We went to Gallio for brunch and had such a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious; the halloumi was INCREDIBLE, and the patatas were a real standout, full of flavour and so moreish. Everything felt fresh, hearty, and beautifully made. A huge shout out to Kaya, who truly made the experience even better. She was so welcoming, attentive, and kind. a wonderful girl who added a really personal touch to our visit.

The food was amazing! We’re still thinking about the sharing platter — full of flavour and perfect for mixing and matching. The pizzas were light, crispy and delicious, and the girls loved finishing off with the chocolate gelato. The whole place had a relaxed but stylish vibe, great for both families and couples. A lovely spot for an easy, high-quality meal with great service and even better food.

5 stars for Gallio in Canary Wharf! Outstanding from start to finish. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a great range of dishes to suit different tastes. Drinks were spot-on—well-made cocktails and a solid selection to pair with the meal. Service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and efficient without being intrusive. The bottomless brunch is amazing—great vibes, delicious plates, and seamless refills that made the experience feel effortless. Excellent value and a perfect spot for catching up with friends or a weekend treat. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

The saffron seafood stew was rich and aromatic, and the beef stifado was slow-cooked to perfection. We also loved the small plates, especially the octopus & sucuk skewer and the sesame falafel, all great for sharing. Warm atmosphere, good drinks, and definitely a place I’d come back to.

We stopped in for lunch and ordered the shawarma platter with unlimited sides, and it definitely exceeded expectations. The shawarma was tender, well-seasoned, and served with a generous portion of rice. Honestly its enough to feed more than two people. As good as it was, the sides actually ended up being the highlight. The cheese bread was delicious, but the za’atar bread paired with hummus was on another level. We also tried a couple of mocktails, and the piña colada was our favourite; refreshing and surprisingly well-balanced. On top of the great food, the service really stood out. The staff were warm, attentive, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. If you’re in Canary Wharf, this is a great spot for a relaxed and satisfying lunch, especially if you’re looking to go out with colleagues. Definitely worth a visit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved this place! The Mediterranean main course had a Moroccan twist full of flavour and perfectly cooked. The starters were delicious too, especially the creamy burrata and the truffle one (I’m a huge truffle lover!). The salad was super fresh and refreshing. The staff were lovely and friendly, and the whole vibe of the restaurant was cosy and welcoming. Definitely one of those hidden gems you’d love to come back to. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience, I went to try the Bottomless Feast and everything was absolutely delicious, the Shawarma Platter was exquisite and it includes unlimited sides, my favorite was the Cheese Bread. You can really taste the Mediterranean in every bite, one of my favorite restaurants here in London, I completely recommend it.

I went to the pizza making class and it was an amazing experience, Mohammed was an incredible host, he patiently explained everything step by step and made sure that we all understood and enjoyed the process. The pizza resulted absolutely delicious while the snacks and drinks were excellent. Will come again for sure!

This was a great find in canary wharf. We went in and were greeted very well from the staff. The bottomless feast was the one we opted for. Shawrma platter with unlimited small plates. I must say the portion of it all was so good we didn’t even order anything after that. Overall the food was amazing. Really enjoyed the batata and shawrma platter. Must visit!

I visited this place with my friend for a bottomless pizza lunch, and we absolutely loved it! The food was delicious, especially the “Patatas Bravas.” As a Spaniard, I found it to be true to the original recipe. I also enjoyed the pizzas, and I appreciated that gluten-free options were available. I will definitely come back!

Recently went for the pizza making class and I enjoyed it so much! Kudos to chef Mohammed, he made the class lively and interactive. We got to choose about 3 toppings on our pizzas and we were given the recipe for the dough. The pizza turned out delicious and one of the best I have ever eaten! Would definitely recommend this activity to people and groups of friends or even couples. At £30pp it definitely is a steal in London!

Had such a great time at Gallio in Canary Wharf (Cabot Place) for their bottomless brunch. The free-flowing Prosecco was a real treat, and the food was spot on. The Beef Stifado was buttery and soft, the halloumi was delicious, and the drinks were tasty too. Big shoutout to the staff – the service was amazing and really made the evening. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re in Canary Wharf!

