Lovely afternoon tea place I really enjoyed my time .. highly recommended. Thanks for Adam the waiter who was so nice and took us a picture to remember . The receptionist gave us a table by the window as we requested. They know we only eat Halal food they understand immediately . The ambiance was so elegant and classy .
What an absolutely beautiful experience! My husband and I were in London for part of our honeymoon and overall this was our favourite meal/afternoon tea we had on our trip. I was gifted this experience from a friend who is a London local and was told its one of the best tea's in London and I couldn't agree more. Service was beyond 5 stars, I don't think I've had service this amazing anywhere I've ever travelled. The entire menu was broken down and provided to us in great detail from everything ranging to the teas to the jams, they left out nothing. The pastrys and baked goods were absolutely divine, you can feel the quality of ingredient being used is high. They were very flexible with their choices as I'm indecisive, they offered all the jams, a change in the tea flavour if needed and gave us all of the cake options. I had the masala chai and all I can say is perfection, no change of tea flavour was required - I drank two pots of this tea alone. Highly recommend for any locals of travellers, this afternoon tea is a lavish experience start to finish!
Wonderful experience of luxury afternoon tea at Grosvenor hotel. The park room is a stunning venue in a lovely location. I enjoyed excellent service from all staff. Start to finish. Food and drinks were beautifully presented. With live pianist during our stay. Had food from the vegetarian menu and would highly recommend it.
New Yorker here and I wanted an afternoon tea with a friend for my birthday celebration. I would say Time Out London has been right on point by placing the Park Room at Grosvenor House in their Top Ten of Best Afternoon Tea for 2024. The place was truly wonderful and posh, kudos to the stylish front interior decor that greeted their customers. Given that it was in Mayfair, London - one could also say it was pretty much a Bridgerton experience! I was pleasantly surprised they have their own pianist, most other places won’t have this addition. Their exclusive tea selection were aromatic and full of flavor , the finger sandwiches delightful and savory (a big hurrah for the Oakham Chicken) , the raisin buttermilk scones top notch and the pastries were endearing with its a fairy themed concept. (The best were the Enchanted Toadstool and the Faery Book!) Our servers, Pratigya and Siri - including the receptionist - all were lovely, courteous and genteel - thank you ladies! Given the proximity of Grosvenor House to Hyde Park, Knightsbridge and Bond Street - it’s a boon for immediate shopping right after the meal. Before deciding on this place, I was about to book on two other places in The Shard or Covent Garden. Well thank goodness, I chose The Park Room! I very much highly recommend this place for your quintessential British Afternoon Tea Experience in London. It was a magical delight, every step- and sip - of the way !
Absolutely adore my time there! Service, location, atmosphere, food 10/10 And it was my birthday! The live music was exquisite. I recommend not to eat before coming, that was my mistake so I couldn’t finish everything but they packed my leftovers cakes and was able to taste the delicious slices afterwards. I’ll definitely come back there!
Me and my friend came here while we were in London, the food was great and the service even better. We were constantly checked on to make sure everything was okay and were explained the menu in detail, I'll admit ive never been for an afternoon tea before but this has definitely made me want to go again. The sandwiches were nice and soft, we got two scones per person with our own choices of jam, which were incredible! And we decided on three teas which came out warm and tasted fantastic, my personal favorite being the dong ding oolong tea that I had (childishly) ordered because of the name. Most of the deserts weren't to my taste but they were beautifully presented and my friend enjoyed them. I hadnt been expecting to have champagne but that was also very tasty and surprisingly went well with everything. We also got sent home wirh two slices of delicious cake that we devoured. It was worth every penny and I would 100% go there a second time if I ever go to London again.
