Jammers has a great atmosphere. Although the bar was a little busy, the food and drink service were both timeley. The bar tender Britany was communicateive and and social. The drinks and food were good, while the tvs full of sports games.
It's a sports bar plenty of TVs there's a large bar available to sit there and many many seats available It is also good for small medium and semi large groups A white variety of food and her menu... Overall the food is good I've had several items there...
Didn't eat there, had a great time. It was my first time there and it was a great time
Great place to watch sports. The chicken riggies hit the spot. Only sweeter cider, but still tasted good. Friendly staff. Burgers and pizza are also good. Great outdoor space with live music on weekends. I've seen it get very busy, and the kitchen can get backed up. On 1 recent visit, it took nearly 90 minutes to get our food. The server was appropriately apologetic, and the food was still good. The place is huge, so I can imagine that problem. Wine list is quality if unspectacular, cocktails have received good reviews. Currently a family favorite in the western Syracuse suburbs.
Was close to our hotel and stopped on our way to Rockport Maine for the lobster festival. Sat at the bar and enjoyed the wrap and a burger. Everything came out hot and beer was cold. The atmosphere was sports on tvs and was a decent crowd. The waitresses where so nice and on top of asking if we needed anything else.
We had a variety of food and drinks and they were extremely delicious! Our waitress was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. We did not have to wait long for our food and since we reserved a table we had no wait time to be seated. The atmosphere is warm and fun. We will definitely be coming back. Melissa was our waitress and she AMAZING!
Brought my family of 4 in. I had the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries which was slamming! Everyone else's meals were great as well. Service was on point. Affordable. Will definitely be back! Thank you!
Surprisingly awesome place! We were in the Syracuse area for the day and looked for a good place to eat before getting back on the 90 back to Buffalo. The decor is incredibly nice. The menu (food and beer) is extensive. The waitress was super nice and very personable. The atmosphere is upscale though it's a sports bar for sure. We will definitely return when we are in the area.
I stayed in hotel behind this place for 3 days and was hesitant to come here but at the end after reading the reviews decide to pay a visit I drive a truck and eat a different places and different cities and states every day, and what a beautiful place and really amazing food, beer and the waiter Kalista was awesome, very professional and was checking if I need anything all the time.
First noticed the menu was sparse. We were seated in the private dining room all alone. When asked if would mind moving, I said please. From then on our experienced improved immensely. Our waitress was Rachel and she was amazing. Friendly knowledgeable and a warm smile. We ordered the cheese steak and crab cakes. Rachel had rave reviews about the crackheads so I went with those. I've had many great crab cakes in the short 77 years but these were just amazing. Possibly the best I've ever had. The cheesesteak was excellent. Lots of improvements underway cosmetically and structurally.
Excellent cuisine. We stopped in on a Sunday, and despite being busy, the server provided a very fantastic experience. We consumed the cherry peppers and wings on Sunday. When we came back on Monday, she recognized us and took the time to provide an incredible experience. We had nachos on Monday; they are a need.
My waitress Lauren was great, very attentive and knowledgeable about the wine/beer list and menu. Food was hot and came out in a timely manner. Great manager Karmen who came to our table to see if we were enjoying ourselves. Atmosphere was wonderful. I would recommend this restaurant to my family and friends.
Absolutely love this place! Highly recommend! Nice stuff and tasty pizza!
A fantastic spot for drinks and dining. Amy, our server, ensured our experience was seamless and met our every need. We highly recommend this establishment.
Absolutely awesome New Years Eve event! We'll be back next year. Great service. Awesome music. Phenomenal customer service!
Kate and Amber provided excellent service. Me and my friends had a blast. The drinks were excellent and the food was perfect.
There were 7 of us there on a wednesday night... getting a table for all of us with room to spare was no issue.... our waitress took very good care of us drink wise and food wise.... The place was not very busy at all..... Plenty of parking in the parking lot..... It was not a noisy place we could sit at our table and talk without yelling to one another many money tvs all around the bar area....
