This place was clean, sandwiches are made to order if you don’t like something on it just let them know and they won’t put it on. I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar wrap without mayo and it was delicious. The man that made it was very pleasant.

This is the best Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. Fresh friendly and super freaky fast!! Flavorful and fresh . I had the 8 inch Italian night club 😍. Well wrapped to make it easy to eat on the go while Walking around the Boston convention center. 10/out 10

I've always loved Jimmy John's, used to be a college hang out spot and in some ways I wish there was more space here. All the workers here work so hard. If I have ever called in an order, it has been ready. They are really nice people and help to feed families. I have also seen them working quickly when there are long lines due to conference events. Always cool.

Evidently all subs come with mayo, even if it says Dijon (had both). Got it remade. Signage does not say it. Staff is hard working, but not very personable. Mediocre sandwich.

Amazing service, wonderfull stafg, how ever there was a few scales in my sandwitch and the tribal chanting in the back was unsettleing. But on another bote the babalonian mural gave the place an amazing vibe, would go again.

Just not what it used to be. The bread keeps getting slimmer and less doughy. The delivery meat is not as fresh or tasty as it once was. It was a let down. I used to say jimmy John was better than jersey Mike's but jersey mikes deli meat is ten times better.

The delivery was very quick (they use UberEats). The food was OK except I ordered my sandwich with no mayo and it came with mayo, and the lemonade was overly sweet and thick; I think they might have the water line hooked up wrong so it was mostly (or all?) syrup.

Service was great. Friendly fast and attentive! Sandwich flavor was not great. Similar to subway. Probably would only visit again in a pinch . Clean restroom and dining space.

Ahem... Jimmy Johns Giant #16 - Turkey BLT has, um, very little meat... and $2.60 upcharge for cheese??? (This is the one in Seaport, on D street) Go Elsewhere...

Went to grab something quick to eat on a Thursday evening (not a holiday) at 6:55pm. As soon as I opened the door, I was told the restaurant closed at 6pm - even though the posted hours show open until 9pm and the front door was unlocked.

We ordered a club lulu...they messed up and gave us a country club. Ok I guess? Can you remake it? No. Can we get like any money back because you gave me something I didn't order and refuse to remake it? No. Can you hire people that understand English? Hopefully! Jimmy Johns is gross! Taste like the meat has been sitting out all day. It makes subway seem great. I got an italian here and I took two bits and threw it in the trash.