First ever afternoon tea. Was an elegant (and filling) adventure. The tea offerings were diverse and well curated. The finger sandwiches were tasty with enough options for most people (we had 1 particularly picky eater with us...he'll be sent for Grover's tea service in the future even though he's 33). The scones and accompaniments were delicious and plentiful and the desserts were absolutely beautiful with a wide variety (Mr picky was happy with these). Was definitely not rushed but our particular server definitely waned on service level after the first 45 minutes. I don't feel that was indicative of service in general but frankly didn't watch others. Would definitely recommend.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Flower Fairies Afternoon Tea at the Park Room at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, and it truly deserves its reputation as London’s number one spot for afternoon tea. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere. The elegant decor and soft lighting created a perfect setting for a relaxing afternoon. The Flower Fairies Afternoon Tea was nothing short of magical. The tiered stand of treats was a sight to behold. I especially enjoyed the "Butterflies and Blooms" selection – each item was beautifully presented and tasted exquisite. The finger sandwiches were fresh and flavorful, the scones were warm and fluffy, and the pastries were true works of art. A special mention must go to Ovidiu Cojanu, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. His warm demeanor and attentiveness made us feel welcomed and well-cared for. Adding to the enchanting experience was the live pianist performance. The pianist played wonderful songs that perfectly complemented the elegant setting and added a lovely musical backdrop to our afternoon. Overall, the afternoon tea at the Park Room is an experience not to be missed. It’s a perfect blend of tradition, luxury, and culinary excellence. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to indulge in a memorable afternoon in London. If you visit, be sure to ask for Ovidiu – his exceptional service will make your experience even more special.
We had such a wonderful experience here for Afternoon Tea! An old mentor of mine used to come to the tea room at Grosvenor House when she was a little girl a long time ago, and suggested we come. The atmosphere was charming and the live piano was a lovely touch. I had the High Mountain Oolong tea, which was wonderful. The open and finger sandwiches were nice, but the prawn sandwich was hands down the best. The sparkling wine shave ice started was refreshing and fun, and the scones and jam options were a treat! The best part was the tea cakes—each was so fun and cute (and tasted good!). They even had vegetarian options for the sandwiches. If you get the chocolate tea cake, be sure to eat that one last—the flavor is strong, and might change the taste of the next cake. I got an espresso at the end, which was good, and the person I was with got a latte, which was okay. They gave us two slices of cakes to go, which was a real treat, too!
I only had 3 days in London and honestly, this was by far the best experience throughout my trip. From the moment we entered, we felt like royalty. We had booked a reservation, but it was a bit empty when we had went. Our waiter was a female and she was just amazing. She made sure to present and explain to us all the desserts and sandwiches that were given to us. I loved the fact that we can ask for more sandwiches when we finish the ones that we liked. She also let us know if we didn’t like the tea that we chose, that we can change it. Which was amazing. She also made sure that our tea was completely warm throughout the whole time. However, when she left and the different waiters came, that’s when we felt like it was extremely hard to get a waiter to assist us with anything. We kept asking for the bill multiple times, and they would forget about it. Our tea also became super cold so we decided to leave. Nonetheless, we did enjoy our time here and would come again.
Visited on Easter Sunday for afternoon tea and loved it! The ambience was great, the staff were welcoming and the room was nice and spacious. Large selection of teas, tasty and well-filled sandwiches, lovely scones and cakes. The lady playing the piano was excellent. Definitely worth a visit. We will be returning!
We had a wonderful time at the Park Room for afternoon tea. From the delicious food to all the unique teas on offer, it was truly an exceptional experience. Our waitress Pratigya was just lovely, really attentive and had some wonderful tea recommendations! The pianist was very much appreciated also, beautiful music the whole time we were there! We felt really taken care of and were offered refills of tea, sandwiches and scones. We will definitely be back!
Absolutely fantastic experience for high tea at The Park Room (inside JW Marriott Grosvenor). Wonderful atmosphere with live piano music, private dining room with views to Hyde, and exceptional service. The food and tea were amazing. Our second time there, and loved it as much this time. Scones, sandwiches, dessert, were all amazing. You can choose regular menu or add option for champagne. 20-30 choices for tea. They gave us option to switch half way to a different tea to try. Our favorites were the salmon and prawn sandwiches with cream cheese, the chicken sandwich, and the scones and jams. The theme this season was ballet and all the details were perfectly executed. Really impressed. Highly recommend for a quiet afternoon - book ahead with reservation.
5 star experience! Everything was delicious and artfully created. Our waiter, Saiful, was excellent and we never felt rushed. He explained everything in detail. There was a talented piano player to add to the ambiance. A bit pricey but worth every penny. Would return again, no doubt.
