We had a wonderful dinner at Partage, made truly unforgettable thanks to our waiter, Daniel. From the very beginning, he was incredibly friendly, positive, and attentive to every detail. His energy was warm and engaging, and he made the entire evening feel relaxed and special. What really stood out was how thoughtful he was — when I asked if I could take a coaster with me, Daniel didn’t just say yes. He took it to the chef and came back with it signed, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. Moments like this define excellent customer service and genuine hospitality. I also want to highlight the cocktail “South of France” — an amazing performance and absolutely delicious. Beautifully crafted and balanced. Overall, this was an outstanding customer experience. Thank you, Daniel, and the entire Partage team for a truly exceptional evening. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely incredible experience! I celebrated my birthday at Partage and would totally recommend! Our server was so knowledgeable of everything they offer. The tasting menu was so unique and delicious. Truly felt like we were in France!!

It took 18 addresses across the nation and living in the most chaotic adventurous place on earth to both comprehend and value my peace and solitude. When I stop and think about this it always makes me smile. Everyone I encounter outside of sin city either finds it obnoxious and doesn’t understand what’s beyond the allure, or instantly gets it. One of the greatest features here is our airport. How it can effortlessly, and efficiently move masses of humans surrounded by the sounds of buzzing slot machines. Inside tip. The airport has the best odds in the slots IMHO. It also means your friends regularly pass through. Every year a mass of friends from around the country attend what has been termed the Super Bowl Vegas Shit Show. I help setup feasts. I’ve had Partage ( @partagelv ) on my list to take down since moving here. Everyone told me how amazing it was, and had the best foie gras in town. I’m always skeptical until I sample it myself. Not everything pricey equals outstanding value. I set up an event with one of my great friends from Midland Texas ( think Landman 😆 ), and this spot, absolutely crushed it. Everything I heard matched. Flawless service, great drinks, a wild array of flavors throughout the fixed price experience, and the chef was a legend. My buddy has a mushroom allergy too, and they accommodated it perfectly. I rarely eat French food, but when I do, a spot like this, blows my mind. 🎰🌻💀⏳ 🙈🙉🙊 #hough2026 #rubyist #aienthusiast #aspiringtriathlete #extremeownership

Partage is one of the best, if not the best, French restaurant in Las Vegas, awarded Restaurant of the Year in 2018. Reservations are a must. Partage is a special occasion, fine dining restaurant. The menu has three offerings: the five-course dinner for $120; the seven-course dinner for $150 or the Signature for $198. The individual courses are a surprise, revealed when the waiter brings them to the table and describes them in detail. Every course was unique and are rotated every month. The small courses compelled us to take small bites, study and discus the flavors — and savor the culinary moment. Some of the standout courses were the lobster roll, the Spanish octopus wrapped in Wagyu beef and the red snapper with a delicious crust. There was nothing we didn’t like. The atmosphere is elegant, refined and classy. The matradee’s French accent added to the ambience. And although each course is rather small, we left feeling satisfied.

Very French inspired food. We got the 5 course tasting menu and sat in the private dining area. (They don’t allow children after a certain time of night and it’s not geared toward kids at all so I would recommend not bringing anyone under the age of 10.) They have a selection of mocktails in addition to other drinks, which was great since half our party weren’t drinking. They change the menu monthly. Our tasting menu included a frog leg amuse bouche, a pumpkin soup (served in a real pumpkin- so cute!) and an incredible truffle croissant! There was also a yummy scallop in a citrus inspired broth, sable fish with an amazing leek salad. Quail leg and a “cordon blue” made with quail instead of chicken. There was a venison dish topped with foie gras with was outstanding, followed by a cheese course that had brie, endive, balsamic vinegar and candied nuts. Desert was apple inspired but the crust was by far the star of the show! And we got a couple little goodies at the end, fruit jellies and a yummy chocolate peanut butter mini pastry. Service 5/5, Ambiance 5/5 Food 4/5

