We had a group of seven for dinner after 9pm. Even though it was late we were greeted with energetic smiles and service. We started with the rolls. We ate them all so they brought more. We ate those and they brought more again. Not the best rolls ever but they were good and a hit. Ordered a cactus blossom and it came out fast. Again it was very good. Needed extra sauce and they brought it out. For the main I got the 9 piece grilled shrimp over rice with a side salad and buttered corn and my wife got the Caesar salad. Everything was great except for the rice. Over spiced, over salted or something. Others in our group got steaks, shrimp, salad, etc. We had a very good time and experience. Will come again.

The food was delicious; the steak was cooked perfectly to our liking, the grilled shrimp was exceptional, and the blooming onion was satisfactory. Our server, Jack, was attentive and amiable. The atmosphere was pleasant and enjoyable. We certainly plan to return.

Great service, friendly staff. Unfortunately my 6o sirloin was served rare, instead of medium rare. Difficult to cut and even more difficult to chew. I was not able to eat. Offered refund or new steak. I chose a replacement which was cooked to order. My son was happy with his 12 oz rib eye. Fries and baked potato over seasoned and salty. Appetizers were freezer food, a pass for me but ok for bar food. Thumbs up for frozen margarita and garden salad. Staff all friendly and great customer service. Happy son, happy life.

Went out to dinner with family. There is a large parking lot but when they are busy it fills up pretty easily. Was a party of 14. They do not accept reservations but they do allow call ahead seating. They will not seat you until the entire party has arrived. It was a very busy Friday night, so 12 of us had to wait in the already overcrowded waiting area for the last 2 of us to arrive. It was chilly waiting by the door because it was windy outside. My partner grabbed the 2 of us a drink at the bar while we wait d, but it took forever. They were not able to sit us all at the same table, so we had to split between 2 tables. It was very loud and very difficult to hear one another. The food was pretty good. I usually end up filling up on peanuts and bread before my meal comes. The bathrooms were messy. I usually go to the Erie blvd location so this was the first time for me at the lpool location.

Our waitress Morgan was less than accommodating. I called ahead with a party of 10. 1 person was late due to wking late. She gave us a booth made for 6 and told us to put a chair on the end because our whole party had not arrived. We were elebow to elebow. When the last person arrive we told her this is unacceptable to have 10 people in a booth and chairs at the end and we called ahead. The manger pushed another table up to accomadate. She would not take oreders even for drinks before our last member arrived. She got awfuly nice when the bill was about to come. This is my 2 time with the same waitress. The other time it was my sons bday in November and we called ahead for party of 6 and requested a chair table due to booth issues with one of our guest. Nope gave us a table made us wait a hr for another booth spot.

Went today around12:45. Place wasn’t busy at all. Service slow from the start. Salads arrived kinda quick. But it was downhill from there. Finished salads then wired a while for our meals (both filets ). When they arrived mine ordered medium. Came out closer to well. Waiter took steak back to replace it. Proceeded to eat my loaded mashed potatoes, but I could not cause they were cold as was my wife’s loaded, baked potato. My wife finished her steak. I then went to the men’s room came back and our waiter was at the table. Tell us 02 more minutes for your replacement steak mind you it’s already been over 20 so immediately asked for a manager who arise at our table defensive from the get-go claiming that it was only 10 minutes that the ticket was put in for the free fire. He was nothing but very condescending, arguing with me very unprofessional. sent me home with the replacement steak that wasn’t really cooked much better than the first one in my replacement mashed potatoes no replacement for the cold baked potato. He did take my meal off the check, but the worst part was the way that he talked to me very very unprofessional.

There were lots of wait staff hanging around. We were seated quickly, but it took a long time to place our order. The three family members who ordered salads were sick after arriving home. The grilled chicken on a salad was tough and dry. I had to drink water to swallow it. I ordered a glass of wine and was up-charged for a "Texas pour." I did not ask for that. Bottom line: We will not return.

I am here visiting from Florida took my daughter, best friend and nieces and nephew to dinner tonight. Dinner was good no complaints my complaint comes at the end. We paid over $175 and tipped our waitress very well of course as stated I am here visiting so of course we were chatting maybe 10 min after the bill was paid and thats when we were asked to leave because they needed the table. Sorry this just flabbergasted me! Of course we cordially got up and left and for the record there was maybe 2 families waiting. I just think this is bad practice for a business and my niece who was with us worked at this location for 4 years and said that would of never been allowed!! Just turned my 5 star into a 1 I think we will go elsewhere moving forward.

They screw up salads. One salad was half the size of the other, one container had dust fuzz all around the rim like the box had sat on a dusty shelf for quite some time. Dressing containers were open and spilling. Butter container had butter all on the outside. When I got to the bread I just laughed at the ridiculousness of it. Doesn’t even matter the day you order, time, or how much you tip because it’s a coin toss every time what you’re going to get for quality. The fact that both the cook and the to-go hostess sent this out tells you all you need to know about how little they care.

Worst meal we have ever had a texas roadhouse. Filet was flat, cold, and tough. $28. Ordered a 20 oz prime rib. Beyond tough full of membranes and ice cold $40. Our sides were ice cold. Sent them back, they came back k out with toppings. The rolls looked like Italian bread. Our server said it was new baker back there. Our server was awesome. "Maddy". We will be reluctant to return to this location.

Tonight after a long work day I decided to order take out. My mistake, I gave the person handing out the orders to go my full name, she handed me the bags, I got home I have the wrong order. I do the right thing, I promptly call and let her know I have the wrong order. She asked me if I could return it because the people who order the meal were there to pick it up. I get back in my car, drive back in rush hour to deliver the wrong meal and pick up my dinner. The take out order girl calls while I am parking my car to see how much longer I was going to be! I was treated like stole the food. As I was walking out the door , the person handing out to go orders gave the other family a gift card for their inconvenience. What did I get a cold meal.I am Very very disappointed in Texas Roadhouse. I will share my experience with others. I always tip the servers - I have another tip for the servers please pay attention when people talk to you, both of the parties picking up the meals to go were name Kathy and both had last names that began with M’s Pay attention!

I have always came to this specific Texas Roadhouse because the service and food is always the best. But this evening I came to Texas Roadhouse, a slow Monday night, and our table was given dirty plates for our rolls. We asked for clean plates and our server didn’t take the dirty ones and they were only removed from the table from a different staff member when we asked. Then, when I received my food and grabbed my fork, I saw old food crusted on it still, as shown in the picture. The service was incredibly slow from our server, as she was forgetting to bring us our rolls and 2 orders of fries were forgotten as well. The gentleman who brought us our food was wonderful though. Our food was also not to the usual standard, with our sides being cold and the chicken crispers not as crispy or warm. Overall, a disappointing experience since I spent so much and took the longer drive to come to this specific Texas Roadhouse.

I’m a regular customer, but I won’t be anymore. Price menu increased too many times: now $25.99 for a 12 ounce steak that is insane! It was $22.99 before. You thought your customers won’t notice? Wrong!! I’m out! Also, my Caesar salad was very severely tiny! It’s sad that it’s come to this but I’ll be buying steaks at Costco and cooking at home now. No 12 ounce steak is worth $25.99. You lost a loyal customer to your greed. Oh and your bowl of chili is not a bowl it is a tiny plate of chili!!!!
