I went to visit the restaurant on 7th September. It was such an amazing dining experience. The food was lovely, staff were lovely and great service. I will definitely be going back soon

Our dining experience at Lands End Restaurant was lovely from start to finish. We stayed overnight on the Sunborn yacht and had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. For dinner, we used a Wowcher voucher for a three-course dining experience and a glass of Prosecco for two, which cost £93. While the dinner options were somewhat limited, the overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable. In the morning, we had breakfast included with our hotel booking, and we were pleased with the variety of options available. Overall, Lands End Restaurant provided us with a delightful dining experience during our stay on the Sunborn yacht.

I've been to this bar a couple of times now, its pretty decent and has a lovely view of the sea! The restaurant is actually only for guests staying at the Lands End Hotel, but the bar is accessible to everyone else! Watch out its closed for food between 3pm and 5pm, during these timings you can grab smaller bites. It's a great place to watch the sunset and have a bite to eat. I would say that the food is on the more expensive side for a bar, I think a burger / fish & chips are around £20. However that said, the food was delicious, good portions for starters and mains and being vegetarian we found that the options were fairly decent. I would definitely recommend that you visit this bar, it's lovely to watch the sea or the sunset whilst eating!

Goats cheese bruschetta was really good. Very friendly staff and good service. All the food looked really nice, good portions, but I was expecting something else for the beef brisket - it was more like a Sunday roast cut. The salmon was also good, but nothing amazing.

The menu is very restricted not much options and disappointment with no prawns offered shocking! To be fear we ordered steak ribeye and was really nice and flavourful, the olives are not seasoned when stated they were and bread with parsley seasoned butter was pointless and a waste ! Other than the view whilst eating is the only thing that was worth the money we paid. Shame as I do love sunborn yacht hotel but now know won’t be eating at the restaurant again.

Food overpriced, no white cloth on the restaurant tables, cutlery is like from canteen, we had dirty wine glasses as well, for this price they charge should be luxury. Also, we paid £20 per person to book this restaurant on Saturday, £8 extra per person ordering beef steak, and extra service charge, it is Saturday charge if you want to go. Totaly, we paid around £170, not worth it. Yach is nice but overpriced. Do not recommend

Only 1 vegetarian option on the menu. And nothing for vegans - very disappointing. And quite frankly ridiculous considering the price for a meal! The only nice this was the lovely Asian water who was nice about it!

Overpriced! Would not recommend or return. The food is not worth the price. The only resonable conclusion is that the fish was marinated in water. There was absolutely no flavour. One and a half scallops for a starter. The texture of the salmon and lobster was very good but there was no flavour. Two stars for the staff,presentation and texture. The ambience and staff cannot disguise the mediocre food!

I’d like to start by saying last night’s hosting staff were pleasant. We enjoyed our mocktails, dessert & view from our seats. We then went out onto the balcony, which was nice. I must mention the quality of food served here is very mediocre. It lacks taste. Some dishes were overdone. Even the bread for starters was too tough and I’ve had better ones from local grocers. This restaurant is disappointingly underwhelming and lacks atmosphere. There is a great need for improvements to keep up with the Yatch hotel’s standards. I was disappointed by not having my special dietary requirements fulfilled last night, despite being AGREED to in advance. Please acknowledge that I gave a month’s notice to request halal food. I sent further polite reminders in the lead up to my reservation and it was noted down on the booking list. So, it feels rather uncourteous and slightly discriminatory, that halal (meat) dishes were not prepared by the chef or organised by management. This particular vegan mushroom risotto, as an alternative, was not enjoyable. I began to feel a sense of discomfort in my stomach. I could no longer force myself to finish this main course. Least to say, a hair (not mine), sat upon my plate of food and was slightly off-putting. I did still have a nice evening though. It was visually pleasing and the experience was not entirely bad. Just make changes!

I have got bad food poisoning from my meal at Lands End. So did my friend, totally disappointed to be feeling this ill. There’s a reason it’s 3 stars… I would not advise eating here.

Over priced poor food.. empty and no atmosphere, paid £250 for a food package which was below average plus drinks on top of that.. so not waste ur money eating here. Empty no atmosphere restaurant

It's not good did not fill me up also the prices where extortionate

Extremely dissapointed as to how the customer service is, not only do they make a reservation for a different date i specified, but now they cancel it, this is ridiculous, all i hope now is that i get my money back

Over price food, the food was really bad, the taste so horrible, 0% recommended I would not eat here again, not even because they give me a voucher

Worst food ever

I would not recommend this restaurant. It is highly overrated, and unfortunately the customer service is very rude and unprofessional. If pre-payment is required, their system or website should actually enable customers to make the payment. Receiving multiple emails with no payment link is frustrating and poorly managed. The Valentine’s Day menu was also very underwhelming and did not justify the hype at all. Finally, if people want to experience being on a yacht, they should visit a real yacht that is actually moving, not a stationary setup being marketed as a “yacht experience.”

The boat and atmosphere is very nice, I just wish the food and service reflected that. We arrived for afternoon tea and were served mocktails, only to wait an exceedingly long time for the actual food (about 30/45 min) and when that arrived the tea was no where to be seen, after asking repeatedly for the tea which took about 20/25 min to arrive we started eating. We found one hair in the bowl of clotted cream, and another long hair in the sandwich. Thoroughly let down and I’d suggest that the management put the staff through another round of hygiene as well as customer service training.

Humiliated by the waiter on my birthday. I made reservations a few days before he thought that I did not make a reservation and refuse to grant the voucher that I had paid for prior. The entire restaurant heard him and I was so flustered. I believe it is due to my perceived social economic status and race. I calmly explained to him and after many minutes he brought my order and apologised about the long waiting time. They gave double what I had anticipated. The evening was however already ruined as I felt like a begging dog ,luckily I was there with relatives and not friends as I would be very very embarrassed and would probably not recover. A silent cry was therapeutic. I decline to comment on anything else as my cousins have asked me to be graceful. This is my honest review.

I took my partner for three course meal in the lands down restaurant. The beautiful boat and interior, service and food are a disappointment, unfortunately. A more senior waiter (I think he may have been Italian) was extremely rude and after a while we noticed would only serve all white tables… we won't be visiting again.
