The food was good (highly recommend the orange cream cake pop btw), and the inside was spacious, clean, peaceful, and organized. Don't believe all these negative reviews!! It's probably the customer's that have a bad attitude!! This is one of the Best Starbucks locations! The Customer service is Amazing! The Baristas work hard and are so friendly. All the Baristas and manager know me and are Always super friendly and always greet me by my name and ask me how my day is going.. I'm a daily customer and I can assure you that you will get the best service here! The store manager Amy took the time to make me a drink that I really loved.. I don't want to mention everyone's name but they all give great customer service!!
The most amazing coffee place I've frequented in all of my 25 years of loving coffee. The Baristas there are absolutely wonderful. I love how they welcome you in the moment you arrive, they're great at remembering names and your favorite go to order. The manager Amy does a awesome job getting in there and helping her crew keep the well oiled machine going as it should. Susie is super friendly as well love her personality so much. Gabby is one of the best Baristas I've ever met her personality is very bright and welcoming, she remembers my order and gets it to me with friendly conversation and the best smile. I love love love it here.
Im so happy they built this one. Its so close to my house. Just double check ur food items when u recieve them. Sometimes i got someone else order, sometimes they may have newer people working. But all in all i love it there. Some of the employees know my name already so its really nice.
This location has a very large dining area with abundance of seating, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. Was in-n-out win 5 minutes at 7:30 am during rush hour. Drive thru is a bit awkward so just look for the drive thru signs..
Did not have the best experience my first visit to this location however things got a lot better! I was so happy this location opened up as it is in such a convenient location for me. In my first visit, they only had the drive thru open at the time and I was in line for 40 minutes. When they finally opened the inside of the store things got better. When I went inside, employees told me their registers and software weren’t fully set up which is why wait times were so high when they first opened. However now, it is amazing! Short wait times and friendly staff!

Only thing I wish you guys would bring back is the regular lids instead of the ones with the big hole. I miss having the regular lids for the straws. I know it's not a store kind of thing it's a corporate thing. But I wish they wouldn't the lids with the big drink hole sucks
This area needed a Starbucks! The staff was nice, my drinks came quickly. Only complaint is that the music is way too loud, even with my airpods in I could hear the music, not a great place to study or work. The atmosphere is very cute though I love the little patio area outside

I just have a problem with poor planning. I have been a customer since the opening but on several occasions (5 or6 times) the product is not available or sold out. In particular iced green tea. It’s a common product that should always be in stock. One time is acceptable but 5 times? Management needs to have it available. I have to drive to the next closest location and it is always available. Very inconvenient. Starbucks needs to value a customers time and effort. Make a coupon. Do Something for the inconvenience.
It isn't their fault they are understaffed but it shouldn't take over 30 mins (my entire lunch break) for a grande drink and a food item. I often find myself asking if they queued up my food after having my drink in hand and no one was paying attention to warming. They are a new store so growing pains are going to ease soon I'm sure 😊
An older worn Starbucks, nice and big car park, average seating. Code to open bathrooms but ridiculously loud music. Couldn’t sit for long it was hard to have a conversation. But perhaps that’s their end goal 🙁

I have tried this Starbucks multiple times because it's close to home but sadly everytime I come I end up regretting it because the coffee is never ever consistent or they are always out of something!
It takes 30 minutes to get a drink whether it's thru the drive or inside the place .

Parking lot was dirty you walk inside the set up in cute, but it was dirty inside. They weren't or didn't seem to be that busy someone could have swept up . My drink was ok tho and didn't wait that long for it
I had an experience of bad customer service because I had ordered 3 drinks but after leaving the store and arriving to my house I tasted them and they didn’t taste good or have flavor at all. I called the store and told them about my drinks and they said to come back the next day. So I did and I spoke to Andrea and she said she couldn’t give me a refund because i ordered the day before and I can only get one drink made or refund. So I took the refund and it was only for $4 and not one of my drinks cost that, it was more, and I paid almost $20 for 3 drinks. So I considered that very unfair and disappointing because she tried fooling me and because as a manager they wouldn’t drink that drink for how bad it was for the price I paid. So please try your drinks before you leave and don’t go 15 mins before they close.

