When we first walked we were greeted by the most friendliest hostess who went above and beyond to get us seated quickly with my service dog. Then the waitress and staff was amazingly friendly, efficient, tending to all our needs. Then the food...WOW! The Utica greens were perfectly cooked and seasoned just right with just a touch of spice. The Pasta Fagio was perfect with amazing mix of flavors. The Strip Steak was a nice medium rare with blue cheese topping. The roasted potatos where perfect and the portions are above normal.
Avicolli’s has never let me down. The service and food is always amazing, no matter what I order! I ordered Salmon with wedding soup. The wedding soup was filled with flavor. Garlic Knots came on the side of my meal, and they were ok. They were missing some garlic flavor and were a bit cold, but still good. My main course, the Salmon, was some of the best Salmon I’ve every had. The service was also very quick. 5/5. I will be coming back.
This is the benchmark for what NY Pizza should be. I do not say this lightly: THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN in Syracuse. I tried Twin Trees, Gino and Joe's, Mario Brothers, etc. Each left me wondering why the reviews were so good. I mean, they were okay, but far from "the best" as many claimed. Avicolli's is LEGIT. The crust, the sauce, the meat. So good it made my eyes roll back in my head! I literally ate the entire 16" pie, and was tempted to order another. This is the ONLY pizza I will ever order in Syracuse (Liverpool, etc.) from now on. Five stars is not sufficient. Take it from a true pizza lover - THIS is ten-star pizza. BRAVO!!!
This was a favorite place of mine for both pasta and pizza before I started traveling for work. It was the first place I wanted to goto when I came back and it did NOT disappoint! I've referred many friends and family members here over the years and noone ever has a bad thing to say. Food and quality are excellent, consistent, staff is friendly and the atmosphere is spot on.
Visited Avicolli's during peak time tonight on a Friday. Their chicken parmigiana with a side of angel hair alfredo always blows me away. Our waitress Heidi was friendly, fast, and efficient; easily one of the best waitresses I've ever had. I highly recommend Avicollis to anyone looking for quality Italian in Syracuse!
Party of 3, seated right away on a Sunday afternoon. Service was prompt and friendly, even though our waiter admitted he was new. He did a great job meeting all of our needs. Order was a pasta sampler, a seafood pasta combo, and the Sicilian pizza from hell, lol. Very pleased, a great dining out experience, and we will be back!
What a PLACE! Antonio, our server, was kind, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. My friend is currently in Lent and is practicing veganism, and he was more than happy to answer all of her questions, even ones that may have seemed a little strange. The lobster ravioli was full of lobster meat, the sauce was creamy and flavorful, and even the spinach was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. We had a few drink snafus (mostly our fault) and Antonio was prompt to resolve them and offer suggestions for solutions. The GM John came by our table to check on us and we could not compliment Antonio enough. John even told us that Antonio makes the best espresso martinis, so we obviously ordered one each before we left. And he did not lie, the martinis were phenomenal (one with cream and one without)!
We just stopped by for a couple of slices. I grabbed a chicken parm slice and chicken bacon ranch slice. The chicken parm was excellent and could have been a meal within itself. The workers always aim to please here. It was warm outside and not much cooler inside, I am sure it was hotter by the ovens. There is a restaurant under the same roof. We have eaten there before. This is a family restaurant with a comfortable interior. They have a large parking lot.
First time coming here, and I got my typical pizza order, a large with mushrooms and green peppers. It was a good pizza. I liked that the crust was still a little soft. The toppings were of good quality as well. The sauce is a little thin. The price was a little high compared to other pizza places. The staff was friendly and the inside was nice and clean.
Although the restaurant was bustling when I came here on a Friday night, we were seated promptly, and had a great experience throughout the evening. The staff were quick with our orders and friendly, the food was delicious and hearty, and the ambiance was very enjoyable. It was my first time here, and I could see the reason why it was always so crowded in the past when I've driven by it! If this review was helpful, please consider a thumbs up. It would be greatly-appreciated!
