Pie guys in liverpool is usually my go to for when we get pizza but they said my card was declined so while I was still on the line with them my wife looked up what was going on in our bank account and sure enough it said pie guys took the money out and when I told the manager this he didn’t want to hear it and said it was declined so now they took the money and we got no food and now have to dispute the charge through our bank. Very disappointed!!

My food was ok but I wouldn't come here if you're on a tight schedule, ordered a calezone for lunch to pickup 30 min ahead of time and still had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook it after I arrived at the scheduled time. My buddy I ordered with wasn't pleased to see hair on one of the slices he ordered either and tossed that out.

Hands down worst pizza in the area. Heavy, greasy, off putting taste, expensive. $60 for 2 pizzas and a salad. Would not recommend to anyone. Far better establishments nearby

Horrible service took my order and my money out of my account and never gave me the food. When I called the place back they were fully closed. Then when I finally talked to someone at a different store after many phone calls. They told me they were contacting there family member. That I would get my money back if I was lucky.

-I hate reviews, but damn. I ordered extra extra crispy wings. The first batch tasted like they were baked. They offered to remake or credit, and I asked for a remake. About 23 quick minutes later the delivery guy shows up with new wings, but they’re still not crispy.

Paid $12.99 + tax for a fish sandwich. The haddock was overcooked and weighed 4.3 oz. If I owned the place and I found out a customer had walked out the door with the sandwich I did…? 😡 It's the second time we got a fish sandwich from here; the first time, a couple of weeks ago, it was overcooked but reasonable size. We won't be back! I've never had poor experiences at the other Pies Guys locations (Eastwood, mostly) but this store seems to need a management adjustment.

I usually have a good experience when I order from here but this past Saturday was not so good. The woman who answered the phone tone was very rude and she seemed extremely bothered. I asked her what pizza and wings specials they had and her response was “we have all kinds of specials! What are you looking for!” Then with complete attitude she started asking for my information. Her customer service was so poor that I told her I didn’t appreciate her rude tone and never mind on the order, I will find someone else with nicer people to order dinner from.

So we decided to give them another try. Ordered pizza and wings. $60 including the tip and the salt and pepper wings had no seasoning on them when we asked for EXTRA. Called to have them bring a new order and the response was that they would send salt and pepper. Seriously?? We love their pizza but are giving up on the wings. Too many bad experiences.

We order every week from here. We get salt and pepper wings and purposely ask for extra salt and pepper because there is never any seasoning put on them. We got the wings tonight after asking for EXTRA seasoning and they have NONE on them. We call to ask for replacements and were told to put our own salt and pepper on them. I want my wings to be how we ASK for them. Adding salt and pepper after the wings have already been prepared doesn’t help at all. Won’t be ordering from here again.

This place has horrible customer service l ordered a pizza for delivery. I live in a secure building so I asked that the driver call when he arrives. The employee took my number and repeated it back correctly. However she wrote down a digit incorrectly. An hour later I called back to learn that the pizza has been sitting in the lobby as the driver could not reach me. Clearly I am not eating a pizza that has been sitting in a lobby on the floor. The employee begins to argue with me and says that I gave her the wrong number. She then states “what do you want me to do about it” I tell her that I want a refund and because of her attitude I would not trust eating food from there at this point. The employee then told me not to call back up there saying that they would do something to the food. She then said I needed to put the pizza back in the lobby so that they could pick it up before I could get a refund. This place is rude and disrespectful.

Out of town for work so just felt like ordering in to my hotel. I'm only staying 4 miles from the place. I call at 8:10pm. Called back at 9:15 and they said everything is out for delivery. Buffalo chicken finger Sub finally gets here and it's cold and loaded with more lettuce than chicken. This place is a joke. Save your money. Please save your responses saying you apologize. That would mean as much as your service.

Pizza and wings were good but customer service is TERRIBLE! RIDICULOUS prices and RUDE customer service! Looked them up online and found 2 different prices for 2 lg pizza and 20 wings. No price given when ordered. Son got home with my receipt and was charged $58.39 for 2 pizzas and 20 wings. When I called to inquire I was told it was “The Biden Price”and was told the price of gas and chicken wings, was due to President Biden and that was why I was charged a RIDICULOUS AMOUNT that was listed NOWHERE ONLINE. NO WHERE ONLINE WAS THAT PRICE! I was told if I came in and ordered I would have seen their “updated prices” and if I didn’t like their prices to go somewhere else the next time! BEWARE OF THE PRICE GOUGING THERE. Francesca’s in Liverpool or Antonios in Bayberry charge $20.00 less for the same “deal”.