This Starbucks staff is rude. Apparently their lobby is closed today in before I even got a chance to walk up to the door. Staff member open the door, blocked me, and told me that it’s not open; only the drive-through. How would I ever know that unless I actually even got to the door and saw whatever no they left?
Closest Starbucks to my house but for the past 3 days in a row they have gotten all my drinks wrong and it’s a hassle having to go back every time for them to fix it… and still have it wrong. And they don’t remake it they just put whatever they forgot on top

I decided to give this particular starbucks a second try after having a less than great experience. Unfortunately, I had another unpleasant experience with this same starbucks. Needless to say I will not be returning. If I encounter a bad experience at another location I will be finding another business to get my coffee from. 😔
The most horrible customer service I've experienced. I had bad experiences here before but didn't really want to write reviews, but last night was the last straw. I went in for the free coffee and the girl on the drive through was very condescending in her voice and also, she told me I had to pay extra for the flavor and the creamer when I had five family members that went to get their coffee at other locations and sent me their orders and they did not get charge for the basic flavor and creamer. It was ridiculous because why in the world would I want a BLACK COFFEE WITH NO FLAVOR OR CREAMER???? it was ridiculous. It definitely turned me off to return to this location and to starbucks in general, I have cut starbucks out of my routine and decided to go to Dutch brose instead. I obviously left because what the heck!! You want to give me a black iced coffee plain, I understand you have to pay for the other expresso beverages and other fancy flavors but I know MANY MANY people that got their 3 pumps of flavor and creamer at no extra charge. Why do we know this information because many people made sure to post it on their social media to let others know.
I go to this one quite regularly but should probably start finding another location to go to. EVERYTIME I go and spend $7 for a white choc mocha and another $1 for a tip and always get a cup that isn’t full. When I spend $8 for a drink I expect to get a full cup not an inch or more missing from the top. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else or don’t tip so u can save something from what they’re not giving you.
Place was completely empty yet they refused to let my 11 yr old daughters use the restroom due to "new policy" even though I had just bought some coffee earlier. Horrible service. Will not come back. This happened 2/13 6:00pm Will not come back to this location
This was my local Starbucks for a period of time until I moved from the area in February of this year. I came in almost every day before or after work to have my morning cappuccino or work on my school projects. The Starbucks is located in a less affluent part of town, so unfortunately it attracts many patrons who are vagrant, mentally ill, and or people with diminished mental capacity. I've never experienced an issue with another patron in a Starbucks store until Tuesday, 06/25/24. I interact with the brand, purchase and tip almost every day. I wanted to handle this privately, but unfortunately I did not get the promised call back from the district manager, Stephanie. I received my order, tipped, and sat down. I had been in the store for approximately 15 minutes when a man approached and stat right next to me despite all the other chairs/tables being open on the sofa that sits in the middle of the store. The tables were all too close in general, and although I thought it was odd that he chose to sit right next to me despite the vacant seats, I did not make a big deal of it. I realize that not everyone comes from the same cultural background and people deal with issues that make social norms and cues difficult for them to understand. I slid down to another table to create more space between myself and the man, except when I slid over, he attempted to take over the table that I had just slid away from to sit closer. At this point, the man had taken over one large table, the table he was sitting at, and the table I had just moved from. Clearly, it wasn't registering with him, that I did not want him encroaching on my personal space. I placed his drink back on his table and slid the table I had left over to the other side of me leaving a gap between us. He began cussing and became verbally aggressive, but I continued to drink my drink and mind my own business. At this point, he attempted to slide the table he was sitting at into the empty space I created by moving a table. I realized that this man was either, not walking in the fullness of his mental health, mental capacity, or being a creep. He had not picked up on any of the non verbal cues I'd given, so I verbally stood my ground and told him that I did not want him sitting directly next to me. He immediately began to yell demanding I leave the store. I repeatedly pointed out the fact that he was behaving like a weirdo and had slid next to me three times, despite my moving away. As a woman, dealing with men who have no or low social skills/emotional intelligence can be incredibly scary and frustrating, but I did not back down. If he wanted to be a creep, the store would know about it. An employee named Amy came out from the back. Initially, Amy addressed the man. She was able to deescalate him, but she did so by pandering to him, telling him that she realized that he is a regular and that he needed to pick one spot and telling him to be kind to which the man responded by continuing to antagonize me, telling Amy that she needed to tell me to be kind. What?! I responded that I do not have to be kind to a man that is being a weirdo toward me in public. Amy then ran over with a mocking smile on her face and sat down next to me. I told her that I didn't need a talk about kindness and that I was literally minding my business before the man began to harass me. Rather than ask any questions about what happened, Amy attempted to get my name. When I wouldn't give it to her, instead of respecting that she craned her head around my table to look at my cup. When I moved the cup, she made a dirty facial expression and shook her head. She then repeatedly tried to advise me to "be kind" in a condescending way as if I'm a kindergartener. I repeatedly told Amy "No thank you" until she disengaged from her power struggle with me and walked to the back. The man continued to yell at me when I left the store 10 minutes later. No one intervened. Amy's approach was ignorant. She showed bias and encouraged me to "be kind" to a man who had been inappropriately toward me. Yikes!
I used to like it here but yesterday I ordered and the crew member there was so rude and disrespectful. I don't know if she's racist. Coz she only do that to me being rude. Also, on top of that my order taste like water, No flavor at all and she didn't even called my name for my order and waited for 30mins. And they were just like talking there.

