Drive through is fast, I have not been inside though the outside looks clean. Food was fresh only had 1 problem i ordered the lemon freeze and got a lemon freeze float instead i gave 5 stars because it still wasnt bad just not my kind of drink.

I really like this Burger King. I come here probably three times a week either getting a sausage biscuit for breakfast or some type of chicken or hamburger for lunch or I have to admit I come for the desserts also. They really do have some yummy ones. As often as I come here they have never messed up my order but my orders are very simple usually one or two items. Everybody's always really nice and polite. Unfortunately the drive thru is a bit slow, but I've never waited a really long amount of time this is my favorite go to Burger King in Corona

This place is awesome! I've been visiting this place for 16 years an so far the best BK around the area. The staff is always courteous. The food always crunchy and fresh! The owner is always overseeing the operations. BK on Tyler St the best in town.

Even with the Covid 19 issue this was a very comfortable place to go inside and place your order. The food was excellent. Check out the trees in the parking lot. More art than tree. Can you find the old man's face in the bark?

I love eating here. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. Also their coupons are amazing! For $5.44 I get 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. Where else can you get that sort of deal?

After eating here once a week for the last 6 months I have not had a bad experience. The staff is always polite. The food is always fresh and most importantly the restaurant is ALWAYS clean. I will continue to eat here.

Cleanest BK I have been to in a very long time. Got a Whopper with cheese, no onions or tomatoes and extra pickles. Made it right and very fresh. I was pleasantly surprised!

I went late on Friday June 18 2022 at around 11:00pm and the staff there was friendly and quick. The food was fresh and tasted good. It was actually the best food I've had at a burger king as of late. Overall I give them a 5 star for excellent service and fresh food.

Staff is friendly, dining room is clean, food was great and the music is pleasant, 80's soft rock... Kudos to the manager!!! I hate going into a fast food restaurant and they have loud cant hear yourself think let alone talk to the person next to you popular music that you can only appreciate if you are between the ages of 15-20

We eat at the same Burger King location every time were in the area. Very clean, and helpful environment. Our grandson loves the kids private dining room/play area. It's so much nicer, cleaner and with much better food than McDonald's and most definitely extremely less expensive than Carl's Jr.

Burger King sends out the best coupons each week. I especially like the buy 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries deal, I am able to have 2 meals for the regular price of 1. Their 8 chicken nuggets for $1 is a great offer also. The staff is always friendly, this is why I come back.

Location is not that hard to find. The staff members try their best to keep the dining area clean.. There are homeless people nearby but they don't bother anyone..

I suggest the Rodeo burgers, the Chicken Fries and the Spicy chicken nuggets ! They never let me down! :) The employees at this location are always polite and the food has been made fresh EVERY time I've ordered from here! Keep up the good work guys, doing great!

Went here today and had The best Crispy Chiking sandwich I’ve ever had, the flavor was perfect, very very crispy and way better than the Chick-fil-A sandwich. The Burger King sandwich is actually big and looks exactly how it looks on the ad. Definitely surpassed my expectations, everyone that likes crispy chicken sandwiches should definitely try this one, I’m sure it’ll be your favorite too.

Honestly Burger King isn't my Type of go to however my son enjoys it &I have to say this place was spotless clean and well maintained. Kids area was extremely clean as well and bathrooms were. They keep homeless out as well so that's awesome°!

I stop by Burger King #1646 ordered the #9 which is the chicken sandwich… my order #66, I asked the drive thru cashier can I get the “how to train your dragon “ cup without buying the drink in it… she said yes I pulled up she gave me my order and said “I didn’t charge you for the cup” I said ok thanks… so usually I check my order but I was messing around with the sync because I just came from American Tire and pulled off… I tried calling the number (4) times but it wouldn’t go through … the Lady lied she stood my sandwich up to make it look like on the outside of the bag. It was a cup in it. when you felt the bag until I got 2 miles away is when I noticed the dragon cup was not in the bag but this Crown around the bag …That’s when I tried to call in my car and it kept saying wireless number check your number… plus the lady had a bit of a attitude too

I have been to this burger joint several times and never reviewed it, today we went in and it was very clean and the employees were very polite and very courteous and very helpful, we had a couple of coupons so we got a great deal on four sandwiches and four fries and all for under $10 we got two chicken sandwiches which were delicious and two hamburgers which were also delicious. Pretty much like any other Burger King (whether that's good or bad, I'll let you be the judge of that). Only issue is the location; the main street can get very busy during peak hours, making it almost impossible to get in or out.

The service was slow and the employe didnt know how to get the order right because we ordered form the app. But he did his best and fixed it even if the order was little wrong but nothing to be mad at.

A little hard to get into since Tyler is more of a one way street there, but if you know the back ways it's not too bad. Service was quick and everyone was helpful and I got through the drive thru quick and easy.

I love their hamburgers and fries . Plus prices are great ! If I have a choice I'll choose BK over Jack-in-the-Box everyday . 10 chicken tenders for $1.49 is pretty awesome too . Everything tastes really good.

