I LOVE ordering from this location. Normally, I don't order food because I prefer a home cooked meal any day of the week, but I went on a pizza BUZZ for about 6 months. I don't eat meat or dairy so I always order a LOT of veggies with no cheese. I know, ordering a pizza with no cheese - huh? It's actually pretty great! With all that being said, I wasn't too sure of who would have the best pizza at a reasonable price. Gotta try and save some money, am I right? So, I tried Pizza Hut, Papa John's and Domino's. I tried them in the order of which I thought tasted better. :-) :-) I was most pleased with Domino's :-) :-) In my opinion: - The coupons on the website are the best that you'll find. - The veggie pizzas are always HOT and FRESH - The deserts are ever so good. - Quickest time from ordered to [knock-knock] - And finally, I've always had a pleasant encounter with the delivery pros. Who doesn't enjoy greeting someone bringing you food, but the Domino Drivers seem to have that little something extra. They're always friendly and happy. Terrific experience from start to finish :-) A great team means to have great management. !! FIVE * * * * * STARS !!

I would like to share how extremely pleased I am with Cameron. The Pizza I received was the best ever and I’ve been coming here for 10 years! I can definitely tell the Care that went into making my pizza. Jodee the manager was amazingly hospitable. I ordered my Pizza well done for delivery and it showed up undercooked and Jodee made it right. She remade my pizza properly and had it re-delivered, and even offered me a free dessert. She handled the situation so amazingly and made me comfortable ordering here again. We would love to give this location 5 stars, but because of inconsistencies, we can’t. Three things: 1) we order thin crust pizza, but we have to order extra cheese because they never put enough on (It costs $2 for extra cheese) It’s obvious to us when they don’t, but it is very hard to prove, so we don’t complain. 2) They NEVER put oregano on it (we order online for coupons/specials) so we can’t tell them to please use oregano like other locations always do. There’s even an option to “remove oregano” when ordering online, so we know thin crust should have it. 3) They tend to overcook it sometimes, so it comes out dry and the crust is burnt/black. SOMETIMES they get the extra cheese and cook-time perfectly 😃! But not often. So it’s frustrating when we get dry, hardly any cheese, overcooked/burnt thin crust pizzas. update: Thank you so much for listening to my feedback! We have been back 3 times now since my review and the extra cheese is being added and the cook time is perfect! There still isn’t any oregano on the thin crust pizzas, but that isn’t a make or break thing. Orders are always ready quickly and accurately! The team members work very hard and are always very courteous. Thank you guys so much for your hard work, it is very much appreciated! 😃

I'm a Senior and wasn't sure how the app worked so I went inside. There was a sweet young man that helped me with the app to get the any size pizza with just about anything on it for $9.99. My order wouldn't go through, so a sweet girl wearing a ball cap came and looked at my order on my phone, and she went and made my pizza. The people were so awesome & the pizza was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I will definitely order from there again. They were all working so hard & so fast!

Pizza was fresh and every employee greeted me whether they were delivering pizza or making the pizza. And of course my food was delicious. Thanks dominos

Ordered a pizza online for delivery. 20 minutes later, the website said it was in quality control and works be delivered in 1- 11 minutes. 30 minutes later, stll no pizza. I called, and they said they were short-handed and didn't know when my pizza would be delivered. I said I would come pick it up right away. He said it wouldn't be ready for another 10 minutes. The website lied. I drove up there, and they said they didn't know where my pizza was. They didn't know if it was cooked or even made. We waited another 10 minutes, and I got a text that my pizza was being delivered. I went into the store to get my pizza from the driver since I was there. I told them i just got a text stating my pizza was ready. No one knew where my pizza was. I finally told them to cancel my order and left. I understand being short-staffed, but the customer service was terrible. Their website should not state that your pizza is ready and will be delivered in 10, when it is not even cooked. It's not the first time I have had problems with this store, but it is definitely the last time.

Delivery was fast but the chicken wings looked like they’d been chewed on by a dog and the pizza wasn’t even cut into slices.

After my pizza had been out of the oven for 45 minutes it had still not been picked up by the driver. When I called the store to check on the order status I was told by the female answering the phone that the driver wasn’t back from his previous delivery “there is nothing I can do, if you want to cancel it then cancel it” so I did!

Today, I got the worst experience I’ve ever had with Dominos, ordered a Large thin Spinach & Feta, and all I received was a burnt pizza with no toppings on it (see picture). I can’t believe I received this horrible product. I don’t think the pizza I received today represents the quality Dominos claimed to provide to customers. Very disappointed.

They consistently mark orders as completed when they are not. I’m assuming this is to boost their numbers but it is very frustrating to wait 10 minutes while your order says “ready” on the screen and in the app. I have had this happen twice here with separate employees so it must be how they are trained at this location.

So I called for a delivery order and to pay with cash, and they ended up canceling my order…they said driver got cussed out, NO ONE AT MY HOUSE SPEAKS ENGLISH BUT ME, also my cameras didn’t detect anything through the sensors, i ran thru footage and saw no one, they said they returned my money back from my online order which doesn’t make sense bc I called and said I’ll pay with cash???? Y’all rlly some lazy bums that can’t drive a few blocks to deliver a pizza smh 🤦‍♂️

I used to be a regular customer at the domino's that delivered to my other apartment. This particular location is downright awful. I ordered just a few times, and every time it was after a while because I was hoping some improvements had been made. Unfortunately, every experience has been terrible. The last pizza I ordered I had to check to make sure that I had not accidentally bitten into the box itself, as the pizza was very hard. Other times they would get the order incorrect. In the past when I have called, I dealt with a rude employee. I had been told they do not deliver past 10 o'clock, or they cant deliver at all. I understand staffing shortages, but to lie about delivery times is a different story. The quality of the product is very poor. Overall not a good representation of the franchise. I have not ordered in a while, instead I continually check the reviews to see if there have been improvements but apparently not.

