Great experience at Hooters! The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. I ordered the chicken tenders and they were delicious—fresh, crispy, and perfectly cooked. A special shout-out to Fatima, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Service was quick and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for good vibes and great service on a Saturday night.

Love this Hooters! The food is delicious! Love 3 mile island flavor, my favorite. Can’t beat the happy hour. The service is always welcoming and attentive. Plenty of TVs for sports and open space with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

We came here to eat and pre-game before walking to the Queen Mary Dark Harbor Halloween event. Our servers, Amy and Darlene, gave us fantastic customer service and promptly delivered our food and drinks. We ordered hot wings with fries and a few modelos, which were delicious. The wings were hot, spicy, and freshly made, and the fries were adequately seasoned and crispy. If you sit in the bar area and see Amy and Darlene serving you, you know you will have an excellent customer service experience.

This restaurant is a great place for some «American culture» experience. It is pretty loud inside, but today it wasn’t super annoying. We had only one issue during our visit — the waiters switched, and the new waiter did not come to our table at all, so we had to ask others for the check and to-go boxes. Our waiter simply disappeared without saying s word. Despite this negative aspect, we came primarily for a cultural experience, which was satisfied. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we do not regret visiting this restaurant.

Had a really awesome experience here. I will miss this place as the people here are relaxed and chill. Wear a face mask and comply if you're looking for a good time. Our waitress was very nice. We had a few but they were nice. We had a very good time but we're here only a short while. Be safe everyone and have some safe travels. Life is precious but make sure you take care of yourself and your family. You only live once so live a little sometimes and be happy. God bless.

Came here between lunch and dinner. Atmosphere might be different at night. Place was not very busy. Had to wait 10min for seating. Hard to get to. I paid 27 bucks, so I dont have to deal with issues. Food selection was small. Burger was good. Not sure of I'd come back again. Price is reasonable.

First time visit to one of Hollywood’s acclaimed restaurants. Upon arrival, the establishment was clean, inviting, and intrigues you to walk around a bit and admire all the notable one of a kind pieces displayed on the walls. Server was attentive, food was tasty, and wait times were very minimal. However, we did encounter some miscommunication and misrepresentation of the discounted items displayed on the stage area. Upon originally asking the employee stationed there, she stated that everything was discounted but didn’t give a definitive answer on how much percentage off each item, gave a broad range, and overall portrayed to be ambiguous. Furthermore, she appeared unaware when I brought to her attention that certain items had additional markdown tags applied, while others did not. Therefore, it became a game of taking item one by one and going “How much is this one? How about this? Oh, and this one?” Several other customers also expressed confusion regarding the unclear presentation of sale items. Finally, the manager came over and provided some definitive information, stating everything was 50% - which vastly differed from the original information received by the other employee. Overall, I believe there are meaningful opportunities for improvement in this area to support a more seamless and customer-centric experience moving forward.

Music Mecca cafe - brunch for 2 Mid morning brunch, very quiet for Hollywood Blvd and this cafe although still early in the day. I have visited Hard Rock Cafe in different locations and although in the centre of Hollywood Blv - the Tourist Trap it was pretty good. Christmas special had entree and main for US$43 and when you compared this to mains the entree was essentially free. I chose the Caesar salad and Smokehouse Plate. The salad was very good, lettuce fresh and crispy, dressing nicely seasoned. The mixed smoked plate included pulled pork, fried onion fries and chicken breast and side of slaw. The pork was tender and smoked well and the chicken thin still nice not over cooked. Slaw was crisp with a nice tasting dressing. My son had the wings and the Messiah burger. Wings were meaty and had a nice tangy dressing. Burger was enormous. Double fried chicken patty with the works. This also looked good and from all accounts was very tasty. Our server was excellent and these guys work hard for their tips. Overall a pleasant experience as these places can be hit and miss at times especially in the tourist traps. Total for 2 inc drinks and tip US$120

Food was great, except my steak fajitas. The meat was hard and had an odd taste, I had to skip that. We had the nachos w guacamole as appetizer, which ended up being my dinner 😅 my friend really enjoyed the salmon and shrimp.

To complement the meal, I ordered a mojito, which turned out to be one of the most refreshing cocktails I’ve had in a while. The balance of mint, lime, and rum was spot on, delivering a crisp and cooling taste with every sip. It paired wonderfully with the richness of the burger, cutting through the heaviness and adding a zesty freshness to the experience. Beyond the food and drinks, the atmosphere of Hard Rock Café is what sets it apart. The iconic rock-themed décor, with its collection of memorabilia and upbeat music, adds a lively energy to the dining experience. It feels less like a regular meal out and more like being part of a celebration of music and good times. The staff was attentive, friendly, and quick to check in without being intrusive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, Hard Rock Café delivered exactly what I hoped for—a delicious meal, a refreshing drink, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy great food in a fun, energetic setting.

