I've been coming here for seven years, and it's been consistently great. Great pizza, great beer selection, and great service. My favorite place in town, hands down.

Food is good. Beer selection is primarily Texas brews with a broad variety. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Feels like your neighborhood pub but with better food. Shelby and Chloe took care of me and they were both great.

So far, I am impressed by both the food and atmosphere here. It can be a very quiet, low key place to just have a drink and chill and still be family friendly. My entire family loves the pizza which we've ordered about 3 times now. Never disappointed. We tried their wings last night and they were perfect. They're baked, not fried and not those barely identifiable wings you get elsewhere. They were perfect. Nothing has been greasy. They do cost a little more than some pizza joints but, it's well worth it. We will be ordering here on thr reg from now on. Kudos my new friends for exceeding expectations. Oh, I forgot to mention too, the craft beers on tap, beautiful! I signed up for the "Brew Krewe" and can say I will be taking full advantage of racking up some points. Ruby was the best part of my experience and I give HER 5 stars. She was so nice. The atmosphere was chaotic. Another server actually made us move tables because she was not accepting tables anymore. We come every Sunday for trivia. The waitstaff is very personable and because we are regulars everyone knows us. The food and drinks are always very good.

Killer bread sticks and pizza! The rotating craft beer selection was nice too. My wife and I had been looking for a place that served sour beers. It's also really cool that they seem to just play 90s alternate/rock. Really reminds me of my childhood, glad my son can experience it with us.

The owner actually interacts with the customers, which I immensely appreciate. The staff in the dining room are all really cool as well. The food never disappoints.

First time trying this place and it will now be a regular for me!!! BEST DETROIT STYLE PIZZA EVER!! We ordered the traditional Detroit style pizza, with meatballs instead of sausage and it was beyond delicious! Thoroughly surprised by the medley and perfection of the toppings. It went together perfectly! The service was also excellent, we were never at want for anything. Would highly recommend!

I do Ubereats every day/night and picked up two orders from here the other night. It smelled so delicious I ended up getting a pizza tonight and ugh it was so good definitely top ten pizzas I've had.

I swear! They have the BEST CHICKEN ALFREDO EVER!! (Even better than The Olive Garden) And the portion size is enough for 2!! Super friendly staff and great service! One of my favorite places!!

I’ve been here multiple times for dine in and take out, have had great service every visit. I love their chicken Alfredo with garlic knots and pizza. It never disappoints, the food is delicious.

I eat here every Sunday night and I never get tired of the food or dessert. Neil and Kylie are always so nice and helpful! No matter how often I come here I always look forward to dinner on Sunday whether I get one of their specialty pizzas or a salad it never disappoints 😋

One of my favorite places to eat in Longview. I have dined and taken out multiple times. The chicken alfredo is very good, better than olive gardens.

We just recently discovered this great Italian place and have enjoyed it both dine-in and carry-out. The Spaghetti and Meatballs is delicious and a generous portion. It comes with some tasty garlic bites as well. Also recommended is the large selection of Calzone options, each of which is also available as a pizza. Try the Muffaleta Calzone - it's a unique and delicious flavor. Tip: The calzones are on discount Wednesdays :-)

2022 update After 1 1/2 years...still my wife's favorite PIZZA. We get one a week. I have tried their unique collection of small brewery barrel beers. A new one is added when the barrel is empty...never the same barrel twice. They update the line-up daily...and I learned today that their customers can download an app for their phone that profiles all the drafts available. And as I sit here today placing my wife's pizza order. They are not crowded. But I am wearing a double mask...and I am the only person masked. Very spacious. Good access for anyone using a walker. THE staff is helpful. The food is good. One person or a group can be comfortably. Seated. ================= My wife and I moved from Dallas to Longview in 2020. My wife did not want to go OUT. New Year 2021. My wife wanted WHITE PIZZA. She has food allergies. She found a FABULOUS WHITE PIZZA at Rotolo's Pizzeria. " Oh so good!" Great pizza. Great service. Truly Wonderful take out service. Recommend you phone in your order for pickup. Good website. Bonus: it is Nextdoor to FABULOUS Smallcakes bakery. You can get both a great meal togo here and a great dessert togo Nextdoor. Rotolo's Pizzeria is also a Sports Bar with a full menu for dining inside. They were very busy when I arrived. Great selection of draft beers and ale on tap. The selection changes as a new casket of brew is swapped out for an empty. Always FRESH not flat and Wonderful full favor in every pull. Great food and brew combo with BIG SCREEN SPORTS ACTION. The staff here are so awesome! Came here for the first time and was treated really well when I placed a take out order. They were checking in on every table and making sure everyone was doing alright. One of the staff said she had been here since 10am and this was at 8pm. What an absolute trooper! Bless the great people that work here. Oh and the pizza was fantastic!

