I ordered a pizza on the way home from volunteering and it was close to closing but I got there in time. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful but I asked a question. The pizza was pretty good I just wished they had spread the toppings out a little bit more on the pizza it seems that it was kind of all in the middle. I think most people want the toppings all over the pizza.

The guy making the pizzas was wearing a tank top ... and somehow it didn't bother me. He looked like he knew what he was doing. The Neapolitan thin-crust pizza was good. Loved the cheese and pepperoni, liked the sauce but wasn't crazy about the crust. Its consistency reminded me of a dinner roll. My date, however, did like the crust. I like places that offer fountain drinks, because I can always freshen my soda and dispense ice as desired. Gino & Joe's scored well in that department. The fries were superb. You get a great big basket. The service was nice, too. It's a neat, well-worn joint just off a busy stretch of road in Clay.

I've been to Gino & Joe's Pizza several times and honestly the food is really good, a little expensive but you get for what you pay for. Recently I ordered online and my order was never delivered. This was not Gino and Joe's fault however the agencies they contracted to do their deliveries did not communicate with them, nor deliver the food. When i called Gino and Joes they were super nice and explained what had happened which i understand they cant really control. However i think the vast majority of people stopped using door dash and other food delivery services for this very reason, because the quality of the service is never consistent and often times questionable. I now have to wait until the charges post so that I can charge back the charge on my card as was the venders advice. It's not a huge deal just frustrating and something else i have to remember to do while going about a very busy time at work/school. I would caution other vendors from using food delivery services as it introduces a variable you cannot control but directly reflects on your business

The pizza was a disaster. Cut like a kindergartener cut it huge & tiny. Too much sauce, couldn't eat without a knife & fork. The peppers were horrible. Wasn't cooked enough either. Ended up tossing the rest of it. However,the fried ravioli that was great!. Won't bother spending money there again.

I’m leaving this right now due to the terrible service I received for my Togo order. Ordered a large stuffed pizza that’s supposed to be served with marinara. First, nothing. Second time, he only gives us a 2oz cup for 4 people. Had to turn around to get 3 more so there would be enough for everybody. Wasting that time, the pizza got soggy and gross. Could’ve done so much better guys for a first time customer. Probably won’t be back

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE. Ordered delivery tonight. Order was complety wrong, leaking into the bag, and is bland. And they can't cook. I make better Italian food at home than they make at a so called Italian restaurant. Delivery driver was very rude, basically tried to shove the hot bags of food into my hands and leave. Never ordering from here again, I advise you all to do the same. And on top of that, it came with no receipt. Waited 45 minutes for mediocre food when they're right down the road.

They hate women!!! I went to use the restroom as I had woman’s issues and needed to change my pants. I asked my partner to bring me an extra pair I kept in the car to the bathroom because I was stuck in there. They brought them in for me so I could quickly change and when I walked out. A woman working at the counter said we were both banned for them bringing my pants into the bathroom. Even when I explained that I was having period issues, she said we were not welcome back. We still just said to have a great day while we peacefully left and the woman was extremely rude. I would not want to eat at a place that isn’t sensitive to their costumers issues.

Ordered a sheet pizza, half bacon/onion, half pepperoni/extra cheese. Over an hour later I got a cold pizza with bacon, onion underneath the pepperoni, and cheese on every slice. How they butchered it that bad is beyond me.
