This was my first visit. We were there for dinner and I ordered the steak. It was perfect. Cooked just the way I ordered, tender and juicy. I didn't want fries and the waitress offered to ask the kitchen to sub in another vegetable and they did. Fast, friendly service. Reasonable prices. Recommend!

Hubby got Mac and cheese with pulled pork❤️ , bestie got a turkey wrap💕, I got fried haddock dinner💖💖 everything was excellent! I had to ask about a sauce she gave me that was on the side, pub mustard, it was delicious 😋😋

I was in last night. At least 40 people were there eating and drinking. I want to compliment the bartender. She alone waited all the tables and tended the bar. She hustled and never lost her cool. Amazing service!

We’ve been here a couple times and enjoyed our experience here, very friendly atmosphere, service was great, a bit loud understandably with a fun crowd…they have a burger special on Mondays which we tried and it was delicious!

This place is amazing. Busy during SU games but waitress/bartenders still pretty attentive for how busy it was. Burgers, wings, fried cheese curds and quesadillas here are AMAZING. Do yourself a favor and get their house sauce for your wings!

Duckees is a favorite of ours while passing through Phoenix. Never all that busy, quick service, friendly staff and nice/clean inside. Burger was bit overcooked for medium rare, but was still enjoyable. Boom boom shrimp are incredible. Thank you!

My first time here and I had a really nice evening. I got the pulled pork Mac and cheese. My date got an angus burger(cheddar cheese, bacon, onion and A1). Prices were reasonable, outside seating as well as inside, live music (it was Friday night) and the Blue Moon was frosty. Our server was struggling a bit but she was very sweet. I’ll put up with some forgetfulness if I get a server who has a genuine smile and means well. After dinner we took a walk outside along the lock. Found a bench by the water. What a nice date night. I’ll be back.

The food was reasonably good but the wait staff was extremely overworked. (2) waitresses serving the entire bar and all of the dining room on a Wednesday night when they have a well advertised wing special? Not ideal. (2) order of wings and an order of French fries took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive. Our waitresses were cordial, attentive and accommodating but its clear that they needed help, especially on a night where they are running a special like that. We were also charged for blue cheese and celery (we were not asked if we wanted it at the time we placed our order) as well as for a side or ranch dressing that we never even received and again, were not asked if we even wanted.

I waited 20 minutes for a drink and about 2 hours for a terrible salad! Never again!

Went on a Thursday night and it was already slow, had to walk up to the bar a few times just to put an order for drinks, food, and to inquire about it .... extremely poor service

I left 1 star because I had to. Waited over 20 minutes for drinks another 10 to place an order for wings. Waited 45 minutes food never came. We left! It use to be good service. Not anymore! Won't be back