Great sports bar, that has absolutely NO BUSINESS being in the middle of nowhere! Great selection of drafts and fast, well-made food, Ample seating, good service, well-kept atmosphere and bathrooms, plenty of parking with ADA accompaniments. Outside is its own fun place, you can usually catch a live music venue, or just a bunch of people out in the nice weather talking. Highly recommend
food was really good and a good price for the food!! i lost my wallet and the manager was very helpful and kind thank you guys so much for your help
I've had good meals here but tonight was different.ordered the chicken nachos. Everything was cold, chicken had no flavor.
My server Julia was so sweet! I was having an off day, she complimented my outfit, brought the good energy to the table and just turned my whole mood around. It's nice to see some personality not just an order taker ! Love that and give her a raise !
It was Amy's second day. Table of 10 with teenagers. She was great
Really really loud. I feel for the workers here. Hangover burger and haddock sandwich were terrific! The French onion soup was really good. Pay raise for Allison who helped us out when our small party became a huge party.
In town for a baseball tournament and this restaurant was next door to our hotel, so we figured we'd give it a try. Glad we did! We were seated right away and our waiter was fantastic. Very attentive, checked multiple times to make sure our food was good, did we need more drinks? etc. Live band, so kind of loud, but to be expected at a sports bar and grill. They have lots of outdoor seating (we didn't use as it was raining) I have no idea where these bad reviews are coming from because this is a really nice place! If we're back in this area, will definitely come again!
Amazing place for food and drinks! Highly recommend this place!! I had Amy as my server and she was very friendly outgoing and made sure we were well taken care of the whole time we were there.
First time here and what an amazing place! Waitstaff and bartender were very accommodating, anticipating our every need! Food was exceptional and I could only wish this place was in the Fayetteville-Manlius area! The Restaurant Manager, Becky, was fabulous, making sure the entire experience was exceptional. She even personally walked out and assisted our elderly guest into the car to ensure he didn’t slip. Can’t wait to come back for the live music this weekend! Five stars.
We have lots of fun here on Friday nights! We come early to eat dinner and stay to listen to the live music and dance the night away. Jammers always have fantastic bands! Their entertainment venue is great in all seasons… and they keep improving it. The managers are actively engaged and check in with everyone. The wait staff is attentive and always smiling. They do their best to find you when there are crowds. The bar tenders are hospitable and very attentive. Awesome mixology…Shout out to Amy! 😊
We went to Jammers Sports Bar & Restaurant on Valentine’s Day and they were absolutely packed. Even with how busy it was, the service was outstanding and the food was excellent. We were genuinely impressed with how well everything ran under the circumstances. The staff handled the crowd like pros and never made us feel rushed. Great experience all around we’ll definitely be back.
We had called last minute to get in due to a mishap at previous dine in place and amy was able to accommodate our large party with ease and was very tentative and professional. She made for a night that started out on the wrong foot end on such a good note. We all had so much fun. Highly recommend jammers and having Amy as your waitress and or bartender. She’s a rockstar!!
Terrific service and delicious eats. Amy took care of us for a work lunch, and we can't say enough nice things. She had fantastic recommendations and everything arrived quickly. Daily specials were a treat!
My family and I we're here yesterday afternoon to grab something eat before we headed back to rochester, the food was great and the service was amazing! The waitress was the best I've ever had in a long time and I couldn't ask for anything else, she's treated us so well and she cared for us like we were her own family!
Went tonight to watch playoffs. There were 5 of us and we had a variety of food; chicken wings, chicken quesadillas, chicken wing dip, chicken nachos, pub pretzels, and plenty of drinks. Everything was wonderful and the staff were all great! Had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back. Great venue space as well to go and watch bands. Summer should be a blast!
I had a great experience at Jammers, I went to watch football on a Sunday. They had lots of TVs and a diverse menu. My dinner was exactly what I was looking for! While I was there, Amber, one of the staff actually welcomed me and then gave me a tour of all the facilities when I mentioned I was looking for a place for my company to have events. I am looking forward to having our next work function there.
