Yum Burger - 5🌟! 3 Piece Regular Fried Chicken - 5🌟! Crispy Fries + Gravy - 5🌟! I rarely review fast food places but I wanted to send a shout-out to Jollibee because I feel like they can get overshadowed in a city like Los Angeles which is a shame because they really do have top tier level fast food fried chicken. I had the opportunity to travel in the Philippines a number of years ago and had a chance to try Jollibee in their home of origin. It was great. Back in LA, I was happy to learn that there is a large enough Filipino population that Jollibee felt confident in expanding here. There aren't a lot of locations and I've only been to this one on Beverly Blvd but if you are near one and love fried chicken, I'd recommend you give them a shot. There are a few reasons I go to Jollibee 3-4 times a year. They are close enough and fast enough for me to get there during my lunch hour. Their fried chicken always tastes like it just came fresh out of the deep frier and they use an oil/fry mix that is crispy, juicy and tender. The spicy fried chicken is stellar and is one of my favorites! I love that they serve gravy with their fried chicken, something that reminds of Canada where brown gravy with chicken is popular. They have great fries that help soak up all that tasty gravy. I always get the fried chicken with fries and gravy but I also like to mix it up and add in a burger. They have more options on their menu including rice and spaghetti which is a very popular item in the Philippines but I go here for the fried chicken. This location has been remodeled and modernized recently. It has a small parking lot and the drive-thru can be a bit cramped. I still can't figure out after all my time on earth how to eat fried chicken and gravy without making a mess. If anyone has any tips, let me know! Also, bonus points for having the friendliest people in the whole world working for them.

I ordered from DoorDash and the staff on the phone was kind enough to help me switch the flavor. Food was delicious too.

I cannot recommend the mango pie enough. Its the best desert at any fast food restaurants hands down. It reminds me of the McDonald's 1990s apple pie. The crispiness, the crunch, the taste, is phenomenal. The spicy chicken was amazing. And the spaghetti was very good. In my opinion Jollibee is 100 times better than Popeyes. The spicy chicken is so juicy and crunchy. Very good. I will be coming back in the future. The only thing that i didnt like was the portion size of the mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I got a family meal so i thought the sides portion was going to be a large size like in Popeyes or kfc. But in Jollibee the sides are very small. 1 or maybe 2 people can have a taste of the sides. For the price its not a good portion. But other than that everything else was amazing

I had the spaghetti and chicken tenders. It was pretty average. Nothing really stood out, but nothing was disappointing either. The spaghetti had a slightly sweet sauce, and the chicken tenders leaned more toward a tender texture. It’s a decent, easy option if you just want a light meal.

The location didn't quite hit the mark for me, and while it was clean and the customer service was good, I just didn't feel very comfortable. On the bright side, the chicken was good.

This is a follow up to my review responding to Jollibee owner. If thats true, then why is it that everytime if go to order(at separate occasions and diffrent days/months), its the same amount of time being wasted. I've consistently had over 20min waits for a single order of 1 sandwich with rice. And other times a 2 piece with rice. I've also talked with other people as well and thsi has been a issue for months. Please tell us what you'll do to fix this because whatever ur doing rn isnt working.

One star. I ordered drive-thru from the Jollibee Beverly location, and the food quality was unacceptable. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was stale and bland, and we did not finish it. Several pieces of the Chickenjoy seemed old or stale, with a texture and flavor that were noticeably not fresh. The Jolly Spaghetti sauce was much lighter and thinner than usual when mixed, which is not what I normally receive. I contacted Jollibee Guest Experience to make it right, and their response was ultimately insulting. They offered only a coupon for 1 piece of Chickenjoy and 1 drink for a “next visit,” with restrictions that made it even worse. It is valid for in-store orders only and cannot be used for web or app orders. After being served food that tasted old, I have no confidence in ordering here again.

Upon revisiting Jollibee, I had hoped for an improved dining experience compared to my initial visit. However, I regret to inform you that the food did not resonate with my palate, and I was left feeling unsatisfied with the overall meal. As a result, I have come to the decision that I will not be giving this restaurant another chance in the future. I believe it is important to provide honest feedback, and I wanted to share my thoughts with you. While I understand that taste preferences can vary among individuals, I felt compelled to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at Jollibee. I have been in the drive through for almost 40 minutes and I still haven’t received my food. What kind of service is that? All I ordered was two chicken sandwiches and two thighs with mashed potatoes. The waiting time is beyond ridiculous . Never coming again. Edit: I had to move to a pick up area to wait even longer now.

I ordered the party-size spaghetti for $55, expecting to get my money's worth, but was extremely disappointed. There was an overwhelming amount of pasta with barely enough sauce to go around. Only a few of my guests got to eat the spaghetti because it went dry and It was embarassing serving this pasta that only had a thin layer of sauce and the rest is dry pasta. Ridiculous! For the price, I expected much better quality and portioning. Unfortunately, this felt like a poor value and a frustrating experience overall. Very let down by Jollibee

Extremely disappointed with the food. I got tenders. Extremely skimpy. One of them was broken in half. It looked terrible. The tenders were dry, tough, and old. The Pepsi was also watered down. I should have asked for a refund.