Wow .. they should just close this store. They have been closed twice in the last 2 weeks due to staffing. Today was the final straw.. I ordered mobile ahead and still had to wait 10+ minutes inside because they only had 2 people working and 8 people in line waiting . Why would you move all the employees to the new store and not staff this location. What a poor management decision!
Worse Starbucks I have ever visited. I normally go to the Starbucks at rainbow and 95 they are amazing there. Friendly and fast. But they were remodeling. So I went to this on in the meantime. The wait time at the drive thru was insane. Took forever. Then another time I got the wrong drink, had to park and go inside, and they were beyond rude the guy making the drinks Hunter was throwing the shakers and then instead of handing me the drink knowing I was behind him waiting took the drink and placed it on the counter by the drive thru. I said to him I'm right here that's my drink and he totally ignored me. Thank God my Starbucks at Rainbow and 95 opened back up.. so I never need to go to this place again. Super unprofessional, slow, and rude.
I place my order @ 2:47pm When I went to pick it up I wasn't ready so I wanted no one acknowledged me there. My husband came in finally got someone to acknowledged him. People came in after me placed a order got there before I got mine. The store was dirty too. I didn't get my 2 drink order till 3:20pm. I will never go to this location 😤 😡🤬😤
The first day that I went to get a drink over here it took me like 30 minutes to get it. After being giving them another try, and then another try because is really close to my house and their flavors are really good, TODAY I am so DONE! I tried to place an order through the app 15 min before their closing time and they were not receiving any orders in advance but said they can do it in store. I rushed there and were not able to order in store because it was close I did not have the time to get down because a customer tried to get in and the door was locked) so I went to the drive thru 9 min before the closing time and I was told that I can not place my order because it was closed. Listen to me, “THEY CLOSED 10 MIN BEFORE BECAUSE IT WAS A BUSY DAY”. Please, actualize your hours and don’t make people to waste their time.
Completely disappointed! Came to the drive thru at 730pm right before having to go to my graveyard shift and was told "they've taken their last car for the night" absolutely unreal! No empathy, they even smirked as I drove by. Last time I go to Starbucks, thank goodness Dutch Bros was open!
Horribly made drink. I ordered on the app a double berry matcha an it has no berry cold foam on it. Very disappointing. Will never be coming back to this location. I ordered online to avoid the wait as I just came back from picking my mom from work and wanted to take care of my mom and sister with this treat. My sister drinks into her Caramel Frappe, as we head into the grocery store and my sister is sipping her coffee she feels something hard to bite. My daughter 2 year old wanted some and my sister tried to drink it more to see if it was just one but several black pieces came as she sipped away. I told her to stop drinking it and to not give it to my toddler. I called the store. They said yeah bring it in okay fine. As I pull up to the DT, they said oh no its mocha chips or whatever they tried to play it off and the DT lady had attitude saying that. While we waited at the DT window why they inspected the drink they made an assumption of how it was drank half way and that it wasn’t there fault, driving back , waiting for them to physically inspect the cup etc for them to say that and give me my my refund terrible customer service. Don’t buy here and waste all this unnecessary time and for them to insinuate things. When all you are trying to do is treat your self or someone and go home. You will regret it. (:

My sister drinks into her Caramel Frappe, as we head into the grocery store and my sister is sipping her coffee she feels something hard to bite. My daughter 2 year old wanted some and my sister tried to drink it more to see if it was just one but several black pieces came as she sipped away. I told her to stop drinking it and to not give it to my toddler. I called the store. They said yeah bring it in okay fine. As I pull up to the DT, they said oh no its mocha chips or whatever they tried to play it off and the DT lady had attitude saying that. While we waited at the DT window why they inspected the drink they made an assumption of how it was drank half way and that it wasn’t there fault, driving back , waiting for them to physically inspect the cup etc for them to say that and give me my my refund terrible customer service. Don’t buy here and waste all this unnecessary time and for them to insinuate things. When all you are trying to do is treat your self or someone and go home. You will regret it. (:
Find another one.....I am a long time Starbucks purchaser and this has got to be one of the worst in town. 9 out of 10 drinks are wrong or gross and it takes 10-20 minutes to get my order.
You pay for 16 oz but get 12 oz. I want to upload a picture for proof. I go to the same location every morning. I always take my lid off to check the contents and yes my cups have run short a few times but never this short. I won’t be returning.
At the drive-thru, every time I go, it takes me more than 20 minutes. It's unacceptable. I don't know if it's because of the time, but I always go at 7:30.Pm
If I could I would give this place negative zero! The young lady doing inventory with glasses was soooooo rude today after they messed up my order! She asked if I paid for the correct drink! Like excuse me!?? It was so bad I literally had to take time out of my busy day to write this review and call corporate! Disgusting behavior! She needs to find a new job or better CS training.
This location is clearly understaffed! Incredibly long lines and wait times even when you order ahead. The drink quality is hit and miss if the order is prepared correctly. Not sure why they opened this location to not staff it smh

