During our recent visit, we had the pleasure of trying their new chicken breast sandwich, and it exceeded our expectations. The chicken was perfectly cooked, moist, and paired beautifully with fresh vegetables, creating a delightful medley of flavors. Additionally, the fries complemented the meal perfectly, being both crispy and delicious, elevating the overall dining experience. Each visit to Sacred Ground reaffirms our affection for this establishment, as it combines exceptional culinary offerings with a genuine sense of hospitality. Our Lord and Savior, Jesus, who lives in the hearts of the staff, would definitely eat here! They also must have angels assisting in the kitchen. I received the warmest welcome from Cooper after entering. Felt like a loving uncle welcoming you home. I ordered a cold brew coffee, black, as always, and a BLT breakfast sandwich. The coffee was dark and chocolatey...deliciousness! The sandwich came on toasted wheat bread, which stayed in tact even with the ripe tomatoes and over medium egg. The bacon was crispy and salty (like me), but I love salt. So if you find yourself driving through Lone Oak, don't blink 'cuz you'll miss it. Stop on in and get your heart touched and your stomach filled.

What a gem!💎 This place felt so cozy inside. The service was like a hug! The food blew my mind! I ordered the shrimp & grits and the crawfish meat pie, both were bursting with flavor. So delicious! Will definitely be back to try other dishes!

This place is a gem!! The food is amazing. My family and I have tried the sausage and cheese meat pie, pulled pork meat pie, wings, fries, street tacos, pinto beans, and apple pastries. Oh boy, everything was so DELICIOUS and reasonably priced. The owners are the kindest people and have such a welcoming and joyful presence. This is a special place!

Such a cute little place. The owner is so nice, friendly and helpful. Coffee was great. It looked much prettier before I stirred it. Muffin was delicious! And it benefits a great local charity.

Very generous service, and good house coffee, nice thin crust pizza with good hearty tomato sauce and lots of parmesan. It is filling, with plenty of toppings. There are also fancy coffee drinks and fruit smoothies. I tried the chicken wings today. They are delicious and real wings , not chicken nuggets. There are lots of canning jar specialty foods like pickled vegetables, sauces, and jellies/jams. This place is friendly to cyclists. It's a great breakfast spot for hosting a gravel ride.

You know how great it is when you are pleasantly surprised when getting something to eat! We just happened into this place that looked like it was going to be average at best and wow what a treat! My wife and I have shared two different meat pies and a Cobb salad and some fried sweet potatoes and it was all perfect. It was all so fresh and you could tell without a doubt that they literally just prepared it for you. The ambience was beautiful and the staff so wholesome that I still can't believe there wasn't a long line to get in. I hope we pass that way more often.

This is quickly become our favorite place to grab a coffee and some food. The people are outstanding, and the owners are off the chain. Stop in and see if you don’t agree.

The coffee is wonderful and we had the croissant breakfast sandwiches. Let me tell you, they were perfectly flaky with crisp bacon and it literally just melts in your mouth. I've never in my 51 years had a better breakfast sandwich. This little gem is definitely worth trying out! You will not be disappointed.

Stopped in for lunch and struck up a conversation with Cooper. It was one of the most pleasant conversations I've had. The food was served hot, fresh, and tasted great. If you haven't stopped here before I would recommend doing so.

Only downside is I live 5 hours away from this amazing place! Beautiful Christian hospitality and atmosphere! I ordered the 16in chicken bacon ranch pizza, ham croissant sandwich and a berry smoothie. It took less than 15 minutes and they hand deliver to your table with so much love!!! Best experience I’ve ever had! I pray that God continues to bless the owners, staff and business! Can’t wait to try more of their food and drinks!

I love this place. The atmosphere is warm and pleasant. So cozy. Their Lone Oak Latte is delicious. Order it with 50% less sweet if you don't like things to be too sweet. They have wings that come with fries and eggs and a lot other things in between. They also sell really cool salsas and salad dressings and nicknacks like that. I go here and work for several hours and it's just a perfect spot.

Went in with my bridal party on my bachelorette trip and the owner came and asked if he could pray over me and my marriage to be and was just so kind! the food was amazing especially their sweet potato fries!! And the coffee was soo good! Would definitely go back again!

I normally don't do reviews unless i love the place or just hate it and in this case it AN AMAZING review i went in craving a coffee after passing my driving test to reward myself it was my first time so asked the lady was she recommended and she was a huge help. she told me the lone oak latte i believe and let me tell y'all IT WAS AMAZING DID NOT DISAPPOINT let me also point out they were so quick i had my coffee in less them 5 min i also had a velvet cookie and the cookie was giant and was so amazing. When i was going out the place i had my coffee and cookie in hand didnt even ask no one for help and a young lady opened the door for me i was just shocked and put a smile on my face because im used to asking for help WOULD RECOMMEND 1000% will be going back tomorrow FOUND MY FAVORITE COFFEE SPOT!!!!!!!

We absolutely loved this quaint little shop. The woman behind the counter was incredibly nice, so courteous, and helpful. The mango smoothie was delicious. It was a little over $5. They have many delicious items to purchase at the counter.

The inside of steak is ground is so cute! They have a beautiful vintage thing that is Christ centered! The woman who made me my coffee is so kind after making my drink she hand-delivered it to me and then walked me to the door and opened it for me. The staff was so nice. It was a great way to start my day!

I was visiting Lone Oak, Texas for a week and found what I thought was a wonderful little coffee shop. I went every morning and truly enjoyed their blueberry muffins. The ladies working there were kind, welcoming, and absolutely worth the generous tips I left. I made it a point to leave $50 or even $100 each visit because I wanted to support a small town business and the hardworking staff. I was shocked to later learn that the employees do not receive the tips. Instead, the money was being given to a nonprofit called Community Seeds, which is run by the pastor who owns the shop. Had I wanted to donate to a nonprofit or a church, I would have done so directly. I tipped specifically for the employees who provided excellent service. It is disgraceful for a pastor to mislead customers in this way. Customers deserve honesty and transparency about where their money is going. Please be aware and ask questions before leaving large tips.

While I was in town working on my ranch, my friend and I stopped into the cutest little coffee shop. It’s clearly faith-based, with Bibles and Scripture signs throughout. One of the baristas made the best iced lavender coffee I’ve ever had, and their blueberry muffins were incredible. Over the course of the week, my friend and I left about $500 in tips because we believed we were blessing the employees who served us so well. On our last day we asked the employees if they had received our tips throughout the week. An employee told us the staff does not receive the tips and that the owner keeps them and gives them to “Community Seeds,” a nonprofit he founded. At no point were we told that tips would not go to employees, and there was no signage disclosing this. Had we known, we would have tipped the workers directly in cash. According to federal labor law, employers are prohibited from keeping employee tips. If what we were told is accurate, this appears to directly conflict with that law. I truly feel sorry for the employees. Customers deserve full transparency about where their money is going, and workers deserve to keep what they earn. We will not be returning. We will also be contacting the appropriate authorities to request a formal review of how these tips are being handled so that our money is either refunded to us or properly distributed to the employees who earned it.
