The office staff is always so friendly and PA Galaviz is really knowledgeable and you can tell he really cares about his patients. I’m particularly impressed with how patiently he answers all my questions about my medication, and helps me understand the tests he orders. I can honestly leave the office feeling I’ve been heard and that my health is a priority.

Last month I saw Dr. Acosta for the first time and she was an excellent provider. I’m so grateful that she truly listened to my concerns without making me feel dismissed or unheard. When the pharmacy made a mistake, I reached out to her for help, and she responded quickly and efficiently. On top of that, she personally called me to go over my lab results and took the time to reassure me. Her care and attentiveness made a big difference, and I really appreciate her support.

Staff is good, but, the waiting time even with appointments can be long. With appointments, the Wait time to be seen by the doctor is of at least 30 minutes and can go over 1 hour sometimes.

Dr. Estrada is very kind and the staff is sweet, but wait times are extremely long. I’ve waited over an hour to be seen, even with an appointment.

I honestly don’t understand how this place is still in business. Made an appointment for my daughter they took us back into a room that had not been cleaned ( the protective sheet on the bed still had measuring marks from a previous patient) as well as a random man sitting in our room taking a phone call. They took her vitals after they were done they said to go back into the lobby because the doctor was on lunch?? interesting because we made an appointment but okay. An additional 30 minutes later we went back into the room the doctor took an extra 30 minutes to get into the room and told us she wouldn’t be able to get vaccinations because we didn’t have the physical sheet understandable but we had proof over the phone she had gotten her previous vaccinations so she said that would work and that she had to find the email to send the proof over. Then she has one of the nurses come in with an email and she asks us if we want to reschedule to get her vaccinations. So basically we wasted 2 hours of our life waiting on this doctor who basically could do nothing for us the entire visit. Feel like everyone is playing “doctor” and “nurse” over there. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. They have no idea what they are doing.
