They have been polite and gentle and kind every single time. I’ve pulled up to get a delivery into my car. They have yet to even miss the time and the quality their ingredients are no match compared to other pizza joints and in fact, I’m waiting for them to make a mistake so I can go out and enjoy other pizza. Still by far the best especially for the price.

They usually have the pizza ready fast but recently they have been slacking with new workers. I understand they get paid low but the mistakes should be few. I recently had ordered through the app and the driver accidentally delivered my pizza to a different customer which isn't a big deal but they immediately didn't make one right away. It took them some time to recognize the fact that I was waiting for 20 minutes. Like c'mon guys. Anyway I still like the place. Hopefully they improve in the future.

Tracker says its ready,get to the store. They tell me 10 15 minutes. Really frustrating.

The pizza was dry with little cheese. We ordered spinach, and the whole pizza had 6 pieces on it. I basically got two large crackers. Oh, and as a bonus, it was burnt. This means it got pushed back because they did not clear the cooked ones before it out of the way. Don't do it!

Unfortunately, I will not be ordering our business lunches from this Location. Online order showed $164 Our credit card was charged $278. Simply awful business practices. Simply unfair, simply unprofessional. They lost our $1200 monthly business.

WARNING save your money! I’ve never had such a poorly made pizza, LOOK for yourself on this deep dish I just ordered. The whole thing is RAW. The very little Cheese would melt better in a microwave!!! Tomato sauce is pasty dry, the bread is white dough. Meaning either 1) the ovens DO NOT cook to standard HEALTHY levels OR 2) the employees are shoving them down the oven belt to spit them out faster either to push more product out quickly so they can go home faster (as most late night fast food workers do) This could be a huge issue if someone gets sick from poor food handling practices especially with the meat and dairy products. Do risk your health by ordering from this place! Important message to supervisors, I know it’s hard to make employees care about their job but it’s time you cut the “lazy/cutting corners” types out if you want customers to keep buying your products.

I've been ordering from this location for a couple years and have frequently had mistakes on orders (mostly orders placed online I'm not sure how toppings keep getting forgotten, especially when you pay extra to have a topping added) usually I ignore it and move on but I recently ordered a pizza and payed 2 dollars extra for some hot sauce to be added. They forgot the hot sauce. I decided to call to see if they could make me another order with the hot sauce, without the extra topping charge to make up for it. But it was impossible to even talk to anyone I called 4 times over the course of an hour and was hung up on 3 times before I could even explain why I was calling. The fourth time the phone rang for 5 minutes and then was clearly picked up and hung up immediately. I've now wasted more than 15 minutes trying to contact them. Incredibly disappointed with the customer service.

On Google, the store time is 12AM and When we went there at 10:30PM they said the take out service is only till 10:00PM. So, what's the meaning of keeping store open till 12:00AM? What do they offer between 10:00 and 12:00? No dine in no take out🥲