Saw this place while shopping in the area so decided to try it out. IT WAS AMAZING. We had the Detroit Style signature sausage. Never had hot honey on a pizza but I will for now on. Neil was our server and was very attentive and gave recommendations. It was a wonderful dining experience and we can wait to come back!

Normally I don’t try pizza places I’ve never been to before. But I just moved here yesterday and I was at Lowe’s today. Getting hungry I had no idea what direction to take, I looked up and saw Rotoli’s Pizza across the parking lot. I decided to try it and am I glad! Best pizza I have had in years. Service was good and friendly. The Italian sausage was fantastic. Thank you Rotolo’s Price was good also.

It's my monthly go-to with my nine-year-old nephew. Great kids menu. I have Celiac, so I always have a salad. Both are always great!

Food was good. Little pricey. Service was ok.

Service was a little slower than the other times we have gone on special night. They need to keep an eye on their alcohol service a little better because the intoxicated "grandpa" that wanted to stop and talk to our table multiple times could have been cut off from alcohol by staff or refused service. Other than having "drunk grandpa" interrupt our dinner with the kids great grandpa it was an enjoyable meal.

Normally pizza and service are excellent. Today was a bit of a frustration. Called to make a carry out order, and asked to make sure that I would have time to get it before work. Was told it would take about 20-25 minutes. So I made my order, and got to the store 20 minutes later. I then proceeded to have to sit there for another 25 minutes making me late to work. However having said that they are normally very courteous and their food is incredible! Plus great beer selection!!

Good Pizza! This was my 1st time trying Rotolos, so I ordered 2 large pizzas, each 1/2 and 1/2. I tried the Popeye, Jalapeno Popper, Deluxe Combo & Maui Wowi. They were all good. My favorite was the Jalapeno Popper, excellent flavor! My least favorite was the Maui Wowi, mainly because I thought it was supposed to have a spicy sauce, but it was sweet instead. It was still a good pizza, though. Very nice staff, and the atmosphere had a family-friendly vibe. I will go back.

I ate the lasagna for my first visit. It was good. My spouse and friends shared a pizza which they both seemed to enjoy. It took awhile before we got our order, but service was friendly and kept drinks on the table. Had a side salad, as well and it was very good. The menu had standard pizzas, and a list of specialty pizzas, all of various sizes, from personal to very large. It had a good family feel to it, as well. Parking was shared with other businesses, but had no problem finding a spot (on a Sunday). The place was clean with plenty of televisions to choose from. Over all, except for the wait, it was a pleasant experience.

I really enjoyed my vegetable pizza with Alfredo sauce it was super filling and doughy which I enjoyed. We met friends here because we are new to the area and they highly recommended this place. It was an enjoyable experience and the food was actually ready way faster than I expected which was nice. It was around 630 so it wasn't busy inside. Will be coming back again for sure

Quick dinner pick up. I ordered ahead via google maps. But the google link made me call in if I did not using a third party app like door dash. After about 30 minutes I went into the location. I spoke with a hostess who said the food was not quite ready. I had to wait for an additional 15 minutes to get my food. This is not unusual or out of place but it would be good to get a more accurate depiction of how long it would take when placing an order. I also found out each location does not necessarily serve the same food. As I was hoping to get an order of the truffle fries which the location in Ruston serves. But this location does not. The wings I did order were great! Flavorful and seasoned well. Great job!

Great local place. Pizza is a good thin crust with quality toppings, hard to go wrong here no matter your favorites. Craft beer selection was top notch and much appreciated. Garlic bites were disappointing, just seemed to be cooked pizza dough balls with very little garlic or parmesan. Overall though a good place for pizza and beer.