Brought our family here on Friday night and loved it. Baked Haddock was thick, cooked/seasoned perfectly. Server was a sweetheart. Very reasonably priced even with 2 adult bevies. The popcorn to start was delicious and not too salty.
My parents and I went to Jammers for lunch today and just left—it was awesome! We don’t normally think to go here but the service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Our waitress Helen was the best and the assistant manager Amber was so personable, friendly, and warm, making sure to go around to check on every table and customer. I haven’t seen service like this in a long time! We told our waitress we had an appointment we needed to get to and we’re in a time Crunch not only did she bring boxes out early she offered us to go cups for our drinks. We will definitely be coming back and suggest everyone who is looking for a great place with awesome food that is reasonable priced (all of our full meals and drinks was around $50 for 3 people whaaaaaat!) to come here!!!
Stopped here during a trip and found this large, new(ish) place. The wait staff was exceptionally pleasant and thus so has everything. During the summer it becomes a music outlet with a large beer selection, great food and an ice cream window. It's kind of in the middle of Morehead, but with all it had to offer it must be packed in the summer. We were here for a quick bite and a drink, dirty of later in the day. Even though they were preparing to close, everyone was very pleasant and happy to help. Would return if in the area again.
My Go-To Spot in Syracuse for Wings and Beer 🍻 🍗 I've been on countless business trips, but my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express near Syracuse led me to a standout spot—Jammer's Sports Bar & Restaurant. Honestly, the place is huge, probably the biggest bar counter I've seen, which is perfect when you just want to spread out and relax. I ended up going to Jammer's twice. The vibe is exactly what you want in a sports bar: lots of screens, good crowd, not too noisy but just lively enough. Now, about the wings—they're killer. Seriously, just look at the pictures. Crispy on the outside, super juicy on the inside, and that dipping sauce they come with? Chef’s kiss. Perfect game day food, or any day, really. If you're around, definitely hit up Jammer’s. Great spot to unwind after a day of meetings.
Second time here. We had nachos to start (no picture), they were really good. There was cheese & toppings on almost every bite. Had a couple drinks before going onto dinner. I had the Cajun chicken pasta, so good, huge portion. I couldn’t finish it. Hubby had the NY strip. Perfectly cooked. Veggies could have been warmer but he said they still tasted good. Excellent service from all the girls at the bar. Can’t wait to go back.
June 28, we attended Jammers to see the band Strangers and to have dinner. The food was good, the service was prompt and the staff professional. One of my concerns was the fact that they automatically added a 20% tip to the bill. The menu has an advisement that the 20% gratuity is added for parties of 6 or more. I respect that but our party was two people. If I had not reviewed the bill before paying, I could have added an additional 20%. Another concern was three times we went to dance, someone would remove my wife’s drink. Jammers did replace the drink each time and offered an apology to us. The last time, we placed a table number and my wife’s coat in front of the drink. The coat was there all three times. We could not believe this happened three times.
The first thing I have to say is that the burgers were one of the best I've had. The fries were also top tier. I don't usually complain about the noise in bars. However, the TV sounds were extremely loud. We had to ask them to turn down the volume twice. In order to talk, we had to yell to each other across the table. I would still recommend this bar and grill to anyone. The food is amazing and it is very clean. I will try to add photos the next time I go.
Very nice place but it is very noisy. There is nothing on the walls to absorb the sound so it is very hard to hear people, especially if there is a band playing.
Service was outstanding. Food was very good. Everything tasted fresh, was prepared correctly, and was delicious. Brought four of my salesman for lunch and they absolutely enjoyed it. We will be back. Special shout out to our server, Bryanna, who was awesome!