I had heard great things about Partage for a few years now and finally decided to book up when we were in town for Super Bowl weekend. We had a table booked for 5:45 on Saturday and the restaurant was already busy when we arrived. The restaurant is tasting menu only and I decided to do the 9 course signature and my husband went for the 7 course. We both opted for wine pairings and went for the premium option. We thought was good value for the wines we were served, with the pours being very generous for a paired wine option, but we are big French wine fans. Understand that the menu changes every month but for our trip we enjoyed the following: 1. Beef Tartare Amuse Bouche - very tasty and the cracker it sat on really added to the dish. We were excited to get into the main food after trying this. 2. Dungeness Crab - this was actually the one slightly low point in the evening. The grapefruit gel was a little overwhelming, it could have just been a few small dots on the plate and that would have been enough. I also had a fairly large piece of shell in my crab (I understand this happens but given the size would have expected it to be caught). The crab itself though was delicious and very flavourful. 3. Squid Stuffed with Beef - this was quite a hearty fish course, with a lot of beef in the dish. If I am being critical the squid was ever so slightly overcooked (I am being picky) but all in all a good dish. 4. Duck Wellington - this dish was AMAZING! Everything on this dish was just perfect, down to the salad even being seasoned perfectly. Stand out dish of the night for us and should be a permanent fixture on the menu in some way. We both agreed that this was probably the best single dish we have eaten in the US. The wine pairing that went with it was great as well and complimented the dish nicely. 5. Foie Gras (signature only) - I love foie gras when it is done well and Partage knows how to do it. The foie gras was prepared well and the crispy sweetness from the apple was the perfect match. One of the best foie gras dishes I have had anywhere. 6. Fish Course - I forget the fish used here (I want to say halibut but can’t remember) but this was a very classic French dish done well. The fish was cooked well, the sauce had a nice sharpness to it and the fish croquettes were decedent and smooth. Nothing groundbreaking but a beautifully cooked dish. 7. Signature Course - The beef was cooked nicely but the dish was a little heavy on the garlic (and I am a garlic fan). Was ok but not what I would call signature dish worthy, just nice enough. 8. Meat Course - this was a well cooked piece of beef served with mushroom stuffed pasta. We did not enjoy the pasta (the dish didn’t need it and the flavours overwhelmed everything). Everything apart from the pasta was very well done though, with good flavours. 9. Cheese Course - this was a strong French cheese that was paired with pear and French baguette. Very strong flavour (far stronger than anything we have found in the US in our 3 years living here) but gave my husband his French cheese fix. 10. Deconstructed Crepe Suzette - I sound like a broken record but this was also delicious. Just the right amount of sweetness without being too overpowering. Surprisingly fresh and a really nice way to end the meal. We both agreed that this meal is the single best meal we have had in our time of living in the US. We are originally from the UK, and travelled to France regularly, and this ticked pretty much all the boxes for us (although my husband would have liked a classic cheese course where he picked a selection himself). The wines are all French as well so for us, who have a preference for French wines, it could not be more perfect. If you enjoy French food you have to pop Partage up at the top of your list of restaurants to try. The fact that they change their menu monthly as well gives you an experience to visit regularly. We already plan to visit again in May!

Still thinking about the unforgettable dining experience we had last night at Partage. This modern French restaurant doesn’t give you a traditional menu—you choose a 5, 7, or 9-course tasting journey, and then let the chefs surprise you. Each course was a beautifully crafted dish featuring incredible ingredients like foie gras, caviar, seafood, meats, and desserts. What made the evening truly exceptional—beyond the stunning presentation and flawless flavors—was how special they made us feel. The service was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. You could tell they put real care into making the entire experience feel personal and memorable. And the wine pairings? Absolutely perfect. Each glass complemented the dishes so well, elevating every bite and adding another layer of richness to the whole experience. Hands down one of the most delicious and unique meals I’ve ever had. If you’re in Vegas and looking for something extraordinary, Partage is a must.

Tips on my "Must Try" Vegas list. Seated at bar and was taken great care of by Ian and Jordan, who were both amazing! I got the 9 course tasting and 9 course premium wine pairing! The dishes were absolutely amazing and wine pairings were on point! I would highly recommend going there!

One of the best, if not THE best off-strip restaurants in Las Vegas. Chef Yuri’s food is outstanding; creative, flavorful and seasonally appropriate. Service is knowledgeable and friendly. Lastly, the price for their menu is very reasonable for the quality and such a better deal than any Strip restaurant.

Incredible tasting menu, 5 courses was perfect for us coming in not very hungry (could easily go 7+ had we been more hungry). Menu was super creative, cocktails were great, and staff were super welcoming.

Excellent taste combinations. The filet and cheese course was incredible. Wine pairings were about 90% very good, in my opinion. Overall a great experience.