I went for afternoon tea here with my partner. It was very lovely, it is a bit pricey but i would say worth it for a special occasion. I was a little bit of a difficult customer, with some specific food dislikes and they were very accomodating. The only potential negatives i could say would be that i would have liked to try aother tea, it could have been nice if the waiters checked in on us a bit more often, though i can see how some people would have found that overbearing, and i wasnt very fond of the pastries, they almost felt a bit perfumy to me? Though that might be because i was very full by the time i got to them. I loved the jams and scones, though they were a little bit cold by the time we had been through the sandwiches. My favourite jams were the rose petal(absolutely delicious) and the gooseberry, my partner liked the black currant and the gooseberry! We also had the ginger rhubarb jam, wich tasted more of ginger and not much rhubarb. I had a artichoke open sandwich and an egg open sandwich, both of wich were fantastic!! The closed sandwiches were also pretty nice. Of the teas my favourites were the milk oolong and the rose tea, those were absolutely magnificent!!!
fantastic place — elegant, welcoming, with professional staff and exceptional attention to detail. I had booked for a special occasion, my mother’s 60th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff, the atmosphere, and the sheer deliciousness, beauty, and exquisiteness of the desserts were truly indescribable. Mihail, the floor manager, was absolutely outstanding. He expertly recommended teas to pair with our afternoon tea and provided a detailed and engaging presentation of the service. A heartfelt thank you to Mihail and the entire team for making the celebration even more special with a surprise for the birthday celebrant. It was a wonderful and unforgettable experience from start to finish. I will definitely return and highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a refined and memorable experience.
Had high expectations for this afternoon tea, and the team exceeded them. The space is beautifully lit and airy, filled with natural light, with a live pianist creating a calm, elegant atmosphere. Service was attentive yet unhurried, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience. There were over 40 teas to choose from, served in stunning fine china. We visited for the Magic Tree experience, which turned out to be a true highlight: a theatrical, fully edible creation featuring cotton candy, a chocolate trunk, and even a tiny mouse inside. The clementine granita amuse-bouche was refreshing and memorable. Open sandwiches were very good, especially the salmon, prawn, and caviar, while the finger sandwiches were fine but unremarkable. The scones were outstanding, with a great variety of jams. The top tier was creative and unique, with additional cakes to try. It was a special occasion, and the staff made it truly memorable. Thank you!
I took my mum here last Friday to experience afternoon tea, and it was simply perfect! The service is impeccable, with great attention to every detail. Our waiter, Parham, was especially delightful: he gave us excellent recommendations and carefully explained everything, from the different teas to the various dishes. As a lovely surprise, they also brought my mum a slice of cake for her birthday, a gesture we truly appreciated. The setting is elegant and the atmosphere very relaxing, enhanced by the pleasant piano music. An experience I would absolutely recommend trying at least once!
A-maz-ing . We came along for the pas de deux afternoon tea and it was so delicious and lovely. Our waitress Pradigya was so kind and attentive and made the whole expierience even better. The decor and presentation was so gorgeous and everyone was so thoughtful.
Our experience here was great! From a warm greeting to being sat down promptly, we were taken care off at every step. We came for my mother’s birthday and we had to last minute bring along my very young sister who they kindly accommodated just to sit with us. They offered her complimentary open sandwiches and drinks also which was very sweet! We had the same server pretty much the whole time and she was lovely! Explained each product on offering and was checking up on us at regular intervals without it feeling overbearing. She was very attentive and treated us very well. Sandwiches tasted great and complimentary top ups were given which was very nice. We were very full by the end and took the remaining cakes home and they surprised my mum with a birthday cake at the end which was a very nice touch. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and cannot fault the service which was exceptional here.
I cannot fault the Park Rooms Magic Fra Away Tree afternoon tea. It is more than worth the £75 per head. The textures, flavours and presentation of this very cleverly designed afternoon tea leaves a lasting impression. I took my wife and two children and we loved not only the tea itself but the atmosphere and warm welcome from the staff. The room is beautiful and spacious with the piano playing in the background and lovely view of Hyde Park. If you want to treat someone to a memorable afternoon for a special occasion then this is a must.
We visited the Park Room for Valentine’s Day. The afternoon tea experience has been truly amazing. It went over my expectations, quality of the products and the service was impeccable! Memorable for sure. Thank you! 🫶🏼
We had an amazing time celebrating a friend's birthday at the Park room. Arrived right ontime for our table. Restaurant wasn't over crowded, tables were spaced nicely and the atmosphere was lovely. Amazing music and we even had a guy playing the piano - great selection of music. Prawn sandwiches and Scones were my favorite. Altay was out host for the afternoon, he was just amazing, he was nice, friendly and kept the tea flowing. I highly recommend the Champagne afternoon tea and would definitely be going back again sometime in the future.