Food was good, and I appreciated the attempts at unique offerings on the menu like the Moneyball meatball. Our server was excellent. LOVED the sticky Asian sauce on the wings. It took forever to get drinks on a not-very-busy Friday...there was decent live music and we eventually went outside to enjoy drinks with the patio heaters
Let me start by saying that we got there at about 8:40pm after checking into the hotel next door. It came as a surprise that on a Saturday night with nothing else around except a hotel within walking distance that a sports bar would close at 9:00pm. We were able to order fried food and pizzas, but the grills were already shut down for the night. The pizza and wings were delicious, but we did have to wait 30-40 minutes for our food, which considering it was just the 4 of us ordering, it should have been quicker. The other two groups that were eating food, already had their food, so we didn't have to wait our turn. They had plenty of TVs to watch the games, but felt more like a fine dining establishment than a sports bar. I would recommend later hours on Friday and Saturday nights, especially if there are events in the area that run late in the evening. When we were leaving, we watched 3 groups of people that were turned away because of the locked doors. Highly recommend the pizzas.
Jammers is a typical sports bar type place. The food was good, the service was very fast. I liked the way the tap beer is served --the beer is "poured" into the mugs from the bottom leaving less foamy head. I can't say it really affected the taste but a friend said he thought it tasted less flat. It may not be that new of a method but it was the first time I've seen it.
We went to see the band Arcade. Always a great time wherever the band is. The space was great for music, plenty of garage doors open for the airflow also created amazing acoustics. Ample tables for those who want to sit and eat. Fun place, family friendly.
Jammer’s Sports Bar & Restaurant is a vibrant spot where great food meets exciting entertainment. It’s known for its relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, and lively crowd. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of drinks, from ice-cold beers to creative cocktails, while watching live sports on big screens. The menu features delicious burgers, wings, pizzas, and local favorites—perfect for sharing with friends. Whether you’re coming to cheer for your team, hang out after work, or enjoy a weekend night out, Jammer’s offers the ideal mix of fun, flavor, and energy. A true hotspot for sports lovers and good times.
I knew we were in trouble when they have a sign complaining about the government and apologizing for the slow service before you even park. Then, there was country music playing outside and in. We should have left then. The menu is shrunk down to 5 or 6 appetizers, 5 or 6 salads and 4 or 5 sandwiches/wraps. No burgers. No pizza. The wine menu was very large but I didn't look at it. The staff was friendly and looked bored. For being as understaffed as the sign that greeted us said, I would think the employees would be running around exhausted. I don't normally order chicken tenders but the menu is so small that was the only thing I felt like trying. I got boneless wings or nuggets instead but they were okay. My wife ordered tots but was given waffle fries with her order. I assume the salads and apps have the highest profit margins and that's why they're on the menu yet. Kind of expensive. My wife and I were just driving through the area so there isn't much of a chance I'd be back anyway but I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. The building itself is nice but it lacks management. Also, the country music is terrible.
We have been there twice now. Menu is small, food is average to good. It looks really nice love the remodeling they did. Service both times was pretty bad. I understand there can be an isolated incident when service is bad, so we tried it out again last night with friends. Service was even worse. Bartenders acted out out with us the whole time. Was the consensus of the people around us. Unfortunately we won't be back just because of this. Hopefully they can step up the service because it really is cool there.
Came for the lunch buffet and it did not disappoint. It was an Asian themed buffet with pizza and wings. I would highly suggest, $13 includes tax and non-alcoholic drinks. Updated Review to the various times I've visited and sat at the bar and have experienced bad service. I've experienced bartenders ignoring patrons to chat with one another or other staff, or only pay attention to some groups of regulars they might know. The restaurant really is nice, clean, and I like the setup but after 3-4 times of getting bad service I'm in no rush to go back.
I ordered extra cucumbers, but didn’t get them. Otherwise garden salad was good. Got the brownie a la mode- delicious. Raspberry cheese cake- so good. Buttered noodles for the kids didn’t taste like they had any butter, maybe it’s unsalted? I sprinkled a little salt on the pasta & then the kids said it was good. (I also tried sharing my dessert but they only wanted the ice cream & wouldn’t even try the brownie). I wish they had an option of just ordering a scoop of vanilla ice cream for kids (we did online ordering). Fries were crispy (kind of weird having fries & pasta, but my kids like beige foods) but my kids prefer them a little soft. I thought they were good. Onion rings weren’t too bad either, I prefer the skinny ones over the fat ones though. The utensils they have can’t quite handle the food- the knife doesn’t really cut & the fork couldn’t support the weight of the pasta. They gave us lots of napkins which was super helpful (kids are messy). It’s definitely one of the better places we got food while on vacation, but still can’t wait to get home & cook my own food.