This is an excellent Tasting Menu. I loved most of the courses, and I can see people loving the ones I wasn't in to :) I had dinner by myself at the bar, and the 2 bartenders were chatty and friendly and really made the experience excellent. So shout out to Allison & Jordan for talking about the food, other food, the drinks, other drinks and more while I ate. I didn't do a wine pairing, but I did get 2 cocktails and a glass of wine, all of which were by recommendation and definitely fit the whole evening. I will say that the beer selection was lacking :( Plenty of great spots in Las Vegas, perhaps putting a local beer on tap (or in cans) would be a nice addition. Outside of that minor complaint, feel free to check out the pix and if you want a "Reasonably" priced Tasting menu in Vegas, give this spot a try.

Refined French - I may be incorrect, but I get the feeling that they should be busier than they are. My guess is that it may be the location which is close enough to the strip and the locals population but is not exactly memorable until you start dining. A knowledgeable, talented group.

Partage (Review) Partage is meant for those looking for French fine dining that isn’t on the strip. Where they serve you their seasonal menu that changes every so often. If there is a special occasion or just feeling fancy, this is a good place for that. Just make sure you make a reservation prior or just hope to be lucky. My reviiew will be less based off the specific food as it may vary at the time you see this review. We ordered the 7 course meal along with the wine pairing. When eating at a place like this, don’t expect to leave completely full, unless you’re a light eater. If you’re into wine, they also have a good list of wines and can even offer pairings to your mea You’re mainly here more for the experience and tasting the food in a more artistic approach. Viewing the dishes as a visual specular as well as enjoying the different types of flavors they choose to present to you. The service is truly amazing as the server we had knew everything about each dish and each wine that was served to us. The way the server explained everything was also like a performance within itself as well. The area is dimly li as there are a few table lights and some low watt lights against the wall. This helps make this restaurant more intimate as it seemed like a lot of people here may have been on a date. Overall, the place is pricey but definitely worth the experience. I’d suggest to choose a special occasion, but also make sure you have a reservation.

Perfect place for a surprise birthday dinner with the best friends. Our waitress kindly explained the dishes, er ... artwork from the chef. The drink menu is a must. The 5 course was plentiful and the deconstructed snickers needs to be a frequent repeat.

Exceptional experience. Top level tasting menu; creative and very well constructed. And the premium wine pairing was excellent. The wasabi crusted frog legs (appetizer), egg, mushrooms, greens and bacon (appetizer), beets and lobster (appetizer), Australian lamb (meat course) and dessert course were very memorable dishes, but really the entire experience is one we will remember for a long time. One of our favorite restaurants of the year.

Amazing experience! Did 7 courses- loved that we were surprised every time when a new plate came out. The servers went above and beyond. The guy refilling our water watched like a hawk. So many nice and genuine people working here. Even the hostess took our photos and was sweet and polite.

Partage consistently delivers a genuinely outstanding, modern French dining experience in Las Vegas. The restaurant's dedication to technical perfection, artistry in presentation, and exceptional service fully justify its reputation and high rating. Our recent visit showcased the meticulous tasting menu, which was executed with the same flawless precision we've come to expect. Every dish was superb, demonstrating masterful command over classic French flavors. The quality of the ingredients and the complexity of the sauces were evident and thoroughly enjoyable. The service, as always, was polished, warm, and highly attentive, ensuring a seamless flow throughout the entire dinner. As returning patrons, we must note a high degree of flavor consistency across the central courses from this visit compared to our previous experiences. While the quality remains undeniably five-star, the specific flavor profiles and culinary themes felt largely unchanged. For a restaurant of this caliber, a greater sense of rotational novelty or culinary evolution would significantly elevate the experience for frequent guests. Nevertheless, the standard of food and service remains so exceptionally high that Partage unequivocally deserves its 5 out of 5 stars designation.

What a great place to celebrate our birthday dinner! My girly friend and I ended up getting the 7 course tasting menu. Every bite was beautiful; it was hard to decide which course/s was our favorite. Wondering if the cheese course is worth it? Yes, yes it is. You need to get it. They change the menu monthly. Even though I don't do fancy often, I'm totally enticed to come back sooner than later. Also, the bar serves the full tasting menu (only) which is a wonderful option for solo diners.

Wow. This place is a vibe. The food is super cool because of their unique take with their dishes and ingredients. The vibe is very luxurious — definitely recommend for a nice date or to celebrate an occasion. I’d love to come back and try some of their other seasonal dishes.