We booked an afternoon tea at the park room using a voucher. The booking was seamless. The ambience and atmosphere were very relaxing. Beautiful restaurant. We were greeted by staff the moment we arrived. Excellent customer service. We were served by Rina. She was very kind and accommodating. The food and drink were delicious. One of the best afternoon tea we’ve had. The overall experience was fantastic. Would highly recommend.
We had a lovely afternoon high tea. The food was of very high quality, and they also took into account ingredients that I don’t like. The pianist played very well in the background. The staff was also wonderful.
Amazing tea. I have had several in the past and this was one of the best. You have a plethora of teas to choose from. And you get a fantastic selection of sandwiches, scones, choice of jams, and pastries. Overall really nice and accompanied by piano and beautiful ambiance. I will be back!
The service was impeccable. Everyone one of the staff was so warm and friendly. It was an afternoon tea like no other. A dear friend recommended the scones to be the best ever. And they were. Fluffy but still rich and buttery. The selection wss amazing. All the bites were perfect. The sweets not too sweet and the sandwiches not too salt. And a nice selection of tea's. As a parting gift surprise we could choose from a selection of christmas cakes to go.
Nothing short of fabulous from start to finish! The most perfect afternoon tea I've ever had! The Park room is beautifully furnished, it's a large space but feels intimate. The fresh flower arrangements were stunning an we were serenaded by a professional pianist on a grand piano. Our waitress was so polite and helpful, she was so lovely and explained all the different foods and choices, the tea menu is 4 pages alone! I can highly recommend the champagne afternoon tea, there's a reason this is a 5* hotel. Shame we could never afford to actually sleep there 🤣
I cannot fault the wonderful experience that is afternoon tea in the Park Room at the Grosvenour House Hotel. From the moment you are welcomed into the room, shown to your table and have the food and teas described to you, it is superb. The relaxed, convivial atmosphere helps the un-rushed pace of a truly civilised experience. Excellent serving staff cannot do enough to help you enjoy your visit. The food is of the highest quality and variety, and there is plenty of it (with more being offered in the event of an empty plate being spotted) . I cannot recommend the Park Room highly enough. We have visited here several times now and look forward to doing so again.
We had a great time at afternoon tea as a family of 5. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Leo and Irina. The food was excellent - we all left very full and happy. They were very welcoming to our 3 children who loved the stuffed dogs they received at the end. Would definitely recommend.
I've been on a mission to try all the vegan afternoon tea options in town, and this was the best so far! The granita, which starts off your tea, is one of the most magical things I've ever tasted and I can't stop thinking about it! Every sandwich and dessert was a delight in each bite; I ate slowly and savoured every treat. The vegan clotted cream was the best I've ever had - super creamy, with a bit of salt that matched perfectly with the incredible rose petal jam. Just a spectacular adventure for the senses at every turn! On top of the culinary experience, the dining room is beautiful, clean, spacious, and I had a beautiful view of the spring trees and flowers. There was a pianist playing beautifully in the back of the room, as well (between 1-3pm while I was there.) I brought a book but just ended up looking out the window happily! I'll be coming back!
Afternoon tea here was a very special occasion. The food was delicious, the waitress from Nepal was very attentive and provided us with an excellent service. I also loved the pianist musician playing both classical and more modern music. The fresh flower arrangement was beautiful. All in all a wonderful evening with my family!
Great location and nice tea room setting. The finger food is so delicious. Especially scone and soft cream. The service is great.
Simply the best afternoon tea I had, especially the clotted cream. The finger sandwiches were delicious, and the sweets were piece of heavens.
Had a lovely afternoon tea experience here at the Park Room. The setting is bright, elegant, and modern - feels like what you would expect from a 5 star hotel, live pianist and all. The food was fantastic and beautifully presented. We got a pleasant surprise when an amuse-bouche of orange/peach juice and candy-floss was served to start the meal. In addition to the finger sandwiches, there were also 2 delicious "open faced" sandwiches as a bonus, one with quail egg and one with cream cheese and smoked salmon (and even a little bit of caviar). We also were able to sample a variety of the jams with our scones, all of which were really good. As for the service, everyone was very friendly and professional from start to finish, but especially our server Cibele who made the experience very memorable for us. I would definitely recommend to those looking for a luxury afternoon tea.