First time there. Food was so-so. I've had better burgers. Fries were greasy. Wife's food was good, Asian dish. Service was very slow, unacceptable. Waited too long for appetizer. Love the looks of the place, maybe we just caught them on a bad night. Only 4 tables occupied by diners. Will try again someday.
Came here with a group of friends and had amazing and attentive service. Was a little disappointed with the food itself. But, I could have just had a not so favorable dish. Otherwise, worth the visit. Definitely going to test the rest of the menu a little more.
Food was very good, but service was kinda slow and disorganized. Took awhile to get our drinks. I was a table of 6 and when the good arrived my friends’s food didn’t come. We had to ask three times for it. There were plenty of servers on for the amount of customers so I’m not sure where the problem was.
This is a "typical" sports bar. Inside the restaurant was clean with plenty of places to sit, quite a few bar-type tables. There is a very nice outdoor patio eating area which was closed when we went (Syracuse in March, I get it!) I ordered the pulled pork sandwich which was okay, I would have preferred it be a little more shredded than chunky. The side of broccoli was good-fresh broccoli nicely done, and the Parmesan truffle fries were very good. Our server was very nice, but I think she was the only one working since service was a tad slow. She stepped by frequently to check on us though. Overall a nice place, would love to try the patio for dining.
The place looks really good and the layout is great but the management could do a lot better. The kitchen forgot my wife's mashed potatoes and we had to wait 50 minutes for them to come out. ( Which ended up in a to go container as my family went to the car while I waited for them) The sirloin was small and was dry. Food is overpriced for what it is. The server tried their best but the experience was ruined. On a side note the band was playing way to loud at 6pm..we could not even talk across the table without shouting.
I coordinated a private event at this venue for the first time recently. Unfortunately, there were issues with the technology which caused a delayed start and continued to affect the event throughout its entirety. Despite bringing the matter to the attention of management, no reconciliation or rectification was offered. While the atmosphere was pleasant, the food was average and we will not be back.
As a long time manager and bartender of a 300 plus fine dining and banquet style restaurant I hate to leave negative reviews. In fact, this is my first public one. We attended Jammers with a large group in their party room. We had called ahead of time and they asked if we preferred buffet or off the menu. The organizer said off the menu. At that point I would personally continue to let them know that with large groups we only do one check, especially when they knew the type of group that we would be, lots of individual families. So when we arrived and were told we couldn’t do separate checks many people were upset within the group. Me personally, do I think they could have figured it out and made it work, yes. Do I also understand because I do this for a living, also yes. So we figured it out and agreed to the one check and said we would figure it out. Everyone in our group was polite about it. The manager was very annoyed with us and did not hide it. He visibly talked about us to the other staff members and told his bartenders to not serve us and that we had to order the drinks in the room as well. That was never told to us so many of us stood at the bar to order alcoholic beverages without ever getting eye contact. The bartenders were very slow and zero urgency. What a shame for them, due to the situation I would have overtipped as I get that it isn’t their call. As for the servers, they were fantastic! The food was also great and came out fast and hot. The management and the way he handled everything was super disappointing and made it uncomfortable for all. Beautiful place with loads of potential.
Atmosphere is good, food is good, but the service is slow. The food comes to the table pretty quick but you may choke waiting to get a drink, that is if you finished the first one they bring. The owner was in last night and it seemed that the waitresses were more concerned on pleasing him and his 2 guests than the folks that were actually paying for their meal. Customer service Mr. Owner makes a successful business.
