I took 2 hamburger eating reviewers with me to find out about all the hype we been hearing about this establishment. We were amazed and went back for more burgers. This place was our highest rate coming in with a 9/9.5 outa 10 great burgers The employees here were all very friendly and helpful,

In-and-Out or Shake Shack? Super close but you decide. Great location with 2 parking structures, first 2 hours free. They have excellent burgers and their bacon cheese fries are excellent too. You order from their kiosks and they text you when your order is ready. Indoor and outdoor sitting.

The food is excellent, but for the price, its more like dine-in fast food. Chicken avo bacon sandwhich, double patty avo bacon burger, oreo funnel shake was $35 after tax w/o fries. I really wish the fries were included on the side. Also, the service is almost non-existent. When you walk in, its hit or miss if an employee is at the counter to take your order. Instructions should be more clear for a first timer who's navigating the self-service option.

Burgers on the small side. $7-13+ No beverage bar. Good 3x filtered water though. Chicken nuggets are REAL ckn. Yum! $8 for 10 Fries are good but I wouldn't get cheese on them next time. It had an odd flavor. Shakes are good...I had vanilla. Whipped cream. 50 upcharge. As is making it a malt. We thought it was a little pricey. 90 minute free parking structure.

This is a popular hamburger joint in the new 2nd & PCH business plaza. The place is very clean and new. They have both outdoor and indoor seating areas. The food came out very quick. The quality of the food is just OK. The price is on the higher side compare to In & Out or other fast-food chains. Plenty of parking spaces in the parking structure with 500+ spaces or on the street near by. This is a handicap friendly facility.

Went to Shake Shack tonight. Got the Shake Burger and French Fries. Friendly staff, extremely easy to order at the machine, and very cool that they’ll text you when your food is ready. Cons right off the bat: this place is wayyy too expensive for the quality and amount of food you get here. It really is only a place you go to once if you’re single, and maybe only for date nights if you’re not. Would not recommend for casual dining if you’re operating on a budget. The prices they charge here for a burger aren’t bad until you realize there are no combos and you’re paying premium for everything from the fries to the drinks. And no, “quality” is not an excuse to charge for this much when In N Out across the street charges about half as much per burger for “more” (essence, that is). Is the cheeseburger bad? No. The cheese sauce is interesting but not a deal breaker, the buns remind me of Hawaiian sweet rolls and have a nice balance with the saltiness of the beef patty. The vegetable toppings taste fresh. It’s tasty. But even McDonald’s has its “tasty” moments, as does Carl’s Jr, Burger King, Del Taco (I know, it doesn’t make sense, but it does, trust me), Wendy’s, and even Five Guys. The difference is you’re getting a burger here and being charged like it’s chianina filet mignon. It’s not. As I said, come here once, then only for dates.

First and last time ever at a Shake Shack. Their Smokey BBQ Double (advertised as 8oz) cheeseburger was fine, I would call it an upgrade in taste over Carl's Jr but a huge downgrade in size and filling. In size it is very close to a standard Double Double (4oz) at In&Out w/ a little more meat, seems to be equal or less than a 3x2 (6oz). I don't know if this location was simply cheating using 3oz instead of 4oz for their hand pressed patties or using 40% fat beef but the cooked down weight seemed to be only slightly over 4oz. Significantly smaller than a single 1/3 lb patty at Denny's. The Chocolate Malt was unevenly mixed, at first actually tasting bitter and even a couple clumps of still dry powder throughout. No comparison to any hand scooped ice cream parlor I've been to or to Braums in Texas / Oklahoma. Charging 49¢ extra for Malt powder or Whip Cream should also be criminal. The biggest insult was the price - Over $20 + tax for a small mediocre burger and small shake, don't even get me started on their $9.49 chicken sandwich, smaller and lower quality to Popeye's at $6. Much better off to go to a sit down restaurant, better food / better service / lower prices (incl. tip)

I placed a takeout order. I waited a short time, and when I received my order, instead of two glasses of Coca-Cola, I only received one. This was quickly corrected, but the main surprise awaited me at home. At home, I took out the burger and saw this. At first, it looked like someone had taken a bite out of the top bun. The photo doesn't fully convey how it looked. The second burger was pretty much the same. I want to add that the filling was excellent, but the bitten buns weren't even put on the grill or heated. In the end, I ate something that was completely unappetizing.

Honestly the only thing that was good there to eat was the shake the burger was boring microscopic..fresh fresh and onion rings tasteless and soggy! Hate the chaos ordering and wow most certainly the price sucks for what you get price!! Great location is the only plus!