Avicolli's is always pleasing to the palate. From perfectly cooked pasta with tantalizing sauces, to fish and meats that are always perfectly cooked. We've enjoyed every meal we've ever had here and it's one of the places we will often try something we've never had before because of our trust for their skills. We always enjoy the slight changes they make to increase their variety of options and make it fun to see what's on the menu this time around. We've also had pizza and calzones and are never disappointed. With all that said,I won't say it's always a home run, but we are always hitting singles, doubles, triples or home runs and never striking out. Enjoy!!
The pizza was delicious and the service was impeccable. It's always nice and helpful when people are well versed. In fact it's important to recognize good customer service since it doesn't exist anymore so when it's served you have to remember that there's love and hope still in this cruel world. ❤️
Hedi was great food was excellent never been disappointed!
The dining room was a tad louder than I prefer, but we were still able to converse.
Food is authentic Italian, 2nd to NONE!!! Everything made with love, calm atmosphere, with the heartwarming family's chattering and laughing. By far the cleanest place ever. Staff friendly, attentive, with attention to detail. The prices are also unbeatable. They don't cut corners to save a penny. Love love love them...
Food was amazing, I had stuffed shells with sauce & cheese. Was only able to finish 3 & took home 1 of them! The garlic knots they give you were awesome, very fluffy, not too dense! Was a little loud in there, but we were near the bar area when there were a lot of people socializing. Service was great too.
You will not be disappointed with your dining experience here. They have consistently outstanding food and excellent service. Everything we have ordered has been absolutely delicious. The chicken riggies were among my favorites.
Where has this AUTHENTIC PIZZERIA been my whole life!!?? I will definitely be eating here again! The lady who took my order got it EXACTLY right and the delivery guy was super nice! The pizza and wings were DELICIOUS!! The wings were cooked crispy, not overly done though... even without sauce, the flavor was 👨🍳( *chef's kiss) The sauce was authentic and not overly tomato- y. The crust was crispy like NYC but Central NY- style, which is fine with me! My family and I enjoyed and fought over every last slice and wing... LOL!! I added a little Sal's sassy sauce (iykyk) and watched most of the food get devoured by my teenager....you're welcome! 🤣
A great find. Very homemade and authentic. Chicken French was super and meat sauce tasted great.
I just want to take the time to compliment this restaurant and the kind people that work here. For the first time we ordered a delivery from Avicolli’s and we were missing half our order. I called and they were super apologetic. It happens, it was a busy Friday night. They re-made our meals and had them re-delivered 25 minutes later - they even threw in a few desserts for the inconvenience. The class, generosity, and professionalism of this family owned restaurant is unmatched. You can see they take pride in their work through their delicious food and the kind workers.
Sierra, Anthony and Liza are all awesome on a Sunday for dinner. Of course we love Penny on Fridays. The food, service and atmosphere are top notch , you should try if you haven’t already !
We often level up to Avicolli’s now for take out, or delivery (door dash) and the quality of food is excellent every time. Over the many times we have ordered, we’ve tried most of what’s on the menu, all delicious. The only occasional issues have been with the delivery service, (like a few times dishes were left out)—in those cases we’ve called the restaurant, and received professional and kind service. I’ve been to the actual restaurant a handful of times in the past. It’s a family-friendly environment with quality Italian food.
I ordered a pan of lasagna..... it was so delicious and so were the garlic knots.... I could tell they used top of the line ingredients and did NOT skimp on the ground beef!!.... yum!
Food and service have always been great! This is our 3rd time here and love it. Prices seem to be on the rise, that would be the only thing that keeps me from coming back.
Very solid place to eat. The veal parmesean brought my husband back to his childhood. A++++
We have been going to Avicolli's for 10 years and have never had a bad meal. They are always great food. We mostly do take out, but the dine in experience is fantastic.