Went in off the cuff and had dinner. An appetizer of ricotta dip and a chicken Caesar salad. dip was hot and very rich, probably one of the best I've ever had. The salad was great, very fresh and crisp; but not watery like a lot of places. service was well timed and efficient. overall definitely will be visiting again!

First off the pizza we ordered was AMAZING chefs kisses delicious, the cheese was gooey and warm not over cooked or under cooked. The appetizer on the other hand was 2 thumbs down. I got the Ricotta dip appetizer which is whipped ricotta with lemon oil salt and pepper, SUPPOSEDLY. What I got was literally a cup of cold whipped ricotta (no seasoning just plain) and plain cut up toasted sub bread like the ones at walmart in the "fresh bread section"

I've been there several times and it's always good. I was a little disappointed this last time. They were out of CO2 so all the draft beer were flat. Their great ever changing beer selection is part of the Rotolos experience. The food and service were still great!

Food was great as always, but our waitress left much to be desired. There were five of us in our party and maybe 2 other people in the restaurant and 3 or 4 at the bar. We placed our order then had to REMIND the waitress and ask when one of beers was, where our appetizer was etc because said waitress was too busy chatting and visiting with people at the bar. The food was phenomenal as always. Our bill was approximately $80 but we didn' t leave her much of a tip. She looked at the credit card payment slip to see what her tip was and she scowled and shot our group a very dirty look.

We tried Rotolo's Pizzeria for the first time today. It was mediocre. They have a good selection of beers. The food was good. The cheese sticks were amazing and they do beer samples. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The service was lacking however. I will say the server told us she was new and it was her 1st or 2nd day working there so we will probably give it another try but we weren't extremely impressed for our 1st visit.

The restaurant is a bit small for all the tables, and the place gets quite loud. The prices are quite high for the amount of food served, especially the wings. I thought my beer was quite expensive as well, but it was really good. The waitress was really friendly and fairly attentive.

I've seen Rotolo's for years and wanted to try. Finally did recently with a friend and I was very underwhelmed by my experience. The food is mediocre and overly priced, and the service was almost non-existent. I had the muffaletta sandwich, with a side Caesar salad, doughy, tasteless "garlic parmesan" bites and spinach artichoke dip that came with a very doughy bland cheese pizza (or maybe it was just the dough with some type of seasoning sprinkled on it, I'm not really sure). My friend got a salad, I don't remember which kind but I do remember it looked good. The tastiest item that I had was my Caesar side salad. My entire bland, tasteless, underwhelming meal was $16 and not worth it. I won't be returning.

Pretty disappointed. You would think they’d fill it up. The meatballs and bread was just thrown in there as well. I tried to make it look a tad better before I gave it to my fiancé. He said it was good though. The lasagna was good, mostly sausage, big chunks of it. Wasn’t too busy for lunch time.

My family decided to have supper there this evening, it was the second time there. Our first visit was a much different experience. Tonight the was very tasty but from the moment we stepped through the door the staff treated us like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. We were told to sit wherever it didn’t matter. The server never gave a name but it was on the receipt was more interested in chatting with the other staff as they all overlooked the trash piled on the floor as they stepped over it to retrieve plates from the cooks window than she was in providing any kind of service at our table. It was slow to get our appetizer and she was irritated we needed more time to choose our meal and that when my husbands Dr Pepper was all soda water he asked for a sprite to replace it. Our cups went empty we had to ask twice for salad dressing but she was prompt halfway through the meal to bring a to go box and our ticket but did not come back for us to pay it. As we tried to pay the lady by the door our ticket was passed back to the server who reluctantly served us we were given a look that will keep us from ever returning. The only positive was the food was tasty but $60 for two adults and 6yr old twins to eat at a pizzeria the food should have been excellent.

Went last Sunday and the restaurant was filthy....we waited almost 20 mins for a server to come take our drink order. Got our pizza, which mine was cold and the mushrooms looked my they were put on after they cooked the pizza. We asked for a side of ranch and it took 10mins to get. I get that places are short staffed and they may have been but it's wasn't busy and if it's going to be a while the server could have said when we walked in the door.