Absolutely fantastic Mediterranean restaurant. The food was fabulous — fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. There were so many great options on the menu that it was genuinely hard to choose, with something for everyone. The service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Everything from start to finish felt thoughtful and high quality. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be going back.

My friends and I were here for the pizza-making class, and I must say that was the best pizza I’ve ever had. The class was so fun and educational. Shout out to our tutor Muhammad. I'm still going to go back there to explore their meal options. Can’t wait!

I recently visited Gallio in Canary Wharf and had an amazing experience. The food was truly delicious, full of flavor and clearly prepared with care every dish felt thoughtful and well-crafted. The service was impeccable and fast, with a friendly and attentive team who made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s one of those places where you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Great atmosphere, fantastic food, and excellent service —definitely a spot worth visiting (and revisiting!)

I went to Gallio for breakfast. It was great. Great because the food was high quality and very good. We had flatbread and banana bread pancakes. Everything was excellent. Not too sweet, not too salty. The lady who served us was very friendly and attentive. I'll be back for breakfast again. Oh and it’s very clean inside!

Came for the “Bottomless Feast” for dinner and it was better than we expected! For the main; you get a big chicken shawarma platter with rice, veggies, pickled cabbage, tomatoes & pickles. You also get to pick as many small plates as you want! We went with hummus, cheese my bread, salad and the falafel. You can choose to upgrade your meal to include bottomless drinks (we went with the bottomless mocktail version). Sadly our meal was ended abruptly by the fire alarm which meant we had to evacuate the building - not the fault of the restaurant as the whole building had to be evacuated! Luckily we had finished our meal and paid the bill, however it would have been lovely to enjoy a few more bottomless drinks since our time slot was not over yet… The staff were all super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food was delicious and the drinks were really good too. Atmosphere in the evening was nice, suitable for a casual meal or even a work meal. Overall had a lovely time and would visit again!

I had the chicken shawarma sharer with my partner and the food was unbelievable, such a generous portion between us and the unlimited sides were amazing!! I recommend the hummous and truffled batatas, so yummy. Staff were super lovely too and were always making sure our drinks were filled!

We visited Gallio in Canary Wharf on January 3rd to celebrate a massive milestone—our engagement, my fiancé’s birthday, and a late Christmas/New Year treat. Since we arrived at 16:30, the restaurant was pleasantly quiet, which made for a lovely, intimate atmosphere. The interior design is stunning, and I especially loved the open kitchen featuring that massive, beautiful copper oven. You can tell the team works well together; they seemed relaxed and professional. We were greeted warmly and shown to our table immediately. We booked through First Table (50% off food). While our server, Dalia, wasn’t initially aware of the deal, she handled it perfectly—she checked with her manager and confirmed everything on the menu was included. Our main waiter was also fantastic, bringing a really positive energy to the table. As for the food—honestly, wow! The flavors were incredible. The fish literally melted in our mouths, and the sauces were perfectly balanced. We made sure to pass our compliments to the chefs. It was the perfect spot for our celebrations. Highly recommended!

The food was absolutely amazing, and the 20£ set menu for 3 course meal with a drink is the best value for your money you can get in London. I absolutely enjoyed my experience. Gorgeous decor, tasty chicken pita, mini doughnuts, and croquettes, and amazing service. Definitely recommend for your next date or friends hang out!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing experience! I had such a lovely dinner here! From the moment we sat down, everything felt cosy, welcoming, and full of flavour. The ambience is warm, stylish, and perfect for a relaxed evening out. We tried several dishes, and honestly, each one was delicious! The drinks were a big highlight too: the blue cocktails were refreshing, light, and so pretty! And the creamy cocktail in the vintage glass was honestly amazing. The service was kind, fast, and attentive. Everything arrived quickly and the staff were genuinely friendly. Overall, it was such a lovely experience and great food, beautiful presentation, amazing drinks, and a cosy atmosphere. Highly recommend! ❤️🍽️✨

I came here for my works annual Christmas meal and the service was excellent. We had a big group but the team managed it like pros. The portions are surprisingly large for the price and location, we had a lot of leftovers taken home. The free bread offered before the meals was an obvious favourite and makes you feel like you’re being taken care of well! I had the falafel pilaf and the rice was heavenly! I’d love to get my hands on the recipe, it was the more silkiest and tender rice I’ve had!

