Ordered a company team lunch from here and had a great experience! The food was great. The whipped Feta dip is delicious, highly recommend.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. First off, the food here is delicious and amazing value. Very high quality ingredients, generous portions, very affordable, and prepared with love and care. The owner goes out of his way to make sure everything’s good, and always makes me feel at home. Such warm service, sometimes gives extras, teaches me something about the food, or just is a good friend. He’s run this place for 10+ years, and his level of hospitality shows it. If you’re thinking about eating here, do it.

I really like this place. They know me. I know them. I know their food. I usually order ahead and there's never a problem. By the way, they make a delicious small lunch size (for 2 or 3) pizza and can put just about anything you want on it. My favorite is the Vegetarian Pizza.... with sausage! I'm faced with this dichotomy every time I order it. They have fresh baked giant chocolate chip cookies, brownies, etc., and fresh squeezed juice. Try the cantalope juice. Perfect! As you know, parking in the Westwood-La Grange area is wonderful sometimes and crazy other times. They do have a small parking lot and there's street parking all around.

This place is QUALITY. There are options for everyone including kiddos so a good one for families and groups of people with different food preferences. We had the chicken kebabs, salmon rice bowl, and pizza. I was so impressed. The flavors were excellent, veggies and rice were perfectly cooked. The kebabs were so tender and the flavorful. This is mainly a Mediterranean place so the biggest surprise of the night is the pizza was BOMB. We got it for the kids and the adults ended up eating it too bc it was simply delish and had a perfectly cooked thin crust with great flavor. Everything down to the bread was so good. The owner was there and took our order, which we loved. Y’all got it going on! We will definitely be visiting again!

Great price and very tasty food

This food is AMAZING! Its both fresh and delicious! I had the Mediterranean Veggie Panini and OMG! The flavors blended together so well. The people are nice and the price is right! I am already thinking about going back for lunch tomorrow! 😋

Good fresh tasty food for a reasonable price. Several great items. Hummus with mushrooms and warm fresh pita strips are not to be missed! Flexible with substitutions, I sub fish for chicken. I'm a happy repeat customer!

I love this place. I've been coming here for years and have never had a problem with the service or the food. My favorite is the BBQ chicken salad but their grilled fish is fantastic and the hummus is so tasty. I love this small business and you should try it so you'll love it too.

I rarely write reviews, but I want to show kindness to the owner who just gave me some. First of all I walked in after they closed not knowing they were closed and he still served me. Then as I waited he gave me a salad to try for free. Now I wouldn't expect this kind of service regularly, haha, but that is going the extra mile. Staff was professional and friendly. And most importantly the food was delicious. I have the chicken shawarma and a lovely heart cookie for Valentine's Day. Thanks California fresh. For someone who eats out everyday you're a new regular spot on my list.

Love this place for their house made humus and mushroom appetizer sooooo amazing and fairly priced. Their pastas are so yummy, I most recently had the pesto pasta with salmon and it was great creamy, fish could have used more seasoning but I added the salt & pepper and lemon to it and it was perfect. Their pizza is yummy simple nothing to wow but greatly priced. I have friends that live their subs so I suggest trying those out as well.

I cater all my gatherings with Ca fresh, food is amazing and definitely a crowd pleaser. Everyone always asks me where I get my food from. The sandwiches are amazing, Turkey, pesto chicken, mozzarella tomato, all the pastas are great and the Mediterranean tray is sooo good. I highly recommend this place. Oh and the focaccia bread and hummus w black beans is a must too. Thank you Elan for always taking good care of us!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE...AND SO DO MY FRIENDS - My favorite place for everyday eating. Great food, like home made. Served beautifully. And...The best Prices in Town! Relaxing and comfortable environment - wear your jeans, eat and watch TV or visit with friends. The owner is bashful but Israel and the others, including the girls, are happy and friendly. Remember this is not Wolfgang Puck's place but I like it better because there are no pretenses and the food is fresh. Also, big compliments to all the chefs who work there.

Great place to eat fish,large portions, and they have the best fresh hot cookies, if you are not stuffed with garden salad ,vegetables and yummy lentil rice. Enough sides for 2 meals. Huge ,tasty portions under 20 dollars. Great value 👏 👌.