Went for the tasting menu with the wine pairing - lots of influences - the Asian influenced lobster dish was sublime and may be a touch to o salty - the octopus and the dessert made it a memorable evening

We had the 7 course menu and really every dish was great. They also readily accommodated my wife's preference for well done meat and fish. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and they did an excellent job of informing us about each dish. I would say the atmosphere was elegant and fairly quiet, with soft music in the background. Definitely worth a visit.

By far one of the best food experiences in my lifetime. And who knew? Nonalcoholic Champagne? Real champagne! Chef and Partage team keep up the stellar execution! Don’t miss a visit to Partage! 5 stars are not enough! Dee serving of more stars and Michelin worthy.

Could Partage be The French Laundry of Las Vegas? It’s got my vote 👍 I recently dined at French cuisine style Partage mid week on a Wednesday. It was a treat of a dinner to celebrate a 25 year friendship. We chose the 7 course prefix menu option for $140 and a 5 wine flight pairing for $40. We also had a gin martinis to start. Total bill with a 20% tip was around $550. The atmosphere: to my surprise, it exceeded my expectation. Apparently, Partage had remodeled over the last year or so and expanded the interior dining area. The scene reminded me of a Napa Valley vineyard that offered high-end food and wine pairings. The food: each of the seven courses was a delectable adventure. The sizes were a few bites, which is to my liking, since I prefer to go out to eat to taste, not to eat to get full as they say. The menu items ranged a full spectrum from crab, salmon, pork, cheeses, and apple flavored dessert. Definitely something for the foodie in you. The wine: all the pours I recall, were French vintages, which seemed appropriate; although I wasn’t familiar with any of the brand names. They were all about quarter glass pours, quite lovely on taste on the tongue, and accentuated each menu item just right on the palette. The service: our French server was Virginia but spelled with an E at the end not an A. Other support staff were mostly French, which sometimes made you feel you were in Paris. They were all passionately serious about their craft and acutely knowledgeable about the wine that was paired with each dish. The service definitely well-rounded out the entire dining experience. Only drawback: the parking is rather challenging. Since the restaurant is off the strip and in Chinatown, there really is no good parking available. I would recommend getting dropped off for dinner. Overall I highly recommend Partage for a French style culinary experience that pairs with interesting wine, if that’s your thing. But be prepared to treat yourself and spend around $200 $250 a head.

TLDR: Partage is an excellent off Strip multi-course tasting experience with an excellent price point. If you are looking for a multi-course tasting hidden gem, then Partage is your place. This off Strip dining experience ranks up there, in my opinion, amongst the "big guns" on the strip. Having eaten at many chef's tasting menus across the world, many of which are Michelin star rated, this experience definitely hits the mark. The price point is excellent. For tonight's experience, my group & I opted for the signature 9 course meal with wine pairing, which for any other place would have cost the same amount for just the meal. Another option I found unique to this establishment was the fact that everyone in the group did not have to get the same level (number of courses). Many times at other places, everyone in the group must all get the same level. Definitely give this place a try.

Partage - An exquisite experience. The food - delightful, flavorful and unique dishes that don’t appear on your “regular” gourmet restaurant menu. The dishes were generous and we definitely did not finish the meal hungry. The service - top notch and professional. 10/10. All of the staff, lead by our server Virginie, were perfectly on point throughout the meal. Moreover, Virginie was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Atmosphere - lovely venue. The table is nice, comfortable and lit. AC was set properly as well. Price - somewhat expensive but worth it. 140$ for a 7 dishes tasting menu and 60$ for a 5 glass wine pairing. To summarize, dining at Partage was a great experience and I’ll be back undoubtedly !

Food is amazing! But my bestfriend went to town on the non-alcoholic drinks, so good! Right when you walk in you get greeted by a friendly hostess. We were a bit tardy because Friday night and we didn't anticipate the terrible traffic. We called the restaurant and they were super friendly! The ambiance is very pleasant, the decor, the plates and silverware are pretty. The lighting and furniture looks good. The overall experience is excellent! I highly recommend this place! The owner chef also came by to ask about our favorite, I'll definitely be back, show support! Thank you Partage staff!

We dined here last year and it was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had in Las Vegas. If Michelin was still giving stars out in Vegas, they would definitely have one. You would never guess by the location what you are walking into. Book the reservation, you will not regret it.