We always get the pizza and wings for take out and we love it ! Always satisfied with our food. Ordered yesterday on Halloween and despite them being super busy and slammed the food still tasted amazing ! Thanks John for the follow up call appreciate this level of service
My husband and I have had dinner at Avicolli’s several times. Tonight did not disappoint even though they were extremely busy. The staff are all top notch. Every person from the hostess to the wait staff to the bus boys are kind and courteous. You are always greeted when you enter and bid thank you and goodbye when you leave. The food never disappoints and John, the manager, greets every table during your visit. Thank you to Avicolli’s for another wonderful meal!
Longtime regular customer. Without going into details on Halloween night 2025 we had a few issues with our delivery order. I was very disappointed for myself and my company. Normally I would call the establishment and complain but I just decided to let it go. To my surprise manager John reached out to me personally and called to apologize. He offered several options that went above and beyond my expectations to make things right. Thank You again John. Customer service done the right way. Jim F in Liverpool
We recently moved to the area and have tried a few different places for pizza and wings. Avicolli’s is definitely one of our favorites! The pizza and wings are absolutely delicious — even takeout orders, everything is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Great food and great quality every time!
Whether you have time for a slice or are picking up a pie for home or you want to sit down and enjoy a delicious dinner, leave it to Avicolli's to bring you an experience that will keep you coming back.
Ordered pizza for 5pm. Arrived there and it was ready to go. The pizza was delicious. Nothing but high ratings from me, this may be my new go-to pizza place.
I have gotten the linguine and clam sauce for three weeks in a row it absolutely a chef kiss !!!!amazing. I’m going to order it again today. Thank you Avicolli’s you’re food is amazing
Always the best. Another 5 stars for the staff at avicollis (John and Penny) helping me get my keys back at 11:30pm long after they closed for the night so I could make it to a big event I had scheduled early the next morning!
I can’t believe it took me until my 71st birthday to visit Avicolis. My wife made reservations for 5 of us and we had a fantastic experience. Our server, Anthony was excellent. We stated with fries raviolis and calamari appetizers. Both were delicious. Our entrees came shortly after and were all first class. I had the strip steak, and it was a perfect medium rare. Everyone else had pasta or salad, and everyone raved about their meals. I highly recommend Avicolis and can’t wait to visit again.
I can’t tell you how many restaurants I’ve been to and the sauce always taste like somebody made it differently . With avicolli you don’t get that . Me and my family has been going there for years , consistency is key, when I go there I know what I’m getting not to mention the price is right well worth it. in my honest opinion, avicolli is number one in Central New York . Thank you avicolli for being the best at what you do
Chicken Riggies was very good. The pizza was good also!! They have a fancy restaurant and a to go restaurant with a few booths which I usually use in a short pinch.
The waitress took good care of us from drinks to dessert and packed our food up. The food was delicious and enough for leftovers.
Not only does Avicolli's have the best food in Syracuse, but our server, Khristian Was amazing...... So polite and efficient. He made our dining experience better.
The pizza at this place is stellar. From the high quality ingredients, to the consistency each time I come in on the weekend. The garlic knots are the best I have ever had, and I get garlic knots at every restaurant I go to that has them on the menu. They are so light and airy while being cooked perfectly. I will continue to come back each weekend.
Came in on a very busy Saturday night. Host asked if we had reservations and immediately heart sunk- we didn’t. Thirty seconds later she finds us a booth just for us. Phenomenal attention to detail, service, timing. Entire team was enthusiastic. Our server Anthony and his colleagues crushed it. Value for dollar spent is hands down is the most well priced place we’ve been to in a while. Couldn’t have asked for more from a homegrown restaurant. Y’all should be proud!
Food was great, I didn't care for the boneless wings but my husband liked them. The food was ready, hot, and the order was 100% correct. That's been a bigger issue lately when we are ordering for 6 people and I was so happy that there were no mistakes. Thanks for s great meal done well on a busy night.
Had Avicollis deliver food at a work luncheon for a party of 10 & everything was top notch. Ziti, chicken parmesean, salad, appetizers...they even threw in some garlic knots! All still hot, packaged with care and looked amazing! Delivery driver was on time & friendly. Very professional, Very impressed ! Will do again !