A very nice afternoon tea. Lovely sandwiches and cakes. Varied selection of teas. Service was superb. Special thanks to Parham for making our time comfortable and relaxed. Would recommend.
Absolutely blown away by this incredible find in London! This place truly prioritizes the customer, creating a wonderfully comfortable experience with absolutely amazing service. The team is a joy – so kind, considerate, and utterly charming, with a special mention for the fantastic Saiful who looked after us so well. Our afternoon tea was a classic done perfectly – everything tasted so fresh and delicious, from the scones and sandwiches to the mouthwatering desserts. The masala chai was spot on, and the peach and raspberry tea provided a delightful finish to a truly lovely afternoon. If you're looking for a place in London where everything is genuinely on point, with an amazing atmosphere and a team dedicated to making your experience fabulous, look
The best service from Pratigya and her manager, there were times I was waiting for tea and replenishment for quite a while but other than that, the service was spot on. Unfortunately the food let them down, the sandwich fillings were nice but the bread were quite dry. The chocolate cake was very dense which I liked, the Victoria sponge was quite sweet which I didn't like, but that's personal preference. The pastries were overall not bad, the scones were good, the jam was way too sweet and strong taste so I believe they aren't homemade. They were very generous for the sandwiches and pastries replenishment which I really liked. If the food quality gets better I will definitely be back. My waitress even asked her manager to get a box of Masala tea for me to take home, she couldn't have done more! The ambience was also very nice!
Frederico was absolutely wonderful—so kind, warm, and genuinely helpful. He made us feel really welcomed and gave a great recommendation for the tea, which I loved. While the food itself wasn’t quite my favourite (just okay overall), Frederico’s service truly stood out and made the experience memorable!
We were gifted a voucher which we used towards my wife’s birthday. This was a delightful Afternoon Tea experience, in a fairly sophisticated and pleasant setting. Situated inside the famous Grosvenor Hotel on Park Lane, we were greeted instantly and sat at our table. We arrived when it was fairly quiet but after an hour or so, the room began to fill very quickly. We found the seats and table fairly low and made it slightly uncomfortable for my tall legs but not worthy of complaint, as most of the tables and chairs were the same. We were given a choice of Teas, which we went for the more exotic. The food was good and indulgent as your can imagine. Favourites include the Chicken and Prawn sandwiches. The open sandwich to start was an interesting starter. The sweets were decadent and King’s Coronation inspired. The scones were huge and far too many choices for Jams - but lovely. This was a more than decent afternoon tea experience, not the best we’ve had but definitely recommended. Service was good and attentive at the beginning and there was a live piano player which elevated the experience.
Beautiful Afternoon Tea. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant (Pratigya) and really made our afternoon memorable. The scones were perfect and came out warm. The fairy theme is lovely and tasty. I only didn’t give it a 5* because some of the staff seemed to be in a bad mode when serving tea and the sandwiches were a little dry.
Afternoon tea experience: this place had good service and generous portions (almost too much food), but the overall experience was very expensive.
We reserved the date a few days before which was an easy online reservation system and reconfirmed the day of at their request. Arrived a few minutes before our reservation for 3 persons and had to wait a bit for our table to be ready at 4 pm. At first, service was spot on and attentive, then quickly felt abrupt as the servers changed mid-stream in the process. The menu was explained well, but honestly we had no idea who our main server was. We were offered champagne or non-champagne option. We chose champagne option and we weren't offered any option on champagne, despite what appeared to be a few different choices. They poured the most expensive, which was fine and what we would have chosen anyway but it would have been nice to know and server should have offered and explained all the options ("regular" or "reserve"....felt a bit taken advantage of and unsuspecting customers may not be aware). The woman taking the tea and jam order was very matter of fact and for a few seconds, it felt like giving an order at Denny's in the USA, with menus being snatched up as the orders were taken. The food was abundant(amuse bouche of pear granita, canapes, then three tiered trays of sandwiches, scones and desserts), and the three of us could not finish it all, so it was packaged up (scones, some of the dessert cakes and a few finger sandwiches) after 2 hours of nibbling and enjoying the delicious teas (Earl Gray, House Blend and Chai). We spent 2 hours taking it all in. Overall, a lovely experience in a dining area filled with all kinds of customers. Not stuffy, but elegant. With all the attentive staff (there must have been about 5 different people tending to us at different times), it felt slightly frenetic and it would have been nice if the servers introduced themselves by name. I would absolutely return and plan to in November when back in London again to visit our daughter who is living here for a year.
