Super nice had live jazz the ambience was peaceful and perfect you were able to hear each other even with live jazz it was beautiful the food was great I had soup but my friends let me taste her steak do soft so good and another friend had corn fritters and sweet mashed potato was delicious also salad was ok

We have been driving by this place for years and decided to try it today. So glad we did because the food is excellent. The bone-in rib eye was cooked to medium rare perfectly and very tasty. The ribs were very tender. The Cesar salad was fresh and balanced. Overall, a great place for a carnivore.

The food is tasty and juicy, with generous portions that are very delicious. The atmosphere is great, enhanced by live soft music performers. However, parking spaces are very limited, especially on weekends. This place comes highly recommended for meat lovers. Our server, Rhonda, was awesome and friendly, making us feel at ease.

This was my first visit. The service was excellent, and the restaurant offered a comfortable ambiance. I enjoyed a relaxing lunch. I ordered a beef dip sandwich and a small salad with iced tea. The salad was freshly prepared with a delicious blue cheese dressing. The sandwich was exceptional; the meat was tender and juicy, the bread was freshly baked, and the au jus was flavorful and abundant. The French fries were light and crispy. The tea was a delicious, freshly brewed beverage. My server was friendly, helpful, and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch and look forward to returning with my family.

Came for the food, stayed for the cheesecake!! (Not pictured unfortunately) if you are gonna come, sit in Kristy’s section, she was amazing, I have a different definition of great service after sitting in her section. Everything we ate was amazing, there was nothing I would change.

This place is pretty good, for the price it was just right I wasn’t blown away with the food but for what it was I think it was good. The service was fantastic and all of the food came out super fast. The calamari was one of the best I had you can tell it was fresh and not frozen. The short Rib was pretty sweet which kinda threw me off. The drinks were very strong and you must try the cheesecake made in house! We also got the brownie which said it was homemade but definitely just brownie mix.

We celebrated my younger brother's birthday here. Rhonda was patient - never rushed us. The bartender made my brother's custom drink request better than he imagined it, and my sangria was fruity and a huge pour. The clam chowder was hearty, creamy goodness. My BF and I shared a 28 ounce "rare plus" Porterhouse steak and single, huge beef rib. Baby brother ordered Argentina-style NY steak. We three raved about the flavors. The complimentary slice of cheesecake was generous in size and delicious. We will be back again & again.

Once again , top class service and delicious food , my friend and I both ordered steaks , ribeye and New York both cooked to perfection, kudos to the Chef and very welcoming staff .

The steaks were perfectly cooked! The sides were delicious! The water staff was great. They gave me a free dessert for my birthday! I can't wait to go back!

I had the chicken limone pasta and it was really salty and had way too much cheese. It seemed like it would be a light pasta dish but it was really heavy. I couldn't eat much of it and had horrible stomach pains for the rest of the evening! My husband had the boneless ribs and they were odd. More like cubed roast with no BBQ sauce or anything. My daughter loved her top sirloin dinner and her friend loved the southwest fettuccine. My uncle and cousin had the tri tip sandwich and they said it was really good. I would definitely give it another try but definitely would get a steak dinner next time! Service was awesome!!

I got the super thick 34 oz rib eye, it was well cooked but the meat was a little more tough than I would have expected for the price point. Everyone was nice and helpful. Atmosphere seemed perfect for a date or special occasion. That said there were three birthdays during my meal and I got a little tired of hearing that song.

I was at Madera's Steak & Ribs yesterday afternoon. When I walked in, I found the restaurant a bit dark and had to adjust my eyesight. First, we were served water by a gentleman without greeting us. Then came our server. She greeted us with a smile but did not introduce herself. I told her that I had a voucher and she asked if we had been there before and if we knew how the voucher worked, l said no, it's our first time. She proceeded to tell us that the voucher included one appetizer, choice of meat with two sides, one drink each and one dessert for two. We ordered a beer that's paired with a slice of orange. The beer was served without the orange slices. I asked a server that was walking by for orange slices, and she said ok. After 10 minutes, I walked to the bar area and asked for the orange slices myself. The food was good, but the highlight of the dinner was the Chocolate Explosion dessert. The restaurant was packed, and this may attribute to my negative comments. I may be back and hope to have a better review.

We went 2 pm on a Saturday. Not impressed. Steaks over the top pricing for what you get. The kid ordered steak, lack lustered, I ordered French dip sandwich, gristle chunks, luke warm. Wife had blackened chicken, she say a 5 out of 10, gristle as well. You would think for the price it would be better meat.

Couple of issues cocktails were strong but not sweet. Customer service made up for it. Calamari was great onion rings was good. Pasta was okay. Bread was great. Fresh sourdough bread with butter. Steak was good.

4 adults ages 35-54 We were skipped over by the hostess to be seated and had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Hostess lied saying they called us. Music was too loud to hear each other talk when seated at table. Service was incredibly slow. Appetizers came out a minute before our meals. Took over 30 minutes for dessert to arrive after being ordered. Waters were never refilled nor asked if we'd like a 2nd drink from the bar. We will not be back.

We had a ‘reservation’. I hate to quote a Seinfeld episode but… they know how to take the reservation but, they don’t know how to hold the reservation. Last time I checked, 7pm reservation, means, 7pm seating. As 7:20ish rolled around, we finally got sat. Now for the good stuff, service was great, food was excellent. They do know their way around bbq. Our party of six was VERY happy with every plate. I feel they have out grown their store front and should grow. They should also invest in sound reduction material for their customers, way too loud, very difficult to enjoy our family. (We could hear every conversation in the restaurant) Three Star service was only for the embarrassing wait for our reservation. (We weren’t the only party who experienced this, as we waited, we joked with two other parties outside who where in the same boat) All and all, that have mastered great food After a very poor response from restaurant management/owner upon my review… The lack of responsibility, customer care and attempt of ‘reverse sociology’ by trying to blame us for their incompetence. I’ve changed my review to ‘one star’ Shame on you, BE BETTER