This is one of the best BKs around. Eric is super professional and all the gals there are hard working. Just your normal BK with the same franchise order and pricing, except done with a sense of pride.

I've been going here since I was a little kid. They have always been well maintained, clean, and the food is good. I wish they weren't tucked away back in that little corner. It's a pretty good place. But sometimes I forget They're even there . So when I remember ..... it's like finding something you thought you lost . Always puts a smile on my face 😄

This place could have better attitude employees but over all it's good the food is always fresh and they have a play area for kids which you don't see anymore at all.

Clean and friendly atmosphere good service with a smile and the restrooms are always tidy. Most importantly is they serve shakes at an affordable price. I'm glad that this particular burger king is in my neighborhood in a very convieniant location.

Considering this one is the closest to my home, it's worth the drive. They always have such friendly staff. Makes me wish Riverside had more locations available, but until then, I truly appreciate this one & they're great service

This new nightmare burger comes with all beef patty AND a crispy chicken patty. Topped with bacon and onion. Quite frankly, this burger is pretty damn good!! BK said the ingredients used to make this burger will give you a greater chance of having a nightmare. Only small issue, the chicken patty is bigger than the beef patty.

Good place to eat, some of the people in this are unfortunately are a little strange. Also the way the location sets off in the Cut, is a little weird as well.

The staff is friendly and helpful but the manager was pretty insulting. He was helping customers at the register and when I came up he told the associate next to him to take my order because he didn't speak Spanish. Yeah I'm Hispanic but he didnt even try to speak to me to see that I spoke perfect English. I told him I spoke English and aplogized under his breath but still didnt help me. At least rhw associate was apologetic. She looked embarrased as well. Looked like this happened often.

Though one of many small number of chain restaurants left the meals are still good, no long lines, no waiting to order, and no delay; customer service is average but at least it is much better than McDonald's.

The girl on the speaker was rushing me, cutting me off and acted like I was bothering her. When I got to the window I recieved dirty looks. Everything with the food was good, I wasn't missing anything and most of all it tasted fresh.

Yeah, it's not Always hot at this location. I asked for 3 orders of the chicken nuggets,. Two Spocy, and ok me Regular. You could IMMEDIATELY Feal that the regular ones were fresh out of the grease and the other two have been under a holding lamp. Yeah, I like HOT out the grease Please..

Got my order wrong at the drive through window. When I called to let them know, the lady didn't admit she made a mistake and instead blamed it on me. She was chill though and told me she'd replace my order.

Drive through was pretty fast even though it was the lunch hour, friendly customer service, but, they got my order wrong. They forgot the pickles although I asked for extra pickles, and, they also forgot the cheese on my order. If I didn't remind the girl at the window that I hadn't gotten my drink she would have forgotten that too. I didn't notice about the rest of the order until I got back to work to eat my lunch, next time I'll have to check the sandwich at the window before I drive away.

I always go for breakfast. Reminder, be sure you guys check your food items, we were shorted on one of our orders. They didn't give me one of 4 breakfast sausage corssaints. Check before you leave!!! Other than that food is always good 👍

Used a coupon for 6 burgers and fried for 13.99. Good deal. Burgers are ok. My 3 year old likes their water so I got some large cups of water too. Fast. Friendly.

Do not upgrade on $5.99 meal! Not worth it! Plus they charge you another $5.00! Theives! Most Places will upcharge by cents, like the fries and drink only. Not them. I ended up playing almost $12.00! I should of went to Jack in the Box or McDonald's. Burger wasn't worth it. Then I had more ice than soda. Rip off! Won't be visiting them again!

This store is a little rough. The people who work there are a mixed bag. Some are great, and others are too busy to get distracted by customers. The restrooms are filthy, but the dining room is clean. The soda fountain was out of adjustment when I was there, but that's temporary. Hopefully so is their understaffing problem.

Grease taste nasty theres like a coat over the fries and nuggets. I ordered sweet tea boy to my surprise it was un sweetened took a big gulp exoecting aweet and almost gagged not cool

I went there this morning for breakfast and had requested sugar and cream in my coffee, I received my coffee black. Also, I asked for an extra icing for my cinnimini’s which was given to me, but when I got home I realized it was the only icing, so had I not asked for an extra, I wouldn’t have had one. It should be a given, or at the very least they can ask you if you’d like some. The hash browns were fresh but the cinnimini’s were cold.

Whoever the man is that works the drive thru cash register in the mornings is very dull, I use to go there every morning for breakfast but stopped because he gets nothing right. There was a time i asked for French toast sticks and the price said $1 for 3 i verified and he said no they weren't having that special anymore so i thought nothing of it and paid for the price he told me. The next day a lady was working there and I ordered the 3 piece French toast sticks, she charged me the sale price of $1 plus tax i was confused at that point. I've noticed every time i go there and that guy is there my order is always wrong and he also looks like he hasn't bathed in a couple days.

This has to be the worst location i've been to in riverside. Do not order food through the drive through because they are very slow and it takes too long to get your food. Also some of the workers at the window act grumpy which I can understand if you're working a lot of hours but when i'm trying to be nice to them there's no engagement no customer service at all. This is also the only burger king that asks to see your Drivers License when ordering food over 15 bucks. That's crazy , I refused to show them my driver license and they wouldn't give me my food. Since when do you have to show? ID just to get some fast food.

