This particular McDonald's has a great group of people working there that seem to enjoy and take pride in the work. Very busy most of the time I visit here, place is clean and restrooms bare usually clean. Appreciate all the smiles when greeting or welcoming me back.

The last 10 times I tried to "EAT-IN", the workers keep calling my name to pick up my food in to go bags. I always have to show them the "EAT-IN" words and the Table number on the receipt. They claim to have not seen the obvious information. Even the managers place my food in to go bags and claim the same excuse. Perfect way to ruin my dine in experience every time.

McDonalds always has my order right, their lines keep moving unless your there while they are doing lot construction. That's the only time I've had to wait a bit, otherwise they are always fast. Faster than most!

Download the McDonald's app and skip the line, plus when you use the app you collect reward pts and can redeem for listed items. I mean you might as well since you there and gonna buy regardless so why not take advantage of multiple deals and collect pts every time you make a purchase. It's super fast super easy even my 5 year old son can order his own happy meal on the app.

had an issue with a car side pickup. The manager helped right away and corrected the issue. food usually is done pretty quickly and consistently.

Best McDonald’s in the area. This locations crew are pros. It gets really busy and they just do their thing like it’s nothing. I wish the lobby didn’t close as early as it does though. The food is well put together and the drinks are always crisp. Soft serve machine works. I’ve never experienced a mistake on my order.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I was very impressed with this location. Most Mc Donald’s that I go to always forget something or my food is cold. This location paid special attention to my order, included napkins and my sauces were placed in a separate bag so I knew right away they were in my order. I had asked for extra salt on my fries and when the girl brought out my order, she made sure that’s what I had asked for. As I get older, it’s the little things that make me happy, and my experience at this Mc Donald’s just made my day!

Staff is very nice here, don’t go to McDonald’s often anymore and don’t get food here but I grabbed a couple cookies and a drink, everyone was really pleasant and I was in and out quickly!

This location has friendly staff and fast service. The drive through is efficient, however, it's good to check your order if you make special requests.

Really well run. The efficiency of the drive thru line reminds me of a chic-fil-a. The staff are great and have treated my kids and I really well.

The most tragic thing to come out of the pandemic so far is the death of McDonald's all day breakfast. Not sure why it's "safe" to sell a breakfast burrito at 10:25 but not at 10:31. Reasonably quick service through the drive through.

Clean and modern look. Got my order wrong, pickles and onions where I ordered none. And mayonaise.. never had mayonaise on a dbl cheese brgr b4. But it was tasty gut bomb. Good place.

Four hash browns and small coffees was like $12. Shared with nomadic folks asking for help out front. Hot coffee and crispy potatoes on a cold day while walking in the rain after dropping my vehicle off for an oil change was one of the best days of my life.

Service is always pretty quick at the drive thru even when lines are long. Good customer service from staff. I usually order breakfast and it's always hot and fresh even with delivery. No complaints nowadays....

A great McDonald's in Lompoc. Service was good and the food was good. There is an awesome looking indoor, two story playland with a large "party" room. Sadly, it was closed and my 5 y.o. was bummed. Looking forward to coming back when it's open.

Good deals for an occasional special treat. However, this place can get busy, so order ahead. They have opened up recently, allowing guests to go inside.

Frankly the food is a bit greasy for me but hubby and my son love it. Our orders are always correct and the service is fast. Oh-and the fries are excellent!

They've updated the drive thru to the popular dual drive thru set up. Still took way too long to get through the line. I sat there for 5 minutes without moving while my baby screamed in the backseat. I ended up going inside and was out in 2 minutes. Not sure if you need more workers or a better assembly setup but it wasn't that great. The inside is VERY nice though, I was impressed with the upgrades.

A little noisy, but hey.... they have a huge play structure that calls to my grandkids every time we visit their great-grandmother. Worth it when you have wiggly toddlers that need some play time while on your travels.

The restaurant was clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. When our order was done they came and delivered it to us with a smile. We had a soda spill on our table and one of the staff came and cleaned it up for us. She was very understanding and helpful about. Bad thing for the kids is that the playground area is closed due to impending construction.

The drinks are cheap and I often have lunch there. However, the Big Mac and Quarter Pounder are not nearly as good as Carl's Jr's Famous Star, much less Hamburger Hamlet or even the Whopper, and aren't much cheaper. Not a good deal for the money.

It's McDonald's good service here, food is standard fastfood quality. It's a cheap meal for most food here. They have a few healthy options which is nice, their unsweetened tea is decent.