So far beyond my expectations. Looked nice, thought we'd try it. Very glad I did. I'll be back often as I just moved to the area. I had salmon with broccolini and the best risotto I've ever eaten. This meal I can't say enough about, truly delicious. No wait and perfect service. A+++ wow!
Great authentic Italian restaurant. The food is always amazing. We had the chicken wing pizza. It had a great mix of wing sauce and blue cheese. The last time we went there we had the chicken bacon ranch pizza, it had the perfect blend of sauce cheese and spices. Service was good, the waitress boxed up our pizza afterwards. The atmosphere is genuinely Italian with pictures of Italy all over. Pizza prices are excellent, especially for what you get. Portion sizes are generous. If you haven't been there yet you should go. Outstanding, highly recommended.
Went here with my family for the first time for dinner the other night. The food was delicious! The salad was very well made, not like some of the generic iceberg salads at other places. The garlic knots were delicious and the chicken parmesan was def one of the best I've ever had. The chicken was nice and crispy and the sauce was delicious. The staff was super kind and nice. The place felt a bit cramped but other than that it was an all around amazing experience. Will def be back!
Absolutely fantastic visit. Best garlic knots I’ve ever had. Half bottle of a smooth Pinot Noir was the perfect accompaniment for dinner. Old school Italian, tremendous selection, freshly prepared. Portions so generous we all had lunch the next day. Our server was excellent and the whole staff worked well as a team.
Such a great experience! We came down from Montreal to visit the Syracuse area during labor day weekend and enjoy the New York State Fair. After hearing about this place on a popular Facebook group called "Where Syracuse Eats", I was very excited to check this out. We dined here on Saturday August 30th. The place was pretty full but we were able to get seated without a reservation. The restaurant was homey, warm and inviting - the service was amazing and the food was a highlight of the trip. We ordered the tortellini with shrimp in a pesto alfredo sauce, the meat sauce rigatoni and the Avicolli chicken which is a breaded cutlet with a delicious creamy bourbon sauce. The chicken was outstanding, honestly I've never had a sauce like that and savored every bite. I kept thinking about how I'll find something similar back home. Our dishes came with salads and complimentary garlic bread knots. The portions were huge, we have plenty of lefotvers, everything was delicious, cooked well and served prompty. We were also impressed at our server who boxed everything away for us once we were done and encouraged us to take the bread as well and even use the leftover sauce for dipping. No waste! In terms of pricing, this was very fair - the quality of food and portions are more than satisfactory. Only small downside is the narrow parking spots at this restaurant - unfortunately a pick up truck parked next to us and we were able to see the driver open his door and hit our car in the process. There was no damage but the spots are tight and I can imagine this happening frequently as it was very narrow to get in and out of the spot.
Having been born and raised very close to New York City, I have had the pleasure of trying many Italian restaurants and pizza establishments. I can confidently state that this was the best pizza I have ever tasted! The Alfredo sauce was also exceptional, rivaled only by my father's own creation. It is not often that I am left speechless by a new food experience, but this was indeed one of those occasions.
The tomato pie was seriously delicious! Perfect amount of sauce, light cheese spread, with a crispy crust. I’m very picky when it comes to the original tomato pie, but Avicolli’s does it right. I had zero issues. Service was friendly and nice. Went within an hour of opening, pizza was hot, fresh, and price worthy. I’ll be stopping by again soon, might have just found my new pizza spot
We ordered 3 pies: cheese, pepperoni, and garlic with ricotta and broccoli. Also ordered 3 orders of wings: buffalo medium, charbroiled medium buffalo, and garlic. The pizza was pretty good; the garlic with ricotta was the standout, that was great. The wings were alright, the garlic was pretty bland and we were given 2 charbroiled instead of one regular buffalo and 1 charbroiled. I thought the charbroiled were pretty greasy and the flavor was ok. Pizza was great, wings were ok. Would go back for pizza.