We've never heard of a French tasting menu before so this was definitely going to be an experience we won't forget. We mainly came due to Restaurant Week hosting, but I'm sad we didn't know about this sooner. Coming inside was very beautiful. Definitely sets the mood for what's to come. Showcasing all their wine at the entrance and inside was stunning. My husband and I don't drink a lot but we appreciate the display. We decided to go with the 7-course menu as I thought it wasn't too small or too big. I honestly believe the best way to experience this is really to take your time, not to rush as if it was a burger and fries. I definitely had a lot of Ratatouille moments when Remy had strawberry and cheese together! Each and every course was explained and how it should be eaten, which definitely enhanced the experience. Every waiter/waitress was superb! My husband can be a jokester and they took it like champs and played along! And every time we needed explanation on a certain dish they didn't hesitate at all. I also appreciate that they went over any allergies/concerns as I did have one. They also provided us recommendations on drinks for next visit (which we will definitely do!). In terms of drinks my husband thoroughly enjoyed the smoky old fashioned and I had a passion lavender which was very pretty and tasty! They change their menu every month so we are definitely excited to come back and try some more!

November 2025 The 12th dinner at Partage, which completes my silly but delicious goal of a year of tasting menus. Chose the 7-course offering ($150). Sensation delights from the amuse bouche, the baby brother of the Foie Gras dish from October's 9-course menu, swinging into the appetizers beginning with a tea sandwich of squid ink brioche and poached lobster, to the mains with peanuts and peppercorns punctuating the flakey snapper and the fantastic sesame crust on the juiciest tender duck, the sweet cute intermission of honeyed cheese complete with a wee nut-and-petal-winged "bee", ending with a dessert of pear three ways draped tableside in Guanaja chocolate, and the adorable mignardises. Sides and sauces were distinct, thoughtful flavor intensifiers. No less creative, Iann painstakingly crafted cocktails from twists on the White Negroni, to the molecular gastronomic very filthy martini using ingredients with a very fine pedigree, to his "Beergroni" topped with frothed Stella Artois, wrapping up with his Simple Indulgence which was anything but simple. Disclosure: of the four cocktails and glass of William Pear Brandy, two were comped. Value: So high for Chef Yuri's signature stamp which transforms food into whimsical yet filling creations, lovely desserts by Chef Ludovic, and Iann's bold cocktails. Service: Warm and informative, always making dinner a true complete experience. December 2024 Had Partage on my list for some time and finally decided it would be perfect to celebrate a couple of milestones. Atmosphere: Modern swank but approachable. The kind of venue where the ice cubes have tiny molded pedestals for gold-dusted garnishes but also a cheery wine-lined foyer/tasting area with barrel tables, and a semi-private banquet room with a logoed laser light show projecting onto the tabletop for those Instagram moments. Was escorted to what mixologist Matthew assured me was the second-best seat at the bar. After receiving introductions (Matthew, Jordan, Iann), water, menu book, and restaurant vision, had the difficult task deciding which cocktail (alcoholic all $19) to have first. Already had planned to order the Signature Tasting Menu ($180) and threw in the Black Truffle supplement ($40). Drinks (all awesome with lovely presentations)- The Golden Pepper: A zingy smoky sipper. South of France: Slightly sweet, slightly sour, garden fresh tasting. Bruschetta Tartine: Delivered on the intense impression that a rich toasted tomato sandwich had been transformed into a liquid. My favorite out of an outstanding field. Le Café des Îles: Partage's caramely citrusy take on the espresso martini. Food- As the menu changes once a month, I have to refrain from my usual excessive rundown of all the courses. BUT, every course was a showcase of unique flavor boosts and ingredient twists, and were sensorily fascinating. Portions were larger than tapas, each dish enough to enliven the taste buds and satisfy the belly, not wearing out its welcome. If I were forced to pick my favorites, these two would have to duke it out- Seafood course John Dory: not usually a fish fan, but this piece was so flaky tender and delicious, and Appetizer Lobster and Leek Ravioli, because not only was the super-stuffed pasta pocket a hearty salt/sweet flavor bomb, but, due to the colors, to me that dish resembled an alien spacecraft camouflaged on a forest floor. Also the happy beneficiary of the generous truffle supplement, which sent the savoriness into the stratosphere. Service: Impeccable and engaging. Milestone noted on my reservation was warmly acknowledged. Pace was deliberately and thankfully unhurried for maximum enjoyment of the meal. Thorough explanation of each dish and drink, and the menu provided at the end went beyond repeating just the course headings. Floor engagement by Chef Yuri Szarzewski all the way through the staff amplified the sensation that they want diners to be happy. Value: For sheer volume and creativity, well worth it. The whole experience at Partage was a delight.