I'm essentially a regular here. Food comes incredibly quickly, staff is super nice, and the food really is healthy. I always go for the chicken Caesar wrap with avocado and it always tastes amazing. There's never been a time where I was disappointed. Their salads are good, their pastas are really well done, and their prices are fair. They allow a lot of mix and match as well for their pastas, which is great because a lot of places don't allow that. Like, if I wanted the fettucine Alfredo pasta with spaghetti noodles instead of the penne, they'll happily do it.

They gave us a nice desert and app as a courtesy. Just very nice people and really great food. Will definitely be coming back. I got the chicken Shawarma wrap and my wife got the salmon over salad. Both were great.

We have been going here for years. With four kids, it's hard to get everyone on the same page as far as what everyone will eat. California fresh has a huge variety of different foods where everyone can find something that they want. You can get Mediterranean, some Mexican, some Italian, pizza etc etc. it's all good, fresh and reasonably priced. We only pick up and bring home. The inside is somewhat plain and boring, not necessarily the kind of place you'd go to done in although there are many people that do. We most recently had to bring a dessert to a function so we went in and picked up a cookie platter which they made very quickly and it went over really well.

(Ask for shawarma chicken, not grilled chicken!) The pastries are excellent too. Nutella Coffee Bread ftw! Also great service: when the Diet Coke dispenser wasn’t mixing right, she graciously offered to refund our money for the soda or give us a can of Diet Coke (took the can, needed the fix). I’m definitely coming back next time I’m in the area!

They have tables to dine in, but most people choose to go, which is usually our choice as well. They have a large menu to choose from and a medium size parking lot attached so parking is free and easy. For our most recent meal, we chose the White Fish Plate with two sides, spiced Cajun style, and also the Turkey and Avocado Panini. Between the two the plate was my favorite because the fish was a large sized portion and cooked perfectly. The Panini was good, but not the traditional Italian type of Panini. I wish it would have baguette bread instead of the bread they serve. Overall really quick and convenient option in Westwood and I definitely would recommend and plan to be back many times in the future.

A fantastic new favorite dish for me is the Kale Chicken Vegetable rice bowl(See pic enclosed) I eat at California Fresh, 5 days a week, it's quick, Fast, convenient location and the food is healthy, non greasy, and very affordable, at a great value price. Recently, I have been having the New Kale Salmon Rice Bowl, which is delicious and a sure home run. My other 2 signature dishes I order are the White Dover Sole with Steamed Vegetables and Black Beans, and the Anti Oxidant Salad with grilled Chicken or Salmon on top. Elan the owner is a very nice, accommodating involved owner and Emma, the girl who works the front register, is a hidden Gem, she is very sharp, fast, very engaging and friendly, and customer service oriented. Owner is lucky to have her work there. Overall, without hesitation I endorse and recommend California Fresh as a healthy option at a great price with quality customer service, and friendly employees.

Not bad. Food arrived with the speed of fast food and was a level above fast food. Not unbelievable in quality but the restaurant definitely delivers when it comes to the amount of food you get for the price and the overall taste. I didn't like the white fish too much nor did I enjoy the cajun spice.

This place is down the street from my job so I decided to stop in and check it out. Can't remember exactly what I ordered but it was really good. A little spicy but not anywhere too spicy. The fish (salmon) with the dish was so good and the mix of all the flavors has had me thinking about it after several days. I will be coming back soon and suggest you to also.

The salads were very good. I ordered the greek salad and the grilled vegetable salad. They were both priced under 15 dollars. Good size portions n good value. Now as to the beef koobadeh it was very dry n overcooked like it just sat around n got reheated. Waste of money. Service was friendly.

Service was not great, they treated my order like a second option: I had to speak to the cook to get check on my order only to find that it was already completed but not brought to me. Meanwhile, another customer ordered a salad right behind me and had it within five minutes. Aside from that, the chicken was filling and delicious.

I used to eat there for lunch & dinner why doing construction in 1986 to 1989 neighborhood of West LA and Santa Monica it very good food & helthy I have not been there since 2003 today I was passing by & decided to eat there I ordered a chicken breast red potatoes steamed vegetables and pita bread and it was the same always great to eat so I give it 4 stars. go and try it if you're in the neighborhood he would not be disappointed.