-Really lovely setting, great lighting and everything was very elegant -Great live piano music -Teas were really good, I recommend the jasmine pearls and the organic sencha and they refill the teas -Food was cery filling for two people, they allowed us to take leftovers home in a cute takeaway box -staff was very helpful with tea recommendations and are friendly -sandwiches were okay and could be better -scones were really great -desserts had variety and fantastic Overall: Had a really good first time afternoon tea experience but I would rated it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as it was very overpriced (I paid £140 in total). Although everything was perfect, I just don't think afternoon teas should be this expensive regardless of quality in my opinion. Recommended for: mother's day/mum's birthday celebrations
Location next to The Hyde park, you will have a nice park view if sitting by the window. A cozy place, live music, food is fine, elegant plate
While the food and tea were good, my partner and I had a sub par experience. The manager happily greeted is and took our coats, however, the hostess was not as kind. She had a bit of an attitude especially when telling us to follow another employee to the coat room since the manager forgot to give us a slip. It wasn’t what she said, but it was her tone that belittled us. Our waiter was good - he checked in on us from time to time but didn’t notice to refill our waters once it was empty, and it ended up not being refilled since he had left his shift and was never seen again?? So we waited for the longest time until I waved to a new waitress to get our bill and she ended up forgetting… so we waited some more and waved at another guy to get our bill and finally paid. For a 5 star hotel, the service did not live up to it. I don’t know if it was because we were Asians and overlooked or if that’s how they run the afternoon tea experience…
Ridiculous, I wasn’t expecting too much but at least I was waiting for a proper tea. The first tea they served was extremely weak like one tea spoon in a huge pot that we couldn’t finish. We asked for another one, they offered assam which was the same tea we had first. When the second pot came it was too strong like 5 table spoon in the same pot so we couldn’t finish that either. The front staff was friendly when we explained the problem, but wasn’t enough. They poured some hot water on top of strong tea but 1,5 hours left until we had a proper Goldilocks tea so we had our afternoon tea without tea. Scones were nice other than that nothing was special, honestly food, specially the sweet part was bad. Even the jams weren’t homemade. We enjoyed the champagne. Hardly hear the piano because during our tea time she gave 3 times break and there was no one to cover her which caused a silence in the room. Luckily I had a gift voucher and I just had to pay for my son’s tea which he didn’t like none of the sweets because they were all sticky and jelly. But he was happy when he got the teddy the nice receptionist lady gave him. It was my the first and the last afternoon tea experience. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone but the place was almost full packed. Maybe it is me who is picky and fussy.
Chaotic, humiliating, and completely unacceptable for a luxury hotel I visited Afternoon Tea at the Park Room at Grosvenor House Hotel around 10:00 PM expecting a refined experience. Instead, I endured one of the most disorganized and embarrassing hospitality experiences of my life. I waited in line for 60–90 minutes with no signage or verbal notice that Afternoon Tea was restricted to house guests only. During this time, I spoke twice with staff managing the line, yet this crucial information was never mentioned. By the time I reached the front, I was in physical pain from standing so long. Only then was I told it was “house guests only.” When I explained the situation, two managers became rude and aggressive, refused to take accountability, and threatened to call security. I was told the only way to stay was to book a room. To resolve the situation, I immediately booked a room for approximately £600. Despite returning with my key card, management still claimed I was “not a guest,” refused to verify my room, and called security anyway. In a packed restaurant and lobby, two security guards publicly escorted me, which was deeply humiliating. Only after being taken to reception was my guest status verified. I was finally seated at 12:30 AM, over two hours later. Only one manager apologized; the others never acknowledged what happened. My order wasn’t taken for another 20 minutes, and food arrived around 1:30 AM. The quality was below expectations. The service remained poor. To make matters worse, the bill was incorrect. I was first charged someone else’s bill, then charged again to correct it. Despite everything, I paid in full (£160). There was no apology, no compensation, no gesture.