Our experience at Partage was amazing. We tried the 5 course menu with the premium wine pairings and we added also the seared foie gras. Food and presentation was excellent. Our waiter Daniel was kind and knowledgeable and was giving us a very detailed description of the food. Honestly this experience at Partage was like taking a tour at the food Louvre and each of the item on the menu was a piece of art. At the end the chef personally came and wanted to make sure we enjoyed the food so thank you again chef Yuri! We’ll see you again!

Unbelievable!! Food was ridiculously flavorful and creative! Service was top notch. 👌 really clean and very nice atmosphere. I have wanted to try a mystery tasting menu, this was a crazy start! The waiters we had were beyond welcoming and very informative on the dishes as they came out. Food was easy 10/10 . Things I've never eaten and loved. Not a huge oyster guy,but one of my favorite bites was a type of raw oyster on top of a lemonish sorbet served in a hollowed lemon. Gotta be top 3 bites I've eaten! Some of the servings are full meal for most people so just pace yourself. I'm a big boy and I was beyond full. My dessert had a pre-dessert for instance lol. They are extremely generous for the prices! We had wagu beef, scallops, halibut, oysters,ox tail and duck all in one meal,it was unbelievablely worth every penny! The drink were extremely delicious and very inventive. I would fully recommend to anyone looking for a high end dinner in town!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! We have eaten at Partage a few times when in Vegas, and hands down, it is my favorite experience. The presentation and food are amazing, and the service is impeccable with knowledgeable wait staff and bartenders. We just hosted a company gathering for 24 here, and every person was floored with the food and drinks. The staff and bartenders made it such a wonderful experience for all of our guests, catering to their needs and individual requests with so much care. I would 100% recommend Partage as a must visit to anyone and everyone who comes to Vegas.

Amazing restaurant, if you are staying in vegas it's a must go to restaurant. The food was unbelievable, but the service was out of this world. This should be a Michelin star restaurant. Three options of tasting menus, 5, 7, and 9 courses. Cocktails both alcoholic and non-acoholic were outstanding. Again, I can't reccomend this restaurant enough.

Partage was an unforgettable dining experience! The food was absolutely AMAZING – every dish was beautifully presented, creative, and packed with incredible flavor. The menu was varied and kept us excited for each course. While the bar service was a little slow, the rest of the evening was flawless thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable servers. A special shout-out to our server, Daniel, who was fantastic and made the experience even better with his attentiveness and expertise. If you’re looking for a truly unique and elevated dining experience in Las Vegas, Partage is a must-visit!

Absolutely incredible experience at Partage! Every dish was a true work of art — the flavors were perfectly balanced, the presentation was immaculate, and you could tell how much care went into every detail. The service was just as impressive — warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. From start to finish, it felt like a fine-dining experience without any pretension. I left completely blown away and can’t wait to come back. A true gem!

We had a lovely dinner at Partage. We tried the 7 course dinner but instead of the cheese, we substituted it for another dish since I’m not a fan of goat cheese. The lobster course was delicious although the tempura was a bit soft - it tasted as if the frying oil wasn’t hot enough. The other part of the course was flavorful and unexpected and tasty - kiwi with the lobster salad sandwich. The octopus was good but a tad chewy and I didn’t really taste the wagyu on top but the sauce was delicious. The snapper was good but I had a little piece that was undercooked and the sinew was tough. But again the sauce was delicious although. I was getting quite full. The duck is excellent. The crackling on top is full of umami. The oxtail was the richest of them all with little slices of white bread. Truly decadent. The crepe with truffles, cheese, and some type of ham (i think) reminded me of a croque monsieur. The service is very well timed and felt just right. The staff work well with each other and are informative, attentive, and friendly. It’s hard to believe you’re inside a strip mall and the owners did a great job transforming the space. Overall, it’s excellent and I highly recommend it. The 7 course without alcohol was $150 per person. People do not have to order the same and there are options to upgrade etc.

Great food. Expensive. Food only $15-$195. We had three drinks from the Champaign bar for $95. Chef Yuri selected the food for us. From 5 course meal all the way to 9 course

Maybe I was expecting too much, but I don't think the food matches the price. Good food, but not exceptional. Yes, I do enjoy most dishes. Service was great. Wine pairing was great also. Thank you. The restaurant is in a strip mall. No view, of course. Seating was comfortable but nothing is fancy.