Waited about 30 minutes in store for my online pick up order and got it as soon as it was done but the order was wrong and the pizza was barely warm. While sitting there not a single employee helped a customer only delivery drivers helped give customers waiting to pick up their pizzas including me. Also while waiting for my pizza experienced a ln employee yell at a customer trying to get his attention so he could pick up his pizza then after yelling at him went back to what he was doing and didn't help the customer just let him wait even longer to be helped by a returning delivery driver.

The pizza was disgusting slop. I had to beg for a refund. Don’t go here.

Every time I order pizza here, there is next to no tomato sauce on the pizza. It’s like eating cheese and bread only. Makes it taste so dry. I shouldn’t have to pay for extra tomato sauce to be able to taste some tomato sauce. This makes it feel ridiculous and like a waste of my money. I literally cannot buy pizza here without paying for extra sauce without it ruining my experience. Even little Caesars is better in this. This is why I mostly buy my pizza from papa John’s, never have any issues with them. Don’t buy pizza here unless you want it dry just bread cheese unless you pay for extra tomato sauce so you can at least have some. Waste of my money and ruined my pizza night with my wife.

I walked in to pick up my pizzas and NOT A SINGLE PERSON WAS WEARING GLOVESSSS. i dont feel safe eating my pizza knowing someones finger nail dirt could be all up in the doe, and i saw every person working there not a glove in sight, not to mention one girl had bracelets on who know how dirty those were.

Order several pizza every other Saturday for students. Both times I have ordered from this dominos has been awful. Both times it has been 1 employee working. I placed both orders hours beforehand and gave my expected pick-up time. They have yet to get even close to my pick-up time. Go anywhere but here.

Faithful customer, always have been.. I received the absolute worst customer service tonight by the N Beach St location. After placing my online order, it was said my order would be delivered by 6:45p. Tracking showed the pizzas were out the oven at 6:36p.I called the facility at 7:25pm almost a hour later and was told that my order had been just sitting there told again that it never made it to the oven and the tracking was lying. Once I told JOSH that I didn’t want to receive pizzas that had been sitting for almost a hour because they were no longer hot and that I wanted a refund he became very rude. Although I was highly upset I never disrespected him. As I asked him how do I know the cancellation is confirmed he hung up on me. Every question I asked, he wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence before cutting me off.so I never got my order,plus my free pizza redemption was misused. Very unprofessional. It’s really sad to spend money with a company that don’t appreciate your dollar.

I picked my order up for carry out, when I arrived, I walked in and I asked the gentleman for a bag for my salad And he scuffed and tossed a bag at me like “put it in there yourself”. I order there like 2-3 times a week and the customer service has just gone downhill.

The Female manager here was so mean. I probably had the longest double shift at work and all I wanted was a pizza after but my pizza was messed up. After trying to explain to here that it didn’t come out the way I wanted she refused to help me or remake it unless I pay again. Probably one of the worst days I’ve had all because she couldn’t remake my pizza that was wrong in the first place.

Service poorly, Pizza very badly made the order was with three ingredients .... but it came without stuffing, and quite burnt .... kkkk I think the burnt is part of the third ingredient !!! I do not recommend!!!

I ordered hand tossed medium ham pineapple pizza through the app few minutes later the store called me and said we are out of Ham so i had to substitute it then i went to pick up my order the pizza in a hand ban box and look too small than the normal medium hand tossed size

DISAPPOINTED! Ripped off- I spent $15 on two pastas and they barely filled it. I can see the bottom pan. Please do better for your paying customers! I used to be able to share one pan when they filled it in the past and now skimping on the pasta ? come on guys ! Pictures posted of what they falsely advertise VS what I got. Just get in the car and go get it. Gonna save money and get better service. People just don't care anymore about service or quality. Even the Dominoes website makes a complaining person type it out to DOT the Customer Support Bot. Really!

My LARGE pizza was cut into 6 pieces instead of 8 and even then there’s only ONE piece of chicken on my slice.The crust is literally missing a big chunk. Do better Dominos. This will probably be my last order in a while until y’all get it together, going back to Pizza Hut.

The first experience I had with him was about a month ago when the pizza didn't come for 2 hrs and he kept saying it's on its way. They didn't even offer some kind of refund or anything to atleast apologize. He rather decided to try to justify why it took 2 hours for my order to come when I live a few blocks away. if your busy I understand but don't say you'll recieve it in 20 mins the drivers on his way. Now again yetserday we ordered and the pizza again came after 2 hours and Zach kept saying it's on its way. The order finally came and one pie was missing and also the pizza was cold and looked like left over pizza as you can see in the picture I posted. Their was burnt pieces all over the pie. I called and he said all we can do is give store credit. I understand people make mistakes but to get rude when it's clearly you're fault for messing the order up and delivering after 2 hours is ridiculous. I'm sure I'm not the only one complaining about this as you can clearly see in the reviews below. After realizing he was wrong he decided to hang up on me because he had nothing else to say. It's a shame because all the workers their are really nice and professional. The worker who came to deliver apologized today mean while the manager was trying to seem as if everythings okay meanwhile were missing a pie and the food is Cold and on top of that we had to wait till the next day to order because they were about to close.

Again it said charged my account $15.13 for a pasta and cheese bread. I went up to the store to see what happened and why i was charged twice. The general manager gave me a # to call and there was nothing else she could do for me. I called the number they said i was actually charged 3 times instead of twice. A total of $31.16 charged out of my account. He said there was nothing he could do for me. I would at least like food instead of the refund. I have receipts of the transaction stating my account was charged by dominos. Highly irritated about this customer service.