I had the cavatelli with mushrooms and broccoli and added chicken. It said garlic white wine sauce. The sauce had very little seasoning and the chicken had no seasoning at all. Very blan. Wedding soup was delicious and wished the cup was bigger! Excellent side salad. Everyone in our party of 6 had few complaints. Riggies sauce a bit too tomato forward.
Love getting slices from the casual side. Excellent pizza my favorite being their Sicilian.
If you want consistently great food go to Avicollis, never had a less than stellar meal. Tonight’s lasagna was amazing and the garlic knots are light and fluffy also sampled the Sicilian pizza which was delicious
The menu offers a wide range of authentic dishes, from rich, flavorful pasta plates and hearty lasagnas to hand‑tossed pizzas with crisp edges and well‑balanced toppings. Portions are generous and satisfying, and the sauces have a comforting depth of flavor that feels both traditional and well‑executed. The service is consistently warm and attentive, contributing to a relaxed dining experience whether you’re seated inside or grabbing a take‑out order
I ordered take out. I had veal parm and Utica greens. The veal was excellent. The pasta that came with it was also very good. I did not like the Utica Greens as much as other places, but there was nothing wrong with them. Everything arrived in a nice, insulated, reusable bag. Will definitely order again.
Hi, this was my first visit to Avicolli's. I would give it four stars for the following reasons: Firstly, I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana, which was served with garlic bread and rigatoni. 1) Taste: The Chicken Parmigiana and garlic bread were enjoyable. However, the garlic bread was somewhat tough, and the rigatoni was average in taste and quality. Perhaps my expectations were too high. While it wasn't bad, the rigatoni seemed to be just boiled and covered with a basic tomato sauce, lacking any additional culinary flair. 2) Portion: The portion size was a pleasant surprise, especially for a lunch menu. My order of Chicken Parmigiana came with four pieces of garlic bread and a serving of rigatoni, which was more than sufficient and offered great value for the price. 3) Staff and Vibe: The staff were welcoming and professional, contributing to a good dining experience. I appreciated the restaurant's vibe, enjoying a quiet meal as there were only a few customers, given it was a weekday lunchtime. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience. However, on my next visit, I'm inclined to try the pizza, as it appears to be a more popular choice.
Nice restaurant location in an area that doesn’t appear to be very busy. Service was great and seating was left to your choice. You order in the front and they bring you the food. My Co driver ordered the vodka pasta with chicken and a meatball. The sauce was not over powering and full of flavor. Chicken and meatball were cooked rather well and not burnt. As for myself I had the spaghetti with a marinara sauce. (Meat sauce is a mixture of beef and pork) Spaghetti noodles were cooked perfectly and the sauce was a strong tomato flavor. The dinner plate came with garlic knots and your choice of a soup or salad. The garlic knots were not freshly baked and kind hard and dry. (Not a fan of them). The salad was fresh with no complaints. Overall an excellent experience and definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area.
I ordered food here for the first time last night... Really confused as to what was in my food. I found what looked like a blue sprinkle in my pasta. I bypassed it, seeing as it may be a mistake, the food was still good. The next day I reheated it at work and found more of that, obviously melted because of the microwave. I only ate maybe a quarter of this thing (it got 3 stars due to the portion and taste wasn't bad) but I bet I'll find more of whatever this is in the rest of the leftovers. It definitely irked me, considering this was my first time ordering, do they use the same utensils for stuff they shouldn't? Not clean things properly? Either of those things are making me think twice about ordering from here again.
Went here on 6/20/23 and got a few pizza slices and chicken parmigiana’s while on vacation. Sat in the takeout area rather than the actual restaurant. The waitress/servers were very sweet and nice when asked for something and the atmosphere was a little better than okay, the food didn’t live up to expectations. I’ll start out with saying the chicken parmigiana portion was good but the fries, garlic knots, and pasta lacked any flavor and was so underwhelming that we took it to go to see if it got any better. It has only been a day but I will reach out to management about this experience however I’m not too sure if they can make it right prior to my departure from the area and the cashier stated the manager was unavailable when ordering a to go slice of pizza. Used to love this place but wouldn’t spend the money is the state of the restaurant as of now!
