Great food and friendly staff
We love we always buy there
Good food and fair prices
Very fresh, I had enough food to make a plate the next day. Nice staff and great customer service.
Great food, nice staff, good experience.
Great staff, food wonderful, and service great. Everything I have had has been great.
Quick and good flavor. I like the way they prepared their tofu as well.
Absolutely amazing food, clean, more natural then others and awesome people 🙂
They are nice and quick and delicious food with competitive prices!
Food is delicious! And delivery is fast and food is hot.
We order here all the time and we never have a problem!
Great food that tasted so fresh and fast delivery
Good food and good service stop by after work every once in a while,
Love this place. Great food and prices.
Great prices, very clean, good food.
Wish they had really hot sauce and chop stick
Wonderful food and great service!
Good food and quick carry out.
Worth the visit, very good food.
Great food!!! The best in the area
I just love their food.
Best lunch deal around! Entry & choice of soda, egg roll, or soup $4.95 ~ cheaper than fast food and delicious. Not the best atmosphere to dine in but excellent delivery service. Food is always hot and delicious!
Although I don't often get to stop in and enjoy Chinese on my lunch break, when the opportunity provides itself this is a preferred stop of Choice. Customer service is always speedy and courteous. The location isn't bad for the area.
I don't know why there was such mixed reviews on this place... I went today for lunch and the food was fresh, hot and very good. I sometimes have a hard time eating Chinese food cause it gives me a headache and makes me feel yucky afterwards but I didn't get any of those side effects at all. I will definitely be returning 😊
We have ordered from here couple times. Always been promoted and food is pretty good. Price seems to be competitive to the other chinese place. Would recommend
Me and my girlfriend order from here all the time there always nice to us even if we eat in there chicken wings and ragoons are amazing and the food is always fresh A MUST ORDER.
$5.95 lunch special is a steal. Friendly enough service. If you're in the area (probably for the battlefields), and you like Chinese food, grab lunch to go from here.
First time ordering food here. Everything was cooked very well, fresh. Will be coming back.
This is Dec. 1, 2021 pm, I don't know who's cooking tonight but the best food I've ever gotten from there. Thank you.
Never had bad food here in 7 years. Always consistently ready in 10 to 15 minutes.
They have the best General Tso's we ever had anywhere! They get the order perfect every time and they are so nice 👍😊
Food is always very good, especially for the price. They have the cheapest Chinese food I’ve ever ordered from. Delivery is prompt and polite. Do not order the chow mein if you are expecting noodles. I was expecting chow mein to be noodles because that’s how I’ve gotten it from other restaurants before but they do not make it that way here, which is completely fine. It just wasn’t what I was expecting.
Delicious food, the lady at the counter there is very nice
This restaurant is very good! They cook their food perfectly, the give great service and they always make you feel welcome, if these three things aren’t what every restaurant needs to be considered amazing, I don’t know what is!
Great food. Good prices. Best Chinese spot in the area
This is my 2nd Review for Tops. After 4 years of living here and ordering I am still very satisfied with the service, quality and portions. We are always happy with our orders and grateful they deliver.
*Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5)* Tops China is a local gem! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served fast. Portions are generous, and the sesame chicken is a must-try. Perfect for quick takeout or an easy dinner, consistently excellent!
Idk why there are so many poor reviews. My family eats from here faithfully and they never disappoint like many other places. Its always good, the service is quick if you order pick up. If you order carry out, they are very transparent about delays in delivery time but the food is still hot and fresh. The prices are also very decent for chinese food.
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over a decade and am always 100% satisfied. My favorite dish is #72 in the current menu, Chicken w/Pepper and Tomato 😋
Tops China is out go-to for Chinese food in Locust Grove. Have been ordering for several years and the food is always spot-on and outstanding. Online ordering and food is generally delivered in 30 minutes. Special kudos to the cooks and delivery folks.
We have ordered from Lin's locally for awhile mainly because they delivered. We ordered today from Tops and was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! I stopped ordering sweet and sour chicken from Lin's due to the grizzleb but tried it at Tops. Fantastic! We all commented how great it was and they delivered! Loyal customer now!
There is only one thing I thoroughly enjoy as a Chinese dish, and that is pepper steak with onions, green peppers, served with tasty white rice. Tops China, in my opinion, is the place to go, or have delivered if you are local. The price is reasonable; quality is fantastic, the staff is always friendly, and they must have the fastest delivery service ever! I used to go to another place, but their quality changed BAD! I am so happy Tops China could keep one on my comfort foods local.
Only use it as take out
Good Food Priced Right!
food was not as good as befor
It was ok but not the best
Normal Chinese restaurant but always ready on time, extras included.
good shrimp 🦐 roll.. only 1 shrimp.. but it was still good.
Really good food, nice service.
Food was good, hot and fresh.
