Pleasant staff. Super fast service, went the extra mile.

I love their garlic white sauce for the pizza instead of the red sauce for two reasons: first, it’s delicious. Second, I no longer get heartburn from eating pizza! But seriously, I eat waaaaaaayyyyy too much pizza since I discovered this delectable white garlic sauce! Their pan pizza is to die for. OMG I’m going to get fatter and fatter the more I go on about it. Sorry Domino’s, your pizza is totally delicious, but I’ve got to stop eating it!!

I actually was prepared to be disappointed but this particular store has been very good. Hot pizza with no air bubbles, lots of cheese and great sauce with cold drinks and fast delivery. That really is all I could ask for and for the best price. I've tried other delivery pizza and was disappointed. I wasn't with this particular store. I was impressed enough to write this review.

Pizza was delicious hot and so good!! Love Dominos pizza. They are very courteous to customers. Picked up pizza and we were early so we waited in our car before you know it they brought it to our car and put it in the back seat!!

Order missing 1 or more items 2nd Time. Called the store, store mgr didn’t handle the situation professionally. I highly recommend dominos to retrain it’s staff specially managers to handle such situations. Hint: Pizza Hut just closed across the street otherwise I would rather have a pizza from Pizza Hut.

They didn’t have my order ready even though the app that I ordered it on stated that it was complete At 3:32pm. When I informed them they said it wasn’t going to be ready for another 10 min. I’ve had experience before where the employee will click the “ready” button before the pizza is even ready so that they look good on the computer system. Will not return to this lomita location.

Always takes more than 30 minutes to have carry out pizza ready. I placed a delivery ordered and 45 minutes passed and they said it would take an additional 30 minutes to arrive. Pizza hadn’t left the store. Never again.

Honestly I have been debating to write this review since I like Dominos Pizza and waited for at least a week. But given their unacceptable and unprofessional response, I decided to write it up. The behaviors, language and manners of people working in this store, specially those who call themselves managers or supervisors are so bad and unacceptable that I have a hard time even explaining. On December 10, the store was apparently too busy and couldn't deliver after about 1 hours (Well that sometime happen). I called the store and someone how introduced himself as manager promised to deliver right away. About 30 min later, the online status shows it is still not delivered, so I called again and asked for the same manager. Well, I was transferred to someone else with clearly different voice. Apparently two supervisors with the same name. This time, this guy told that I should stop calling when they are so busy. When I asked to cancel the order, he hang up the phone. I called again, and I was put on hold for another 30 min. While waiting, I used my cellphone and called, well no hold and someone answered. When I introduced myself, another person told me that he is cancelling the order, I should get my money back in two to three days. Well After a week, and multiple complains, I got an apologetic phone message from another so called supervisor. I called him back and told him I appreciate his response, but I have not got my money back yet. He promised to check on that and call me back, but never did. Few days later I called again and another supervisor named Eric told me that he is unable to refund me and refuses to call his managers. This store is managed in the worst possible way I could ever imagine.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Had to cancel my order since there were employees including the cook without a mask. In the middle of a global pandemic, this is simply unacceptable! When I asked the manager why his employees were not wearing a mask he responded that “they had ran out, but that his cook was not breathing on the pizzas and that he washes his hands” . His ignorant and illogical response are extremely unacceptable for costumers who are trusting on a company to hold their employees to high standards! Will never order from this store again!

Paid for our order 2 hours ago for pickup and when I went to pick it up and they had never made the food. After asking why they said our previously paid for order will now be a walk in order and take 45 minutes. Upon returning to my car to wait they cancelled the order completely without refund. Utterly unprofessional and an embarrassment to the dominos chain

This was the worst that I've ever been here. I was told my pizza would be ready in 20-30 so I left my house after 30 min. When I got there, I was still waiting another 20 min got cold pizza and seen someone making a pizza without glove touch his hair and proceed to make pizza with no hand washing. Will definitely not come here again

To complete the order from beginning to end, approx. 2 hours. When I called the store the caller informed there was only one driver and the order's from the app. Were incorrect on the tracking. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager she informed there was non available. When I asked to speak to someone in charge she denied and when I asked for her name she refused by saying and I quote, I will take the fifth amendment. End quote. Then when I asked if that was her final answer she cut off the call. I tried to call two more times and no one answered. I believe they have a caller I.D. this person that took the call is brave but dumb to reply the way she did. Part blame is for the person training, other is the owner for not paying attention to the previous comments. Driver Rogelio apologized for the delay and the person on the phone.

I don't know why I keep coming here. I called my order in at 5:16 and the cashier even said my name at the end of the call when she confirmed the order. Here I am here to pick up my pizza and no one greeted me when I walked into the store even though there was someone at the counter on the phones taking orders. He never looked up. After 5 minutes someone comes from the back and ask my name and leave me standing at the counter never saying anything. So I ask someone else to help me he's goes to the computer and then tell me that my order was never placed. What the heck? Then someone else comes to the front ask my name and number again then asks me to place my order again. After she verified the number that I called to place my order was this location . I soooooo tired of the unprofessionist here. No one apologized or any thing. This is the last time I'm coming here. The service sucks .