This place has gone down hill for sure! We started coming here years ago and it was great! Now it sucks! The food was delivered ice cold, they brought out apps with our dinner, the chips were stale!! They also had great menus before and now they look cheap, like your typical dive bar menu, just laminated paper ones. Even the lighting and people have changed.. TERRIBLE! We will end our days of coming to this place!
Not great, first asked for Manhattan on the rocks brought a martini glass caught her mistake and made it right. order wings bone in git dried out boneless wings. They were not hot. My ques leftovers from last night. Not sure but guessing. My wife's food a salad and hamburger okay. All for $80 I don't think so.
Haven't visited Jammers recently until tonight (a very quiet Tuesday). Very disappointed. Ordered egg roll appetizers and were told that they were out of the ingredients. Servers asked once if we were ready to order and then didn't come back for at least 10 minutes. Asked for a glass for my drink which I never received. There were so few people at tables that we couldn't understand why the service wasn't better.
Place has a great set up. It's just to bad they don't have great service. We ordered drinks over 15 minute wait for first round second round was the same. Moving on to food we ordered our dinner and one steak ordered medium rare came out medium well. One burger did not come out as advertised with all ingredients. We spent well over 300 dollars on food and drinks. When we talked to the manager she said she would take care of it but 30 mins later we had to ask for the bill and it still was not ready. If you like waiting for food and drink and than not getting what you ordered go to Jammers otherwise steer clear. Not a good business set up. Servers did not even know where the food and drinks should go. You had to wave down your food and drinks if you seen them .
This Bar is one of the most beautiful, classy, inviting LOOKING bars in Syracuse (just go there to see how awesome looking it is) but the WORST bar for service. I would think that between the hours of 3-5 there would be no problem getting a drink but apparently most of the bar servers cannot deal/handle it - very sad. Most everyone sitting at the bar and at tables in the bar area had to pretty much beg for service...how sad when there weren't more than 20 people!! We saw MANY employees gathered behind the scenes apparently getting ready for a band so that tells us that you should never expect good service before 6:00 when the band starts, again, how sad for what should be one of the best bars in our area. Very bad management/ownership that doesn't give a damn. What a GOLD MINE Bar/Restaurant this could be with the right management.
place is unorganized. server staff do not have sections they’re all over the place. hostess assigns wait staff at random. waited 25 minutes to place order food took forever poor waitress was bouncing all over with no help. management needs to hire more people during peak hours and get organized. i suspect this is their first restaurant. probably wont come back.
I’m trying to understand what I just experienced at this place. Beautiful facility. Kudos on that. However, I don’t think it’s being used to its potential. You bring in this great band, parking lot completely full, tons of people, and not enough staff to serve them! Waited over an hour for a cold sub par pizza. The biggest thing I noticed was not one of the bartenders smiling. Not one, not one time. They don’t seem happy. Probably because they’re overworked in a chaotic environment. Focus on your people.
I will never eat here again. I’m from out of state for a RV show and the lady that took my order wrote down a tip for her self on my receipt. I didn’t leave a tip. Myself and the police will be up there today 01/10/2025. I didn’t come from out of state to be stole from! See you guys when you open.
We've been to Jammers more times than I can count. It's a gorgeous place with amazing food, sometimes it takes a bit to get your food or they are lacking on wait staff that they can't seem to keep ( management seems to be why some have vocalized quitting). The management is seriously lacking any obvious knowledge of restaurant hospitality in this establishment. When you have a reservation that you hold with a credit card you should NEVER be sidelined for well over an hour with no estimated wait time provided by the inexperienced hostesses. One gentleman without a reservation asked for the manager who came out and attended and sat an entirely different party before the multiple groups of people who were put on wait who actually HAD reservations. The hostesses never checked that party off the list and they continued to call the number while we all patiently waited. I've never in my years of being a restaurant reviewer seen such a lack of customer relations. Do better Jammers.. do better.