Enjoyed a nice take-out lunch from this place yesterday. Delicious Gen. Tso chicken and veg. fried rice was made to order and came up hot n tasty! Don't wait for delivery.
We were driving from Fredericksburg and made a stop to get food for the road. We were not expecting much, but the food was better than expected. We ordered takeout and saw many others pick up also so can’t speak of a dine-in experience
A great place to eat and order from. Make sure you ask the price after ordering in the phone, however. It might surprise you. Don't get blind-sided. Ask me how I know! Excellent food, though!
Seemed good, it was prepared quickly, the person I delivered the food to loves the food.
We live out in the sticks and the fact that Top's will deliver to us is nothing short of a miracle. Their egg foo young is really yummy and we've been generally pleased with the food and service. delivery times have been surprisingly fast.
Most people around here prefer Lins... not me! Tops food is way tastier. Maybe because I'm from NY but it tastes like home. Only a few things missing from the menu and no bullet proof glass but sooo good
Love their food great staff. But website sucks. Been ordering from here for years & all of sudden the website seems to say can't find my account or the info is unavailable. Love the convenience of the website & delivery, but I guess it no longer working.
My "go to" for Chinese food in the area. I recommend the steamed dumpling, steamed shrimp with mixed veggies, egg foo young, bourbon chicken, house special soup, hot and sour soup, egg rolls. Good prices, good service.
It's a basic takeout place. The food quality is okay, the portion size for the price is good. The cleanliness of the store leaves a lot of room for improvement. The service makes up for that. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and wasn't turned away.
Pretty good, standard American/Chinese food. I've never had a bad experience but it won't knock your socks off either. We order from here every other month or so. Completely acceptable.
I like this place. The broccoli and beef from the lunch menu is great and I love their sharp sour soup with crispy noodles. My wife and mother-in-law love the Orange chicken. I've never had a bad meal here and have been going there for six years.
It wasn't bad but wasn't the greatest either. Was really hungry after driving a long time and it did the job.
Foods pretty good no complaints
Disappointed in who fixed chicken chow mein at 3pm, today 8/20/21. Mostly large chunks chopped over cooked cabbage. Very little chicken and it was large pieces or celery. Have had great before. Wish that cook would teach the others.
Extensive menu offers lots of choices but quality of food is below average for Chinese restaurants in Culpeper. That's not saying much because in my humble opinion, NONE of the Chinese restaurants in Culpeper are very good, and I've eaten at all of them since Asian cuisines are my favorite and I'm always looking for good ones.
I gave this place 3 stars because the service was great, and the delivery was fast. The crab rangoon was horrible though, couldnt eat it from how hard they where. The general chicken was dark meat which was ok for me but my husband not so much. Its normally made with white and taste much better that way. The white rice was great, fried rice was gross, no flavor and tasted off. Good prices though. I'll try another Chinese place next time.
refried egg rolls tough to shew, fried rice old ,
Some of the worst Chinese I’ve ever had I’m gonna leave it at that.
They should have a more specific menu on their web site, I mean, each platter should have the ingredients info so people like us (vegetarian) can see if they have vegetarian friendly food
Egg rolls are good the pepper steak was ok but the sauce was not very good it was thick consistency and didn't taste well
Cheap food not very good thow better than fast food.... takeout and dinning in service is terrible, but not a whole lot of choices in the area on Sunday so we still eat there...
My Kung Poa Chicken would have been great if I was vegetarian. It started off bad with the rude guy on the phone and went down hill for there.
Took over an hour to get our food. It was cold. My bourbon chicken was gross. My two year old wouldn't eat it. He got a small order of chicken and broccoli. The amount of chicken in the dish was small....he ate it all, and hes not a big eater. I wont order from here again. I’m putting an update as it’s been several years. This place is OK. (Sometimes) I’ve had delicious food from here and food that has gone straight to to trash. It’s not consistent. When it’s good, it’s good. When it’s bad it’s BAD. There’s another Chinese place down the street that’s constantly good. We go there now.
I got food tonight because i was craving general tos chicken so i tried this place the crab rangoons where a 5 star but everything esle tasted burnt if i lived closer or tryed the food there I would have definitely asked for my money back besides for the Crab rangoons ...place is clean but would never go back
Been eating here for over five years. Love it. They aren't afraid to make it spicy when it's supposed to be spicy. I just want to update. I've been eating here at least once a month for over seven years. I would put this food up against any competitor in Fredericksburg or Culpeper. Solid Chinese restaurant. Update 2024. When it's good, it's really good. But sometimes I was throwing away entire dishes that nobody would eat. It was very inconsistent and I got tired of wasting money on food that ended up in the trash. I go to Lins now and don't have this problem. I still go to the one in culpepper. That one is very good.