Our first visit to Galio was absolutely amazing. The food was outstanding, full of flavour, beautifully presented and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was delicious and perfectly balanced, and the breads were simply incredible. The desserts were the highlight to finish the evening. Sweet, rich and gorgeous. We truly enjoyed every single bite. The atmosphere was warm and stylish, making the whole experience even more special. This place left a fantastic first impression on us. An unforgettable dinner, and we will definitely be back very soon. Photos attached because the food speaks for itself.

Absolutely worth the visit – food, atmosphere & service all on point I had the pleasure of dining at Gallio in London and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The menu offers plenty of choice and the quality of the food really stands out. What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely involved. Our waiter THIRVPATHI was very helpful friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot on and made the experience even better, you really feel taken care of here. The restaurant has a cozy, warm atmosphere with a beautiful interior that makes you feel comfortable right away. Definitely worth a visit for the food, service and overall vibe. Highly recommended!

Gallio’s Bottomless Shawarma Feast is every food lover’s dream! The shawarma was tender, juicy, and full of flavour perfectly seasoned and served with fluffy rice that complemented it beautifully. I also tried the zattar bread, hummus, falafels, cheese bread, and patatas, and each one impressed. The zattar bread was fragrant and warm, the hummus smooth and rich, and the falafels crisp on the outside with a soft, herby centre. The mezze platters truly brought the meal together, making it a wholesome Mediterranean spread. The ambience was relaxed yet vibrant, and the staff were attentive throughout ensuring plates and smiles stayed full. If you’re after a hearty, flavour-packed experience in the heart of London, Gallio should definitely be on your list.

Very unassuming restaurant. Ended up here merely as there were no other places to go as all pubs bars were fullly booked, as were most restaurants and we were lucky to get a table at Gallio. The staff were very accommodating. Loved the food which was a pleasant surprise. All bread is freshly baked, very delicious. Meatballs were perfect and had a bit of a kick too which married well with the fresh bread. The croquettes were really good too. The Lamacun was great, big portion. Hummus also delicious. Felt like we ate good quality good all freshly cooked.

My visit at Gallio was fantastic. From the attentive staff, to the refreshing bubbles and the delicious plates. We had a vegetarian shawarma with 4 sides and everything was so flavourful and fragrant. We especially loved the cheesy flatbread and the fatoush salad. We would definitely come back for another dinner here! 5 stars!

Went for the bottomless shawarma feast and loved every bit of it! The shawarma was served with rice perfectly cooked and so satisfying. We also had the zattar bread, hummus, falafels, cheese bread, and patatas on the side, all super tasty and fresh. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere had a nice buzz without being too noisy. Everything came out warm and well-presented, and we left feeling absolutely full and happy. Great value for money would 100% come back again!

My wife and I had a great experience at Gallio for their Bottomless Pizza Brunch. We enjoyed delicious starters and opted for the Patatas Bravas and Lamb Kofte Meatballs, which we shared. Both were full of flavour! We then enjoyed a pizza. Lots of unique pizza choices on the menu, which was fantastic. I enjoyed the Lamb Pizza, which included spiced lamb, harissa, red cabbage, and a tahini yoghurt drizzle. The topping was very generous, and the pizza cooked to perfection in their huge pizza oven. This was all accompanied with bottomless prosecco, and a very welcoming and attentive team of staff. I highly recommend you try this restaurant for yourself.

Amazing Pizza Making Class I had an incredible time at the pizza making class at Galio! The chef was fantastic, offering great guidance and making the whole experience fun and engaging. The best part? You get to create your own pizza and choose from a wide range of toppings. It was so satisfying to eat a pizza I made myself, and it tasted amazing! Highly recommend this class for anyone who loves pizza and wants a hands-on experience.

We went for a pizza making class and really had the most wonderful time. It was fun and relaxed. The staff were so friendly, Muhammad was hilarious and gave us a bunch of take away tips for making pizza at home. I would 10/10 recommend this for friends or a date night! Great value for money.