We stopped after a Syracuse game on our way home to Rochester. There was hardly anyone in there. It took the bartender a long time to take our drink order. We got our food and everything was good but the girl at the bar let our drinks stay empty for a long time before she came over to help us. On our way home I realized I left my glasses on the bar in the case. I called they found them and that said they would mail them to me. A week later I called again and I was told by the manager they needed my address again. A week goes by nothing so I call again. They were not there they must have been shipped. Now it’s been six weeks. So the service was not too great and don’t leave anything there.
Waited almost two hours at the bar for a table that we never got. Hostess clocked out for the night and had no intention of seating us. Absolutely terrible customer service and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to waste your time and then order food at the very end of the night with the kitchen only open for 30 more minutes at a table you never got. Worst dining experience I’ve had.
Never had such bad service. Over 2 hours waiting on food and lied to about why and reason. Then when the food finally arrive it was terrible, cold, steak over cook and like shoe leather and I could go on. 3 hour we was there .
I would not recommend going to this establishment. They discriminated against a handicapped individual who just wanted a table to enjoy some food and listen to a live band. Various people who were complete strangers verified they witnessed this interaction and encouraged to take to the media. When attempting to make a complaint with management, the management responded with, “I’ll call them tomorrow.” Instead of taking care of the situation in the moment. What a shame…
This place is interesting with a lot of potential to be booked for specialized events. I enjoyed my appetizers waitress and bar staff was nice. However, Ashley the bar hiring manger is rude and lacks interpersonal skills I feel sorry for the ladies behind the bar.
Stopped in last Thursday night for dinner around 7pm. Stood in the entrance by the "Please Wait to be Seated" sign for more than 10 minutes waiting to be seating. Bar tender kept looking over at us. One of the staff near the kitchen kept looking over at us. Yet we were ignored. Left after not being seated.
We were there a week again ,after repeatedly asking if we had a waitress ,Lauren finally came our way .We were table 24 but tables in front and behind us were waited on promptly but not us ! Finally got our food but no utensils or condiments! Great place fod bands but bring your own food and drinks because you never get service !
Absolutely horrible! Horrible customer service, burnt ice cold food! We ordered at 6:15pm just got food at 8:35. Called restaurant and was on hold for over 45 minutes! Food was burnt and ice cold when here and went from the restaurant straight here with no other delivery on the way also, ordered country sweet bbq wings and was given mango habanero!! Manager offered to cancel our order and said we probably wouldn’t want to do that because you are probably hungry. Absolutely horrible and as a company who owns strada mia which is awesome should take a second look at her staff and the way they treat customers!
Server was awful! No personality. Never gave us appetizer plates, never checked back, didn’t refill our drinks, added 20 % to bill and said it was on menu It wasn’t on menu. Had no clue! No management around. Food was awful buffalo dip was a pile of grease. Taco salad meat was ice cold. Medium rare burger well done! Awful Awful! Will never go back! Shut down already!
Could possibly be the worst place I’ve ever experienced. Never waiting so long in my life. The wait staff literally ignores you. It’s like bizarro world. I think one star is being generous.
Horrible horrible service!! They were out of food items advertised on the menu. I wanted pulled pork Mac n cheese they said they didn’t have any pulled pork… chicken wing dip they were out of. The waiter never came to check in once the food was done trickling in.. no drinks were refilled no extra napkins were given. We were just forgotten about in the back room. Added gratuity automatically on the check. And waiter didn’t do his part as a server. I will never go back there. I can see why the parking lot was empty.
Waste of money and time! Food was horrible, burnt chicken and a slop sandwich, absolutely disgusting!. Perhaps if the kitchen staff stopped yelling out into the barroom food would be better! Or turn down your radio in the kitchen so it doesn’t interfere with the music in the bar and concentrate on cooking. One and done!
Had friends from out of town in for the Syracuse Nationals, the best weekend in Syracuse & the restaurant was not prepared to handle guests.. Horrible customer service, waited 1 1/2 hours and no appetizers were served to us while we were waiting for our table at the bar. Okay.... so plan B, is our table almost ready? Absolutely not... When we arrived we were number 7 on the list, and again an hour and a half later we were still number 7 on the list. Upon asking for a manager and expressing complaint, they seemed unconcerned with our wait time. Never again, sorry we can't go back and bring in visitors to such a horrible atmosphere. Good luck to your business, you really have to figure this out.
