Zizzi - Canary Wharf

had a great experience at Zizzi Canary Wharf. The food was delicious must try king prawn starter and pasta and well presented, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Special thanks to Mohini she made wonderful drinks provided excellent service — friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. She made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this location.

End of work week dinner, we found our selves in Zizzi in Canary wharf. Not our first time here, the food was great and the service was personal and attentive. We chose the set menu and added some beverages. The food came out quickly and was fresh and tasty. If you want some Italian food in Canary Wharf, give Zizzi a try, they were busy on Friday evening and the staff did not stop serving and attending to customers. Good team work with a smile and laughter! they need some a few more helpers.. A sound recommendation from me.

Zizzi – Canary Wharf Zizzi had never previously appealed to me, but this visit was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant has a good atmosphere, is clean and well presented, and is clearly popular with younger diners and couples. The standout feature was the portion size — generous and very well prepared. I had the meatballs, which were well seasoned and plentiful. The chicken mains were exceptionally large; I even took food home. The final bill was another surprise in the best way. My average spend for a meal for two in London is around £87 including service, but here it came to £68 in Canary Wharf. A great dining experience with no criticisms — firmly on my recommended list.

For a Friday night the lady seated us before our booked time which was great as that was completely my fault due to not knowing when our show was ending. The lady who was serving was run off her feet but completely professional to those she saw at the front and had to turn away and friendly to those she was serving. It was my birthday so they allowed me to pick a birthday card with an offer inside and the service was so quick for a busy evening. So glad we went when we did as the queues were starting to build when we left. 10/10 for all the staff there.

We visited Zizzi Canary Wharf on 20th December 2025, our last Zizzi visit of the year, and it couldn’t have been a better way to end it. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Tanya, who instantly made our visit feel extra special. Tanya and Shah both went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Our orders were taken flawlessly, and they were incredibly accommodating, warm, and attentive throughout the meal. A special mention also goes to Greg and Max, who contributed to the welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. An unforgettable visit with outstanding staff, we’ll definitely be back!

The food is good but our server, Art made the experience amazing. Definitely give this man a raise. He made sure we know our options and made recommendations. This is what front of the house staff should behave. Well done. Thank you Art. We will definitely come back if we see you on duty.

Had a lovely dinner with my family during half term. My kid enjoyed her mini three course and all grown ups enjoyed their meals. Our server Art is fabulous, so much fun and friendly. Thank you for making our dining experience remarkably, Art.

Haven't eaten at Zizzi's for a long time so looked forward to this. Was on a day trip so booked this as it was local to the activity. Found it difficult to find as anyone who has visited Canary Wharf will possibly know. Once found we had a friend server who looked after us. Food was good, had the Sticky Pig pizza which was really nice. Good value for a chain and would visit again

Our experience at Zizzi was absolutely exceptional, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waiter, Shah. From the moment we arrived until closing time, he greeted us with such warmth and gentleness that we immediately felt welcomed. What truly set Shah apart was the incredible care and effort he put into customizing our food exactly to our requests. He listened patiently, double-checked every detail, and made sure everything was prepared just the way we asked for — nothing was overlooked. Throughout the evening, Shah constantly checked in to ensure we were happy and comfortable, going above and beyond to make our experience perfect. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to make us happy made a lasting impression on us. This level of service is rare, and Shah is a real asset to Zizzi. We left feeling valued, satisfied, and truly grateful for such outstanding service.

The customer service provided was excellent. Alex the duty manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly. She handled my request promptly and followed up to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. This level of service reflects a strong commitment to customer care.A very big thank you to Alex and her team. Will definitely be going back again.

We were a party of 22 people and had a fantastic time at Zizi’s Canary Wharf. The whole team were very attentive and got all our orders correct in a timely manner. Have to recognise Alex - an exceptional waitress who was very friendly and provided an excellent service. Well done to the team!

Lovely vist to Canary Wharf, head writer brought us some nibbles and complimentary fizz. We felt well cared for and looked after. The food though is just delicious. We haven't been to Zizzi fir a long time and we were pleasantly surprised by the menu. Lots to choose from and cooked well. Although we are only visiting London and won't get chance to come here again we will definitely visit a local Zizzi

I had such a wonderful experience at the Zizzi restaurant in Canary Wharf! The food was absolutely lovely, but what truly made the visit special were the two amazing waiters, Alex and George. I come here regularly with the family and we enjoy it every time. My daughter is a picky eater and only ever gets plain pasta, but raves about it. The staff are always lovely, and the menu changes frequently enough that it isn’t boring to come back as a regular. The zillionaire program is quite meaningful too. I’ve included an expert review by my 5 year old, too. Really lovely service from Art, thank you!

I really enjoyed Zizi. We have got one pizza for 2 people and ended up being full. It was a good portion and super delicious. And big thanks to the staff!! They are really welcoming and helpful

Had a great experience at Zizzi! Food was good, the ambiance of the resto was really comforting and the service was the best! A staff named Shah was very helpful and welcoming. He introduced the menu so well and came to our table time to time to check if we need anything. Highly recommended to come and spend a good time at Zizzi.

This pizza spot near Canary Wharf station has such a great vibe. The pizza is freshly baked and super tasty, with a rich, flavorful sauce. I also loved the ice cream dessert. The service was awesome, and I’ll definitely be back!

