Opinions de K.C. Branaghan's Irish Pub and Restaurant Long Beach
The staff is great and the establishment is inviting. The food is so good! I had the fish tacos but their menu is extremely diverse with a mix of authentic Irish food. I would defintely eat here again.
Really great local spot. Irish fare is good but the breakfast is great. Chilaquiles were fantastic and the apricot wheat beer went great with it. Lots of outdoor seating (March 2021)
Love this place. Very "homey" and welcoming. Food was great. Drinks are poured heavily. I recommend their Irish Coffee with their homemade whip cream and their prime rib - not your prime cut, but great choice cut, very tender, and au juis is delicious.
Food is better than it needs to be. The people are friendly, the beer selection is way over my head. They are open pretty late. Also they love my dog.
One of my favorite Irish Pubs in the Long Beach area. Pint nights are fun and entertaining with the weekly drawings. Excellent Irish Breakfast on the weekend and delicious true mimosas, not those watered down premixed tang impersonators. Oh and you can't forget the Guinness!
I came here by accident after making a reservation on the wrong day for a near by restaurant. When all the other joints near by were (fairly) packed, there were quite a few tables open so I was rather skeptical at first. But as soon as the first dish came, I was blown away. The flavors are on point and portions are just right. Oh did I mention this is a pub and there's a great beer selection? Recommendations: - Beef stew - Curry chips (I can drink the curry for daysssss) - Bacon on the Bone Cured Irish Bacon Ribs (they're like ribs... but taste like bacon!?)
I like how you customize your scrabble or omelet. In my opinion $4.50 is a little pricey for regular coffee. Nice to sit in the front window seats watch the world go by.
Imagine writing a bad review because you got caught drinking your own drinks you brought in from outside! And even stating “they didn’t lose any business because my wife had already turned down a second drink” yeah because she poured her own in a pub! Some people are mentally ill
Stopped in for breakfast. Reasonable prices, good food, friendly service. Recommend!
Fantastic food, great staff. Still great. 23May2023. Great lunch, George's favorite, a BLTA (bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado) everything was fresh and romaine rather than iceberg made it perfect. The onion rings are also wonderful. Only change it's 23 July and everything is still great.
Amazing atmosphere. If you're one who likes to enjoy a nice cold Guinness and good Irish-american foods this is your place. I recommend you go when they have specials or happy hour. Parking is a bit difficult but nothing to bad. This place is a must with beautiful wooden decor and super friendly staff.
Classic Irish pub vibes. Really nice menu with some authentic Irish dishes. Fish n chips were Crispy and delicious. Bangers and mash was well executed. Highly recommend the Brussels appetizer.
I have been here a number of times over the years while in town for work. My experience here has never been anything other than exemplary. The service is great, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the food is great! The calamari is one of my favorites, and a boxty is a great breakfast choice. I plan on visiting again this November and look forward to trying something new. Even the crowd has always been very welcoming and fun.
Fabulous patty melt- breakfast is also delicious. Opens early am on weekdays which is nice. Service is prompt and attentive. Friendly patrons as well. The overall vibe is quite welcoming too.
Great grub (the filet mignon & eggs were Delicious), some fabulous adult beverages to wet your whistle, & excellent service - definitely on my list of places to return on a regular basis
This is an excellent Irish pub. For the selection of beer to the food and decor. The staff is brilliant and cares for and about their customers. The Irish Breakfast will get you going. Curry fries are my favorite appetizer. KC Branagans knows their beers. There always a good selection. Check it out, you'll enjoy yourself.
I really enjoyed eating here. The shepherd's pie was amazing and really hit the spot! Other items on the menu really looked appetizing as well.
Highly recommended! Service, food, drinks! Coming back for sure! Our bartender Rebacca V was a doll and very helpful regarding other cool places to visit as well! Thank you!!!
I’ve been here many times and this most recent visit was the best. I always enjoy the Irish breakfast but I tried the Buttermilk Biscuits Breakfast Sliders, I don’t know if I missed it on the menu before but it was delicious. The Bloody Mary was phenomenal, good ratios on everything and they rim the glass with celery salt and salt. The garnish was a pick with a gherkin, olive and a Pepperoncini, great combo. Two of us had the Irish Breakfast and they loved it. My son had the French toast and a Banger on the side. The bartender made him a pint of chocolate milk and he loved it. We went pretty early on a Tuesday morning so it was pretty dead. Good decor and atmosphere with a good amount of seating for a pub and now they have seating in the parklet.
Great, friendly service. Cold Smithwicks Ale! I accidentally left my debit card there and when I came back for it, the bartender had it put away safely for me.
KC's has been our spot for the past 5 years, typically a Wednesday date night for us. January 2019 the KC Restaurant was sold to a new ownership. We are told that nothing will change including employees, food or drinks so we're hoping for the same great service, delicious gourmet food and awesome bar. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.
Great place. Had the traditional Irish and it was awesome. Good vibes, nice servers. The baby loved the bread pudding. Will be back for sure
So this is a great place to hang out and enjoy your day. KC's has great food & drinks. They provide TV's both inside & out to watch your favorite sporting events. Lively atmosphere & super friendly staff. Mr Hoover goes out of his way to make sure that all of his clients are happy. This is a "RTR Must Visit" when you are on Naples & looking for an Irish Pub welcome. See you here!
Love KC Brannigan's. Get yourself a pint of Guinness and some Irish nachos and The Corned Beef Boxty and you'll be set for the night.
Large menu, daily specials and friendly staff. Went for Paint Nite and it was well organized. Our server kept the drinks coming. Fun place!
Great Pub! It’s a fun neighborhood bar with amazing food! If you go in when Macy is bartending you will have the best time