Today my brother and I ate here, and got sick. I ordered a whopper n he had a chicken sandwich..we both got stomach aches, felt nauseous, and I almost had to throw up. I tried to call this location to report it, but the number is disconnected.

My cheeseburger was made so bad the lettuce was old looks like like a person that has no clue how to make a burger made it. Management please train workers better its all about presentation its not that hard to make a burger.

Not organized with the orders.There were people ordering at this establishment(inside)and receiving their order before mines.Even though I've order 20mins ahead on the mobile app for pickup.Managers I guess are too good now to make some burgers since they just stand around and barking orders.

They forgot part of my order right now and I can’t even call because the number is out of service and I can’t go back because my daughter fell asleep! This is ridiculous now I’ll have to order using DoorDash so it can get here when my husband gets home from work! it was my husbands meal they forgot!

It was a very bad experience there were 2 employee's that were not helpful and like the commercials the beef patties were not flame broiled and the only thing that was good were the fries will not go back. Would not recommend it to any one.

Nothing worst than driving all the way home and not having all your food u order... hungry can can't eat because you have to divide up the what food you did receive to the kids...who want to drive all the back after a long hard day...only for them just to take your name for next time when you are able to come back....yet they get to keep your money..how is that right..so frustrating.

Usually this is my favorite Burger King but today that has changed I had a burnt order and called the store they gave me a run around I went there after being promised a new sandwich and they were very rude and argued with me I myself work in fast food and know first hand this isn’t the way to do things and management here is just awful. They eventually replaced my burnt chicken sandwich’s and gave me uncooked sandwiches. Is this establishment really going down hill? It’s management has really made me chose another location because they aren’t professional at all

I ordered a croissant with cheese only--no meat. The person who took my order confirmed that it would be cheese only and the recipt also shows cheese and no meat. When we arrived home we discovered it did indeed have meat on it. I tried to call the restaurant to deal with this in private but they never answered their phone. Not cool, BK.

I came to this location today (9/22/2020) at 8:10pm, I arrived home to eat with my family and I noticed after two bites a few strands of long hair. I tried to call the location multiple times no one answered. I’m very upset with this is there anyway I could get a refund or some type of Compensation. Also I was never Given a receipt.

It's like a hit and miss. Because some times it taste like the food was cooked hours ago. Well I'm not coming back to this one. The burgers tasted like they were reheated dried out. I'll just drive to another burger place.

Back to in n out, burger king never again, although the food was ok, the price for the portion size, not worth it at all, their giving out kid size portion for a king size price, my guess is that it helps them keep coast down, it's no wonder you have 4 people in the restaurant and no one in the drive through, at what would be considered dinner time...

Stopped by last night after work to satisfy my craving for BK. Paid my hard earned money for substandard food and a rude person working the drive-thru window with a staring problem. I got a somewhat decent burger...and fries that were damn near ice cold...if you have a craving for good food and service. I'd suggest Farmer Boys or In-N-Out. Don't waste your money at this place.

Judy the manager was extremely rude during this visit. I'd like to say I've been here multiple times and never had an issue. I came to pick up an online order for two original chicken sandwiches and on arrival I was told they could not fulfill my order because they were missing supplies. I was told I could replace the sandwiches with another item on the menu. We decided to choose two different sandwiches and they said we could not choose those as they cost more than what we ordered. Cost more?! The whole reason I am making an adjustment to my order was because the location didn't have the items in the first place. Just was extremely rude and we will not be going back to this location anytime soon. Will be driving a bit further to head to another BK to avoid having to deal with their rude customer service at this location.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The food wasn't hot, tasted like it was under a heat lamp half of the day, the sodas were warm and flat, and they completely forgot about our drinks at the drive-thru...and y'all want $15/hr? It was easy to draw the conclusion that the employees don't care here and neither does management.

I had the worst experience at this burger king. They don't know how to use the coupons issued. They have no idea how to read a coupon and when management steps in they only make it worst. I will never visit this location again. Why do I have to argue with you when I hand you a coupon and you try to charge me double. Just the worst customer experience ever at a fast food restaurant. Everyone from the staff to management was horrible and they could not understand the simplest order and with a coupon that spelled it out for them, they just did not get it and could not turn the situation around at all. I went to another burger king and had no issues and had a great customer experience. This one just just does not get it.

Last time I was there, they screwed up my hamburger completely that I threw it away. Adter several weeks I tried again tonight. The food was cold and they forgot the fries. How do you forget fries? I ordered online and it’s clearly visible. I tried notifying them on their app, but it won’t let you click on the item missing. I tried calling, and it states the phone lines are busy. Never again will ai go to the one on La Sierra. I would rather go to Wendy’s or Jonny’s.

This BK is garbage. I ordered food and they did not listen to the order at all. They had ingredients I had asked to be removed. The burger and fries were cold. The fries were soggy and the drink had no ice. With the prices these places charge this is ridiculous.
