I want to give a big thanks to Sam.The manager at this location. He did a wonderful job with fixing my order after door dash messed it up. Sam Definitely gets a 10 out of a 10.

There are 2 other TJ Flats closer to our house - but we drive a little bit further because this location is hands down the best service and consistent!

I ordered chicken Flautas (dairy-free), Food was great, service was amazing, parking was easy, bathrooms were clean and place was nice. My experience coming here today was so pleasant I actually came back for more food. The girl taking my order -Ashley- was so amicable and took my order down so well it was a breeze! (Even remembered my name) With quarantine in place, it's nice to encounter workers who are still willing to serve the general public with a smile on their face. They are wearing masks and have distance requirements for quarantine, which shows they care. They are also selling paper towels, tissue and water bottles for those who might need them.

Always good food and great service 👌. The people are so kind here, rare to see in a fast pace restaurant.

I normally dine in and always have a good experience, but I decided to have it Postmated tonight. Not sure what happened, but every time I tracked my order there was a new driver. By the time I saw a third driver on their way to pick up my food I decided to call the restaurant. I spoke to Sam, the manager. He said they prepared the order and it was gone, so he wasn't sure what happened, but he would get it done again quickly for the next driver. It's raining and I'm starving, so I am beyond grateful for how quickly the problem was fixed. Love this location so much ❤️

Ashley is a jewel. She is friendly, helpful, personable, and really aims to give excellent service. Everything is always fresh and tasty. Restaurant is bright, clean, and inviting. Had tacos which were delicious. Recommended.

Love this location. I get the best service here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed and always feel welcome. They always get my order correct and it’s always delicious. These days customer service has declined pretty much everywhere, but not here. I keep coming back and always have a great experience. It’s super clean as well. As busy as they get it never looks like it.

After eating here dozens and dozens of times over the last 20 something years we never left a review. They are what they are and they do what they do... well. The hot sauce bar itself is epic. I've never had a bad meal here and they are consistent to the point you can set your clock by them. This location in particular always does a very efficient job.

The staff is attentive and happy to answer any questions. We got to meet the manager Charles and he was checking on clients and taking orders out as well. The food was good, not only was it made to order but the ingredients were fresh and well balanced. We had the option of having the churro bites made a bit after to make sure they were fresh and they sure were good and taste like a churro! That cinnamon sugar tops the flavor. We will definitely come back when we are in the area. Thank you!

They have outdoor and indoor dining, which is suitable for the evening weather. Also, another neat thing I noticed was the DoorDash/Uber Eats shelf is off to the side with a TV above it letting customers know what orders are being prepared and what orders are ready. Exceptional job by the staff too, not only did they ask how everything was as usual, they politely reassured and accepted the compliment. 10 out of 10. Thanks.

The ladies that work here are pretty awesome...all smiles. The music tends to be a bit loud so you have to a little louder to yiur lunch buddy in here..lol. The girls make sure they speak loude enough so they can make sure your order is on point. Nice cool trendy atmosphere. This place is pretty polular in the area too. Thursday taco or burrito specials are well worth it too.

I had an absolutely amazing dinner at Tijuana Flats tonight. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly attentive and making sure we had everything we needed. The manager, Sam, truly stood out—he was so attentive and created such a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that made the dining experience even better. The food was served quickly, and every dish was delicious. From start to finish, everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Door Dash delivery driver did NOT hand me the bag as instructed! Second time this has happened with the same delivery person. Get people who can read/understand English! No issues with the food or TF. Excellent restaurant. DD needs better drivers!

My partner and I have been visiting this location for the past year, and the service, food, and atmosphere is always on point and consistent. Delicious queso (that's always hot) and chips that are perfectly seasoned are a great side to any dish. We have done both dine in and take-out and you get a quality meal regardless of which option! They have great deals on Thursdays and Saturdays, and we absolutely adore Ashley, who radiates so much sunshine, laughter, and kindness with every customer she interacts with. You can see the connections created and the community that this location has created with regulars.

The food consistently is delicious and the customer service is wonderful. Amy, Ashley, the rest of the staff and the store managers with whom I have interacted over the years have done a wonderful job and always make me feel welcome. I love the Tijuana Flats app and rewards program, with the former being extremely user-friendly and convenient, and the latter being a great reason to place orders twice/week (30 bonus points are awarded to an account each week if orders are placed on both Tuesday and Thursday). Thanks again, Tijuana Flats - I appreciate it! Keep up the great work. See you next week!

This has to be the best customer service I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant. The food was hot and tasted fresh, decent portion size too. The service was the cherry on top. Flautas are not filled evenly. Been a problem for awhile. They are each cut into thirds, and at least 2 of the sections has little or no filling. Otherwise, we really like everything we get at Tijuana Flats!

