Hadn't eaten at this restaurant for several years, but glad I stopped today for lunch as I had a great meal. I ordered the Chop Steak with a side of french fries. First to arrive was my drink with complimentary bread. The bread had a delicious yeasty honey-bran flavor which I enjoyed with some butter while waiting for my entree. The meat in the large burger patty was lightly packed, juicy, and cooked perfectly to order. The bordelaise sauce with mushrooms (I asked that the caramelized onions be omitted) was delicious and the fries were hot and crispy. Overall, a very enjoyable lunch at a very reasonable price. The interior of the restaurant is well appointed, and the service was outstanding. I will be back soon to try other items on their menu. UPDATE-1: Went to this Township-5 restaurant for Father's Day. The place was hopping but the management had plenty of staff on hand to handle the holiday crowd. We were seated immediately and received excellent service. I ordered The Longhorn, a 22-oz bone-in porterhouse. It was cooked perfectly, juicy and delicious. I was never tempted to use the A1 steak sauce available on the table because my steak was grilled with a tasty dry rub. All it needed was salt. It came with a crispy salad, bread and butter, and a side of french fries. A very substantial and pleasurable meal. UPDATE-2: I ordered a combination of a 6-oz sirloin steak and a half rack of barbecued ribs. The ribs would have benefited from being cooked longer to render more of the fat, but the taste was very good. The sirloin steak was exceptional. Very tender, lean, and perfectly cooked. As I noted previously for the porterhouse steak, a dry rub must have been applied before cooking, as the flavoring was delicious and I found no need to use a steak sauce. UPDATE-3: Had the grilled shrimp, but requested fries in place of the rice. There wasn't enough garlic in the garlic butter sauce so the shrimp were fairly bland. If I order this dish again, I will request some remoulade sauce for dipping the shrimp. My wife liked her burger and thought the toasted brioche roll and special burger sauce were excellent. I also enjoyed a Caesar side salad. UPDATE-4: Tried the Wild West Shrimp appetizer for the first time. The generous portion was enough for a meal and a very tasty one at that. UPDATE-5: Had the 6-oz sirloin again today, but this time I ordered sauteed mushrooms. They were delicious and will always be requested on future steak orders. I also had the chocolate stampede for dessert for the first time. One half of the portion is shown on the photo below as there's enough for two or more to share. Our server suggested we try the molten lava cake next time. Will do! UPDATE-6: Came for lunch and ordered one of the $9.95 (in 2024) lunch specials. I asked for the cheeseburger minus the bun with fries as the side. Delicious. UPDATE-7: Tried the firecracker chicken wrap. Very good with a nice dipping sauce. UPDATE-8: I had a tender, delicious 6-oz renegade sirloin steak on this visit, but my wife was disappointed in her burger which was excessively greasy.

My last review was from 3 years ago. The food took forever and the service was terrible. There was a 40 minute wait which was awful. Today that was all different. We were immediately seated our server was amazing. Her name was Hannah and she was over so many times while remaining unnoticed. She was attentive and very personable. I used to expect longhorn to be over $100 for four people but it was reasonably priced and well worth the money spent for what we enjoyed. We had the salad and soup lunch combo with a few excellent drinks for lunch and ordered dessert. My last review was on the bad side, I'm happy to say this time visiting was my favorite experience and I'll probably come back next week.

Great lunch special deals. We got the chicken strawberry salad and the 7 pepper steak salad- comes with soup or salad. They also provide excellent complimentary bread and better. 👍🏽 👍🏽 Never disappoints!! Nice Texan atmosphere- friendly service.