Most of staff is friendly food is the standard McDonald's junk food. I was bummed when my daughter slid though piss in the play place. So if your gonna go stay off the slides.

Order to go, I'm always missing and item ir two: this time no straws, napkins or hot sauce for my Mexican burritos, the cashier excellent but the lady assisting putting the order together not good, and she wasn't in a hurry either.

Seems like the food is fresher at night except for the coffee. If you order a coffee past 6 here it will be guaranteed lukewarm, borderline cold. Sucks because I love their coffee, work at night and sometimes want to enjoy their coffee in the evening but any coffee lukewarm is awful.

I went to McDonald's for 4 adults and 1 child. Our total bill was $54.00!!! This really surprised me. All we ordered was double cheeseburgers and french fries. I also ordered a chicken nugget Happy meal for my granddaughter. I decided that the next time I went to McDonald's it would only be for soft ice cream cones!! Those I can afford with good humor!!

I came here last year with one of my school's retired profs and 3 other student's who I'd never met before, honestly one of the weirdest days of my life, but the mcdonalds was decent, havent really eaten mcdonalds since either, but it was good i think. It said the dining room was open but none of has masks so i think we tried to walk through the drive through but we were told we hads to drive through the drive through, justifying the namesake i guess. it was A hard 6, maybe a light 7.

My order was incomplete…I was shorted a Big Mac Meal…Living 7 miles from MacDonalds, does not make it convenient to return, and make the order right. A little more diligence should be taken to ensure the order placed is the order produced…Especially now that costs have gone up…jgo

You can get decent fast food (although not to healthy.) It's easy to find right on H St. & There's lots of parking here, including good wheelchair accessibility & a drive thru if you're in a hurry or having one of those lazy days. There's also a very nice, well kept indoor play area to climb & play on. My kids loved it growing up & now my grandson's love it. It can be a little loud by the kids but the play area is closed off if you want a little more of a quiet atmosphere. The service is usually good & will replace anything not made to your liking.

Food & pricing are great. I only use drive threw. for the last few years it never fails but an item is Always missing 80% of the time. and annoying to have to call or go back then prove you didnt get your complete order. I understand that some people try to manipulate staff to get free food. early December 2020 the order was 2 big breakfasts 2 drinks. we got 2 of everything eating utensils packets,syrup,drinks etc.. but the 2nd platter was missing.. it was not possible to to retrieve the send platter at the managers convenience.. again another missing product paid for. Seems drive through's these days do not take pride in customer service. if you dont catch the their mistake at the window you're just S.O.L. ....

Tonight I, and 5 other Cars were parked. Yes, some people had Big orders but I didn't. I had 1 soft drink, and 2 Burgers & they parked Me along 5 other cars!! They were messing up orders, Customers had to go in because their order was missing items, wrong sizes in Fries or Drinks. No sauce they requested. The Big SUV parked next to Me Customer had waited 30 min!! They got out & went in for their order and from what they said coming back to their truck is that 2 Employees got upset with them.

This restaurant has bad customer service, yesterday night went to go buy food, and while I’m placing my order by drive through, the girl kept rushing me, I had a question regarding toppings, inside burger since my son has food allergies and wanted to make sure burger didn’t have certain topping, all I hear from her was ugh, and her voice aggravated by my question, I did get upset, go to the window and ask her if she was the one that took my order, she look mad, and reply yes and if there was an issue, I reply yes your attitude, she apologized to me and tows the fries inside the bag, bought a happy meal and also toss the toy inside the box I just let it go because Karen’s are real and I was about to become one, so I decided to rate it through Google, I know lots of people in Lompoc will agree with me that this mc Donald’s has horrible customer service. To bad this is the only one in town

My Number 4 (d) spicy large chicken didn't taste so good. I don't want to go into details. I was not satisfy with my spicy chicken at it was hard for me chew.

Quick and easy. But almost always the wrong order. If I order breakfast platter with pancakes it should have syrup and butter with it. When I add bacon to a sandwich I want it. Thats why I paid extra.

Didn't enjoy this visit at all. Although line was short and fast, our food was cold and look very unsatisfying. Not sure I'll be returning.

This is not the McDonald's to go to, they discriminate against the homeless to where they wont even let you buy them a coffee, they overcharge compared to the one in walmart too so if you want a good McDonalds (if such a thing exists) then dont bother here and try the one in walmart. I will however give them 2 stars for at least they have a play area for kids.