I got the BBQ Bacon Burger. A little pricey but very good. Mark, my server, was very friendly and helpful.

Our server was Patrick who was very nice, and the nachos were delicious. There was live music on Tuesday evening when we visited which made it difficult to talk to each other.

Our first visit to Hooters did not live up to our expectations. We get that it is a place for sports, but the TV's were so loud we had difficulty speaking among ourselves. The food and drinks were fine, nothing special, portions was on the large side. What really got to us was how the waiter treated us differently. It was as obvious as can be, my girlfriend got all the attention, got offered refills, dessert and merch. After I got my meal it was like I was no longer there, like it did not matter if I needed anything else.

Came in on a Sunday evening. They were busy but still had availability. Service was attentive and nice. I had the buffalo wings, burger, onion rings, waffle fries and quesadilla. The buffalo wings were OK, the burger was good on the medium size but fulfilling. My highlight was the onion rings they were on the soft side and were delicious, you won't find this type of onion ring elsewhere. The quesadilla was a good portion and delicious. Overall a good experience with the food and service.

Family friendly sports bar and fun energy while watching games. Big screen TVs at every angle. I like how they label the TVs with the games being shown so you can sit and watch your favorite teams up close. If you enjoy hot wings and burgers vibe then you'll like Hooters. I ordered the buffalo shrimp. The shrimp were regular size although they were surprisingly flavorful. Service is ok. The food arrived quickly. Our server was sweet. Busy location as it was during the 1pm Sunday kickoff. Located in a prime spot by the pike downtown.

My wife and I went to Hard Rock Cafe as we like to try different ones in the UK and this one is around 10 minutes from our hotel whilst being in LA. We got to the service desk and asked for a table of 2 as we didn’t have a reservation, and the server was looking as if no tables were available but there were plenty. The Food: I ordered chicken and fries, the picture made it look like chicken wings which is what I wanted but instead of chicken tenders-ish? (See photo). My wife got a vegetarian burger and fries. The food was okay, I wouldn’t really recommend either dish personally. We both also got 2 cocktails, which were delicious and tasty. THE SERVICE: A mixed bag. Our server ‘Albie’ was really good and intent to anything we needed and was very efficient. HOWEVER, I do have an issue with the photographer. A lady asked us if we wanted a picture taken, without explaining anything about costs or prices. We had a photo, we got a complimentary one but then asked if we wanted them on a keychain etc which we didn’t but I feel like this is a sleazy sales tactic. Overall, I wouldn’t be in a rush to go back. The cocktails were the best part, the food wasn’t bad but not great!

Food was a bit disappointing – pretty dry and not very tasty. Service was ok when we actually got someone, but it was hard to catch a server. We waited more than 15 minutes just to ask for the bill, and about the same again to pay. On the positive side, the live music was good and the atmosphere was fun

Undercooked bacon on salad. Barely any fries with boring and nearly flavorless smash burger that was supposed to be spicy. $1 extra for sauces! Food is not worth it, but the experience is cool.

I can see why they are closing down so many locations. They got rid of their 911 sauce so I substituted it with 3 mile which is supposed to be even hotter. It had barely any spice to it and was very disappointed. My buddies got their fish and chips and both thought the food was terrible. Barely any fish and greasy. Overall it was not a hooters experience I want to remember. I will not go back to this location. They changed their menu for the worse.

The toilet 🚽🪠 was dirtier than a bathroom on skid row. The waitress from Alabama was busy pulling a disappearing act so I had to get my own sauces, waters and containers. But luckily for us the blind short lady manager saw us getting our own stuff & immediately turned around and hid in the kitchen, presumably to eat more but definitely not to help us. How is this place in business. Oh the tater tots were good 👍😊.

We have been eating at several Hooters locations for many many years. On a vacation in Long Beach we came here yesterday, the location of the restaurant is great, the interior is very nice and the food was good. Can’t complain about that. But the service was absolutely horrendous. Our server girl completely messed up our order, never came by once to ask if we want anything else like drink refills or anything. Finally, after 10 minutes we had to flag down a manager to tell him that she forgot about our kids meal. He brought it out after a while. But neither him or the server came by again to ask if we need anything else. Very … very poor customer service. And on top of all of this, it was a slow afternoon and there was at least seven servers standing around doing absolutely nothing in the front. And near the kitchen there was three cooks standing around talking. I think they all had time to serve everybody appropriately.