The food was amazing and delicious, but also served fast. The staff was friendly, especially a waitress named Olivia. (Hopefully I've spelt her name correctly.) She was friendly, polite, fast and very attentive to me from when i entered till i left. Especially when i was pretty much sitting in a corner that was pretty hidden and hard to notice. I would absolutely eat there again and maybe with some friends and family next time. Absolutely would recommend this place. 😁

I had a really lovely experience at Zizzi in Canary Wharf. The atmosphere was warm and modern, making it a great spot for both casual dining and special occasions. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived especially Alex and the food was delicious.

Alex was incredibly welcoming, warm and funny. She made our visit extra special. Clearly she loves her job. We need more serving staff like her in the world!! Maybe she could start a training academy ;) thank you Alex. My very hungry husband eventually ate enough food!!

Alex and George were our servers and it was a very pleasant experience. Alex has a very warm and welcoming personality who smiled throughout every interaction with us and really made our lunch feel like we were at a family home. She is a credit to the company. George was very proactive with asking about allergens and delivering service in a prompt and efficient manner. Always a pleasure to dine at Zizzi’s, where the food is always high quality and brought out within an adequate amount of time and the courteous staff in every branch.

Pizzas are good, and overall Zizzi has been a favourite pizza place for a decade. However, very disappointed by the quality in the past year. My 4 year old has been served cucumbers with black mould and at the same time hair in the pizza. Second time month or two later again cucumbers where clearly not washed just about to go bad. Both times at Canary Wharf. In my opinion the should not be a y compromise with children's quality of food.

Very well prepared and served food. Pasta has nice texture and sauces have great flavor. Spicy dishes are hot indeed! Good selection of table wine. The vegetarian meatballs are superb!

Been a few times, lovely food and good place to go with friends and family. Can speak here, music not too loud. Food is great, lots of tasty options. Desserts especially amazing, spoilt for choice. My favourite so has to be Tiramisu. The Zillionaire club is worth joining to receive points and freebies.

George and Shobha was amazing! They kept us well entertained and made our evening special. We loved our chocolate shower 😂 and will definitely be going back whenever we get the chance!

The food at Zizzi was amazing! The presentation was top-notch, and everything tasted lovely. I would definitely visit again, I absolutely loved it!

The staff was great and profesional. However the menu offert was confused first in the book and personall no like me.Music inside was heavy and the pizza flavour oka . the food in general can better. is nice place to feel relaxed with people. All staff fast and profesional. The LASAÑA awosome to me the best. Nice music and cleaning are 🆗 Happy to meet a place like that.. Great plates and presentation .

The pizza portion is very large for one person. Friday lunch wasn’t too busy. A nice and quiet restaurant. Would like to appreciate the staff-Arte, he is very helpful. Offering to help to cut the pizza and giving me extra napkins.

Just wanted a hearty bowl of noodle but the Marugame Udon was totally packed on the Bank Holiday Monday. Came to Zizzi instead because it is just next to it. Maybe because another Italian restaurant I visited yesterday raised the bar too high, I didn't find the food very impressive, neither the service. With two tables required to be served at the time I arrived, I stood at the reception for a few minutes, and no one was there. During the time I was having my three-course meal, no one came to ask how the food is. Same situation applied to the other two tables next to me. But when the staff came, they were all with smiles and polite as well. The three-course tasted average but the portion is good. I guess it is how chain restaurants taste like. Nothing to complaint about but nothing much to expect. Price is reasonable though, especially in Canary Wharf.

Food was superb and the service was good, however the restaurant was so cold I shivered through my lunch. Also, there were lots of empty tables when we arrived but we were seated right next to another couple who had put their coats on the seat I’d been given so we had to interrupt them to ask them to move their things so so I could sit down! Not the best experience today… and as it was my birthday lunch it was disappointing!

Overall, an extremely disappointing experience (we've eaten at different Zizzi restaurants all over the place). We booked a table in advance as usually whenever we've been to a Zizzi; it's busy. Aside the two of us and the staff, there was one other table of guests. I didn't think quarter past 7 on a Saturday night was the wrong time to eat but the atmosphere was non- existent throughout and given we were pretty much the only guests, would probably have expected staff to have been more welcoming and friendly (this is except who we assume was the duty manager) The younger female member of staff with a fringe was timid, there was no basic conversation and her engagement with us seemed robotic. The gent that served us had a bit more about him, but again, his engagement was robotic. (The starter that got returned, we didn't get an apology from him, just given the menu and advised to choose another dish). The duty manager (assumption on the basis of her service was so much better) lady with glasses apologised and stated no starter would be charged and she had much more about her. I've tried to find the first starter that was chosen on the website but can't. It was dire, the chilli was overpowering. It had to be returned and another dish was ordered. The pizza I had for a main was as I've always had, would always recommend as it's a really tasty, simple dish. The carbonara my partner ordered was a chorizo carbonara- we did ask if they still did a 'normal, standard' carbonara to which the robotic female staff replied 'no' and then just stood and stared at us. The chorizo carbonara came and the spaghetti used had again been overcomplicated; it was like a drainpipe in thickness and did not compliement the dish at all- this was as well barely eaten. We didn't have dessert like we usually would because the service was so dire and the food had been so disappointing. We were grateful to the duty manager that somewhat (unknowingly) redeemed the service we'd received.

Very disappointed with our visit. I ordered the seafood pasta and the portion was extremely small – barely three forkfuls. There was no real clam meat, just empty shells and only two prawns. My daughter also had pasta and it was the same story – very small portion and she was still hungry when we left. We shared calamari which cost £17, but it had no flavour at all and was not worth the price. The only good thing was the dessert – thankfully that was nice. Overall, it felt like a waste of £80. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
