This was a gorgeous Jimmy John’s location. Our food was tasty, they have the best ice cubes and the signage was hilarious. It was a busy location with the police department across the street but the staff handled it really well. It was a nice spot to bring my toddler because they have booths and high chairs.

The food was great as usual. The guy making my sandwich was funny and quick with my order. Really liked the bootleggers club with added avocado and hot peppers. Their jalapeño chips also never disappoint. No change in quality over the past few years. Still a great place to get a bite to eat. Inside was clean and well taken care of. Had a few tables outside to eat at. Parking a bit of a pain, but the parking meters have a free 15 minute grace period option which worked great for just a food pickup.

Came here today because I was really craving a sandwich. Before I even finished paying another lady handed me my food. Haha didn't even realize until I started eating that their motto is literally so fast you'll freak! My sandwich was great and the staff is awesome!

I am a HUGE fan of their #9 (Italian Night Club) sandwich, add hot peppers is a must. This location is fast, friendly, and if you brave through the current construction taking place on Broadway, you won’t be disappointed. A few JJ insider tips: if you don’t want all your ingredients to “smush” out when you take a bite, as for the “extra bread scooped out” option when ordering. This allow for more room for you to enjoy all the goodness inside. Also, the sandwiches typically come uncut, so don’t be afraid to ask them to cut it in halves or fourths if you get on of the “Giant” subs. Overall, nothing to complain about with this location!

I go here often, the employees are friendly but certain employees are distracted, forgetful, disengaged, unfocused and constantly playing with cell phone and appear to be high, which reduces the experience. The other day they had no ice and kept selling fountain drinks but didn't tell anyone, so my 5 minute experience lasted 20 minutes while i waited for some lazy employee to fetch ice from another shop down the street. Weak management.

I've been frequenting this location for about 3 years now. It's nice inside, good service, good quality and they always get my custom order correct. Only negative is the outside surrounding area is not the greatest at times but that's really out of the store's hands.

- Just expensive ($18 for Giant, $9 for Reg). Those + 1 drink + tax = almost $34. - Tasty sandwiches. - AMAZINGLY fresh quality ingredients! - Friendly staff (Zoe). - Comfortable place. - Lemonade and Powerade soda machines shot out drinks without any sugar/taste. Just really bland drinks.

Tried this place when I was randomly in Long Beach. The sandwich was alright. Bread is really good, quality of the turkey wasn't top notch but was decent. I really like they offer sprouts as an option as well. The sandwich w/o anything was incredibly bland. I had them add vinaigrette dressing and mustard and after that it was pretty decent. It's very similar to jersey mikes. The main thing about this place that I found pretty cool was the decor. It has a clean a very clean vibe and they have these really cool life quotes on the walls and cool art as well. I'd try it again...

I have also only been here during non-lunch hours. I imagine it gets pretty packed given the location near the police station and courthouse. Service has been solid and the employees are nice and appear to get along.

Jimmy Johns is my favorite sandwich/sub shop. Fresh baked rolls. Just went today 9/21 and the staff is as slow as a turtle. Come on what happened to lightning fast?? Also the cashier hands you the cup by putting it upside down on the counter! The staff needs more training!

40 minutes a single sandwich order placed online. Great food but do not go if you only have a short time for lunch. Loud crazy and chaotic from the moment you enter until you leave. They need to significantly improve that turnaround time.

I ordered a Pepe with no tomatoes and add pickles. It seemed as though there was tomatoes put on there and then taken off cause I could see tomato residue and seeds. And there was no pickles. Usually I dont leave reviews but at the same time my order was being taken, who I presume to be the shift lead was being rude to his cashier and nit picking at her while she was trying to take my order. So the fact that that was happening and my sandwich was messed up,it actually quite upset me. Since I work nextdoor to them and we are always kind to their staff.

Now it’s one star since your review link is all wonky, guess you guess just trying to collect people’s personal info to sell it to third party vendors, never will you ever get a penny of my money and no one I know either!!! The customer service is top tier but I the food was nasty. I am not sure what was stale maybe the mayo but it taste horrible, a total waste of my money. I work so hard to afford to do live and it was a complete disappointment. The pickle was alright and the tea was really good I would have made out better just buying the bread I guess but the meat mayo tomatoes even all taste like I dont know what it was but it didn’t taste like the delicious sandwich it appeared to be when I took a bite.
