Got food poisoning from orange chicken on Friday night 1/28/2022, beware. I see other reviews here about undercooked food, you might want to go elsewhere -- the food poisoning was intensely not fun.

Everytime i go the portions are getting smaller , specially when the elder lady serves the food. I have to complain that I pay for entrée and its all rice with two bites of protein. Very unfair.

Bought lunch and was really looking forward to this. The orange chicken and Beijing beef was not fresh and old and the chow mein tasted like soap. Like they didn’t wash off the pan they cooked in.

There is no option to leave a 0 start review. I order online for Uber delivery and they gave me the wrong food. I called to ask to fix it or get my money back and they deny. Worker was very rude and disrespectful. And the plate I order was a mess& uncooked. Workers are horrible. DO NOT GO HERE

I order online and pick up in store. My family was given no fortune with purchase. This makes me feel unwell.

We just came to eat at this location (04/23/25). Arrived at 9:05 and we were a little bit confused because it seems that it was closed because all the chairs were on top of the tables but lights were on. We approached the door and asked if it was open and the lady say yes! The store closes at 9:30 and the employees started to literally put all chairs up and washing the floors with soap before 9 pm! We asked if we can eat there and one of the employees say yes but “we closed at 9:30” so Basically sit and eat fast! We ordered food but decided not to eat there because , first the smell of soap was very strong so it was pretty unpleasant the idea of eating while having to smell that soap and second because we felt like we needed to eat fast or they will kick us out at 9:30! I understand employees want to go home but starting closing way before closing time its kind of ridiculous! We love the food there but tonight the service and atmosphere were awful!

Quality here has gone down, every time I come here most of the entrees are empty and I ask if they have more coming out soon & the same Hispanic lady never knows, gives me a blank stare & has to go ask. Usually, its about another 5-10 mins whereas before they used to not let the entrees run out before starting the next batch so that this doesn’t happen but management here needs to rethink their strategy for good customer service

Bad experience. Not once. But three times! First time - burnt fried rice. Disgusting. Right into the trash. Second time - paltry portions. It was like they were being ultra cheap...we were disappointed. This isn't cheap food!! Why skimp when it's 27$ for two people? Third time, incorrect order, wrong side given. And on top of that an allergy danger. If I would have eaten what they gave me I would have been sickened. After 3 messages to their corporate email, even their corporate office simply gave up communication, and to this day have received no final reply. All they did was send a form letter response and a credit for one meal. Keep your paltry gift ESPECIALLY if you're ignoring the real issue at hand. We will never order from this store again How poorly managed and trained your staff is. What a black eye this location is. And to top it all off, the corporate response, as described, was absolutely jaded and unacceptable. never, ever again. Pretty much everything that could be messed up will be. We gave them 3 chances. One barely deserved star.

Disappointing experience at this Panda Express. Part of the issue is the shopping center is private property, and it seems like management/property security is choosing to allow people to loiter right outside the front door. There were multiple persons experiencing homelessness there with personal belongings, and the area felt unsafe and unclean. On top of that, I came in to pick up an online order, told the cashier my name, and was made to wait—only to find out my food had been ready and sitting there the whole time. The cashier said he “did not see it” and mentioned they were busy. I understand being busy, but the lack of attention and communication made this a frustrating visit. I’ll be avoiding this location going forward.

Employee Ariana always has the worst attitude and is impatient when it comes to customers choosing what they want , and gives you a blank stare . not a single thought behind those eyes , why hire an employee like this ? makes me feel like im the one doing something wrong . not my fault you don’t like your job here .!

Went there tonight around 7:30 and stood in front of the counter for a good four or five minutes while they prepared food for people who ordered online instead of taking my order who was standing directly in front of them

Terrible customer service, they don't bother greeting you, must be how you look. They serve your order not so happily and they change more if you're not careful when you pay. The Asian lady at the register was rude if you ask why she's changing you extra. She actually opened my plate and recommended food from it. 😂 Not a single star is worth.