Normally they are good, but this visit they forgot my and my daughter's food, was not until 20 minutes went by, and we went up and asked about it. Got out food right away, after they realize the mistake.

Forgot condiments, forgot to give the receipt, forgot to give cups and then when you go to them they give an ATTITUDE. i ordered at the machine all they had to do was give me my cup, my receipt, and get my order right. It was a simple order and they still did not get it right.

This place is getting worst, like Jack in the box, I want to get 3 ranch dressing and the one help me out on the second window told me I an just give you ONE,..that's not right it all if you get 5 burgers expect 1 ranch and no ketchup for you fries.. use the common sense if you get burgers they should give you ketchup..

On my recent trip I was told the smoothie machine was down yet others got smoothies behind me. was only given 3 sauces for a 20 peice... they gave me the wrong sauces after making me clearly state which ones I wanted 3 times. I had to exchange them. I got 3 for a #10 the day before. Usually the staff are hospitable. I guess this is the difference between going to work to actually work or just showing up for a check.

The play structure is great for kids and the place is always clean. But my wife finding a dead fly in a sealed salad is unacceptable.

Usually the order is straight-up wrong. At this point I'm not sure if they even speak english Update: Ordered mcgriddle with bacon. Bacon costs extra, which is fine. Get home, mcgriddle has no bacon on it. Instead, is cheese, which I cannot eat. Looks like the dog gets my breakfast again today. Lovely. I think it would do good to hire someone making the orders who does, in fact, speak english

Never once had luck at this place. One time they gave me the wrong order and said “come back tomorrow WITH the food and we will replace it.” This time they just completely forgot about my order and left me in the parking lot for 30 minutes...

Ordered online and arrived at the restuarant. Checked in and cars that had been out on the street, waiting to order, left with their food before us. Called the restaurant to ask about our order, they listed the 1 order they had and when I said it was ours, the response was rude. Iwork in retail. Just because it's busy, rudeness is never ok. On top of the long wait, the order wasn't even correct and the fries tasted old and cold.

Negative stars. Sure the prices are low, but don't be surprised if you get sick. My friend had my stop and get my newphew fries, to be honest I remembered they were the best (hadn't had McDonald's in over 18 yrs). Fries had a disgusting taste, can only describe as awful. Return and got a full refund, but no more.

Pretty stupid door dasher has to call , to pick up the orders during the night , we can't use the drivethro , might as well keep a door open so we can walk in and out . I ordered through doordash. And I didnt recieve alot of my order. I had called mc Donald's and they blamed doordash for not putting the food inside the bag. But doordash does not bag the food and the bag is sealed when picking it up. The customer service I recieved was horrible.

This place is getting worse and worse. The last 3 times I've been they've either gotten my order wrong, were completely rude or both. This has been a trend for fast food in general in the past 5 years or so but McDonald's usually holds themselves to a higher standard. Not in lompoc I guess... If my order is wrong again. Prepare to be put on YouTube when I collect my money back. I spend 20-30 dollars every time I go I expect good service and my correct order. It's really not that difficult. I worked fast food myself!!! I know it can be done.

Tried using their mobile app and it was an epic fail. Pulled in to the parking space and could not get the app to accept the order. Went inside and used their WiFi and still could not get their systems to accept the order and I could not get the free offer otherwise. So I left, will give it one more chance in a month.

I went thru the drive thru and I got that for my "large" fries. I didn't check till I get home. Nothing spilled and I didn't eat any of it.

I'm not sure how orders can constantly be wrong when this is the only thing that these people have to do at this place. I am allergic to pickles so I have to request my burgers without this item. When getting home, it never fails that there are pickles in my food even when the ticket specifically states "no pickles". My husband brought home dinner tonight & yet again, there were pickles on my burger & the ticket said "no pickles". How hard is this to get right? He called & spoke to the Manager & explained the situation to her. She seemed very unsure of what to do but did apologize & said she would talk to the crew about this. Did she offer a replacement for the item I was not able to eat? NO! Did she offer a credit for the next meal? NO! So, tonight I ate french fries with a soda while my husband had to eat my burger. What do we pay for if we can't get what we ordered? How hard is it to read the orders? There really is no excuse for this error. Perhaps I should eat the burger with the pickles & get deathly ill & get a lawyer to have them pay for my hospital bills along with pain & suffering. Who is training these people??? And can they even read?