The food was mid and expensive. I can only talk about the chicken riggies which was so so. The pork chop was thick and tough but still good. They can tenderize it better tho. The meatballs was banging tho I will give them that. Spent over 70$ and was not impressed. Angotties is better
3 stars for the price. It was affordable. Get what you pay for. There was way too much crust and the crust was rock hard. The pizza itself was bland. Got a ricotta spinach pizza and added ham and Chicken. Try using some herbs and spices. Had to add them myself. Got 5 flats and 1 leg in my order. Luck of the draw. The leg was tiny though. Rest were delicious. Went because someone told me about it. Won’t order again.
It disappointments me to say that this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this restaurant. The very first time I went was due to the poor service the server provided but I spoke to the owner after and he was extremely kind and understanding. I decided to give them another chance from his response. I will say the food is always good and the service we received after but today we ordered for takeout for the first time ordering two Alfredo pasta dishes that we paid the extra charge for chicken $4.99. Which is fine and we understand times are tough everything is expensive for both businesses and consumers but when we opened our to-go order, there was little to no chicken in it. About four very thin slices of chicken each dish. It's incredibly disappointing to pay for something and not receive what was advertised or paid for. I understand mistakes happen, but this kind of thing is extremely frustrating. Especially after returning from a first bad experience. This was a lack of attention to customer satisfaction, especially for takeout customers. Unfortunately, I don't know if I'll be returning. I hate to leave this review but I hope management takes this kind of feedback seriously and respectfully and improves both their quality control or speaks to their kitchen staff.
We have had dine in and take out at Avicolli's dozens of times and it's typically very good. Man did someone have a bad night at the pizza oven. Large chicken wing pizza was greasier than any pepperoni pizza I've ever had, and you expect that from peperoni. This thing was swimming in grease and loaded with salt, barely edible. Had to let slices sit on paper towels to try to salvage. Unfortunately, looks like it's back to the competition for a while.
Really didn't want to leave a bad review and tried contacting the restaurant through their customer service e-mail (not working) and their Facebook page before posting. Ordered for dinner on 2/15 and had a very poor experience. We ordered a 16" pizza, half cheese, half garlic, and a dinner manicotti. The manicotti appeared microwaved and had no sign of being in an oven. Noodles and cheese were quite tough, like it had been prepared in advance and frozen, then microwaved to heat up. The pizza was worse. It was incredibly underdone. Thick layer of raw gooey, uncooked dough underneath the cheese and sauce. Way too much sauce. Honestly, too much cheese too. We didn't eat it. I left 2 stars instead of 1 because I have had some good food from them in the past. I may give them another try in the future but this is not the first disappointing meal we've had from there recently.
Appetizer: hot seafood antipasto-6 small clams, 3 over cooked shrimp and 2 large scallops with tomatoe chucks and sauce. Came with old bread and butter. Utica greens-super salty. Main meals: eggplant parm with penne pasta and red sauce-undercooked not much flavor eggplant and pasta was cold. Salad: its a salad with good house dressing. Fettuccine with alfredo broccoli and sausage- super salty and watery. Soup: pasta fazool-good and flavorful. Red wine (forgive me I don't remember what kind) tasted watered down. Over priced meal in a cold restaurant.
Red sauce is very acidic, as in it hadn't been cooked long. Ordered eggplant and took one bite and couldn't eat it. My replacement meal was a bowl of what they refer to as Italian wedding soup (with ditalini???) That was so salty and not great. The serverI was attentive, but it didn't make up for inedible food. Sorry, I won't be back. Too many other restaurants to choose from that are far superior.
Ordered Chicken Riggies from here to go...it was completely watered down with chicken fingers in it!?! Are you kidding me! Got greens as well and they were also completely watered down. Very very poor quality.....could have received better food at Olive Garden and that's not saying much.