I don't have her name, but the lady who helped us was incredibly friendly, efficient and doing it all. There was an issue with my son's order and she had it fixed in no time. We were very impressed with her attitude and hustle, if she was my employee, I would do whatever it takes to keep her

Update July 2024: They did a full refresh of the brand a year or two ago and now have a revolving set of menu items. That said, we haven't had a hot meal come out of here in the last 3 or 4 visits spanning this past year. Management is lackluster at best and the staff isn't exactly energetic... Update December 2019. They've cleaned up their act. Food is better, coming out hotter and faster. Front counter is on their game and the table clearing is about the same. Need to keep bringing specials and different items to their menu to spice up the norm and get more repeat family dinner business during the week. Older review of 3 stars November 2018 In general the food is ok and on par with their other locations. I favor other local burritos shops, but this one is good to pick up dinner on the way home. Call it in before you get off the highway though. They take a while to prepare it. Not sure why. Even when it's not busy.

I ordered my food at 11:47am and it said the ETA 20 minutes. It is 12:12pm right now and I still do not have my food. The TV said my food was ready even though it was not. When I asked about the status of my food a lady rudely told me that they mark it as ready when it is being wrapped up. The food is good but I did not enjoy the service today.

Service is Great. Love the Hot Bar. Outside seating is nice. Very casual and comfortable. Well I started with 5 stars but when I got home it went to 3. Very dissatisfied with the product. Rice was dry and lacking. Portion size of sides is very small considering I paid almost $3 extra for them. The menu said my burrito came with chips but I got none. Best thing here were the girls working there but with such disappointment in the food this will be my 1st and last time here.

Food does not taste good. Not exaggerating, but I would rather have Taco Bell. On a day with nu customers, took them over 30 minutes to prepare an online order that was supposed to take 15.

They used to be good. No more tostados or enchiladas, over priced not so great box sangria $5.89, 2 people in our party didn't feel well from the food. Would not recommend. Manager said the food was up to temperature, what does that really mean?! Won't be back.

There has been a huge puddle of water in front of the register for a few months now from the drink cooler. The A/C was not working last time I went and they had the doors open because it was so hot. It always smells like backed up sewage around the bathrooms. The kitchen is dirty and the staff are always frustrated. It’s time to do better management. I’m not coming back for a while

Specifically the Tijuana flats by Wekiva Springs: Called in an order, was told 10-15min on the phone (this was at 8pm on a Sunday). Arrived 8 min after I called. Food was ready 31min after I arrived (39min total). There were 3x other 2 tops dinning in. First time I've been to this location, but every other location has estimated the wait time within 10min, so this was frustrating. Might give this location one more shot b/c love Tijuana Flats. UPDATE: got home and one of my double stack tacos is missing the hard shell, so...add poor attention to detail to slow service now. Steer clear of this location.

Extremely sick after partially eating. We were skeptical about the food and almost immediately we started feeling ill. We stopped eating and moments later we were both vomiting. Our young one was just fine…. She didn’t eat any of it. Door Dash asked for a photo of the bad food. I sent photos of the remnants in my vomit. Waiting for … “someone will call you. “

Ordered online and was doubled charged. I didn’t get the free queso reward and the blackened chicken on the taco was dry and tough so was the steak in the flautas! Disappointed to say the least. Probably won’t hang on a minute back.

I called the place in order. They put me on hold for 15 minutes before I got tired of waiting and hung up.

Do Not Go Here !!! There is no A.C!! Manager has been contacted. I will not support any company that not only does not value their customers comfort as well as health safety but also their very own staff. I have been going here for years and must say I am highly disappointed!!

I understand it was a frustrating situation for everyone, but as a loyal customer, I expected better problem-solving and customer service. I've always had great experiences with Amy, the other manager here - she is always super amazing and I've never had an issue with my orders when she's working. That's why tonight's experience was particularly disappointing. I hope management addresses these quality control and customer service issues because I've genuinely enjoyed this location in the past, especially when Amy is there.

I am getting a refund for my lunch and a free entrée to try his franchise again. Thank you Robert! My lunch was refunded and I received another call from Sam, letting me know I can pick up my $25 gift card from the cashier anytime, it has my name on it. Thank you! As a local guide for Google I pride myself on fair, honest reviews. I had a horrible lunch experience at this Tijuana Flats location, food and service. They concentrated on online orders over dine in orders causing me to wait 30 minutes for one burrito. When I did finally get the burrito there was nothing in it but beef, rice and beans. No lettuce, cheese etc. (see photos below). The tortilla was also chewy. When I asked I was told “it’s Taco Tuesday and this is how it goes” by a woman employee with a dark haired ponytail. I was completely ignored by her counterpart who had a ponytail with naturally red hair. I would not go to this location. They should really not even have seating! Let them take care of their online orders that are so important! I deserve a refund of $16 since it was a waste of $$ and time! So disappointing!