Very nasty and had a dead cockroach in the food
We got leftovers dried hard rice
I try this place few thing now yes they are cheap but the food suck. I will not order here again..
Driver refused to delivery to me because tip I added wasn't enough and he said gas too high and tip was not enough
It was so bad I had to throw it away. Slimy beef, soggy pot stickers, flavorless chicken. Not good at all.
Orange Chicken was NOT cooked all the way, and when I called they said it "just came out of the fryer."
Worst food and service. We order Chicken Chow Mein and they deliver chicken with cabbage with no flavor. I called and complained and the owner started to scream at me that I made the mistake and she was not going to replace or delivered anything. Stay away from this place. There are better places around.
When Top’s China opened many years ago we tried it and didn’t like it but couldn’t remember why. Decided to give it another try tonight and the food was awful. The fried rice had no flavor and tasted weird. The hunan chicken was bland and the chicken chow mein was awful. Will not be going here again. Lin’s Garden down the street is much better.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. We spent over $40, and the Kung Po chicken was nothing but peanuts, baby corn and green pepper. No actual chicken, but bits of chicken (maybe less than 1/4 cup). The crab ragoon was tasteless and tiny, the shrimp toast smelled odd & was burnt, and the fried rice was a major disappointment.
Ordered chicken with broccoli but it was more like just broccoli and a bit of chicken the sauce was chunky which I’ve never seen at other restaurants before and it was slightly warm but not hot like it would be freshly made first and last time I order here
The food is total rubbish I ordered shrimp with broccoli and they gave me a sauce all ligosa and ice terrible food don’t fool people
I ate there today. Now Im pretty sure I've got food poisoning Food didn't taste right.it was disgusting.shrimp toast was burnt.will never eat there again .
Soup and main dish never spicy, bland food served in plastic containers . I'm allergic to plastic. Really poor service. Can't even get a chop stick . SMH .
Really awful! Food is not good and I found a piece of metal brillo pad in my food. Tried them one last time because Lin's Garden was closed. NEVER again!! Just added insult to injury.
Placed an order for pickup at 9 o clock, got the confirmation order number & went to pick up 15 minutes later but all the lights were off & it was closed. Tried calling the place, but no answer. I’ll be calling tomorrow whenever they decide to open.
Picked up food for my family here. There was a young boy (10?) that was helping himself to rice from the giant rice cooker to eat, which seems like it’s a health code violation, and the woman that assisted me was washing her face in a sink when I walked in and never cleaned her hands before helping me. Food wasn’t good-Lemon Chicken was overcooked and dry, cashew chicken was bad, and we paid extra for fried rice as a side instead of white and it was NOT fried rice-it was Just yellow? Lo Mein was pretty good but overall unsanitary and not good dishes. Too bad because if they got their act together, we’d be frequent customers.
So I ordered a Sweet and sour chicken, asking for white rice. I thought it would be simple... Nope, both orders that asked for white rice got this pork fried rice... I said please even... Not happy having to make my own rice and waiting even longer just to have the meal I wanted and apparently paid for.
Not just a disappointment but a ripoff. Ordered Scallops with Garlic Sauce. What I got was a dish full of broccoli, peppers, carrots, onions, baby corn and a spoonful of diced scallop which barely amounted to the meat of one scallop. The entree was listed on the menu as spicy, but I think they left that out with the scallops they forgot to put in. Definitely will NOT order again.
It was slow and the food was terrible. My crab Rangoons were tough like they had been over cooked. My bourbon chicken was dry and tasteless, and my pork fried rice tasted like wet card board... a waste of 20 dollars
The fried rice was extremely bland. The chicken had no flavor. Only ate a few bites and threw it in the trash
Burnt tasting food in a burnt tasting wok. Food was inedible, and there were so many onions in the fried rice. I think I could’ve counted more onions and grains of rice. The lo mein was overcooked mushy. Everything just had an old burnt unclean wok taste. Literally 40 dollars worth of food straight to the trash. Will not be returning.
Worst Chinese food I've ever had. Completely unedable. Order from somewhere else. Combination fried rice was absolutely disgusting. Never, ever again!!!
Beware food will make you sick. The overused oil and charge extra for chili oil. Spent over $50 on food and wanted to charge $1 per chili oil.
We ordered for pick up. The food was cold, the chicken was stringy and chewy, and the shrimp tasted like it was old. Was VERY disappointed. We threw the rest away.
I would give them a 0 if I could. The food was not even edible. The cashew chicken had no chicken. It was cashews carrots and celery. The bourbon chicken had the texture of jerky. The fried rice, was glue like and clearly not fried rice. The white rice was too dry to eat. It was not edible, I threw it away and cooked a frozen pizza. I don't understand how this place is in business.

Esta confiabilidad construye lealtad y convierte a los clientes ocasionales en asiduos.
