doordash did well with the delivery. The food was very good. As usual, Moe's is a safe bet for good tasting southwestern favorites. Our only complaint was that Moe's forgot several items on our order. We understand it is busy, but details are important. We did not receive a soda, dressing for a salad, and salsa. Overall, our experience was good, but not great.
Haven't been here in several months since the Moe Monday deal disappeared. Now you get a very small bag of nachos, brown guac, 3 pieces of lettuce, but the traditional black cilantro is still there. The servers don't seem to care to make an appetizing meal. I won't be going back.
Used to swear Moe's was better than chipotle but the last few times it's been terrible and I believe i am done for good. Rice tastes microwaved, both orders incorrect, chips taste stale, steak tastes bad, onions and peppers in big huge pieces not even chopped up. It's just awful.
Moe's used to be our favorite place to get a quick meal but the quality has plummeted. I usually get a salad and they're always so sad looking and the lettuce is brown and icky. Tonight there was a huge piece of onion skin in my husband's burrito. Do better!
We used the app to order a single menu item. Once arrived we called them saying we're out front, description of vehicle, etc. Sitting here waiting for 15 minutes... Although the application said the food was ready, no one ever came out with the order. Had to go inside for pickup, and wait in line! Curbside pickup at this location is horrible. Either understaffed or lacking in training, either way, poor experience and lots of time wasted.
Standing here at 8:30, they close at 9. Every door is locked and the chairs are up while they’re cleaning? Make that make sense.
Just leaving a friendly one star review as I sit here waiting on the kids meal I ordered 40 minutes ago. Never again.
Terrible service … guy with long hair front doesn’t have a clue what he is doing … DoorDash very slow this location
I got my rice and beans then ended up walking out do to the sketchy meats they had. I felt bad I've never walked out any Moe's before but this was not it.
I ordered through DoorDash. The bowl came what looked to be quite full, only to be full of CHEESE and rice! There was maybe a spoonful of chicken in the entire bowl. I got a bag full of chips but NONE of the salsas that were supposed to come with the chips. No utensils, or napkins included. Lazy, rushed, cold, and whoever made it certainly tried to be comedic filling it 75% with cheese! The pictures I’ve provided are gobs and gobs of CHEESE, NOT CHICKEN! Absolutely unacceptable.
Been to other Moe's and they give a good amount of food but this place here gives u very little food couldn't believe it but never again
I don’t know if it’s this location, the crew, the manager or moes in general but I got a bowl and they didn’t even fill it all the way. It was laughable the little amount of food and guac added. The chips were also a pitiful amount and had to ask for another bag. Needless to say, this place sucks and I wouldn’t spend money here again.
Never again They messed up my online order (missing ingredients) Went in and asked for corrections, did NOT help.
Terrible. I got there around my scheduled time and they hadn't even started it even though it was super dead. I bit into my burrito and it was rolled the wrong way so it was just a bunch of lettuce and tomato and other things I didnt even order. It had the cheap chicken when I got the white meat and it didnt have and guacamole which costs more money!!!
It would have been cool if someone would have cooked this on both sides. All teens working & not one of them came over to clean up all the liquid in the floor by the soda machine but two of them came to fill drinks in the time I was there eating and neither of them seemed bothered by it. & None of the apps deals work. And your grill desperately needs cleaned I can taste it smfh