Absolutely recommend! Dad & I come to this fun Irish bar/ restaurant after church for breakfast on Sundays. Always greeted with our usual booth and drinks by our server who we love! Food is always delicious, service is on point and we always leave happy! 😋
Traditional Irish Breakfast had all the features, cozy, got lively fast first thing on a weekend morning
Great food options for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Outstanding friendly and welcoming service. Irish food and drink as well. I've only had a BBQ Burger, BLTA, and Perry's breakfast sandwich but all three were excellent. And if you're up to it in the morning hours (actually anytime would be good), give the 🍀Pancake Breakfast Shot🍀 a try. Loved it.👍
Great little spot close to the hotel we are staying at decent menu too so decided to grab dinner to go and have a quick drink. Super friendly staff quick service. Got the bangers and champs and sausage rolls. Let me tell you some of the best mashed potatoes are here. I regret not getting a double portion. There shredded beef gravy is on point as well. Sausage rolls are a little different from other versions I have had, but still a fantastic starter. Will definitely be back.
Great Irish Pub food! My husband has found his favorite Bangers and Mash. I had beef pie! Their beer list is amazing! We went around 6pm on a Thursday. Perfect! Not noisy as had been reported! Parking is an issue as is all of Belmont Shores. Go with the flow!
Had Breakfast, I wish I had taken a pic.the Avocado Toast was Delicious 😋 the Bloody Mary was the Best! I definitely will be back! Service was also Great. Alot of regulars hangout and are happy and smiling very welcoming.

Pub trivia Thurs 19:00 is tons of fun, but get a table near the hostess to hear properly. They will reserve you a table for it! Traditional family friendly pub with a variety of food & drinks with great service.
The cook here is excellent and the prices are good. I had the chicken Marcela. The flavor was excellent, mashed potatoes needed no salt or pepper and the vegetables perfectly cooked. I have had many things on their menu and all are excellent. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the service is average at best. The young wait staff seems to forget what customer service is all about. They take the order, deliver the food and you don't see them again until it's bill time. They seem to forget to check on you, refill your glass or make sure your good. Three different wait staff have given me the same lack of service. Leads me to ask who's in charge. If it weren't for the food ........
I only come to this bar to eat. I love their breakfast menu. My favorite is a rasher cheese boxty. The O'Brien potatoes that come with it are incredibly delicious. Services quick portions are good prices are reasonable. Very friendly atmosphere. I also enjoy their French dip sandwich
I knew this was the place for us when George the owner answered the phone excited to book our table.First impression, Cozy. The service and the food was out of this world. This was our first time and our friends were so happy they joined us. We drive down from Westchester in less than 25 min. And each dish was clean fresh and delicious. I took us to a new level and ordered the table the house French toast and I could hear angels sing. Drinks Yes!
My "go to" place for shepherd's pie - Humble and hearty and oh so delicious ! The staff is always friendly and very attentive without hovering over you. They have a decent selection of beers and ales that go well with the traditional and nontraditional Irish fare. Highly recommended.
A cool place in Naples for a beer, a drink, or a bite to eat. I had a patty melt, and it was fine - a bit unusual (it was served on sourdough rather than rye, which is the reason why I order the damn thing in the first place....). My wife had pasta with alfredo sauce, and she said it was great. They have Avery beery on tap, which is worth one star all by itself in my book. I would be very happy to go back here again, and I probably will. But I will order something different.
Nice local pub to stop for a pint. They have a vast IPA selection, but a weak Brown, Porter or Stout selection. The cider was tasty though. Charming atmosphere with booths & lovely photos of Ireland. The bartender was friendly & welcoming. He was cool with us bringing our Brompton’s in - so it’s Bromwyn approved 🦋 It was pricy, even at Happy Hour it was $20+ for a pint of cider & a pint of beer. They need to pay rent, but a bit steep in my opinion.

K.C. Branaghan's is a typical Irish pub, rarely too busy. Food is very good, full bar. Occasional kids running around but very comfy atmosphere with a lot of Naples locals. Great place to have a pint and catch a game!