I got the Detroit style pizza. The toppings were basically on the middle pieces only. Chicken was the second word in the type but I'd be surprised if there was more than an ounce on a $21 order.

I really wanted to like this place - the people who worked there were very friendly and attentive. But my experience was just a 2 star- a C minus 1) TV’s sucked. Old and dated tv’s that need replaced. Awful to watch. They are blue in color 2) like 12 out of 20 beers on tap were unavailable 3) wings were very salty ! 4) pizza was heavy and doughy. Did not seem fresh. I ate 2 total slices on a 12 inch. Again, the service was great. The food was mid at best. Very mid.

Disappointed, Lasagna beef was not broken down or seasoned at all. I had to pick it out because it was so big and tasted so bad. I was able to handle the lasagna alone but I could’ve bought a Stouferrs lasagna, much cheaper, same quality… Stoufers would’ve broken the meat down though

The food was alright but over priced. Poor guy was the only server in the entire restaurant. Needless to say my husband and I wont be going back to this spot.

Ordered an Angry Pig sans onions. I received a not-Angry pig with what seems like extra onions and no jalapeños. I'm not certain I even got the base pizza I wanted, as there was no spicy BBQ base. The pizza tasted decent, but I was sure disappointed not getting what I ordered after spending 25$ on a pizza. This is the first time I've ever ordered carry out, and all my previous experiences dining in have been good. Carry out time was quick, but if the order comes out incorrect it doesn't matter much.

Good tasting pizza just be forewarned if you order a pepperoni pizza they count the pepperonis they put in them. A small pizza gets 4 lone pepperonis and a bigger pizza only get 12. I personally will not be ordering from there again.

Tried the pizza, pasta, and wings on Monday. Not a big fan. There are better places. Prices do not match the quality of the food. To each their own though. You can't please everybody. The food just wasn't very good to me or my sister. Customer service was fantastic though!

Was taking a date to this location after I had been hyping up the food and overall atmosphere of rotolos, only to arrive this past Sunday and the inside of the store smelled heavily of rotten eggs. The food came warm, but not hot and had a weird taste to it. The service was great though. I have been to rotolos at least once every couple of months for the past few years and this specific visit was a huge let down and I felt embarrassed for hyping it up to my date only for it to be quite horrible.

Ordered a 12” pepperoni pizza. Asked the server if it was crispy and she said yes. The pizza was not crispy at all. The underside was covered in oil had to use a napkin to remove the excess. Overall it was an okay pizza.

Mehhh not so good. My wife and I ordered the spinach dip for an appetizer and a couple of craft beers. Then we order our meals. After about 40 minutes our meals came out but never got the appetizer. The ticket was lost/forgotten and eventually it was brought to us after we already had our meals. We tried it but did not eat it because it wasn’t good at all. My wife’s Alfredo was luke warm at besting my chicken spinach wrap was toasted and warm but the spinach was cold and had the texture of paste. We enjoyed our beer but other than that is was not good. We’ll make the trip to Tyler from now on.

I'm not angry, just disappointed! I placed an order to go tonight around 5:15 p.m., my first time trying the place. It was a lot bigger and way busier than I was expecting. Staff were super friendly. The paper menu doesn't show prices to my surprise. I ordered the Alfredo chicken and the bacon Mac and cheese pie. The Alfredo chicken was delicious some of the beat I've had in a while, better than Olive Garden's. The bacon Mac and cheese was horrific! Extremely small portion burnt cheese, bacon was hard as rocks, and the pasta was dry except for the last bite that had oil pouring off of it. Both pasta dishes came with four garlic bites that were overcooked but somewhat tasty. In total, I spent $30.17 on some very delicious chicken Alfredo and burnt bacon Mac and cheese. Very disappointing experience!