The waiter was good. The food was third rate. Garlic knots were half raw, canned sauce, frozen chicken cutlet, my salad had the entire end of a head of romaine. When asked the cook said they just take it out of a bag and put it in bowl. Bottled salad dressing, canned peppers, cheap cold cuts, mozzarella slices from a plastic store container. Wilted lettuce I am not even sure was washed.
The pizza is very dry, they also use canned mushroom and you can clearly taste that. Im pretty sure the Ravioli was frozen. Certainly this place should not be called “Italian restaurant “
Worst chicken riggies I’ve ever had. Pasta covered in pizza sauce with giant pieces of onion and zero flavor. I’ve had some bad riggies, but these are special. How is it that this is a CNY based restaurant, and the “chicken riggies” bear no semblance to chicken riggies. The chicken wings we ordered are gray, have no sauce and possibly pepper sprinkled on them? Very strange. The pizza was undercooked. The Italian wedding soup smelled so weird when we opened it, nobody tried to eat it. None of us could identify the smell. The “garlic knots” were tough, flavorless and stale. This is officially the most low effort food we have ever received. I typically only write reviews when something is very good or very bad. Avicollis is the latter.
Came in early afternoon, the staff didjt even greet us or give us menu. They just told us to sit wherever we want. And after 5 minutes of sitting in one of the booths, no one came to attend to us. Disappointed.
I was told 45 mins for delivery a baked penne and Italian wedding soup Well it took over a hour and a half for it to get to the house and on top of that I give the driver 30 for a 21.50 order and he says thanks have a goodnight and starts to walk away with out even giving me my change like you expected that all for a tip before he walked away I say I want 5 back because I thought that was rude and he still only gave me 4 back just not a good experience
Foods great. People working the counter in the pizza shop need to get their shit together. An employee said "whoever has a pick up can come to this register" so i got out of line and went to that register. After the person in front of me got helped 4 people were helped in the line i was just in before i finally decided to get back in line. I made eye contact with 4 different employees and still nobody helped me. Shame on the owner for training the crew in this manner.
Ordered a couple pizzas to be delivered. One of which I requested to be well done. It’s burnt and almost inedible, no pizza that looks like this should ever leave a kitchen Received a prompt considerate phone call from John who apologized and made this right. Excellent customer service
Went to the counter and waiting for someone to ask can they help me and 5 young ladies were there, didn't even one acknowledge me. Only after a couple of mintues the one at the register did. Then the pizza was hard and burnt taste, and taste like inside the pizza box cardboard. With minimal cheese.Just bland. My wife wings, wasn't good either . They told me my order be ready an hour after I order it. So I went to pick it up it was cold. Very disappointed.
We made a reservation about an hour and a half in advance but still waited an additional 30 minutes after arriving. Our waitress forgot to bring the bread she said she would, got one of our soup orders wrong, and also mixed up the side pasta that came with one of the entrees. To top it off, one of the main entrees itself was incorrect. She did offer complimentary cannolis at the end to make up for the mistakes, which we appreciated, but overall the experience was disappointing.
The most unorganized place i have ever been. Never ordering from here again. Food isn't worth the hassle
Ordered a couple nights ago and my pizza came out practically raw. Sauce had a strange flavor and the cheese was extremely low quality. My daughter showed me the Tik Tok account of one of the cooks-Pat, where he actively shames and puts down other restaurants, and receives money for it!! Safe to say I will NOT be returning, but I will be letting others know about my poor experience.
While in Clay New York I decided to stop and get some chicken wings I order three dozen chicken wings which came out to 63.36 That's 1.76 Per Wing absolutely Outrageous Price I Felt Like I was Ripped off .. there is a pizza shop in Syracuse that gives 45 wings for 54 dollars and they come breaded if you want and the wings are much meatier than what was offered while trying to order my food one of the cooks had a backwards hat came up and asked One of girls are how do you like doing front end now I ordered only four blue jeans and I got about 15 blue cheese I felt like I was charged for all the blue cheese in my future endeavors I will make better choices to where I decide to buy chicken wings for my family possible customer again but I would not count on it