We went to Jammers tonight for dinner. We were there for an hour and never got any food. When we asked our waitress to check on it we were told they were going to have to remake it. We ordered chicken tenders and fish and fries which both should have taken no more than 10 minutes so we left. Would definitely NOT recommend!
We experienced a highly unsatisfactory dining experience, characterized by substandard food quality and exceptionally poor service from the manager, Becky. Our server, Amy, however, provided excellent service. A significant portion of our food order was prepared incorrectly. When Manager Becky addressed the issue, her proposed resolution was a 20% discount, rather than removing the unsatisfactory or inedible items from our bill. Upon inquiring about the owner's identity, she stated it was "none of my business." We strongly recommend evaluating the qualifications of your management personnel. This incident has resulted in a loss of patronage. We suggest addressing the kitchen staffing to ensure proper food preparation. While we acknowledge that our party size increased from 8 to 16, a competent manager should have communicated any limitations regarding accommodating a party of this size to the reservation holder. Furthermore, despite being confronted about her handling of the situation, the promised 20% discount was never applied to our bill.
There was a limited menu, I assume because of the band playing. The staff were disorganised and unfriendly. As we'd been travelling for a week, we went for the chicken and rice as a change from the typical offerings from these types of place. I was expecting a bowl of rice, with vegetables, sliced chicken, spices and sauce. My hopes were up, maybe something a bit cajun, or jerk. What arrived very hard brocoli, plain dry rice and tough chicken which may have had a little bit of garlic butter on it. It was the worst and oddest food I've had in a restaurant in the last two decades. Good points. 1. There was tabasco on the table. 2. The chicken was definitely cooked. Advice. If you have to eat there, go for something fried.
We arrived at 5pm because the band we wanted to see started at 6. It was not crowded yet at all. The hostess was very nice and gave us a great table right where we wanted to sit. After about 1/2 hour, we flagged down a waitress and inquired if we were at her table... we were not, but she was going to send out our server. Another 15 minutes go bye, and my friend chased down the hostess and asked her if she could find our server. She said she would. Nothing!!! We went to the bar to get our own drinks, which was another fiasco. Finally when our waitress came out, we specifically asked for separate checks (there were just two couples). We knew what we wanted to order since we had such a long wait, so we ordered immediately. I had asked for another beverage when she took our food order... I had to go to the bar to get one myself. 🙄 When we finished with our long awaited for dinner, we sat for at least another hour waiting for our check. Luckily we were there to see the band! Whe she came out with the check... yes 1 check, I had reminded her that we had asked for separate checks, which she replied "You don't have to be rude"! Really???? I don't think we will be back to Jammer's anytime soon!
Jammers was an absolute trainwreck that had me rethinking every decision that led me there. We walked in hoping for a solid meal, but it was like they were running a clinic on how to tank a restaurant. We sat for 20 minutes before a waitress even glanced our way. Appetizers took over an hour to show up. Main courses? Another hour after that, like the kitchen was out back writing a novel instead of cooking. My daughter’s friend nearly had a pizza dumped on his head by the waitress. He asked twice—twice—for no onions in his quesadillas. Surprise, surprise, they came out buried in onions, like the chef was trying to set a personal record. Meanwhile, the table next to us, who rolled in 30 minutes after us, complained to the manager and got their food first. We’re just sitting there, stomachs growling, watching them chow down. When our food finally showed up, it was colder than a freezer and trickled out in random bits, I dropped $200 on this chaos, and I’m still clueless about what I paid for. The only reason we didn’t lose our minds was because it was so awful it became funny—like, we were laughing just to keep from flipping tables. Jammers is a nope for me; I’d rather eat day-old takeout than go back to that disaster zone. Worst dining experience in my life. STAY AWAY!