I’ve never been to a restaurant where I wasn’t greeted at the door and I definitely have not been to a restaurant where I was laughed at walking in the door. The two servers working on this fine evening had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever and not even the decency to smile or properly take an order. These girls should not be servers…but they most likely lack the education to do anything else with their miserable lives. If you don’t like dealing with people, DO NOT be a server. If you want Italian food, steer clear of Rotolo’s in longview

I attended the trivia event this evening for the first time. I have always enjoyed these styles of events. I was hopeful for the same tonight, but the hostility of the environment was concerning. One male customer who was not involved with the trivia event was repeatedly harassing one of the teams, specifically one of the female participants. The verbal abuse she endured was entirely over the line of what should be acceptable within a public restaurant. All staff involved were perfectly knowledgeable and compliant with this guy's behavior. To the point when he finally left, I heard them tell her, “We had your back if anything real would have happened.” Well, considering this man ruined everyone's evening, it appears the only “back” the staff was concerned about was the bullies. To allow this behavior by anyone especially a nonparticipant of the event is shameful. I will not be returning for any more events or the food. My recommendation is to stay away from this place and find a safer space to spend your money.

We ate there yesterday evening, the service was horrible from the start. We were treated as an inconvenience while she treated her two "regulars" with the best service. She did not get our order right and walked away when we brought it to her attention and never offered to fix it. We went without refills for over 15 minutes. She made us feel unwelcome. The only time she was decent towards us is when she brought the check (hoping for a tip). Will not be going back there are many other restaurants in Longview with good service whether your a regular or new customer. Also they charge extra if not paying with cash.

Worst experience ever. Servers were rude and slow, worst servers I’ve ever had in my life. Never checked on us, we sat for 30 mins at one point with empty cups. Dropped pizza on my buddy, and messed 3 orders up. Never going again.

Won’t be back. Paid $50 for a large pizza and one spaghetti. I called in an order. Built my own pizza $15 for the pizza and $1.99 for each topping (didn’t see any prices online) I had eight different veggie toppings so paid $16 just for toppings. On the phone, I was told they would have my total when I picked up my order. Apparently there is an extra fee if you pay with card so they will not tell you your total when you place your order. When I picked up my pizza I asked for a receipt. How much was my pizza? When I saw the amount and said something about it being expensive the girl just responded yeah it’s expensive to build your own. Also I was told that my order would be ready in 20-25 minutes. 40 minutes later I had to ask about my order. When I got home the food was good but already cold. So disappointed, in the price and the service and this was a to go order.

The food at most Rotolo’s is amazing and the staff is usually awesome. However, this location is less than appealing. The food took over an hour to come out and I can promise you that they did not have near close to a full house. I wish I could say that the food was worth the hour and 20 minute wait, but it wasn’t. I would recommend going to the one in Tyler instead because this one is not worth your time.

Well the food is OK but the service is another story. We've been here 5 times. Tonight, as usual, we stand at the door for a while with people walking behind the front desk not making eye contact until someone says ONLY 2? (Is 2 not enough?), then he walks away, looks around, comes back and tells us to sit anywhere. They literally throw the napkin wrapped silverware on the table, wipe it down and tell us someone will be with us soon. The waiter tries to talk us out of ordering Guinness (our fave). We ask that all dishes come out at the same time and they come out at 3 times. I ask for the check and the waiter returns with it and as I reach out to grab it he looks at me and slams it on the other side of the table. We got the extreme bums rush as they were almost sweeping and mopping under our table slamming dishes loudly around, mopping, putting chairs on tables, all before the posted closing time (9:00). RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. I'm through here.

Had an order delivered, didn't get half my order, proceed to call up to the restaurant just to see if it was out or if I could get a substitute maybe, was hung up on as soon as I said I had an order, hey maybe it was just busy or they accidentally had a phone issue, called again and was hung up immediately. Horrible customer service by a long shot. It was a women that's about as much as I got from them saying "Hello thank you for calling rotolo's." First and last time I'm ordering from here that's for sure.

Visited this location on March 25th 2022. Sat adjacent to the kitchen area opening. Ordered a pizza. The server offered to bring out a pizza that was sitting on the kitchen counter, not sure for what length of time. The kitchen staff were eating from a pizza sitting beside that one. I respectfully declined for a freshly made order. Continued to watch two members of kitchen staff forcibly removing substances from their noses and continuing to work on orders without changing gloves or washing hands. One member of kitchen staff was not wearing gloves whilst preparing food. Made management aware of this behavior to be corrected.

