The service and atmosphere were fantastic, while the food was decent. What impressed me the most was the jumbo shrimp accompanying the TIKI ROCK'S MONSTER BURGER; the burger itself was also enjoyable. Plus, you can't beat $1 oysters during happy hour!

Food is good. Wings and calamari are bomb! Extra crispy. Drinks well you have a it of choices and the drink menus changes by the seasons. We saw 3 birthdays there last night. BTW There is a parking garage right across the street.

This restaurant is high on spirits! I loved their menu and a different vibe they created. It's all about feeling young and energetic while in here. My suggestion would be though to make sure that your music system's treble is not too high. Sometimes people tend to block ways to pass through by seating randomly, that can be avoided too. Other than that - amazing drinks, quick service and a definite recommendation for an exciting dining!

Great experience! Loved the vibes and drinks at Tiki Rock especially. They lit all of our drinks on fire (using cinnamon) and really put on a show while doing so! The shots also came served with dry ice. Definitely very photo-worthy drinks! The food was also pretty good, but a bit overpriced in my opinion. Overall, it’s a great spot to grab drinks and have a fun night out in Boston!

This is a spot where you know you’re gonna find a dj & a dance floor but pay $$$ for a sugary drink & a crappy attitude. At almost $20 a drink I expected it to be filled to the top & not just with ice lol. Has definitely gone downhill a bit unfortunately.

The food was decent. Pros: Good atmosphere Fun decor Cons: Service was extremely slow. We were seated and given water. After that no one came back to our table for well over 15 minutes and it wasn’t crowded. Once I got up to say something and asked for a server then there was a drastic improvement in service.

I went to Tiki Rock on Broad Street in Boston on Tuesday, March 15 2022. I had passed the place as I was exploring that part of Boston during the prior 24 hours. It looked very inviting for a bar. I sat at the bar as it was about 6:30P and I thought that I might get faster service. A server came fairly quickly but wanted me to scan a QR code for the menu. That is not how I work. The server even tried to do it on her phone without success. She began to read the Happy Hour menu off the computer register. Finally, she went to get a paper menu but only a drink menu. I wanted dinner. I just stuck with the Happy Hour options because it had taken so long to get to that point. At least she was friendly. I ordered Sangria, fried dumplings, truffle fries and wings. My drink came immediately. The wings and fries came about ten minutes later. Somewhere the dumplings were forgotten and I had to ask a different server who was able to get them to me. Sangria was good but not special. Truffle fries were truffle fries. The wings were actually very good. The dumplings were decent and definitely not fried but steamed. The background music was 1980’s. The atmosphere was all right and the tables began to fill up. The crowd was definitely mixed and everyone seemed to be in a good mood for a Tuesday night. All and all, I did not find Tiki Rock special. When the check came, an 18% gratuity had already been added BUT a recommended tip was on the check too. I was/am a bit offended since AN 18% gratuity had already been added. I guess that it was just not my night or my type of place??? I could eat there again but would not go out of my way.

Overall it was just ok. The food was fine, but it doesn’t stand out. In my opinion it’s definitely overpriced for the quality, especially for anything beyond the basics of tacos or burgers. The cocktails we had were decent, but they were also out of ingredients to make 1/3 of the drinks on their menu. I think if you’re with a group of friends and you’re looking to make a quick stop during your night of bar hopping this would be a place you visit because the drinks are fun.

Our experience here would have been so much better if this place had a better hostess. She totally killed the vibe. We had a reservation for our friend's bachelorette party and when we walked in she was too busy chatting with her friends to even acknowledge our presence. She stared at me blankly when I walked in and looked at me like I was stupid. I didn't say anything to her at first because I couldn't tell if she even was our hostess or not. There was no welcome of any kind and after a few minutes once the whole group was inside, she rolled her eyes and rudely told us that we either had to move to the bar or get out of the way because we were standing in an inconvenient spot. If she did her job like she was supposed to maybe we wouldn't have been standing there wondering who was going to seat us. Other than that the food we enjoyed and the music was fun. The drinks were kind of gross. Won't be coming back, but it is what it is. There's a lot of other places to go to that are better and friendlier. :)

The drinks were good but overpriced (no big deal). However the service was awful. We were the only customers at the bar (5 of us - mellow family happy hour) and they seemed annoyed that we were there in the first place. Then they wouldn’t split our bill (just in half) because we didn’t ask before ordering (we were not told this before hand) - we each only had one drink. They also applied an automatic 20% gratuity for only 5 patrons without even warning us and tried to get a tip on top of that. It was an ugly experience I don’t recommend! I’ve never tried sitting at a table so maybe that’s a better experience.

My daughter and I arrived at 9:45, our reservations was for 9:45. There was no tables ready and wasn’t seated til 10:22 pm . We waited 47 mins for our food. We only bought 1 pineapple drink that was $16.00 bucks but was charged $48.00 bucks. We both order chicken tenders and fries that was $20.00 bucks. The waiter brought over 2 “free” shots because the wait for the food was so long , I was charged $128.00 bucks for everything and couldn’t understand why! I asked the waiter and she said I’ll charge you $108.00!! I said but why was it $128,00 on my receipt when I only ordered 3 things that did not cost no where near what I’m being charged! The waiter says fine $108.00.. I said what did I buy that cost $108.00? I reached out to tiki rock and still did not get a response. I will reach out to my bank. The worst service. Tables was filthy and the drink was extra sugary. The worst Valentine’s Day dinner ever. Overly charged and couldn’t no one tell me why!

If the place is 21+ why on earth would it not be advertised anywhere on the website or on google. It’s a restaurant it’s not a bar or a club seems like important information to know. Thank god I was able to find reservations for valentines but this almost ruined valentines for us. Please make it clear that this is 21+