Place was completely empty yet they refused to let my 11 yr old daughters use the restroom due to "new policy" even though I had just bought some coffee earlier. Horrible service. Will not come back. This happened 2/13 6:00pm Will not come back to this location
The most horrible customer service I've experienced. I had bad experiences here before but didn't really want to write reviews, but last night was the last straw. I went in for the free coffee and the girl on the drive through was very condescending in her voice and also, she told me I had to pay extra for the flavor and the creamer when I had five family members that went to get their coffee at other locations and sent me their orders and they did not get charge for the basic flavor and creamer. It was ridiculous because why in the world would I want a BLACK COFFEE WITH NO FLAVOR OR CREAMER???? it was ridiculous. It definitely turned me off to return to this location and to starbucks in general, I have cut starbucks out of my routine and decided to go to Dutch brose instead. I obviously left because what the heck!! You want to give me a black iced coffee plain, I understand you have to pay for the other expresso beverages and other fancy flavors but I know MANY MANY people that got their 3 pumps of flavor and creamer at no extra charge. Why do we know this information because many people made sure to post it on their social media to let others know.

This was my local Starbucks for a period of time until I moved from the area in February of this year. I came in almost every day before or after work to have my morning cappuccino or work on my school projects. The Starbucks is located in a less affluent part of town, so unfortunately it attracts many patrons who are vagrant, mentally ill, and or people with diminished mental capacity. I've never experienced an issue with another patron in a Starbucks store until Tuesday, 06/25/24. I interact with the brand, purchase and tip almost every day. I wanted to handle this privately, but unfortunately I did not get the promised call back from the district manager, Stephanie. I received my order, tipped, and sat down. I had been in the store for approximately 15 minutes when a man approached and stat right next to me despite all the other chairs/tables being open on the sofa that sits in the middle of the store. The tables were all too close in general, and although I thought it was odd that he chose to sit right next to me despite the vacant seats, I did not make a big deal of it. I realize that not everyone comes from the same cultural background and people deal with issues that make social norms and cues difficult for them to understand. I slid down to another table to create more space between myself and the man, except when I slid over, he attempted to take over the table that I had just slid away from to sit closer. At this point, the man had taken over one large table, the table he was sitting at, and the table I had just moved from. Clearly, it wasn't registering with him, that I did not want him encroaching on my personal space. I placed his drink back on his table and slid the table I had left over to the other side of me leaving a gap between us. He began cussing and became verbally aggressive, but I continued to drink my drink and mind my own business. At this point, he attempted to slide the table he was sitting at into the empty space I created by moving a table. I realized that this man was either, not walking in the fullness of his mental health, mental capacity, or being a creep. He had not picked up on any of the non verbal cues I'd given, so I verbally stood my ground and told him that I did not want him sitting directly next to me. He immediately began to yell demanding I leave the store. I repeatedly pointed out the fact that he was behaving like a weirdo and had slid next to me three times, despite my moving away. As a woman, dealing with men who have no or low social skills/emotional intelligence can be incredibly scary and frustrating, but I did not back down. If he wanted to be a creep, the store would know about it. An employee named Amy came out from the back. Initially, Amy addressed the man. She was able to deescalate him, but she did so by pandering to him, telling him that she realized that he is a regular and that he needed to pick one spot and telling him to be kind to which the man responded by continuing to antagonize me, telling Amy that she needed to tell me to be kind. What?! I responded that I do not have to be kind to a man that is being a weirdo toward me in public. Amy then ran over with a mocking smile on her face and sat down next to me. I told her that I didn't need a talk about kindness and that I was literally minding my business before the man began to harass me. Rather than ask any questions about what happened, Amy attempted to get my name. When I wouldn't give it to her, instead of respecting that she craned her head around my table to look at my cup. When I moved the cup, she made a dirty facial expression and shook her head. She then repeatedly tried to advise me to "be kind" in a condescending way as if I'm a kindergartener. I repeatedly told Amy "No thank you" until she disengaged from her power struggle with me and walked to the back. The man continued to yell at me when I left the store 10 minutes later. No one intervened. Amy's approach was ignorant. She showed bias and encouraged me to "be kind" to a man who had been inappropriately toward me. Yikes!
