Chic Filet is known for their great, friendly service. This place was over the top even in Chic Filet standards! From beginning to end, this place was fantastic. They were fast and efficient as always. The food was fresh. The ingredients on the sandwich were all super fresh. The lettuce looked like it was picked 3 minutes prior. The soup was rich and wonderful. The staff followed up multiple times with us. There was a "person" whose job it seemed was to follow up, plus a manager who checked up as well. There was a guy constantly cleaning EVERYTHING. SUCH A DELIGHT WHEN TRAVELING!!! Did I mention impeccably clean bathrooms?

This was my first visit to the Chick-Fil-A in Livingston, TX. We went at the lunch time rush. Despite being super busy the workers were friendly and moved the line through efficiently. Our food was hot fresh and made to order. We had chicken nuggets, chicken strips, waffle fries, and a cookies and cream milkshake. Everything was delicious and fresh. We will definitely be going back to this Chick-fil-a restaurant in Livingston.

Since I cant leave a review with chick-fil-a directly im forced to leave a review here. Missing all sauces from order. And over time the customer service has really gone down. The employees look and sound like they hate their jobs. They say my pleasure but its jot been a pleasure. They dont smile when you're smiling at them and some of the girls give off a mean girl vibe. Ive had better experiences at other locations and it would be sad to jot get to order from my local location due to service.

One of my chicken nuggets were soggy and had a funny texture. I also spilled my tea and was cleaning it up myself when a worker walked by and looked at me and literally grunted. Didn’t offer to get a mop or anytime so I cleaned it up myself. Thankfully a middle school kid offered to help and I told him it was fine because I was almost done and it wasn’t his place. I just expected her to offer to help clean the stickiness up instead of make a dreadful sound. An older man needed help opening his chick fil a sauce too, and you could tell that was an inconvenience to her as well.

Workers are in to much of a damned hurry to listen! They are trying so hard to be fast that they screw upnoreders, multiple times. Ask for it to dine in, nope bag it up and walk to the door. Ask for ketchup or sause and they add the wrong things. As to upgrade a drink, give you the normal size but charged for the upgrade! How about slow down to get it right for gods sake.

Well it is becoming a constant problem of the staff not placing all of your order in the bag.. 4 Times now this has happened.. They drive through is now no longer operating like others.. In the morning's it works like any other drive through pulling up to a menu placing your order So make sure you check. your order before leaving.. I used to brag on this place always being the 1 place that got it right without issues. Now they have dropped the ball to many times for me to waste time in line and then have to worry about getting all I paid for. Yea you say check your bag ...better yet I'll go.where.i don't have to.worry about that.

service is ALWAYs excellent. BUTTT they need better cooks… those chicken nuggets are always barely battered, and damn near give u half a chicken , I just want normal size chicken bites that are cooked to Chick-fil-A way.. when u think of Chick-fil-A nuggets , their dark in color and have a crunchy outer. This location doesn’t , very very light layer of batter and I have to pick out the crunchy ones. Only have this issue at this location. Also wanna note , how this is the only Chick-fil-A I see that is always empty. McDonalds always has a better crowd, and I think that’s very telling.

The atmosphere today was very uncomfortable. After I asked for a moment before placing my order, a worker named Angie was speaking to a trainee in a way that didn’t feel respectful, and it made the environment tense. The trainee seemed new and very nice, so the situation felt even more unnecessary. When my order came out, my fries had salt on them even though I specifically asked for no salt. When I brought it up, Angie went back and forth with me insisting they didn’t have salt, which felt unprofessional. This Chick-fil-a location is the first to be built in this city and is the closest to many who are fans, so I was highly disappointed with the customer service I received today.

Service was not good. Did nkt get half the things we asked for. Could we have went back and got it yes, but that is not the point. If I paid money for someone especially if it's suppose to come with the meal then it should be in my bag. It would be more understandable if they were busy not hardly anyone was there. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. My chicke tasted good though. Recommend the peppermint drink.

I just wish for a $10-$12 fast food meal, the chicken part of the chicken sandwich would at least have… chicken… in every bite. I’ve received a few “bread” sandwiches that include chicken in every-ish bite at… chick…fil…a…?

It’s really disappointing to be in the drive through line at 10:29 AM and be denied service. I wanted to order breakfast and the lady at the speaker said she was sorry that they are no longer serving breakfast and that they stopped @ 10:30. I said it’s just now 10:30 and she said her manager told her to stop taking orders for breakfast. I drove all the way from Shepherd just to be denied breakfast!!🤬🤬