Wonderful experience. Food was delicious. Server was wonderful. Manager was friendly-we met him when we asked for the manager to dish out some compliments. Zero complaints for this franchise. I am not a typical franchisee visitor, but this location did a fabulous job of exceeding my expectations. The ONLY reason I gave the atmosphere a 3 star rating was that this location seemed to have quite a few tables that had patrons with zero concern for anyone around them. It seemed to be a frequent flyer program as a few employees expressed-professionally- their apologies for the patrons near by. Unfortunate for their atmosphere, but seems not to be atypical. My steak and shrimp were cooked perfectly, as ordered. All of the food had delectable flavor profiles and I enjoyed my time there.

This place is usually pretty busy. It's located in a shopping plaza. My company and I ordered the chicken wing appetizer. They have a steakhouse dry rub on them. It was very good. Came out in a timely manner. I had the lamb chops. My company had a sirloin steak. The chops were ok. The sauce on them was interesting. The sirlion my company ordered was good.Ivr been here several times before. The steaks tend to be heavy on the seasonings. Which I like.

We had a good time. Very good service. The only complaint I have is that we got oil instead of butter. But we just used the butter from the bread. Didn't want to bother the waitress for something so small. She was amazing though 🙂

My husband and I went to our first steakhouse in Syracuse and it was pretty decent. The atmosphere is very calm and we got seated quickly. We enjoyed our bread and our waiter was very friendly! I love how soft and warm the bread was (i asked for seconds). My husband ordered steak and lobster and it was flavorful. I tried some of his mash potatoes and enjoyed it because it was soft and delicious. Portions size were okay but it did fill us up. We order wings as an appetizer and they were very crunchy and flavorful. We had Mac and cheese as a side it was okay, I feel that it wasn’t cheesy enough but overall really good service and food!

I had a craving for a steak so I had lunch here yesterday (1/10/26). I had dined here before, and I always really liked the food. However, I was really disappointed with my meal this time. The steak was really really tough. I could hardly cut it with a steak knife, and it was very hard to chew. Plus the broccoli was way overcooked and kind of mushy. Maybe I should have told the server and asked for a replacement meal, but I didn't. I don't think I'll be back here any time in the future.

I ordered the French onion soup and it came out with the cheese minimally melted and the soup hot but it felt as if the soup had been microwaved or not placed in the oven long enough. I asked the server to have the cheese melted a bit more and when it was brought back, it again seemed like they’d placed it in the microwave and the cheese still wasn’t browned or melted enough. I’m not sure whether this is the correct way to have French onion soup or if I’ve just had it different ways. Regardless, the soup itself was very salty as well and I ended up not eating it. Otherwise, the atmosphere is nice and I enjoyed a nice drink

First time eating here and the hamburger was salty. A relative ordered a chopped steak burger with mushrooms and again too much salt. The battered onion rings and salad was the best part of the meal. All black people don't like a lot of salt in their foods. Also a lot of Black Americans don't eat pork and seafood scavengers.

Streaky was tough. I believe pricing is a bit high. Staff seems to race around and in so doing lacks customer care even though they are kind when infront of your table. They could use more staff and the cooks could use a quality department. The seating by the kitchen was uncomfortable. There was a cool draft always and Kitchen noise to hear constantly along with a lot of people traffic.

TLDR - Trust me….too expensive and not well kept. Place looks great from the outside but is deff falling apart inside. Our visit starts with a party of 15 in front of us. The hostess must have messed up the seating because another staff member came over scolding her for seating issues. It was a bit harsh (maybe due tho) and something that should have happened behind closed doors. Seats were very uncomfortable, with a large rip in mine. I could feel the springs pressing against me as I sat. Silverware was also broken…specifically the knife. And would it kill them to give us a butter knife instead of forcing us to use steak knife’s for bread and butter…. Did not get any bread until our food was 5 min out, kinda annoying. But honestly, I prob shouldn’t have eaten any considering the state of the chopping board. My guess is we also ate chopping board particles, too. Food was good. Nothing special but deff up to par. Server was good and somewhat responsive. For the price you pay….totally not worth it. I expect a better dining experience. They need to get rid of those cutting boards and get new ones. I’m doubtful those would pass inspection. That was gross.