The service was impeccable, and excellent even for a high end restaurant. The atmosphere was also great. The cocktails were good and the wine list extensive. I loved that we didn't have to wait long between courses. However, the food just did not quite live up to the hype. Each course was unique and interesting, but a few of them looked better than they actually tasted. Hit or miss, with a few home runs and a couple whiffs. At the end of the day, I don't regret going and would recommend it for a unique experience.

The ambience and food of the restaurant were excellent. Service was good until the waiter pointed out “where” to add tips on the bill when I went to pay. I feel that waiters should never insinuate to clients they should add tips. It just comes off as rude to me, especially for a nice restaurant like this one.

Absolutely wonderful. A few of the dishes were a tad derivative, particularly trying to copy Heston Blumemthal's "meat fruit", but I was still very satisfied. A sharp contrast to their sister business next door that was laughably pretentious and absolutely awful

Recently ate her for their 6 course Valentine's Day menu. The food was good, but really only one of the six courses in our tasting menu really blew me away and it was the dessert. The service and the ambiance really soured the experience for me - it wasn't bad, but it didn't align with the $350 per person price tag. The pace of the service was frustratingly slow to the point where we spent more time with nothing in front of us rather than eating. The wait staff was friendly but very dry almost to the point of awkwardness, and we saw also tables get treatment that we didn't get (like the main course being brought out ahead of time to be shown prior to being cut for service). And again the ambiance wasn't bad, but I don't know about you but I don't think I want to be listening to Taylor Swift play overhead while having a meal of that caliber. I don't regret going, but once was enough. I don't see myself going again. Sadly, it just didn't live up to the hype, especially since a lot of people are tapping this place for a Michelin star when the guide comes back to Vegas this year.

I don't understand the high ratings. Please read a few of the 1 and 2 star ratings... there is a theme here and this was our experience at Partage. We had the Signature Menu - 9 courses with wine paring. The wines were all excellent but unfortunately the food overall really missed the mark for a place that is trying to be a 5 star tasting menu / multi-course menu type restaurant. If you've ever had the fortune, as we have, to dine at truly 5 star tasting menu restaurants like Alinea in Chicago or French Laundry in Yountville then you'll know what I mean. I won't go through each course we had, there were several that we liked but wouldn’t say they were special, the rest seemed like experiments in flavor combinations that didn't quite work. I would describe their attempt at haute cuisine as amateurish. But to be fair, we were told by one of the wait staff that the restaurant picks the wines first and then the chef works to create dishes that pair with the wines. If this is true, this is typically done the other way around and maybe this is why their food is disappointing... you just can’t successfully create dishes to go with wines as well as you can pick wines to go with dishes. Regardless, my advice is save your money and dining experience for any of the dozens of world class restaurants on the Vegas strip.

I am really surprised by all the great reviews for Partage because our experience was a complete disappointment across all fronts- portions, flavor, service (somewhat). The only logical reason that I can think of is perhaps the fact that their menu changes frequently and we just happen to try the one which wasn't great (Japanese cuisine inspired). Partage provides 3 tasting menus- 5, 7 and 9 courses. Each menu can be paired with one of the two types of wine pairings (regular and premium). Oh, and each person in the group can opt for different tasting menus which is very convenient. We were told by our server that the 9 course tasting menu was very filling as their portion sizes are generous (not american portions but generous) so one of us opted for the 5 course and the other for the 9 course tasting menu. This was strike one- their portions are small (yayyy fancy dining). The only big portion was the dessert 🤣. The food itself was very bland and their signature dish was in fact the biggest disappointment of all. The oxtail croque monsieur was very greasy. For what its worth, the meat and the seafood were cooked really well and that was the only saving grace. Now, let's talk about the service. Our server was very knowledgeable and did a great job of proving details about each dish and the corresponding wine pairing. But aside from that the service was a bit intrusive and annoying. We were constantly being asked if we liked the dish (sometimes twice for the same dish). Her overenthusiastic approach of "selling" each dish before it arrived, was also unnecessary. In the beginning it did get my hopes up but after the reality set in, we knew better. 😔 The premium wine pairing was okay. Some wine pairing were decent and some others missed the mark. It felt more like a regular pairing. FYI, the premium wine pairing includes wines that arent listed on their menu. And you get 10% off if you buy a bottle of one of those wines. Overall, it was a very expensive dining experience for a subpar (even below that) experience.
