Amazing food combo! 🔥 Loved the teriyaki chicken, the delicious soup dumplings, the refreshing milk tea, and the fresh sushi. Everything was top-notch! Will definitely be back for more.
I did not dine in but the aesthetics and whole vibe is very chill. The food was fresh, the drink was on point. This place did not disappoint for my first time. I will be trying their Ramen next time. I ordered ; Fried spring rolls (the sauce it comes with is amazing) Steamed pork soup dumplings w/ ponzu sauce (the sauce was great!) To drink : Pineapple Green tea w/ Nata Jelly I enjoyed it all!! Will be back soon! Thank you! Update: Tried the chicken teriyaki Ramen and I was not disappointed. The way they prep it wether it's to go or stay is so convenient as it helps the ingredients stay fresh and not simmer in the boiling water until you are ready to eat. Taste was amazing and service was still awesome!
Great food! It was so good! Tasted like hibachi but for a fraction of the price! Their boba drinks were also amazing! I never make reviews, but this place was so good that I felt the need to review it.
Saw this new spot popped up on my grubhub and decided to try it out this afternoon. Ordered soy glaze Korean fried chicken and the Purple potato Boba which were both so delicious. The Boba was decadent, the pearls were fresh and the presentation was eye catching! The chicken was super fresh even for delivery, they separated the sauce for you to add later to preserve it's crunchiness. Made a funny mistake of not adding the sauce and just just eating the normal chicken and it was so flavorful and savory just at its base and adding the sauce livened it up so much more adding that sweet tangy signature flavor. For a place that looked like they just recently opened up they are blowing it out of the water as a new fresh and tasty option!! Excited to try out down the line!
First time eating here and ordered the Chicken Teriyaki with noodles for $8 and the Pineapple Passionfruit Tea. Love this place.
Great teriyaki and bubble tea, especially for the price. Great and fast service, too!

This is one of best teriyaki I’ve ever had. Delicious and great price.
Great teriyaki and bubble tea, especially for the price. Great and fast service, too!
Love it here! Been quite a few times since they opened, one of them pretty much right after they did. The food is always so good and fresh and the prices are great! Tea is also a large size and amazing price. My order is always ready very quickly.
Nice fusion place. The ramen is pretty decent and the teriyaki is good. Chicken wings are good and crunchy. They are pretty quick with orders whether you dine in or carry out. Fairly broad choices on the menu with lots of popular street food options and everything we've tried was at least pretty good or better. The boba tea here is also good and they let you select how much ice you want and what % of sweetness you like. All around solid place and I'm glad they're here.
The service and food quality at this restaurant are top-notch. Trying their chicken&beef box for the first time was an absolute delight—the chicken&beef had an incredible flavor. The mojito tea was one of the best bubble teas I've ever had. I'll definitely be coming back often!
Wendy teriyaki is a fantastic place. Its probably the best fast casual teryaki spot in Astoria. It beats the Steinway spot in taste and price by a mile . And it also better than the spot inside food bazaar. although I didn’t dine in the inside, it looks clean and modern. I ordered the chicken teryaki with extra beef and a side of lo mein noodles just to be able to try everything. The value is pretty great for about $18 i have enough food for 2 large meals. The quality and taste were above expectations. The chicken was well cooked, the beef was velvety and tenderized, and the teryaki sauce was light but just as flavorful. I really dont have any negative comments, ill be coming back multiple times to try the ramen and bubble tea.
this has got to be one of the best teriyaki meals I've ever had—absolutely delicious. They even have a buy-one-get-one deal on UberEats, which is a great deal. I'm also a big fan of their bubble tea—it's incredibly refreshing and tasty.
Great value and solid portion with the bento box. The bubble tea is delicious but make sure you get at least 50% sugar if you like it sweet. PS pls update the location to Astoria on your website - no one would call this LIC!
Honeydew tea with jelly & peach boba was delicious and the spring rolls were freshly fried. Very excited to have a bubble tea place in this part of the neighborhood and looking forward to trying other menu items in the future!
best boba in the neighborhood and awesome takoyaki! very generous portions and great prices. i get 30% sweetness for boba but i think 0% would be good too!

For what it is - it’s a great go-to for inexpensive teriyaki and other asian foods. Ever since moving to Astoria - AWT has been a reliable “comfort” meal + pick me up. Prices aren’t ridiculous and every meal definitely (a) fills you up + (b) satisfies that teriyaki craving. I’ve been meaning to explore the rest of the menu, so I try to get something new alongside a teriyaki meal. This time - i got the green gyoza (fried). Honestly, i loved the crisp exterior and soft filling. The edamame inside was definitely a pleasant surprise! The teriyaki, itself, is nothing exceptional - but again - it leaves you satisfied and full. (Okay, maybe done get the noodles for +$1, the rice or fried rice is definitely the better choice) Their teas/juices/boba are also fairly priced at least similar to what everywhere else charges) and make for a great Summer drink. I’m a big fan of the kiosk ordering station as it makes checking out super easy and accessible. If you’re expecting a fancy, sit down service - this isn’t your place.

The food was pretty good, but the service wasn't. The front desk staff seemed rushed and uninterested, more focused on watching something on her phone than helping customers. It really took away from the overall experience. Not impressed...

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We placed an order through Uber Eats and waited over an hour and a half without a single update. When we finally reached out to Uber customer service, they informed us that the restaurant was closed — something we had no idea about. No call. No update. Nothing. But the worst part was calling the restaurant directly. Not only was the person who answered incredibly rude, but they insisted that the Uber driver had picked up the food and basically dismissed us. There was absolutely no accountability or effort to resolve the situation. We called twice, and both times were met with the same rude, dismissive attitude. We were left starving and frustrated, especially after waiting that long. A refund doesn’t make up for the ruined evening and wasted time. We had to scramble last minute to figure out dinner, and the way we were treated made it even worse. Looking at other reviews now, I see similar complaints — and while the owner claims the rude staff is “no longer there,” it clearly hasn’t changed. The woman we spoke to showed zero professionalism or empathy and acted like we were bothering her for simply asking about an order we never received. This place needs to take a hard look at their customer service and how they manage third-party delivery platforms. If you value your time, energy, and mood — AVOID THIS RESTAURANT. For the owner: The food was ordered on June 27th at around 9pm (Friday). Because I wouldn’t want a wrong person to get fired. Ps. They have a different name on uber eats: it’s sushi yoshi Astoria. I double checked their number, it’s the same .

Ordered takeout. Food looked nothing like the pictures. Maybe because I ordered late, but most of it was not even worth eating and went into the garbage. Disappointing, hope the food improves because the restaurant looks like a nice place and the pictures looked great, so they must be capable. Unfortunately the food I received made me never want to try again, even dining in.
During my first time, I was unimpressed with the teriyaki. On my second time, the milk tea was probably the worst I have had. I had to go home to fix it. It was only milk with syrup. On top of that, the lady was rushing me to finish ordering despite the fact that I was the only one there. Very rude. It’s like she did not like you to ask questions. Food is mediocre, service is horrendous.
Not good like it used to be!! Unfortunately this place is not good food anymore they changed a lot of items in menu at least in uber app like the chicken bentos used to be way better combos with white meat choice as well, now it feels more like a chinese take out meal and not tasty like it used to be. Sad
