Wings were fantastic. Very crispy and hot, as ordered. Small EBA pizza was delicious. 2 servers that were double duty as bartenders. They were doing their best to satisfy customers. Atmosphere could stand some updating.

Twin Trees continues to be a good take out option though I find their prices to be higher than other nearby competitors. They have coupons in the Clipper but they never seem to be applicable to our orders. We had guests ordering and the consensus was Twin Trees was the best option. This was a pick up order and was ready on time, they have also been very efficient in delivering previous orders. I have not dined in as of yet. The pizza was good, wings were saucey and cooked to our liking. I really liked the packaging and presentation of the Antipasto salad, Italian dressing packets provided. We enjoyed everything and will order again in the future.

Idk who is working the pizza and wings line but it’s trash. How do you burn a crust and pepperoni and not have the cheese completely melted. Wings were rubber too. Never again. Place is hanging onto the prestige they used to have.

First time here, picked up the pizza. Was made in a timely fashion and picked up on time. However, the crust was exceedingly chewy and hard. The pizza was cut into strips making it exceedingly difficult to eat and required both hands, which got grease everywhere. Taste was maybe par. No need to return as it is cafeteria level at best and who cuts NY style pizza into strips anyways?

We ordered the Chicken Francais- very salty and fettuccini was not cooked enough. We also ordered 2 rainbow cake slices- my husband’s slice tasted like it was made with rum. Mine did not but mine had chunks of granulated sugar or something between the frosting and cake. We will not be ordering that entree and desert again.

This was the worst experience and food. Asked for separate checks, not willing to. I was dead in there, but still no biggie. Waiter couldn't remember to bring our drinks, Asked several times. Ordered our meals, no bread with pasta dishes? Had to ask. Salads that we paid separately for came out with 1 peperchini, 1 grape tomato and a slice of cucumber. I ask if they could add a little onion. Was not told that it would cost $1.99 or told dressing was extra. And we were told bread would be extra charge. We ordered pasta? Our meals come out. Linguini with white claim sauce. Was absolutely gross, so was chicken franchises. A bunch of shells in clam saunce and no plate to put them on. No flavor at all. Just bad. Get the bill and Asked what all the extra was dinner nothing was said to us. Asked for the onion to be taken off since that is absolutely ridiculous. I could have bought 2 whole onions for $1.99. We didn't even care about the dressing. Just bad service all around. There was literally one other table and they left 1/2 through our visit. Awful and won't be back. Thankfully there are other twin trees run better and better food.

When I tell you run, I mean, run! Our server was higher than a commercial jetliner. Food was mediocre, at best. We won't be back....no thank you.

I like their food. Delivery is nearly useless. 90 minutes - 2 hours wait time on a normal day, today it was 4 hours before my order arrived. They never called to explain that the order would be late. Cannot get them to answer the phone. Simply cannot continue to patronize this place any longer.

I normally love this place, order quite often.. no more!! I do realize it's Halloween, completely was okay with an Hr and 45 minute wait for delivery.. Now it's been 3 and a half hrs and still no food!! 'm completely PISSED off!🤬🤬

Bartenders made our expresso martinis with no expresso, tasted more like a chocolate martini. When asked to make another one without bailey's she added it anyway, so we refused the drink while it was still in her shaker. Was extremely snippy and rude. Hope she doesnt train the new bartender trainie with that attitude. Wings were great. Pizza was good after I put it in our oven, middle of crust was still dough. Unfortunatly I won't be going to this particular twin trees however ha e had great service and food and drink at the North Syracuse location.

I've been a loyal customer of twin trees for years. However this location is terrible my pizza was burnt. How could you let a pizza like that go out the door! $40 for medium pizza and wings and they can't even cook it right? And the wings tonight are nasty. Never again. There's better food in the area for much cheaper!

Haven’t had twin trees in years ! So we decided to get pizza and wings a few days ago. I must say , it was not good . The wings were good . Besides the fact that they changed.99 cents to put them in a cardboard box! Ordered extra cheese pizza and 100% it was not extra cheese. The crust had zero flavor, the little bit of sauce that was there also zero flavor. Even the cheese had zero flavor! It’s a shame too! It’s expensive to eat out these days and Twin Trees has been around forever. Even tried the 1 in Solvay a few years back and it was also horrible and no flavor! Unfortunately not worth it anymore. Way better pizza out there. Do better Twin Trees! Especially if you’re one of the more expensive pizza places around!