Tyler, the supposed general manager, it's completely unprofessional, and doesn't even know what his website says. And wants to argue with you about it. Places garbage.

Ordered a pizza and it wasn't crust! It was bread rolls slop with sauce and 4 pieces of over cook sausage! $22.73 rip off and not worth it! Their price wasn't listed! Their prices suppose to be listed! Over price and the cheese wasn't melted! But what makes it so bad it wasn't a pizza! It was like a cake it was very sweet! No crust! Trainees fixing food and doing a horrible job! Who ever fix that didn't car!

Parmesean bites were cold when hit the table, they had to run back through. Cheese under the top layer was not melted and the manager acted like it was not a problem eating a luke-warm pizza and went 10 feet away to talk about us to employees. Would not recommend if you want hot food or decent service.

Prices are way too pricey for what you get. They have changed their dough and sauce. Got a flatbread type dough when we ordered a pepperoni that was not that great but the sauce almost looked like BBQ sauce and it was nothing like what it used to be. The only save was the service...our server was awesome. But the food will keep us from ever coming back....the pizza was worse than a frozen pizza.

I took my family today, around 2 pm, before we headed over to Lowes. As our first visit we entered the restraunt and stood at the host stand for several minutes before we were instructed we could sit anywhere. We selected a booth and realized that the windows, that used to have tint on them and was peeling off, was a quite toasty location to sit with the afternoon sun. The bartender, who was also servicing the entire restraunt came and took our drink orders, I also went ahead and ordered an appetizer, the ricotta dip. The appetizer arrived fairly quickly. A plate filled with marinara sauce and a large dollop of ricotta in the middle covered with parmesan cheese. The plate was also served with 4 thin sliced pieces of toasted garlic bread, which was the equivalent to one peice of bread. There was enough bread to eat less than a 1/4 of the entire appetizer. For $12, more bread would of been nice. After about 15 mins of waiting, the server/bartender came over and took our order. My son got the personal size pepperoni pizza, my wife got the spinach Florentine wrap and I got the house lasagna. We received our food in a timely manner. My son enjoyed his pizza, my wife wasn't expecting the wrap to be hot and wasn't happy about the taste. My lasagna was sub par compared to others. I'm not a fan of the sauce they used in the app or in my dish, it was very sweet and tasted old. The dish was also served with 4 garlic knots, which turned out to be 4 small balls of bread coated in garlic butter and parmesan cheese. Of course these are my opinions and everyone's taste is different. We spent $60 on a meal for 3. I was very disappointed in the service and quality of food for those prices. On the plus side, they did have Diet Dr. Pepper. Don't use restrooms here, smelled bad and felt like a bar restroom. In summary, this restraunt is not maintained, understaffed, serves low quality food and gives off a New Orleans French Quarter side bar vibe, which could be your cup a tea........I'll you decide.

I ordered spaghetti to go and it was full of spaghetti sauce and not a lot of noodles. The “garlic knots” were just cooked dough! I won’t be returning! This was my first time ever eating here, and last!

We have a weekly pizza night at our house. After a long week, I usually want to order delivery so I can just hang out in my PJs. After countless incorrect orders, we reluctantly switched to pick up, and still had to correct the orders at the restaurant. We were told orders were more accurate if we used the app to order. So we downloaded the app. This evening after going to pick up our order and receiving a ceasar salad instead of the garden salad I ordered, I have made the decision that we are done patronizing a location where there is just complete carelessness. We will find one of the local pizza places that can at the very least get our order correct. Disappointed.

Worst wait staff ever. Will never go back again. We ordered the cheese sticks and small kids pizza. No interaction with the wait staff. Very disappointed.

Calzone we had tonight was awful. No bacon, no mozzarella cheese, very little pepperoni or cheese, crust was flaky and tough. We used to order calzones every Wed. But stopped because they were always overcooked. They sent us a coupon so we tried again. Rotolos failed.

This place has really gone downhill. Service is horrible. Food is overpriced and not that good. The girl working behind the bar was telling her life story to another couple at the bar while waiters were waiting for her to make their drinks. We ordered beers 10 mins before we ordered a pizza, and the pizza came out before our beers. Pizza was disappointing. Soggy, not crispy and very greasy! Our server was nowhere to be found, when there were maybe 6 tables with customers in the whole place. We won't be back.