We came here for a staff party, 14 of us in total. The restaurant staff were really nice and helpful, and the food was great. Not sure if it’s the same menu normally, but we had flatbread and hummus to start which was really tasty. Everyone ordered different starters and mains. I had a salad, which was a little bland, but the mushroom pasta, was really amazing — I’d definitely recommend it to everyone.

We visited Gallio in Canary Wharf yesterday for bottomless pizza and Prosecco. It was such a great experience, and a perfect way to start a day of shopping👀The bottomless menu has 4 starters to pick from (also bottomless) which were very tasty, and then there were 5 pizzas to pick from. We had the hummus and patatas bravas to start and then the spicy vegetable pizza. All very tasty. The staff were very attentive and kept checking in to see if we wanted more of anything. Overall, we had a lovely time and will be going back again😊

If you're looking for a place that does Mediterranean food right, this spot is definitely worth checking out. The Bottomless Brunch Feast is hands down the best part. You can order as many starters as you want, everything from falafel to hummus to warm, amazing cheese bread. It’s perfect for sharing or just going all in on your favorites. But honestly, the real winner for me was the Shawarma Chicken. It’s packed with flavor, super tender, and just the right amount of spiced goodness. You can really taste the quality, and it’s totally worth it. On top of all that, the service is top notch. The staff are super friendly and always there when you need them, but not in an overbearing way, it just makes the whole experience that much more enjoyable.

We came here to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with my best friends, and it turned out to be such a lovely surprise! Everything from the atmosphere to the food felt perfect for a special occasion. The whole experience felt warm, genuine, and celebratory. Highly recommend this place for special occasions, birthdays, or a cozy dinner with friends. Definitely coming back!

We had a nice experience at the Canary Wharf branch of Gallio, service varied between inattentive to very friendly depending the server interacting with us, however it may have been because it was busy Saturday. We did enjoy the food a lot. We ordered the tiger prawns, kofte, croquettes (that were filled with cheese), orange and beetroot salad, saffron seafood stew (served with a fluffy pitta) and steak and cheese lavash. Everything was very tasty and we really liked the little plates, and the amount of seafood in the stew was plentiful and fresh. It would have been nice to have some salt on the table in addition to the peppermills as for our palates some of the dishes (the prawns, kofte and steak lavash) needed a little extra salt. For dessert we had the Leila cake which was a perfect way to end the meal. The only thing I didn't like was the Turkish apple tea which was a little too bitter for me and definitely needed more than just the two sachets of sugar provided. We booked via the First Table app and had no trouble getting the discount on the final bill. Overall, I was a little disappointed with the service but happy with the food so we would return.

Came here for a team Christmas lunch with my company. It’s a good place for those types of events. I got a little too excited about the menu when I saw lahmacun, known as Turkish pizza. I didn’t even look at the photos before ordering, as it was a “Mediterranean” restaurant. However, what came wasn’t lahmacun. It was a shredded lamb pizza with salad and mayonnaise sauce on top. I just took my approach as wishful thinking, and a mistake for not looking at the photos at all. I think they should just sell it as lamb pizza or something like that. I can guess that it’s a popular and well-loved option amongst Brits, though. Service was good overall, and the atmosphere was quite chill and comfortable. For dessert, I don’t recommend sticky toffee pudding because it wasn’t sticky toffee pudding, but more like a brownie with caramel sauce. I think they should just rename some of the menu items.

N
Nabeel Huda

The best of the food like seafoods are always out of stock. The portion sizes are disappointing. How can you serve one single piece of Baklava for the dessert. The pic is attached this is literally the baklava they offer as a dessert. Seems more like a taster.

S
Saurabh Tiwari

I was really looking forward to a fresh Mediterranean lunch at Gallio, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. I ordered the hummus for starter, and Shakshuka & Avocado for mains, and it was far from authentic. The base felt like uncooked, shop-bought tinned tomato pizza sauce that had just been poured into a bowl with a poached egg and some avocado dropped on top. There was no depth of flavor or the richness you expect from a slow-cooked shakshuka. To make matters worse, the pita bread served on the side felt like the cheap, shop-bought variety and was served cold. For a restaurant in such a prime location, I expected fresh, warm bread and a dish made with actual care. Overall, it was a very poor representation of Mediterranean food. I won’t be returning.