I didn't care for the pot pie soup. Was served just above cold, was warmISH. I like my food hot.
The food isn’t bad but it isn’t great. I did order to go so you have to take that into consideration, but I feel I shouldn’t pay $8 for this tiny portion that honestly isn’t that great (little flavor, noodles aren’t cooked well). I later saw online that it’s supposed to be $4 with any meal, which they didn’t tell me or do for me. The salad with my meal is very fresh with delicious mixed geeens, not iceberg like some places, so that was nice! The bread for my sandwich was delicious and fresh and the tomato on it was juicy and thick sliced.
Hard to beat Friday happy hour at a local pub! Problem was news on the TV?!! I mean is politics ever a good mix with alcohol? (Worse, the news station has a reputation for more conspiracy & editorialized opinions than actual news). If I wasn't meeting friends I would've turned right around & out the door. But hey, the beer selection & buffalo wings were decent.
My wife and I have enjoyed stopping by this quaint little Irish pub, many times for a quick breakfast with our dog. How many times I cannot recall, but it's more than I can count on both hands, and always with our dog. Until today, our dog has been welcome to join us at ANY table on every visit - that is, I say, until today. When we walked in today, the first words out of the waiter's mouth were: "If you have a dog, you have to sit at the rail." Not hello, not welcome, not a dozen other greetings that would have conferred anything other than sheer RUDENESS. I said no word. We sat at the rail, in full glare of the hot morning sun, that was impossible to escape. I don't know if it's a new policy, or an old one that no other employee follows - I don't care! Our dog is small, sweet and quiet. He never makes a fuss, and always gets a double or triple order of ham as a treat. But not today, today he was greeted with rudeness. So we won't be coming back!

I had a veggie boxty which was served as frozen vegetables in a tortilla with cheese on top. Horrible! And nothing like a traditional boxty which they claim is their specialty, claiming to be an authentic Irish pub. My husband had fettuccine which was so watery that he asked for an entirely new meal, equally bad but at least one could say that Italian food isn’t their specialty. Don’t waste your money eating here!!!!
We have been dining here since it opened. We went out to pick up a bottle of wine nearby and decided to eat dinner here. The service has always been spotty but has gotten much worse recently. On our previous visit the waiter/bartender told us to sit anywhere and then ignored us. This time we did manage to eventually to catch the waitress/bartender's eye and got seated. My wife ordered a glass of wine. While waiting for the check my wife poured herself a small amount of wine from our bottle to enjoy while waiting for the check. We would not have ordered a second glass in any case. When the waitress brought the take-home box we requested, she saw my wife's 1/4 glass of wine and she went off. "I THINK IT'S INCREDIBLY RUDE TO POUR YOUR OWN WINE IN A RESTAURANT!" she yelled at my wife. My wife apologized and the waitress then repeated her accusation! My wife apologized a second time and as she was walking away she responded to my wife's sincere "I'm sorry" with "NO YOU'RE NOT". Honestly, I cannot think what this woman's problem was. We didn't cost them any business as my wife had already turned down the offer of a second glass. Calling my wife a liar really was way too much. Needless to say she talked herself out of any tip and any further business.
The restaurant was holding my debit card behind the bar and the next day I had fraud charges on my account. Shady people work at that place.
So sad to say goodbye to this pub we have enjoyed for 25 years … we had considered it a warm family-like extension of Limerick’s where we had my husbands 30th surprise party too many years ago - we were sad to see it close, but George did a great job and won us over and its been a go- to when time allows. So we planned my son’s 16th surprise party there - we had 20ish people bringing business in to an otherwise very quiet night - perhaps there were 6 other people in the bar. I asked if we could put on the Grammys for our table since the kids were interested - the girls seemed a little bored by then - with it up we and about half of the bar were engaged - but it was a bit weird because the background music playing in the bar did not match the musical show on TV - so I asked the bartender who was super nice if we could just do the audio for the show and kill the music - (like there will still be music, cause its the Grammys) I did point out to him in a friendly way that we were the big money party at the bar and that others at the bar were also watching (the ladies) - not like I was asking to turn off the B-Ball - just change the music - at that point a man standing next the the bartender, who I found out was the now owner, boomed out “is there a problem?” To which I said “No” and explained what I was asking for. He grumpily loomed and then boomed again “is there a problem”? - to which I said “no - it would be nice to hear the music that goes with the video and some people at the bar are watching too”. He angrily acquiesced “Fine! - if you want to watch THOSE DEGENERATES!” And stomped away. The bartender eyes said he was mortified - and he did his best to smooth it over - So sad as I know George would have probably come and thanked us for being there and wished my son a happy 16th. It was such a poison to an otherwise lovely evening. - Sad that Eric made that memory and after that kind of treatment, I can’t go back - Watch Me has my future business.
