Just discovered this place after it was recommended by a lady I purchased a breadbox off FB marketplace that lived in the area. The coffee was amazing, thick and creamy and they had my favorite which is Lavender White Mocha. The coffee itself was amazing and you can taste the difference between this & Starbucks or chains. There’s a richness and depth to it. Their muffins tasted home baked and fresh without the generic taste of larger chains. This specific location had a decent sized area to chill inside with a friendly atmosphere; Which looked hard to find in the area with it being very busy. Overall, very pleasant stop and glad I went here 👍🏻🙌🏻

Line is always pack around the building and I can now see why!! The coffee and options are impressive. I had a normal latte, but my Dad has a Chocolate and Caramel Iced Coffee which is hard to get right, but it was impressive. The people were helpful and lovely to be welcomed!! Keep up with the great work!

Me and my family are from out of state and one of my cousins who visits California frequently recommended their coffee and honestly it was quite excellent! Absolutely delicious and could see why they had a constant line in the drive thru. We decided to dine in before heading out of town. As someone with a dairy allergy as well as a lactose intolerance, it was really nice having a coffee that was also very delicious with a dairy alternative. Not a lot of places are able to retain the quality of the coffee flavor when using a dairy alternative (including Starbucks in my opinion) but this place could. My mother ordered the matcha latte (also absolutely delicious) with almond milk ands my brother ordered a matcha latte with regular dairy milk. My mother who's only lactose intolerant tried my brother's and said the only real difference between the two is that my brother's was creamier than hers. Regardless of whether you're local or not, I highly recommend their coffee! My family also ordered pastries, a pumpkin muffin and a churro muffin that they all seemed to really enjoy.

Man I love this coffee place so much. Every time we come to Los Angeles this is a must. I absolutely love the Horchata Latte. It’s an amazing flavor. Also the Tres leche muffin is very tasty. Ask for it to be warmed up. Taste even better. Definitely recommend if you are in the LA area

Great customer service! I found out you can customize your drink by ice and sweetness levels...The Tres Leches muffin was delicious and sweet and milky! And the guava pastry was very flaky! I loved the horchata latte as well! Highly recommended!

Coffee is so good, pastries excellent. They just run out of the best pastries fast. It is a great place to hang out with a book or a friend and the staff are consistently good.

A conveniently situated coffee chain just minutes away from the hospital and Poly High. The skilled baristas prepared my order of a horchata latte, which was served within five minutes. Though the horchata latte leaned a bit on the sweeter side for my taste, it only encourages me to return and explore other options with a stronger coffee taste. Overall, it's a fast and hassle-free coffee shop, open early in the morning, and definitely worth enjoying a cup of coffee with added convenience.

Cool place to hang out or study with a group or by yourself. Their most popular or most sold drink is not my type, its like sipping cake, I don’t like the texture, grainy kinda. This is my opinion, I feel like its a one time thing. I do like their mocha and latte’s though, they also give free water cups. They have public restrooms, accessible entryways for the disabled. I hate the fact they don’t have shades/blinds on all the windows , the sun can be annoying. Overall, props to them for opening late at night.

thank for you for offering a blueberry matcha latte [these things are hard to find], and it tasted like sweet, artificial blueberry jam. the matcha itself was more subtle, but still grassy and smooth, even looked great too. i think the sweet staff slipped in extra matcha after forgoing the extra matcha shot for budget reasons [definitely recommend getting that extra shot though] as my friend's strawberry matcha latte just tasted like sweet strawberry milk 😭

I had a strange experience with the girl who took my order. Her behavior felt off and she didn’t seem to care much about helping. She told me that if I wanted my drink iced, I had to order a medium, so I paid for a medium. However, she ended up giving me a small cup anyway. It didn’t make sense, and overall the customer service felt careless. Especially when I asked for the restroom key and she told me she thinks someone was in there so I waited and when I went to ask her again she changed her answer and said they must both be locked from the inside. Felt like a weird lie and she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or care and just walked away. I feel like businesses should be more mindful about who they hire to represent them. I didn’t appreciate the attitude I got from that whole experience. Didn’t catch her name but I hope she has better days.

⭐ 1 Star Review I came to this location on 1/18/26 at 6:40 a.m. My family and I always visit a Tierra Mia whenever we travel because we love having a good Mexican-style coffee spot. We live in Las Vegas, where we don’t really have anything like it, so we were excited to stop in. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. When we walked in, there was no acknowledgment or greeting from anyone. The girl making the coffee looked unhappy and had a bad attitude the entire time. The young girl who took our order was okay, but I had to repeat myself several times just to place a simple order. For a place that had just opened for the day, the customer service was already poor. No one called out that our order was ready, and we didn’t get a “thank you” or any kind of friendly interaction at all. Customer service matters, especially early in the morning when people are coming in to start their day. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this Tierra Mia location. I may try another one in the future, but definitely not this store.

I like Tierra Mia. I know it gets busy in morning but geez they take forever . Today was the worse and when I got to the window to get my stuff. One of the staff members there she was putting coffee beans in a cup from a bucket with her bare hands . She would put her bare hand in the bucket and scoops it out . I was like what the heck 🤮. I did not have time to complain because I was already running late to work. when I thought I had a lot of time for some coffee that at the end I change my mine and got a hot chocolate peppermint . that I do not recommend. I should just got my usual. my favorite horchata latte . But anyways if they are handling food they should have gloves and speed it up please !

While in the drive thru, their umbrella-on-wheels rolled into our car with a strong wind burst, scratched up our car door. The umbrella blocked me in, my wife had to go out of the passenger door to move it. I made the supervisor aware, she did give us our order free of charge, took down my name and number, and I got a hold of the manager the next day, who told me their district manager is the one who will take care of it. Now it's been 3 weeks and we have been ghosted.
