A beautiful place, highly recommended, always packed with people. The interior layout is very attractive, starting with a balcony overlooking the crowds below, continuing with the bar and then descending into the various rooms below. The drinks are excellently made with top-quality ingredients. They have a wide variety of beers on tap (8 if I'm not mistaken). The only downside is the service, consisting solely of one waiter (for an internal capacity of about a hundred people, plus the outdoor terrace). Being alone, this affects the pace of the place (if it's crowded, your drinks take a long time to arrive) and his mood, often irritable and rude (typical prima donna).

If it were a weekday, I can understand, but I definitely don't understand why there's no one there on a Saturday night... even if no one is there, they make you wait at least 20 minutes for a drink. Come on, it's all good, but these things are fundamental. This is a spectacular location.

I've been a customer for years, and now they even ask me for ID for a glass of wine. They take your order, and even if the place is empty, you have to wait at least 30-40 minutes. If you ask them where your stuff is, they get really pissed off. This year, they've really had a professional downturn, not to mention the cleanliness, with the tables all sticky from spilled alcohol. At least there are some games to play, and you get to spend an evening that's different from the usual boring pub.

Nice place, incredibly slow to deliver any order, no matter how simple. 35 minutes to deliver two bottles of beer and a water, and over an hour and a quarter for three schnitzel sandwiches. We left without paying for the sandwiches, which, given the hour, we didn't eat, and out of spite, they gave us the wrong change. Terrible, highly discouraged!