Update: Decided to try again....I really like Rotolo's, but I do not have good experiences at the Longview location. My food this time did have all the right toppings, which was good, but my pizza was burnt. I will be sticking with the Tyler location from now on. Dinner today was a horrible experience! We had 4 people in our party, I was excited to take my niece from West Texas to eat great pizza, very disappointing:( we ordered 1 calzone, 2 12 inch pizzas & gluten free cheesesticks with pepperoni & extra cheese & drinks. The pizzas had very little sauce, but the worst part of the food was the gluten-free cheesesticks. They arrived with no pepperoni or extra cheese, I told the waitress & she promptly took the tray and apologized, 30 minutes later someone else brought out the exact same cheesesticks with pepperoni & more cheese on top!! Everyone else had been waiting for my food to arrive, and their food was now cold. I showed the waitress the burnt double cooked food, and she went and told the manager & it was taken off the bill. I carefully picked through the mess, and everyone else ate their cold food.

Paid 60 dollars for wings, garlic knots, and a large pizza. When i got home and opened the box, the pizza looked like a shrunk. I expected more after paying 20 bucks for a large pizza alone and it measuring out to barely 12 inches? The manager stated they should be 14 but they shrink when cooked. Thats false advertising if anything. When i asked why it was so small and called a large, he told me if i wanted a bigger pizza, to order an extra large next time instead of offering a replacement. I told him no thanks, he wont be getting any return business from me! I could have got a cheaper and larger pizza from little ceasars for christs sake... This place is overpriced and over-rated. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere! First time and last time i will ever eat here.

This used to be one of the best and busiest restaurants in the city. My family hadn’t visited in a while due to having a new, young member, but in past years, we would come here at least once a week because of the exceptional pizza quality—unique compared to other places—the excellent and fast service, and the fantastic atmosphere, especially with the game nights held twice a week. This time, after almost eight months, we returned. From the outside, it looked like the restaurant was closed, but when we opened the door, we saw it was open. The place was quiet, and it seemed all the staff had changed. To be fair, the lady who came to our table was pleasant, but that wasn’t enough for us. None of the usual, standard beers were available. To our surprise, the usual pizza had turned into something entirely different, with a different dough and a much, much lower quality. During the hour we were there, not a single other customer walked in, which helped us understand why the restaurant had become so empty. Like many others, this was likely our last visit as long-time customers. It’s clear that management and the chef play the most critical roles. I hope there’s a chance for reconsideration and improvement.

Horrible, horrible, horrible pizza. Dry, thin and I would have rather heated up a frozen pizza than this. I have had their pasta too and it was okay. But the pizza was not good!

I wish I could give zero stars. Second time I come here. Two years ago they served us cold and hard to chew food. This time, I ordered a vegan pizza but asked them if they could add chicken(I just love both meat and vegetables) and they said it was ok. They got my pizza and I saw there was no chicken, or so I though. It turned out the chopped the chicken and dried it to a point It was barely visible in the pizza. When I told them, the waiter said it did had chicken but just “a little”. She did offer to remake the pizza but I opted for asking of a side of chicken. Well, guess what? I got more dried and chopped chicken. It looked burn and like leftovers from someone. I did not like the food at all and ended up leaving food at the table. I normally take home any leftovers if the food is good. The mushrooms algo tastes chewy and with no flavor al all. More like someone cut them and throw them uncooked in the pizza. I left no tip and will never come back. Gave them a second chance and failed. Also, the music is really good but so loud, like it’s forcing people to leave and not stay talking with their family or friends at a table. Very annoying.

The food was great! We shared a "Krewe". Way overpriced but won't complain too much seeing how delicious it was. The service was awful. We had to track our waiter down 3 different times to ask for something we needed. I didn't like their sweet tea so I asked for water. He brought me back tea tinted water because he failed to rinse my cup before adding the water. Very unprofessional. The place has a laid back vibe. I expected sports on big screens and a bar full of drinkers but no big screens or sports and the bar was empty. I wouldn't go here if I was ready to eat right away , everything is cooked fresh so expect a wait. I think we waited about 20 mins for our pizza