In this experience I ordered pizza at 6:56pm and didnt get my pizza until 8:37pm. I think I deserve a refund for waiting over 1.5 hours and for having to deal with this situation. Here is what happened. Today i ordered 2 pizzas and one was a wrong pizza. I called them and they try to say oh well can we send a free one on your next order? Wait what? i dont want to eat this pizza you sent me that I didnt order. I dont like its topping hence why I customized my own pizza. i want to eat what I ordered. The fact they didnt immediately say they are bringing my correct pizza right away is embarrassing. but it gets better. they never show up with my correct pizza and I HAD to call an hour later asking where my pizza is and they legit say "ya we have your pizza here, do you still want it?" are you kidding me? you just have my pizza sitting there? no thought to maybe BRING IT TO ME? And when I FINALLY get the pizza you can tell it's been sitting for at least 30min. It was mildly warm. Not hot how it should be. And I never got a call throughout this experience. This Domino's is a joke, waited 1 hour plus, no food, one driver, the driver took all of the food at once (as in cold food if and when delivered), all they could do was to cancel the order and while canceling the order 2-3 more calls were coming through (only to assume that they were canceling as well). This Dominos location sucks, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and trust me I don't do bad reviews (well I do but not on this level) This location has royally f*d up with staffing and online orders. I think I'll stick with pizza hut for now on. F* this place.

How is this place in business ? Over 90 minutes and no pizza delivered. On top of that, they don't answer their phone so i can follow up on the order. I been holding 14minutes, 11 seconds so far and they don't pick up.

This place has delivered pizza over 90mins late in the past and gave me the wrong. I decided to give them an other chance. My pizza said it was delivered but didnt arrive till 5mins after it said it was delivered. The pizza was cold, basically no cheese on both. They place has the laziest workers around. Go elsewhere.

The kid who manned the register on 5/7 at 1845 was rude when I asked about when my order was estimated to be ready. Apparently plates are no longer available at dominos locations? To quote, “We don’t carry plates at dominos man.”

This is weird. I gave my card and the credit card machine is there. Instead of using the credit card machine, why did they type my credit card number in the computer, along with the code at the back? I wasn't also required to sign a receipt. This is not proper protocol, I'm keeping a close eye on my bank account just in case. I'm a little paranoid when it comes to these things, and I'm very good at remembering people. I hope this is just nothing.

Poor customer service. I should have read the other reviews before attempting to contact this location by phone. The man that answered the phone spoke for a minute or 2 then left me on hold for half an hour... (28 minutes and 7 seconds according to my call log). Finally I was taken of hold, but they hung up the phone immediately...

Today 10/11/2021 I ordered 2 pizzas for national pizza day and ate some slices with my family and we discovered something very bad on the pizzas. They had the cheese and 2 toppings on each pizza but very, very little to no sauce on the pizzas I am very disappointed and shocked that the cook allowed these pizzas to be cooked with hardly any sauce on them not that good at all! 😱😵😠👎🏼👎🏼

Only rated 1 star because I cannot give them zero. Customer service was terrible. Management would not honor the coupon they had on the internet and they were rude to me. They would rather throw away theee pizzas then honor the coupon on the internet and the app. Corporate has told me 3 times that local management will contact me, but yet to hear from them.

This place has gone down hill and fast! I called to place an order and when they finally picked up I was immediately placed on hold without getting one word out. After being on hold for over 5 real minutes I decided to call back. The phone just kept ringing! I gave up and decided I would no longer order here again! Just rude and bad customer service!

Crust was burnt, Philly cheese steak was sliced so thinly that it burnt and tasted awful and asked for extra Philly cheese steak and didn't get it. Not worth the price. Don't order extra of any items because you won't get, but they will charge you for it. Won't come back to this location. Just shameful.

The staff was totally overwhelmed. I ordered two large pizzas with multiple toppings at first they couldn’t find the pizzas then they found them. When I got home I realized they were the wrong pizzas. We ordered 5 toppings on our pizzas there was only two toppings on the pizzas we received. Rather than drive back to return them we decided to eat them. As it turned out we were unable to eat the pizzas since the toppings were totally wrong. In addition there was almost no cheese on the pizza. I tried calling the store but the person answering the phone could not understand or speak English. I tried canceling the charges but the store hasn’t processed the charge yet. We have used this store going on eight years, never had any issues. I will not return to Domino’s for a long time.

I just ordered a pizza from this location..my pizza was delivered only to get it super thin to where my topping and cheese couldn't hold..even after cooling down so thin and flabby. I called dominoes to express my concerns and the workers there were so disrespectful giving me 3 different names when I asked who I was speaking too. They then lied to me about where the location of the dominoes was at. They hung up on me. So I called back just for them to say this location is closed. I am so upset this was the worst pizza I have ever ordered and I regret spending my money on this. Sorry if you don’t like your job but acting impatient WITH A PAYING CUSTOMER really doesn’t make sense does it ? I walked out and will never come back. You had weekly buyer. I usually order Domino’s pizza online, and I’ve never had an issue before. However, after the recent website upgrade, my order was automatically placed with the Lomita store instead of the store I normally use. I assumed delivery would still be fine, so I placed my order at 7:40 PM. By 9:00 PM, my pizza still had not arrived, so I called the store. When placing the order, a staff member answered the phone, but when I called about the delivery, I could only reach an automated system. I was never able to speak with anyone regarding my missing order. This was the first time I’ve ever experienced this kind of response from a Domino’s location. Even after 10:00 PM, my pizza had not been delivered. When I checked the order tracker, it showed that the pizza had been “delivered,” even though I never received it. I immediately canceled the credit card payment. I am writing this review so that others do not experience the same situation of being left without dinner. I would not recommend ordering from this store.

I waited 43 minutes and I didn’t receive any updates on the app after checking over and over again. I called and sat on hold for another 5 minutes until someone picked up. I asked for status and they tell me they haven’t even started it yet. That’s such a ridiculous waste of time where we literally could have gone any where else to feed ourselves. Not one update. The employee I spoke to on the phone had no sense of urgency or customer service to make up for such terrible communication and service. That blows. Thanks for leaving us hungry.
